Chapter 23: Distress

Navi sighed as she watched them all get ready as she sat on a crate. She shuddered as Deka leaned over to her. Looking up at the rat lady not sure what she was going to ask. Her guess is some joy to 'lighten' the mood. She looked at the small device that Deka held to her.

"That's yah know a walkie talkie. I got two made for yah know Echa but he only needs one so yah know yah can use his other one. This will let yah hear what's yah know going on, though yah won't be able to chat back, so yah just strap it on yah wrist." Deka smiled at her.

Navi nodded as she messed with the strap putting it on. Her ears still low. She just had a sick feeling this wasn't going to work; everything felt wrong And she hated being away from Link and she hated the idea that she may not ever see him again. She looked at Deka as she sat up next to her on the box. She studied the armor that Deka was in.

"Yah don't worry, if anything yah know yah can teleport us out of there. Yah just teleport us back to that planet and everything will be yah know ok." Deka spoke trying to cheer up Navi some as she put on her gloves. "Then yah be with Linky."

Navi nodded as she sighed. She looked at the others who were getting on armor. She looked at Autum who walked up to Deka. She wanted to ask Autum if they really have a chance, but decided not to..

Autum tossed a small device at Deka. "Don't lose that." Autum stated as she was putting one in her left ear. "Do you have ways to contact your mouse?" Autum questioned the rat woman.

Deka chuckled and nodded. "Yup, yah know he has his own device and Navi here has one too." Deka watched Autum walk off it seemed she didn't care for idle conversation. Deka winced as she felt someone tugging on her tail. She looked back and smiled 'What's up, pumpkin?"

Gotenoo tugged at her chest piece. "Why are we using this armor and communication devices instead of the one my daddy has? I mean they're the same." She asked not sure why they would use this set plus this armor was a little big on her.

Deka chuckled. "Because sweetie, if we have to yah know leave anything behind they won't trace it back to us. Yah father bought his own, yah know black market so there still yah know a trail even with fake names and unmarked credits, so yah know we want to keep yah daddy safe."

Gotenoo nodded as she looked down at her armor. She looked at Navi. "Why are your ears down? Are you sad, Navi?" she questioned Navi not sure why she would be sad because they were getting ready to go get her sister. She should be happy. Maybe, she thought it was because they didn't bring Link.

Navi looked at Gotenoo. "Er.. just you know worried about uh.. leaving Link behind, that's all." She smiled weakly. She didn't want to Gotenoo worry about what she thought about this mission. Her eyes trailed back to the others, they were kids yet they were going into what seemed to possibly be a death trap. Maybe it was better that Link didn't come…she decided but what if something happened to her? To never see Link again. She shook her head at the thought of it.

Autum walked up to her younger brother. She leaned up against the wall watching him putting the communication devices in his ears. He looked at her smiling. She shook her head. "First sign of trouble I want a report. If anyone splits up, tell me. We need to know where everyone is so we don't leave anyone behind." she instructed him. She tapped her right ear. "Right is ours and left is everyone."

Eznik nodded as he took off his glasses, putting them on a crate. He knew he didn't need them getting in the way. They were nothing more than for show, he just liked wearing them. Though they did aid in medical as they were also scanners. He looked to the others who were helping each other for the most part get ready. He let out a small sigh praying that they would be able to pull this off. He knew that the younger ones would have to be on their best behavior and focused to fight. "Keep them safe, Autum." Eznik said speaking quietly to Autum. "Even if I don't make it out, keep them safe."

Autum shook her head. "I'm not playing mom, so you make sure you get your ass out of there." She watched his attention fading. "We'll get her out. So you don't have to do some heroic crap, got it?."

Eznik smiled at her trying to keep positive about all this. Closer and closer time got and his mind started to drift to all the what if's. What if they didn't make it out? What if he got killed? What if they lose somebody? What if Brat is totally out of control? He shook his head a little trying to shake the thoughts away. He held his right finger to his ear. "You hear me?"

Nodding a little in reply, "Come on." Autum instructed him as she headed down the small hall. She knew time was ticking away leaving them little time to figure out the last moves.

