AN: I don't own PJO or HOO, Rick Riordan does.
Olympus was peaceful. Sun shining, birds singing and the chatter of the gods being carried away into the heavenly winds. And yet, nobody notices the man walking straight through the golden doors, right to the Olympian council chamber.
Wearing a black hood that hid his face, he walked into the council chambers, leaving a trail of sand in his wake, only to disappear as soon as his foot left the ground.
When he entered the chambers, he noticed the entire council just lounging in their thrones, either not paying attention to the meeting, or bickering with another member of the council.
"I told you Apollo, I am NOT your little sis!" Artemis growled, her eyes flaring silver and an arrow notched in her bow, ready to fire.
He flinched and leaned backward, a small grimace on his face.
"Sorry Artemis, I swear it won't happen again." he replied, not facing his older sister. Then, his eyes snapped towards the figure in the middle of the room, on one knee facing the king of the gods.
"Father, we have a guest." he said, eyes narrowing at the sight of the unknown figure.
"Lord Zeus." The figure spoke, not raising his head.
"Rise mortal. What is it that you require from the Olympian Council today?" he thundered, shifting into his kingly role.
"I have come to reveal myself, my Lord. I am the man who has been rescuing the young demigods and bringing them to the camp, and Lady Artemis' hunt." he replied, his body still not leaving the kneel.
"So you are the boy who has dared to enter my camp?" Artemis hissed, her eyes glaring even brighter than before.
"No milady, I led them to the outskirts of your encampment and told them the way to your camp. I did not come within 10 metres of you or your hunters." he said, his bow now facing her.
Her glare still trained on him, she spoke.
"And how do I know I can believe you? Your word holds no value on Olympus. How can we Olympians trust a word that comes out of your mouth?" she questioned, spittle nearly flying from her mouth.
"I would like to believe that my word holds some worth on Olympus-" he began, just as Zeus cut him off.
"ENOUGH! This is a council of gods, and I believe that we should begin acting as such. Now, young mortal. I am thankful to you for aiding our children to camp. I would like to know though, who are you, and how are you this powerful? The children you rescued mentioned that you defeated the monsters with nothing but your bare hands and a faint golden glow." he asked, confusion breaking across his face, joined by a little bit of concern.
"To answer your first question Lord Zeus, the entire council is familiar with who I am." And with that, he removed his hood, revealing the mysterious figure to be none other than Percy Jackson himself.
To say the council was shocked was the understatement of the century. The council was thrown into an uproar at the sight of their hero's face, and more importantly, his newly found golden eyes.
"SILENCE! ORDER IN THIS COUNCIL ROOM!" Zeus roared, lightning striking random places around the room, leaving scorch marks on the floor.
"Answer the question, nephew. I would like to know as well." spoke Hades from his throne, his onyx eyes trained on his nephew's eyes.
Flashblack
After the awards ceremony, where Hades and Hestia had regained their thrones, Percy left Camp Half-Blood and went to his mother's apartment. There, he found the dead bodies of his mother, Sally and his step-father, Paul. After his silent mourning and burying the bodies of his parents at Montauk Beach, he went past DOA recording studios, past the Fields of Punishment, Elysium, and the fields of Asphodel, right to the cliff that lead to Tartarus, and leapt right in.
TIME SKIP
After spending close to what seemed like 2 days in Tartarus, Percy ran into someone he'd thought he'd never see again.
His grandfather, Kronos, the Titan of Time.
"Hello once again, grandson. I never thought I'd see you again." Kronos spoke, grandiose filling his voice as he stared as the grandson who killed him.
"Kronos. I thought I'd see your ugly scarred face down here." Percy replied, slowly reaching for his pocket.
"Peace, grandson. I am not here to attack you. I am here to help you." he proclaimed, his voice echoing through the valleys of the Pit.
Percy's hand relaxed slightly, but not completely.
"And how, pray tell, can you help me? I've already made it out of here once. I'm only here to see Bo- , Iapetus and Damasen, and then I'm leaving this world. Forever." he spoke, his voice dropping at the end."
"No need to explain yourself to me boy. I have seen what has happened to you through the years after you sent me back here." he replied. "I am fading young mortal, and I wish to pass my powers and domains to you."
Percy looked shocked for a second, then snapped back to reality.
"And why me? Why not any of your siblings?" he questioned, his sea green eyes narrowing at Kronos' golden ones.
"I do not trust any of my siblings or offspring with this power. Who better to trust than the person who killed me? It is your right, Perseus." Kronos said, summoning his scythe, Backbiter.
Percy jumped back, uncapping Riptide and pointing it at Kronos.
"Relax Perseus. I'm just using it to bestow my titles and powers upon you. And don't worry. Chronos, the Primordial of Time carries all the responsibilities of your new domain, so you don't need to manage anything. Good luck grandson, and I hope we meet again under less stressful circumstances." Kronos said, placing the butt of the scythe on Percy's forehead, causing him to black out.
When he awoke, Kronos was gone, Backbiter laying next to him, with a mirror and a note put on top of the mirror. In the mirror, he noticed his brand new golden eyes, and his face. Placing the mirror in his pocket, he read the note.
Perseus,
As the new demi-titan of time, you now have the ability to manipulate it to your will. Stop, start, rewind, speed up, slow down. It is all under your jurisdiction. You now have near Titan level strength, due to the blood of my second son mixed with my powers. You also have the ability to see into the past and future, if only for a short time. Good luck, and goodbye.

After placing Backbiter in its watch form, Percy then made the trek through Tartarus, encountering monster after monster, who all in the end, submitted to the new Master of Time.
After reaching the heart of Tartarus, Percy then discovered that Iapetus and Damasen had been absorbed into Tartarus' sword. Knowing this, he then fought Tartarus for the rights to his sword, and won after threatening to fade Tartarus with his new scythe. After releasing Iapetus and Damasen aiding them in escaping Tartarus, Percy left the Pit even stronger than he was before, acquiring two immortal weapons along the way.
He then decided to train in the wilderness, encountering various demigods, and escorting them to camp, leading them to the present.
Flashback End
"So, to summarize, you are now the demi-titan of Time, owner of Backbiter and the Sword of Tartarus along with all of your other titles?" asked Zeus, lightning flashing dangerously in his eyes.
"Yes, Lord Zeus." Percy replied, his body lowering back into his kneeling position.
"Then what brings you to Olympus son?" inquired Poseidon, his eyes scrunched with concern.
"I'm dying, Father."
