"Have you gone mad?" Halvar called out from the garden. Sera laughed, standing on the second floor in the open hallway. She stood on the balcony railing, with a contraption in her hands. "Do you expect to jump off with that thing? It has metal bars and wings! It is completely dangerous! If Thor sees you he will go crazy!"

"Hal, where is your sense of adventure?!" She smiled back at her close friend, most likely her best friend. Ever since the event with Gus, she just stayed away from him. She felt extremely alone again without Gus, they were so close. When she found out he was there, she felt amazing. She felt like things could go back to how they were..But it could never go back to how it was, she felt stupid for thinking it could. Sera pushed the thoughts away and focused on the present.

"Seraphina, if it has a malfunction then you will get hurt!"

"It won't and if it does then oh well! Come on, there is room for two!"

"No, I am not going on that thing. Someone needs to catch you when you fall!" Halvar yelled, making Sera smile. How lucky she was to have a friend like him.

Prince Loki was strolling through around today, not knowing why. He just felt like taking a walk. He needed a break from training and reading and everything else going on. He constantly felt angered, and he was. He was angry at his ex-wife, angry at Odin, angry at Thor, angry at Asgard, and angry at himself especially. Loki passed the gardens, noticing that it was unusually quiet. This only made the trickster curious and suspicious. As Loki walked through the gardens, he spotted Hal screaming up towards the balcony. The second prince looked up and saw his daughter standing on the railing. 'What in Odin's name does she think she is doing!?' He wanted to scream and force her to step into the hallway. If anything happens to her then he would kill her himself. He would make sure she was alright and then kill her. 'Is she mad? Has she lost all of her brain cells?'

"If you can keep up with me!" She screamed and jumped, making Loki's eyes go wide. The machines straps tied around her and the wings started to move. "I'm flying!" She yelled, looking happier than ever. There was such life and excitement in those big eyes. The sight caused Loki to have a huge smile on his face. He never even knew that she wished to fly.

"Do you know how to fly that thing?!" Hal questioned, trying his best to follow behind her. Hal was an extremely smart Asgardian. The boy worked well with computers, machines, and anything you hand him, but he did not like this. Cheap machinery that could throw people to their death? It had to be fixed. 'Why couldn't she just make me fix it?' He groaned to himself, watching her struggle.

"Uhh...Well.."She yelled down, still flying. "How do you land it?"

"Did you read the manual!?" Hal yelled at her.

"It came with a manual?"

"Oh Sera." Hal sighed, rubbing his face with his hands. Loki found it amusing that Hal cared for his little girl the way he did. Hal was just a teenage boy, but he was no pervert. Hal is a good man, much like his father. Hal would protect Seraphina, no matter how much she broke his heart. She needs that. "Just undo the straps and I will catch you."

"NOOOO! I still want to fly!" She laughed, flapping the wings. The wind picked up, pushing her back. "O-Ookay Hal!" She yelled, unable to get strength in her flight. Loki felt his heartbeat out of his chest, afraid of how this was going to end.

"You picked the wrong day to fly that thing!"

"I know that! Thanks, smart ass!" She yelled, "How do you shut this thing off? Didn't you have one?"

"No?!"

"What!? The guy told me everyone has had one!"

"You really believe marketers?"

"Okay, well...shit." She said, the wind pushing her more. "Hal, get ready to catch! And if you miss I swear I will... Uhm...I will do something! And I will make it hurt! I will get Thor to hurt you!" She added, making Loki feel jealous. Loki could hurt Hal if he didn't catch her, why did she claim Thor? Then Loki realized, she thinks Thor is her closest relative.

"Well, that's threatening," Hal smirked. Sera rolled her eyes, untying herself as fast as possible. Once she was loose she shut her eyes tight and let go, falling down into God knows what. She felt an arm on her back and her legs, holding her up. She opened her eyes to see Hal, who had a big smile on his face. Loki eyed how close Hal was starring at her. Loki knew that Hal wanted her and it angered him. His little girl never even thought about boys, she never even cared about them. She is just so different now. This obviously makes sense since Sera was just a small child before she was taken away. "Are you okay?" Hal whispered, his nose almost touching hers.

"Never been better." She smiled, quickly getting down from his arms. "It's a shame, I really wanted to fly."

"Maybe Loki can teach you how." Hal suggested, right behind her in case she felt dizzy.