Eznik followed his older sister out of the room as he messed with the device in his ear. "What is it? I'm sure it's something bad if you don't want the others around to hear it." he questioned her as he watched her plop down into the pilot's seat.

Autum eyes trailed to the control panel. "We need to decide when we have to bail on this mission." Looking to her younger brother she sighed. "Such as how many injuries do you think can Zigor sustain till he can no longer teleport?"

Eznik closed his eyes thinking about the answer. "He doesn't have much of a pain tolerance… in the worst case one wound that is moderate for you, would be severe for him and he won't be able to teleport. Pain is something that makes it hard for him to teleport a large group. He hopefully could still teleport himself, but that won't do much. But in dire circumstances he might be able to step up and force himself to as he has a lot of pride."

Letting out a frustrated sigh, Autum stood up. "He's the only one other than Navi who can teleport and he's practically useless." her voice quivered. She started to pace. It all was finally starting to hit her that she was bringing a group of children on a mission not even experienced soldiers would even try. She stopped, looking at her brother. "I don't think we have a shot in Renhsla to do this." she finally spoke her truth. She walked over to the free chair putting her arms on it and rested her head on her hands. She rushed into this; even with the planning of this it should have been planned months ahead of time...to pull all the kinks out of it... and not believing they'd need backup, plan or otherwise was totally reckless. This was going to be nothing more than a slaughter and she was going to be leading it.

"If you give up hope now then we don't have a chance. They are willing to give it their all and they need a leader who will stand tall." Eznik responded. He could tell by the doubt on her face and knew that the realization of this had hit her. He didn't even truly want to think of the true odds of this. He, too, seemed to have been driven by false hope. Still he believed they had to pull this off for the sake of Brat and Celtic for no-one deserved what all they were going to be put through.

Autum looked at him. "We are bringing children to a deathtrap… Nothing more. No one in their sane mind would do this. I.." She looked to the control panel and sighed. "Hell, I wouldn't even do this. I wouldn't even do this and I've done plenty of risky and ill-advised missions." She buried her face into her hands trying to figure out this all. Why had she been acting so irrational? Even in her younger days if she wanted to try to pull this off she would have planned and knew every loophole in security and had a team that knew all the ins and outs and not a bunch of kids..

"You found what you wanted and you know how stubborn you are. You're going to do whatever stupid thing you have to do to get what you want. That's why you are doing this, you need to get a grip for we can't have you doubting this. If you doubt this mission the others will, too and that will ruin our odds since they depend on us believing in them." Eznik spoke trying to bring up her spirits some, but knew he couldn't sugar coat it. "We still need to figure out when we need to bail still." trying to keep her on track and not to let his own mind drift.

Autum nodded as she pulled out the earpiece out of her left ear and sighed. She looked at the earpiece. She nodded some as she closed her eyes thinking where to even start.

Rin put on her gloves as she looked at Zigor and spoke in her native tongue to him. She looked at him as she stared back. He just nodded pretending he knew what the hell she just said to him. Rin smiled as she grabbed some throwing knives, putting them onto the strap on her right leg.

Zigor watched her shuffling over to Atia. "So.. What did I just agree to?" He looked at Atia who opened her eyes looking up at the teen. "You said that you would come protect her if she needed help." Atia shook her head as she sat on the floor. "Now, if you would let me go back to meditating."

Zigor's ears went low. He walked over to Deka. "Why couldn't she think someone else was her daddy." he mumbled, not too thrilled with the demon 'stalker, truly fearing he would be the one needing protection. He winced as Deka ruffled his hair.

"Awe but yah know yah make such a lovely daddy." Deka laughed at him as she put her finger in her ear. "Eznik….. Autum…. Yo, someone answer." Deka spoke as she held the piece in her ear. "They must not be listening." Shaking her head as she hopped off the crate knowing she would have to find the two. She glanced at Zigor who was glaring at her. She smirked at him as she started to walk out of the room.

"Deka…" Gajra spoke up. He was standing leaning against the wall next to Atia. He shook his head telling her basically not to go. He knew that it was better to leave them alone to strategize and talk. He knew this mission was going to rely on both of them and the last thing they needed was to be interrupted.

