Ch2 Determination

He knew from the moment he saw her she was different. She was wearing a sweater similar to his own but with two black stripes he however had a plain red sweater under his black hoodie. They went down the line introducing themselves he stuck to a simple hi for fear of showing how nervous he truly was she looked 15/16 around his age. She was pretty but there was something else. She looked familiar and he had some unexplainable attraction towards her. He soon realized that even though he was the only guy there it probably wouldn't happen because Undyne and Chara had already tried pursuing relationships with him and even with Toriel's help a battle of wills against the embodiment of determination is still a losing fight. They would end up telling her and she would lose any interest she might have had. After Toriel took her to her room the others discussed what attribute she could possibly be,he just went to his room and wondered about her, about Frisk.

Breakfast was almost the same as usual Undyne and Chara fighting, Betty was singing, and he was laughing but one thing was different Frisk was there eating silently occasionally glancing at him. Then he realized she hadn't spoken to any of the girls yet so he still had a shot. Come to think of it the only person she had spoken to was Toriel which was understandable because it was a lot to take in and she had been there less than a day. He decided he would take her to the library and get to know her better before he made a decision.

Before he could even speak to her Toriel had decided to take her on a tour. So he waited until they would be done or just about done and got ready to teleport but then realized Frisk didn't know he could teleport so he teleported a bit behind them he heard them talking and not wanting to interrupt he hid around a corner and waited. "Do you wish to speak about it" Toriel said. "What" Frisk said slightly defensive "your attraction to Sans of course" Toriel said. His heart skipped a beat I shouldn't be listening to this he thought but another part of him to wanted to hear and that part of him was more determined. He steadied his breathing and listened "after all determination and love go hand in hand. They begin walking Sans walks up behind them "Toriel Undyne and Chara are going at it again might want to get a first aid kit." "What about Frisk" she asked "don't worry he said with a chuckle I can get her to her room in a flash" he said with a wink. Toriel rushed off. He scooped her up bridal style and teleported as Frisk gasped.

"Where are we" Frisk asked looking around, "my room" Sans said "I wasn't sure if you wanted me in your room or not but it's right across the hall". He opened the door Frisk went in her room and before she could close the door Sans knocked on it "is it okay if I come in" he asked she nodded blushing slightly. "Lets play a game" Sans said turning towards Frisk "we take turns asking questions and the other has to answer honestly you go first". "How do you eat" Frisk asked you sure you want to know Sans said "yes" she said determined to find out how it worked. He took off his hoodie and sweater exposing his ribcage and arms he took her hand and concentrated organs started appearing seemingly suspended in mid air. she realized he had placed her hand on his stomach she pulled back instantly he stopped concentrating and the organs disappeared once again gone "now feel there again" he said. She reached out reluctantly feeling around she found nothing. "But how I felt something there before" she said confused. I have everything necessary to carry out all the functions of living like a brain lungs a stomach and other things but no muscles or nerves and some skin but it's minimal and I can make it tangible but it's usually impossible to tell it's there. Now it's my turn Sans said with a grin "Do you think I'm good or bad " really yes I want to know if you think my attribute is good or bad " "well your determination so, isn't that good" Frisk answered. "Not necessarily some attributes such as yours are more towards one side but others like determination or anger are very flexible and can be either depending on how they're influenced luckily we got Toriel looking out for us. "I know I said we would take turns but could I ask one more question I was going to ask you this before but I lost my nerve I want to know how you really feel about me"Sans said "well I haven't known you long but your definitely really nice and you seem pretty sweet and I guess I like you a bit" Frisk said and at that exact moment Chara burst into the room but upon seeing Sans shirtless immediately leapt out of the room slamming the door shut. Sans quickly put his sweater and hoodie on see you later Frisky he said walking out of the room. Undyne and Chara immediately demanded to know what happened, "that's none of your business and if you bother Frisk about it well" he said with a laugh "your gonna have a bad time" he said. He then teleported away and Frisk walked out of the room blushing Chara and Undyne knew he didn't make empty threats so they wouldn't dare test his DETERMINATION
