"Father, have you seen Seraphina?" Magni asked at the breakfast table. It was a late breakfast, but everyone gathered around the table. The only two people that were missing were the Allfather and Queen Frigga. The warriors three, Sif, Thor, Magni, and Loki ate this morning. Magni wanted to talk to her, to make sure she was okay from last night. Loki's head shot up hearing his little girl's name.

"No, I have not," Thor answered, taking a bite out of his food. The heir to the throne felt incredibly suspicious and worried for Seraphina, she always just showed up...Much like her father does.

"Odd, she did not come down from the roof yesterday?"

"She was on the roof?"

"Yes, she was on one of the high tower's roof. She said she needed some space."

"Did she say why?" Loki questioned.

"She was actually mad at you."

"Me?"

"Yes you, what did you do? She seemed pretty upset."

"I have done nothing," Loki said, trying to think what he could have done. Did I accidentally say something that hurt her feelings? Did she remember something? Loki took the last bite out of his food and sighed. He got up and left the table, without saying a word.

"Be careful, she might ice your head off," Magni commented, smirking. The son of Thor knew that whatever Loki did, Sera was going to make sure he was going to pay for it.

Seraphina stood on the roof again, ignoring everyone. She didn't want to eat with liars. She didn't want to be near them. Loki spotted her across the gardens and instantly knew this wasn't going to be pretty. He teleported behind her and sat next to her. She noticed but was too angry to care. He saw the built-up anger and hate in her eyes, how hurt she looked. "I heard you are angry with me."

"Magni told you, didn't he?"

"Yes," Loki said, looking at her. "What did I do to anger you?"

"Oh, I don't know...Why don't you think about it?"

"Seraphina, I do not understand?"

"Of course you don't!" She yelled, facing him. Tears pouring down her cheeks, hurt written all over her face. "You and Thor have no clue, do you?! I trusted you! I trusted you both for God's sake! How-How could you! I-I trusted you so much!" She sobbed, her voice cracking. The sight broke Loki's heart, even though he had no idea what she was talking about. "Everything Gustavo said was right! I should have never stepped afoot here! You never wanted me anyway!"

"What? Seraphina, whatever that boy told you was lies. He hurt you. Of course, I want you here!"

"Liar!" She shouted so loud that practically all of Asgard heard. "You are a Liar! That's all you ever will be to me!"

"What have I done to you? Please tell me-"

"You have been lying to me since the first day I met you." Her voice was shaking, as well as her body. She felt like she was going to throw up. She looked like she was about to hyperventilate. "But you got your wish, I will be leaving Asgard today."

"No, you will not." The second prince's voice became serious. 'She will not leave again. She's safe here..With me.'

"Who's going to stop me? The liesmith himself ?"

"I did not lie about any-"

"Really? Adopted son of Odin? My father!?" She screamed, making Loki's eyes go wide. "Hmmm, thought so! You...You lied to me! How could you! You said my father cared about me! That I was loved! You were lying about..about everything! H-How could you!? You are the monster that destroyed New York!"

"I did not mean to lie, my love. Please, I was under orders."

"So orders are more important than me?"

"No, that is not what I meant."

"Then what do you mean, 'father'? If you even deserve to be called that." She spat. All her words felt like daggers in Loki's chest.

"If I told you, I would never be able to see you again. The allfather knew I have done more than enough wrong and he wanted you safe. Please you must trust what I am saying. You are all I have, Seraphina."

"All you have?" Her voice cracked again, "Then why would you want me dead?"

"Dead? What are you talking about?"

"The book..It said.."

"Seraphina, what book?" He spoke quickly, fear rushing through him.

"This golden book, it had all this information about everyone." Loki felt like time froze. That book is known to be a powerful, magical book. It only comes out when it is apparently meant to come out...It only speaks the truth...But Loki never wanted her dead...

"It appeared out of nowhere?"

"Yes."

"What did the book say?"

"It said information about you and then me. It said I was lost or taken or something..And that you sent out searches for me, that you sent out almost all of Asgard..T-Then it said that the searches just stopped. That most wishing I was dead. Wh-Why would you wish that? Why would you stop looking for me!?" She screamed at her father, "Did you not know the hell I been through! I wake up hating myself every single day! I have never experienced a family's love! I never had a good father! I never had a loving mother! I never had anyone! What don't you understand!? You left me! You left me all alone! You gave up on me!" She dropped to her knees, sobbing uncontrollably, breaking every inch of her father's heart. "They hurt me so badly, they used me! They wanted me dead too! My God, you almost killed me when you came to take over Earth...You-You...How could you do this to me? H-How ca-can...Do I mean that little to you?!"

"Sera-"

"W-Was I just some game? Some trick? For God's sake, I am your daughter! Why do your other children have at least decent relations with you!? WHY AM I SO DIFFERENT?!"

"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU THE MOST!" He shouted, making her look up at him. "You and I had a different bond once you were born. You chose me, over everyone and I chose you. When you went missing...I-I went crazy! I could not live with myself! I searched everywhere! EVERYWHERE I THOUGHT YOU COULD BE! I-I searched day and night until I fell unconscious. I WOULD NEVER EVER wish you dead! I would never want you harmed," Loki yelled, feeling tears spill from his face. "I-I was unconscious for two days. My fa- The Allfather stopped the searches. He said that it was not healthy for anyone. But I never stopped. Seraphina, I tried to find clues, used magic to help, everything. But it was like you fell off the face of this universe. I-I use to cry every night because I did not know where you were or what could be happening to you. Please, I would never wish you harm or death. I couldn't live with myself."

Sera looked at him, unable to find words. She felt so much rage and anger and she didn't believe him. "I.." She said but looked down. "I will never love a monster like you." She pushed away from him, running out. Loki watched her leave, feeling his heartbreak. Loki sighed and sat down, staring at the sky. . Who could want her dead? He continuously asked himself and then it hit him.

Odin.