Deka stared at him; he talked and called her by her name. She glanced over at Zigor deciding whether to test fate and have fun or just stay there. She smirked as she looked at Gajra. "Are you going to say something else if I go?" she questioned him, but no reply. She went to leave out of the room but Gotenoo grabbed her tail.

"Don't, Deky." Gotenoo spoke with a sad tone, trying to do puppy dog eyes. "Don't want you to get in trouble. Also Daddy and Autum are talking. We don't want to get them mad. We need to be serious like on some of the harder bounties we have done." She tugged on Deka's tail again showing her that she didn't want her to go.

Deka sighed and ruffled her head. "All right pumpkin, I'll stay here." She picked up Gotenoo's helmet out of her hand and put it on Gotenoo. "Yah know that's a little big. Can yah see alright?" she asked Gotenoo who just nodded.

Eznik walked back into the room. "Is everyone ready?" he questioned the group. He looked at them who all seemed to be rather quiet. He could tell they all knew how serious this all was going to be. He jittered some as Autum walked up and put her hand on his shoulder.

"Alright, no more screwing around especially you two." Autum ordered looking at Deka and Zigor. "And I'm not saying it again, understand? You can crack your jokes and so on, once we get this mission completed." Autum walked over and picked up a helmet and tossed it at Eznik. "All of you will wear your helmets, I don't care your reasons The last thing we need is your picture plastered across the tv.." Autum grabbed another one and tossed it at Sakki who caught it.

"Alright, those of you who are stuck with me, come here." Autum instructed. She looked at Navi who jumped up and flew over to Eznik. Autum prayed her brother could keep her safe. Navi was going to be the only way they were going to get out of this alive.

Navi looked at Eznik, he looked odd without his glasses. She let out a small sigh as she sat down on his shoulder. She looked at Atia and Gajra who walked up to them. Her ears were low; neither of them even looked like a fighter, though Eznik didn't either. She knew they didn't stand a chance. Looking at the last of their group walk up; Rin, she worried even more as she was just a child. What she had observed of Rin was that she whined whenever she was away from her daddy. She couldn't stand to be out of his sight. She was just a normal little girl with a little girl temperament. She saw nothing of the assassin Deka claimed.

Eznik didn't say anything. He already knew he's group was ready for what was ahead. He had taken the more mature group as well. Even with Rin in the group, when she was away from her 'daddy' she was a different person. He looked over to Autum who was explaining to the group what was going to be happening as she put in her other ear piece.

Eznik looked at Navi and smiled. "We'll all be safe." Navi nodded not sure what to say. Her heart was sinking as she had such a bad feeling about this. She looked away from him; she didn't want her feelings to be seen. She was scared as well, she never even truly dealt with the weapons among the other things here in this dimension.

.Autum walked up to the group with the others following her. "You ready?" she questioned her younger brother. She knew it was time and they needed to hurry before there was a scan that would detect their ship.

Eznik simply nodded. He looked at Navi, "You ready Miss Navi?" This was it. It was time for them all to put on their game faces. As for him it was just a small childish grin.

Navi nodded as she stood up. She looked at them as they grabbed hands. She closed her eyes and with that the group was gone. They were going into the battlefield, ill prepared, most of all no chance at all of coming back.

Eznik looked at Autum nodding. He took off in the opposite path she was. They had a lot of ground to cover because they couldn't teleport right in the middle of everything. This way they would try to blend in as the guards that were on duty.

Eznik slowed down as they headed into the more populated hallways. His blue eyes stared out from the tinted helmet at some scientists that passed them. His hearts raced knowing at any moment one of these scientists could call them out. They had to go a bit farther to hit the main section where the labs were from there they could get to Brat.

Eznik held his helmet and started to speak in another language to his sister. He was sure if Atia was listening in she would know what he was saying. As for Rin, Gajra and Navi, they wouldn't know what he was talking about. He let out a small chuckle from his sister's response. He was trying to keep the mood lightened some.

They walked down an empty hall, their footsteps echoed. It seemed off for a populated high security station. Eznik looked around to the doors of the labs. He knew this was bad. "Get ready…" he spoke quietly to them.

