Ella frantically ran around the park in search of her little brother, her heart was pumping, she was terrified inside. She spotted him reaching into the fountain a little pile lay next to him, she quickly ran towards him.

"Roland." She said softly not wanting to startle him, the little boy paused then turned around with a curious face.

"Cece?" he asked, "What you doing here?"

"I came for you buddy, why did you leave? You scared us all." She said with a soft yet stern voice, he nodded slightly then turned back to his task

"Buddy." She said, sitting next to him, "what are you doing?" she asked, watching her little brother pick out quarters from the fountain.

"I'm lookin' for my quarter." He stated with a determined raise of his eyebrows

"Why?"

"My wish didn't happen yet." He stated, he was getting really worked up about this

"What wish bud?" she asked

"For our family to be fixed." He said, her eyes widened, her heart broke in that instant.

"Our family isn't broken, we all love you Roland, I promise you that." Trying to reassure her young brother.

"Even Regina? She's a part of our family, right?" Ella studied his face and smiled softly and nodded.

"Even Regina, let's go home buddy, let's push those coins back into the fountain so other boys can come look for their wishes too, okay?" Roland smiled and pushed them all back inside with Ella.

"You sure I don't have to go get back my wish?" he asked

"As long as you have me in your life, you never have to go looking for that quarter." She said messing his hair with her fingers, she exhaled as he wrapped an arm around her leg.

After the whole fiasco of losing Roland then finding him she shot a text to both Regina and Robin to tell them to meet her back at the apartment, the pair raced to find the two hand in hand in front of the building.

After a few breathless rambles of where were you, we were worried, you can't be doing that, it's dangerous, Ella stopped the two and told them she would explain to them later, for now, a stressed child wished to take a nap.

The three sat down amongst everyone else, something she found they do a lot now.

Regina, Robin, Tiff, Tink, Kenzi and Killian, Jay had to fly out suddenly, but Tiff would stay a little longer with her family.

"So, I find him reaching into the fountain for quarters, there's already a stack next to him." She states, "I call his name softly not wanting to scare him if he'd run away or something." Everyone hums along in agreement.

"He tells me he's looking for his quarter, his wish didn't come true so he had to wish harder, so I asked him what his wish was-" she started to say

"for our family to be fixed." Robin stated

"Yeah." Ella said giving her father a curious look

"I was there the night when Marion came back with Roland, he threw the coin in and told me his wish." He said sadly

"God, that sucks." Kenzi says breaking the silence

"Wow, Kenzi." Tink scolded

"No I mean, well you know what I mean poor kid, poor RoRo." Kenzi said

"Yeah, I convinced him to quit his looking and come with me because we aren't that broken and he told me one thing afterwards." Ella started to smile which made everyone confused

"He said even Regina, and I said yes, even Regina." Ella said with a smirk, Regina immediately blushed everyone in the room smiles, they all are rooting for her to be a part of this family.

"What can I say I have great taste." Ella teased, her phone began to ping, she looked at it, it was an unknown number, she opened the message to see a picture of a little boy.

"Austin." She breathes, he's grown quite big, and he was next to her little brother with a silly turkey on his head, it must have been from last thanksgiving.

He's hung out with Austin before, see you tonight.

Her stomach dropped a bit, she remembered she had asked for Jax when the crisis went down, it made her want to hurl, what was she thinking. She looked up to glance around to see if anyone noticed her slight silent state, everyone else was discussing the program later for Roland but one.

Regina. She locked eyes with her brown orbs and realized that was a mistake, Regina tilted her head, almost asking what was wrong with her.

"Excuse me for a few minutes." Ella said to her family who all nodded and continued talking, Regina excused herself soon after.

"Ella." Regina called, she found Ella on the balcony

"Don't say nothing is wrong, we're passed that, I can read you like a book, so let's skip it and you tell me how I can help fix whatever is going on." Ella turned around with a smile, yet tears stained her cheeks, Regina sighed

"You are amazing Regina Mills, seriously, it's scary, every turn you're this perfect person to help cope through anything, it's unbelievable, I don't know how you do it."

"Will you marry my father?" she asked, Regina stifled a giggle

"Ella." She spoke softly

"I'm serious Regina please, either love my father and be a part of my family as my mother, that would be the ultimate dream, or if you just want to stay friends and you aren't my mom that's okay too, I just have to have you in my life, because I seriously don't know what I would do. You are a goddess radiating positivity and light in this dark world, you're amazing!" Ella spoke

"Dear, I'm flattered, let me tell you this, no matter what happens between your father and I, our relationship will never change, believe it or not, you've bettered me as much as I have you. Ella you're a fantastic human being." Regina said hugging the girl tightly, "I won't leave till I see you become the most amazing woman you can be."

"Well that sounds like you'll be here a long time." Ella teased knowing her habits, Regina grinned

"I wouldn't have it any other way dear." Regina released her hand from Ella's, Ella clasped her hands together.

"I must confess, I don't know why I asked for Jax when I couldn't find Roland and- "

"Dear, I'd wager you do know why you called Jax."

"I wouldn't admit it." Ella breathed, "I must be psychotic to have thought that." Ella said shaking her head, "I was just so in love with him." Ella confessed

"I know, as most first loves are." Regina said sadly, "Now let's get going to Roland's performance." Regina offered with a soft smile, Ella smiled and nodded.

Roland was ecstatic to find out that all his family was coming to watch him in his school play, he couldn't wipe the proud grin on his face when he walked into his school's theater with his daddy, Regina, Cece and uncles and aunts. They found seats in the front and mingled with one another. Regina and Robin had chosen to sit next to Ella, there was an empty seat next to her because Kenzi wanted to sit next to Tink which meant Hale and Killian moved with them, while Tiff met MM and talked to her and stayed there for a while.

"Is this seat taken?" A voice asked, Ella immediately looked up and caught sight of a lopsided grin, she rolled her eyes and smirked back, he sat next to her.

"Well, you look beautiful tonight." He said breaking the silence, Regina nudged Ella and smiled at her and turned towards Robin before he could see who sat down. Ella giggled, Regina was distracting her father. She wasn't overly dressed up just a simple "little black dress" and a pair of heels, she left her coat in the car.

"Thank you." She said softly, then returning her attention back to the stage. He chuckled.

"You're welcome." He said studying her, she glanced at him and frowned.

"What are you staring at." She hissed softly

"You." He bluntly said, she looked at him and shook her head.

"Well, stop it." She said

"Why?" he asked, she continued to look at the stage, she felt her cheeks heat a little, why was he so annoying.

"Because you're making me feel uncomfortable." She whispered to him, she crossed her legs and folded her arms.

"I doubt that." He said smiling

"Liam, stop flirtin-"

"Ladies and Gentleman, boys and girls! Please put your hands together for this year's Christmas Production!" A woman announced, this school was pretty amazing, considering it was a hefty price to pay for a private school for a six year old. She turned to look at Liam who just winked at her and nodded his head towards the stage, so she turned to the stage and watched.