"I thought flying is something you are born with?"

"Do not ask me, I have no clue. " He smiled, making Sera laugh. "But I would always catch you when you fall."

"Awh Hal, you are so sweet!" Sera called, feeling light snow brush on her. "It's snowing? Already?"

"Yeah, it was supposed to snow today." Hal chuckled at her, "Do you not know the weather?"

"Oh excuse me, I am not used to your Asgardian weather." She joked with him, "I love the snow!"

"Oh Vahalla please." Hal joked back, making her giggle.

"The cold never bothered me anyway!" She sang loudly, making him chuckle.

"What in all of Asgard are you singing?"

"Let it go!" She yelled, the snow coming down slightly harder. Loki watched the tips of her finger turn a very light blue, but Hal didn't notice. The temperature dropped quickly but returned back in seconds. Loki only thought that happened when she was angry or upset? She is perfectly happy right now? "Sorry, sometimes I forget that you have no clue about some stuff I say."

"It is quite alright, Sera. We should go inside, it is gonna get colder." Hal said, realizing his Asgardian speech sounded slightly Midgardian. This only shows how much time he has been spending with the princess.

"No! It's beautiful out! Come on!" She yelled, making him shake his head. He sat on the bench and she following him.

"You are not cold?" He asked

"Not really. Asgardian seasons are weird."

"Midgardian seasons are weird." He said, making her smile. "What is Midgard like?"

"It's very different. I miss it."

"Maybe the Allfather could allow a visit."

"Are you serious?"

"I do not see why he would say no." He smiled at her.

Training with Loki was the usual, he did not mention that he saw anything. Sera did fine, she just needs a lot of emotional control. She arrived in the library an hour before practice. Loki was in the library reading books and he saw her come in, putting books that she took out back in their rightful place. Loki remembered his mother saying that she has a love for books. Just like their usual training, they practiced energy and focusing it and they practiced on shields for protection. She has gotten better but loses focus easily. Once her mind drifted she either lost it, making it disappear or it got far worse and dangerous. At the end of the session, Sera wasn't happy with herself at all. The princess did not even seem happy coming in, that was not like her. After Seraphina left, Loki went to go find a book on flying. Maybe that is what she wanted?

During dinner, everyone gathered together. There were more people than usual, but no one complained. Loki sat across from Sera, watching her take a few bites out of her food. He hated seeing her struggle like this. Sif sat on her right and Frigga sat her on left. Odin and Frigga were having their own conversation, as well as Sif, the warrior three, and Thor. Other high officials, guards, and such sat towards the end of the table, in their own conversation as well. Magni had not arrived for dinner, still angered with his father. Loki saw how Seraphina kept her eyes down, not looking at anyone, or thing, besides her plate.

"How was your day, Seraphina?" Loki asked her, wanting to have a personal conversation with her. She seemed so off. At practice, they went right to magic and learning. She usually asks him how his day was so far and asks him what did he do or what he was going to do. She didn't crack her jokes or comment on anything.

"It was good, I tried to fly." She said, giving a small smile to herself. "The machine came with manuals that I did not read."

"Usually you read the directions first."

"Yeah well, I'm impatient."

"I've noticed." Loki smirked, "Have you been feeling alright?"

"Just peachy."

"I do not understand." Loki commented. "You feel as a peach?"

"Of course you wouldn't." She sighed, but then gave him a weak smile. She did not want t hurt his feelings, he saw it in her face. She did want something though, he noticed desire in her eyes. "Loki, can we go into the like city tomorrow? Have a you and me day?"

"Would you like to?"

"If you want to."

"Have you ever been to the city?"

"Only once with Hal, but we didn't see much."

"Then I shall take you." He smiled at her. Her smile went from ear to ear. "It shall be a you and me day." He smiled, copying her words. Loki had to admit he hated using her Midgardian style of talking and he almost hated when she did not speak properly but he would take as much as he could get from her.

"Really?"

"Of course." He said, loving how happy she was now. Loving that he made her happy.