"Interesting.. I don't remember guards being sent down here… Plus..you fooled nobody, we already knew you and another group of yours is here. We tracked your ship before you were even in the air space. A familiar voice spoke out as Yoko stepped out in front of them. He already had his sword out ready to attack. He studied the group; it seems Autum wasn't there which was rather disappointing, she did what they predicted, going for Celtic as her brother would go for Brat. It seemed Endra was right about emotions were going to be affecting this mission. He wanted a rematch with her and this time kill her. He looked to who seemed to be leading the group studying him. "Well, it seems the Good Doctor has returned…. If I were you I would tell your daughter's little friends to give up now, unless you want to watch them die."

Rin walked out in front of Eznik. "Go ahead…" She glanced back at Eznik. "He's mine…" Rin took off her helmet dropping it to the ground. As much as they said not to, she didn't need her vision to be skewed from the helmet. She already was partially blind as it was. She also knew there were no true records just what she had as an assassin for hire when she wasn't with her father. Also by the sound of this man he probably was Yoko of the Elites. She grabbed one of her wings, ripping it off her back. She winced from the pain as she held her bloody wing.

Navi stared at Rin shocked as she ripped off her wing. She shook her head in utter dismay. Why would she do such a thing!? She would already be injured before fighting! And injuring herself? Things were worse than she even hadn't even been on the station 5 minutes and they were already being confronted by one of the Elites. Then this little girl just ripped her own wing off. She looked at Eznik and the others who didn't seem to be upset by what Rin had just done.

The wing that Rin held formed into a long glaive in the same colorization as her wing. Her blood dripped off of it as her gold eyes locked onto her prey. Darting at Yoko she swung her blade at him. As soon as their blades clashed Eznik and the others took off down the hell. Eznik put his hand to his helmet. "Autum, Rin is with Yoko and is staying behind to fight him, just for you to know."

Navi looked back at Rin as she was hit into a wall by Yoko. Navi held her hands over her face. She didn't want to see anyone get hurt or worse. Rin still looked like a child even though she might be hundreds of years old.

The group didn't get very far as they were greeted by another of the Elites. It seemed they were more than prepared for their coming. What was bad was they already knew they were all there. The question was who would win the fights and become victor at the end.

Eznik froze as a young woman walked out in front of them. "Rhea?" he gasped, not sure if it really was her or not. He stepped back trying to figure this out. Part of him wanted to believe it was really her as for the other part he prayed to the goddess that it wasn't.

The woman studied the group. She had light brown hair with white tips. She had the same ear style as Eznik, though her eyes were green. She wore blue robes with markings on them. "Stand down..." she spoke quietly to them.

Eznik gritted his teeth. If it was Rhea she was lost to the government, no doubt brainwashed or under mind control. He didn't have time to try to figure this out. "Atia… how well can you hold up against a goddess?" he asked not sure how well she could do this.

Atia glanced at Eznik. It seems Eznik knew who this girl was. As for herself she could sense the godly energy. She knew that she had to be able to hold her own. "I will be fine.." Atia informed him. She knew that she would have to give it her all, though in the back of her mind she knew she wouldn't because of the fear pending in her. Atia winced as 7 guards walked up behind the woman. It seemed this so-called goddess had back up.

Eznik went for his gun. He was going to have to fight. He looked as Gajra walked up. "You and Navi go ahead. We will take care of this. Worst case make sure you three get out." Gajra directed as he reached for a small bag to his side. He pulled out some seeds just dropping them to the ground. He kept his focus on the guards ready for them to fire.

Eznik looked at the two and nodded. His attention went to a hallway that he could get to. He ran the blueprints through his head; he could take that path to get to Brat as well. He darted down the hall knowing he needed to hurry. The faster they got Brat the faster they could get out of there.

Navi tottered as Eznik took off. Just then the name Rhea hit her. "Wait, isn't Rhea your sister?" Navi questioned Eznik. She remembered that was who Celtic was talking about. Her attention shot back to the sounds of guns firing. She looked as she saw Atia and Gajra protected by a wall of vines and other various types of plants. She felt a small bit of relief.

Eznik winced from the sounds of the gunshots. He didn't reply to Navi, it was something he couldn't face. He needed to keep his focus to save his daughter. He knew that if it was Rhea, it wouldn't be the same sister he knew. He just kept running knowing time wasn't on their side.

