War has broken out between Human Equestria(Chs, CPA) and the wizarding world. Evil Juniper Montage is on the rise but so is Delphi.

Can the power ponies defeat them? and the emerald trio?

Twilight Sparkle plonked herself into a chair the Gryffindor common room.

"Twilight?" came a soft voice.

"Sunset!" cried Twilight.

Sunset Shimmer was the only Slytherin Equestria Girl they knew but Twilight gave her permission to come in and talk.

"Juniper Montage and Delphi are rising to power. We need to make a defence group."

Twilight smiled. "Yes, we do. Let's go to the room of requirement tomorrow."

"Night," said Twilight as she walked up the stairs.

"Night," said Sunset.

War has been declared. The mane 7 knew the game was up.

Sunset grabbed her magical geode from her bedside table.

There was a message from Rainbow Dash.

"All Rainbooms meet in the Room of Requirement."

Sunset jumped up and ran into the room of requirement. The other Equestria Girls were waiting.

Suddenly, the room transformed into a tunnel. The girls and Spike followed the tunnel and led to maretropolis.

"Whoa." said Applejack, looking down at herself. "We're power ponies!"

Sunset grinned. "Come on, we have a villain to beat."

The girls spotted a hooded figure escape. Magic left a trail, at least that what Rose said.

"Right. Zapp, Mistress Mare-velous, you follow the hooded figure. Masked Matter horn, Humdrum and I will plan our next moves. Saddle Rager, Radiance, Fili-second, you find clues. We'll text." said Sunset

"Right," said Rainbow Dash. "Well, it's time to be a team. Come on, Rainbooms. Radiance, make sure Fili-second doesn't eat anything."

"Let's do this!" cried Rarity.

The girls went their separate ways, Applejack and Rainbow Dash tailing the figure, Sunset, Twilight and Spike on planning and Fluttershy, Rarity and Pinkie looked for clues.

The culprit has a wand. It seems to be Craig's but I don't know for sure.

Sunset texted back Rarity: Great, Radiance! Plan: we need to work together.

The Equestria Girls ran to see the figure aim a net at them, Rainbow grabbed them and together they were safe.

Twilight knew she could duel her and denote her. As the magic rose inside the figure, she turned into a horrible demon. The girls were horrified!

It seemed Twilight and Sunset knew more magic than any other student.

Juniper aimed a curse at Sunset and hit her directly in the heart. The switching curse. Twilight watched in horror as her best friend turned evil.

"Masked Matter-Horn!" cried Rainbow Dash. "It's up to you! You know the switching curse!"

Albus, Scorpius and Rose ran in. "We'll help!" cried Albus. "We left my brother back fighting Delphi for a moment, we need you! Rose, return to my brother, help him, we'll stay here!"

The she-demon that the mane 5 saw all those years ago showed up in Sunset again.

"Mane-iac!" cried the mane 5. As Sunset became more powerful, Twilight held her friends' hands.

"Come on. The only way is friendship. We need Sunset to defeat Juniper!"

The mane 6 held hands as their geodes glowed. They were ponying up! They grew ears, tails, wings etc. The magic of friendship spread out between the 6 friends and Sunset was brought back.

"Now," said Rainbow Dash. "It's time."

Twilight aimed the spell at Juniper's heart. The magic hit her and as she fell, Rainbow Dash sped to catch her.

"I'm sorry." said Juniper.