After dinner, everyone went for their duties. Thor sat and talked a little with Seraphina, then bidding her goodnight and kissing her on the forehead. He was going out with Sif, the warrior three, and a couple of guards and officials. They invited Loki..Well..Thor invited Loki, but he rejected it. He did not feel like getting drunk with the people that hate him. So they begged and changed his mind, thinking he needed a night out. Sera bid them all a goodnight, knowing they were going to go out and come back at God knows what time. Sera laughed to herself, memories of her doing that with her friends. They did a lot of crazy shit. She missed them, especially Adrian and Sahara. "Do you remember when we snuck out of our houses and you almost died jumping out the window." Gus's voice spoke, making Sera snap her head at him. Goosebumps appeared on her skin and the hairs on her neck stood. 'Why am I so scared of him?' She kept asking herself, but no reason came. Gus stood at the end of the hallway, while Sera was in the middle. She wanted to run but she did not want to look like a chicken. 'You're stronger than him.'

"I remember you almost falling into the ocean. I should have let you." She glared daggers at him, her hands were now in the shape of fists.

"But if you let me then we wouldn't have partied the way we did." Gus talked smoothly.

"Fuck you."

"Oh come on, Serphi. Don't you remember how we would stay out all night, only returning at nine in the morning."

"Wished I hadn't."

"That's a lie."

"You don't know that."

"Oh but I know you. Actually, I know you like the back of my hand."

"No, you don't. You missed months of me, I changed completely." She spoke in a warning tone. "You never actually knew me, I didn't even know myself."

"And you still don't know yourself, princess." He smirked, "Remember when we got arrested?"

"That was all your fault."

"Really?"

"Yes, it was."

" I do not remember, enlighten me."

"It was you, me, Adrian, and Sahara. We all snuck out to go to that stupid house party. You took a shitload of drugs and you got caught. You were the one who got us arrested."

"You went willingly, you guys wanted it."

"Oh shut up about that, we never asked you for anything."

"You loved the party life."

"Loved, that's past tense."

"You know you still like it."

"I don't see a point in going out, especially with people like you."

"Serphi, I am trying to help you."

"Help me? You just cause pain and annoyance everywhere you go."

"I am not lying to you, I never lied to you about anything. I am not like them."

"Who's them?"

"Your so-called family. Have you ever went up their asses, Sera? Maybe you are looking in the wrong direction, ever thought of that?"

"...Gus, what are you talking about?" Sera snapped, walking fiercely towards him. "How did you even get in here!? How come you have not aged like an Asgardian? Who are you, Gustavo?! Huh!?"

"Why are you questioning me when your family is the one lying to you!"

"What are you talking about!?"

"Go find out for yourself. It's funny you actually thought you were the granddaughter of the All-father. To think! I thought that you loved books and knowledge, and yet you seem like the dumbest one here. But do not fret, when you are destroyed and hurt, my doors will be open."

"Burn in hell." She yelled. "Now leave, you piece of shit."

"When you learn the truth, I'll take you into my arms." And with that, he left her. Anger boiled through her veins, as she tried to calm herself. The temperature dropped incredibly, snow falling from the sky like a blizzard. It took her some time to compile herself and make sure she was calm. Once the temperature reached to its normal state, Sera headed to the library. She was going to get to the bottom of this, even if it would take her the whole night.

Okay so I saw a comment and I want to like make it clear. But please don't think I am being rude explaining this. Okay so, Seraphina has the mind of an Asgardian, and Asgardians live for thousands of years. I honestly think that Seraphina would remember some important things like her horrible mother, rare times with her uncle and her father. But there are memories that will and are lost forever for Seraphina. I remember things from when I was really young, so why wouldn't an Asgardian? Plus, magic is involved so that's a huge factor as well. I just wanted that out there in case anyone else thought the same way.

So guys sorry for taking so long. I'm sorry just like stuff going on. But here is the next chapter and I hope you love it! I Thought it'd be time that she found out and I love the cliff hangers so yeah! You just have to wait till next chapter;) R&R, tell me what you think, what you want to happen, who you hate or whatever. Anyways for my second story I narrowed it down to either the Loki and tony Stark daughter one or the surprise one. I'll tell you now that for surprise story, the girl has something to do with our pal Thanos. And it's a love story! So can you guys choose and comment which one you like for me to write and post about first? I think i'll post the Tony stark one, I think that's best. Plus for the name Maria was a good idea, I never even thought of that. I was gong to put Scarlett because of the storyline and her scar and it'll be explained then if I chose it or Maria (or Marie). So can you guys pick? I think your opinions are much better.