Deka walked over to a vent bending down. She lifted up her helmet and kissed Echa on the head. "Yah be safe now, got it?" She set him down watching him run into the vents. She ran over to the group as they headed down the hall.

Autum shook her head and snapped something to her brother. She let out a sigh knowing her brother was going to keep his old childish ways even in this death trap. She glanced through her helmet back at Deka who walked up next to her.

"So? What does he say? All I know yah called him a jackass." Deka inquired. That was the only word she could translate of what all Autum said. She tended to learn the cuss words to as many languages as possible.

Autum shook her head. She looked to a couple of scientists who seemed to just ignore that fact they were there. So far it seemed they were blending it quite fine. But she knew it was only a short time till everything would go to hell.

Deka looked down the hallway and they turned down. It seemed to be empty. Deka's tail twitched as she looked back at the others and nodded a little. She knew this was going to be bad. Deka looked at Autum who started to walk down without the group.

Autum stopped in the hall as now there was a man standing in the hall. He had a blindfold over his eyes. He stood alone. "Well Endra… seems you're still a blind fuck. What more no back up, I thought you were smarter than that." she spat knowing she already had the disadvantage. She wished she was fighting Yoko; she could at least fight with her sword. But this bastard was going to make it where she couldn't use her blade. She took off her helmet not wanting it to get in the way of her fight.

Endra didn't react to her slander. He stood recognizing the familiar voice. "Well, Black Ash or should I call you Autum, it doesn't really matter though does it any more? Your dual persona is now broken and you are now one." he spoke calmly.

"I would assume your friends are Brat's crew. I doubt you could of found anyone else as rash as yourself to do something this stupid." Endra spoke as he held up his hand. "Though knowing you, you're not going down without a fight… So shall we just start? Autum Venus Hitaru, you are now bound to me" He made a fist and then released his hands. "You no longer can make a fist."

Autum let out a low growl she already knew this was coming. "Keep your names private got it!" Autum yelled back at the others as she darted at Endra. Even not being able to use her sword she was going to fight. She swung at kick at Endra trying to hit him. He simply just stepped back.

"You've become rather reckless… you used to rely on strategy so much. Did getting old really affect you that much? Or is it your emotions for Celtic?" he questioned her as he dodged another one of her attacks. He knew her anger was a weakness so he needed to just push her buttons.

Gotenoo winced as she saw Autum get hit in the stomach. "Come on!" she shrieked as she darted to Endra smirking under her helmet for she was going to show that bastard for hurting her aunt. Before she could even throw a punch she screamed out in pain. She held her shoulder where an arrow stuck out. She stumbled back as she screamed out. She didn't understand why it was hurting so bad. It felt like it was eating her muscles in her arm. She fell to her knees crying. She was normally fine with injuries but this was something she couldn't bare. She knew not why, she didn't understand what was happening.

"Pumpkin!" Deka ran up with Sakki to Gotenoo. Deka looked down the hall where a woman stood, Deka's guess it was Kiko that sniper Autum spoke of. She winced as Gotenoo screamed again. Deka pulled out a small medicine gun hooking up a vial to it. She pulled out a knife and cut into a weak point in the armor and shot it into Gotenoo's arm, praying it would help. She looked at Sakki. "Stay here with her, protect her, got it?"

Zigor seen Autum was still fighting Endra though it wasn't looking good. He then looked at them fixing up Gotenoo. He next looked at the woman down the hall as she pointed an arrow at Deka. He gritted his teeth as he knew he only had seconds before she fired again. He pulled out his gun vanishing. As soon as he appeared a gunshot went off followed by a second. Looking at the woman she didn't even fletch from the shot, to his shock he had missed. He felt a burning sensation in his side. He looked to his side where he was shot at point blank and then to the small girl who stood next to him. He was still in a bit of shock from it all. What more, one of his own species working for the government? The same people who enslaved them all. He was more than a little rattled.

Tae pointed a gun at Zigor's face. "You're rather slow… I was here milliseconds before you." She tapped her gun on his helmet. She glanced at the Kiko who fired off another arrow. She looked back to the teen that had vanished.

Hitting the arrow away with her tail, Deka looked at Zigor who appeared next to her collapsing to the ground. She held her finger to her ear. "Eznik, two down.'' She spoke calmly because she knew that she couldn't panic, not now. She looked at Sakki and grabbed his hand. "Help him." She nodded to Zigor. "Keep pressure on his wound." Deka instructed as she took off down the hall. She needed to get to that sniper and stop her. She winced as she barely managed to dodge one of the arrows. She fired off a couple shots down the hall, avoiding Autum and her opponent.

Autum let out a small cry as she was knocked into the wall. She glanced at the others who were injured. She hit the ground as she knocked down. She let her guard down worrying about the others. She held up her arm blocking a kick from Endra.

Sakki looked at Autum. He looked at Zigor. "Just keep pressure on it.." he spoke to Zigor as he stood up. He pulled off his helmet. He then pulled off one of his gold earrings knowing he needed to help Autum, even if he could only do it for a minute. He just prayed it would be long enough for them to take the advantage. He let out a small cry as his ears got a bit longer as did his hair. He darted towards Endra, with his speed he seemed to just vanish.

Endra winced as he was hit in the gut and he stumbled backwards from getting tripped falling to the ground. He looked in the direction of who had hit him. He held up his arm blocking the next attack. Pain ran through his arm from how hard the hit was. He rolled away from the next attack. He needed to keep his focus; one wrong move Autum would be wielding that sword of hers again.

Autum looked at Sakki who had come to her aid. She studied his new appearance. He seemed to be a bit taller, she knew he had another side, but never seen it before. Though she remembered one thing about it, he didn't have much time in that form. Sakki just had to get Endra to make a fist and she would be able to use her sword.

Sakki ran up towards Endra. Throwing a punch at Endra, but it never connected. He vanished with the help of Tae. It seemed she decided to play her hand in the game. Tae smirked as she teleported out the cell where she had just placed Sakki.

Sakki squirmed as he looked around. He looked at the girl and went to say something to her but collapsed passing out. He could only stand being in that form so long before his body gave out on him. What was worse was he was imprisoned and separated from the rest of them.

"Red!" Autum snapped as she watched Sakki vanish. She looked at Endra who darted at her. She blocked his kick and grimaced from the force. In return she swung a kick at his side, but he grabbed her leg. Autum looked at him and held out her hand. Before she could react to him, he used his other hand and slammed it into her leg breaking it. Autum let out a small muffled cry as she stumbled back into the wall panting. She moved her finger to her ear. "Get your kids out of here now..." she spoke quietly as she moved out her other hand. "To my aid.." she snapped as she swung her blade at him. She gritted her teeth through the pain of her broken leg. She knew that her attacks would be nowhere near full strength but she wasn't going down without a fight.

Deka let out a small yelp as her helmet was hit with a helmet cracking the visor. The shots were getting too close now. Her own shots were far off, especially with that teleporter who could just move her in a split second. She had dropped one of her guns in the hall and she fired a couple more shots with another gun, no sign of the teleporter this time.

Deka yowled as she was hit in her leg. The pain ran through her but she had to ignore it. She couldn't stop now she was too close to that woman. She could feel why Gotenoo couldn't take this pain, it was clear the arrows had been coated in a poison of some sort. What was worse, Gotenoo would be affected worse by it.

Aiming her gun at the woman she fired. Kikyo winced as she was hit, but she'd had worse and such wouldn't hinder her shots. She pulled her bow back, firing it quickly at Deka's hand. She watched the gun in the ground but then the rat ran up to her.

She swung a fast kick at the woman who blocked it with her bow. "You won't' last long with that poison running through your veins." the woman snobbishly remarked as she jumped back and fired another arrow at Deka who dodged it.

Eznik darted down the hall. He stopped as he came to a T, he pressed up against the wall trying to remain hidden. He closed his eyes as he heard what Autum said. That meant there was no chance for them to do anything. He was almost there. So close to Brat, if he could hold off a bit longer and get to Brat they could at least get her out of this hell hole. Though the longer he kept the others there the more time they could be put into cells or worse they could be killed. Eznik gritted his teeth and looked down the hall. He moved back as guards fired at him. He closed his eyes trying to think this through. It would take too much time to get rid of the guards. "Navi go to Autum's group and get as many as you can and get out of here, got it? Don't come back because if you do they will trap you here and believe me you don't want that.."

Navi looked at Eznik. "What? NO! What about you, you have to come!" She spouted as she couldn't believe what he was asking. She shook her head looking at him though all she could see was her own reflection in the visor. "You're coming with us!"

Eznik shook his head. "Don't worry about me, Atia can teleport. So I'll meet up with you guys, so don't worry about it. You have to hurry before they figure out what you can do. Just go and get who you can and be fast about it, teleport to Zigor." He lied to her, Atia could plane shift but could only take herself. He just didn't want Navi to linger any longer. He needed her to do what he asked and needed to stay to see if he could help Brat in anyway he could.

Navi bit her lip as she didn't remember them saying that Atia could teleport. She thought that was something she would have remembered. Though it might be just a one shot chance she thought they didn't want to rely on only in a case of an emergency. "Be careful…" She jumped up vanishing.

Navi appeared next to Zigor who was on the ground holding his side. Navi gasped as she saw the two on the ground. She looked at Deka who was using the wall for support as she was panting from the pain from the arrow in her leg. Her eyes darted to Autum who was pinned up against the wall. What was she supposed to do." AUTUM!" She screamed out as she watched Autum get knocked out cold.

Deka's ears perked as she looked back at Navi. "GET THEM OUT OF HERE NOW!" She screamed. She winced as she felt an arrow pass over her shoulder as she headed at Navi. Deka closed her eyes, she didn't want to see it.

Navi darted downward missing the arrow. She looked at Gotenoo who was passed out just from the pain. "Can you put your hand on her?" Zigor reached over putting his hand on Gotenoo. Navi looked up as another arrow flew at her. The three of them vanished as the arrow passed where Navi once was.

Deka leaned back against the wall holding her hand to her helmet. "Honey yah gotta bail… don't finish yah know the mission, keep safe." Deka spoke as she slid down the wall not able to take the pain any more. She at least knew Gotenoo and Zigor would be safe. Also that Echa would still be around if they needed to figure out a plan. She closed her eyes knowing she should just give up herself being the only one left on this side.

Navi appeared in the medical wing. She looked around panicking. "Anyone?!" she yelled out as she flew about. She looked at Zigor who wasn't looking too well. "Stay here!" She vanished, appearing outside of the ship. She wasn't thinking straight all she knew she needed to find help now! "Someone!? Link?!" She yelled out as she flew through the camp.

Miles shook when she saw the faerie flying around. "Hey!" She yelled out running to Navi. She didn't see any of the others and had a bad feeling about all of this. Navi flew up to her.

"Medical wing! They are hurt!" Navi cried out. She flew up and grabbed Miles' shirt grabbing on it and then vanished. Miles looked around, trying to pull up her senses. She wasn't used to being teleported. Looking to the two teens on the ground, she pulled out a walkie-talkie. "I have two injured on Autum's ship. I need someone here now!" she yelled into the walkie-talkie.

Running up to a cabinet she started to shove vials out of the way. She cursed not knowing the layout of this medial bay. She grabbed out a vial running up to Zigor bending down as she pulled out a medical gun. She loaded up the gun shooting him in the side. She flipped off his helmet so she could see which one of the kids it was. She put her hand on his wound to help with the pressure. "You can't pass out on me, got it?. Look at me." she snapped at Zigor.

Zigor stared at her, everything was a blur. He groaned from the pain. He nodded slightly trying to stay conscious. Everything that had happened seemed to just be just a bad dream, it all happening so quickly and so one-sided. Looking to the door a woman with long green hair ran up to him.

The woman bent down reaching into a medicine bag. "I need you to lean back. Miles, help him please." she instructed as she pulled out a small device. She moved it to where the bullet wound was. There was small clang as she moved it away from the bullet it was on it. She set it down pulling out an orb. She put her hand on Zigor's head as she held the orb with her other hand and started to chant.

Miles got up slowly looking at Jaraj who ran into the room. He looked at the two then to Miles. He bit his lip not sure what to say. He looked back at Link who ran in behind him.. He wasn't even sure what to say to the blonde. He winced as Navi flew past himself.

Link looked at Navi as she landed in his hand. "Autum and Deka.. Sakki.. the others.." She shook her head holding her face in her hands crying. She didn't know what to do, Eznik said he would be here because Atia could teleport, but part of her knew it wasn't true. " I could go back.. I should! I can get the others" she looked up at Link.

"No! You will stay here. Going back they will trap you. By now they know there is a stronger teleporter and they will figure out your teleport energy and will use their blocking devices to block it. So you will stay here." Jaraj informed her in a loud stern voice. "So snap out of it, what happened happened. You are staying here, got it?."

Navi whimpered as Jaraj yelled at her. Her legs buckled under her and she fell on Link's hand. "I-i.." she covered her face crying. They were all gone, She knew something bad was going to happen and she didn't say anything.

Link patted her on the head; He looked away trying not to let it all hit him. He closed his eyes, only three of them had came back. What about the others, were they? He shook his head afraid to think of such. He looked at Jaraj who walked up to Miles.

The two of them picked up Gotenoo putting her on the bed. Miles took off her helmet studying her. "Weird… one wound and she was out of the fight?" Miles looked at Jaraj. Jaraj shook his head, not sure about it either. He looked at the woman who got up.

"Get him on the bed and be gentle as his wound is healing." she spoke quietly as she walked up to Gotenoo looking at the wound. She then pulled out a small vial pouring the small vial onto Gotenoo's wound. She watched the wound change to a bluish color. "Miles, if you would please look through the medicines to flush her system." She spoke as she grabbed the shaft of the arrow. She ripped it out and put her hand on the wound chanting.

Link watched them as they helped the two. He wanted to know what happened. He looked at Jaraj as he walked up to the two. "Come on.." He spoke quietly knowing that they should let the injured get rest.

Link looked back in the room and then walked up to Jaraj as he held Navi. "A-are they going to be ok?" he questioned Jaraj. He looked at Navi who was sitting rubbing her eyes. She looked up at Jaraj wondering the same thing.

"They will live… Whoever shot the purple haired kid, well could have easily killed him, but aimed not to kill since it was point blank. From what I can tell they wanted them all alive, is what I've discerned from their injuries. So that means the others will be alive…don't know why they wanted them alive or who knows for how long they will be alive, maybe just to ask them some questions." he spoke honestly, he wasn't someone to sugarcoat anything.

"Then we can go and save them." Link appealed. He wasn't going to let them all get killed. He was going to go and get the others out of there.

Jaraj chuckled slightly. "I'm assuming you, the faerie and the other two. With those injuries they still will need a couple of days to recover. What's more, how will you make a difference when the group of them couldn't do anything?"

Link looked away. "What about you and the others?" He looked back at Jaraj. "Don't you all care for her somewhat? I mean wouldn't you try to help Autum?" he questioned Jaraj.

Jaraj sighed and he leaned back against the wall. "I would go help… but the others I don't know. Still we wouldn't have a chance. It's a death trap and nothing more as your friends found out. And I'm sure they would be expecting the three who escaped to come back and try again."

"Always just the truth.." Miles spoke up as she put her hand on Link's shoulder. She looked at Jaraj. "But you know we like death traps. If we didn't we wouldn't had stayed with Autum in the first place." She chuckled some as she took Link's hat off of his head twirling it on her finger. "Another thing we would have one up on Autum for once."

Jaraj shook his head. "We aren't kids anymore looking for excitement, Miles. We run this place and protect the people who are here. We can't go out trying to get ourselves killed." he snapped at her.

Miles looked at Link. "I'll go" she tossed him his hat back. "I'll get some supplies set up." She walked past Jaraj." You aren't a kid anymore and you might not be looking for excitement, but I am. What more if we can pull this off well the morale we will raise for the rebels all over the dimensions will be unbelievably. So it wouldn't be for nothing, also we would be helping a friend." she spouted as she walked on.

Link put his hat on and looked at Jaraj. He then ran after Miles. She at least wanted to give it a shot. Jaraj watched Link chase after her.
