'Please... leave me alone... I can't take much more of this.' A little girl ran through an alleyway, her bare feet pattering against the pavement. Another little girl was close behind her, this second one slightly smaller.
The first girl bumped into a teenage boy. He had messy green hair and kind, green eyes. The second girl stopped running, bending down to tend to the first. "E-Eri... hurt?" The girl spoke, a broken language. Her voice wavered, and they had the attention of both the teenager and a slightly older boy with blonde hair and a seemingly permanent smile.
"I'm sorry! Did I hurt you?" The green haired boy asked, reaching out to the girl. The second girl tightened her grip on the first, trembling. Upon seeing this, the boy holted. "Let's see, can you get up?"
"Look what you girls have done, causing trouble for the heroes," a new voice said, this one much deeper. "Eri, Avari, let's go home."
The green haired boy's eyes widened at the sight of the new man, Chisaki. "You'll have to excuse my children, hero. They get too carried away and hurt themselves often. Their such troublemakers." Chisaki gave a closed-eyed smile, not that you could see behind his mask. Avari, the younger one, clutched Eri tighter, an action that didn't go unnoticed by the boy. 'She's afraid... both of them...' The blonde boy flipped his mask on, hiding his identity.
"Your mask fell off again. Does it need to be resized?" He asked. "We should be the ones apologizing." He continued speaking. "That's a nice mask. You're a member of the Eight Precepts, right?"
"That's correct. The mask isn't important, though. I just hate dirt and filth," Chisaki answered. The two conversed for a little while before beginning to leave.
Just as the green haired boy was about to stand, Eri gripped his costume. "Your kids, they... they seem to be scared of something..." The boy says, just as the second girl scooted closer to him.
"It's because I just scolded her."
"Let's get going!"
"But these bandages don't look like their from playing around..."
"She happens to fall down a lot. Both."
"Two kids, shaking and scared like this, without saying anything... doesn't seem very normal."
"Please don't impose your idea of normal onto other people's families."
"People have all different types of disposition, after all."
"What are you doing to these girls?" Chisaki sighed, finally giving in.
"You heroes are so perceptive. Fine, then. It's kind of embarrassing, so come this way, I'd feel more comfortable." Chisaki begins walking down the alleyway. The green haired boy picks up Avari, while the blonde boy picks up Eri.
"You see, I'm kind of worried about my girls. Eri hasn't been listening to anything I say, lately, and Avari always takes after her sister..."
"Raising one kid is hard, but two is even harder, huh?"
"Indeed. Children are hard to understand. Especially when they should be thinking about what person they'll become... no, what person they can become," Chisaki answered, slipping his glove off. This got the attention of Avari, as she slipped from the boy's grasp and ran toward Chisaki, Eri in tow.
"You girls ready to behave, now?" Chisaki asked. Both girls only nodded, leaving a dumbfounded pair of teens. The three walked back into the alleyway, leaving them behind.
"Kids these days are getting more and more sick, aren't they. Chrono, prepare the bath," Chisaki commanded before completely annihilating a supposed employee. Chisaki held his youngest daughter, and Chrono held the older one.
"And clean that mess up."
"Yes, sir."
The two sisters were separated. Eri was about to go on the 'machine' while Avari was going to be punished for her actions.
"Overhaul, it's a phone call from Shigaraki. He wants to tell you his response."
Midoriya, the green haired boy, Mirio, the blonde boy, and their classmates sat in a conference room with many pros, big time and small.
"As for our findings, we learned that in the past year, the Eight Precepts had been increasingly contacting with organizations and other black market groups all over the country. One of these organizations was the Leage of Villians, specifically Twice. We couldn't tail them, however, but we were able to confirm that there was a dispute between the two," Centipede explained.
"Okay, but what's the point of having kids here? The discussion is going to get dark, you know..." another pro question. Fatgum argued with this, before Nighteye continued.
"In the past, the Eight Precepts were suspected of selling illegal drugs."
"In the past, I spent a lot of time cracking down on those kind of things, but during Red Riot's debut battle, Tamaki was shot with something I've never seen before. A drug that breaks quirks" Fatgum picked up.
Mirio stood up. "Tamaki, are you okay, now?" He asked, his eyes showing concern. Tamaki nodded before lifting up his hand a showing a cow hoof.
Eraserhead proceeded to explain the difference between his quirk and the drug, and then they spoke about how Tamaki's quirk genes were slightly damaged. "There were no other abnormalities, the gun was in pieces, and the guy who fired it didn't say anything about it. But Kirishima here bravely took a bullet for Tamaki, and we were able to analyze the bullet's contents. After we did, we made a sickening discovery..."
He paused for dramatic affect.
"Inside, there were human blood cells." The group talked about the connection to the Eight Precepts, before the screen changed to Chisaki.
"Chisaki is the leader of the Eight Precepts. His quirk is called Overhaul. With it, he has the ability to break down and reassemble things. A quirk that can break and reassemble things, a bullet that can break down quirks," Nighteye explained. Midoriya and Mirio's eyes widened in horrific realizations. "Chisaki has two children. The older one, Eri, and the younger one, Avari. There are no records on the birth of either of them, but when Midoriya and Mirio encountered them, both of them had bandages covering their arms and legs. One even has bandages covering her head and neck..."
"No, what a repulsive thing to do..."
"In a superhuman society, if you can dream it, you can do it."
Kirishima was confused. "Wait, what do you mean? I'm confused."
"Again, why are there kids here? I'll say this once. We think he's using his children's bodies to make bullets and selling them."
"Wouldn't it had been over with if those two just took the girls in the first place?"
"I take full responsibility. Please do not attack them. Although I was unaware, the two of them acted to save those girls. Right now, nobody is more frustrated than these two." Just as Nighteye finished, the two boys in question stood up abruptly.
"Next time, we will definitely find those girls, and protect them," They said, in unison.
"And so, that is our objective."
Eri finished cleaning the bloody bandages that had come from her little sister. She had punishment and machine time, whereas Eri only had machine time. Chisaki made it a point to keep Avari in 'quarantine' because she was only a newborn when she was given to him. She had never gotten the chance to be sick.
There was the opening of a door. "Eri, Avari~" a man spoke, and Avari clutched onto Eri, cowering into her. "Neither of you have touched your toys... even after I went and bought them for you... don't you girls think you could let your guard down, just a little?" He approached the girls, hitting Avari on the head, where her bandages were. She whimpered a little.
"In order to not afford them any time to hide our targets, we need to locate and apprehend all of the eight precepts members. And it must be done as quickly as possible." With that, they prepared to move out, or in, I guess. Before anyone could even begin the mission, someone stormed out.
Chisaki held onto and Chrono held onto Eri. They walked through the halls, talking about the battles going above them. As they were walking, a voice spoke from behind them. "Excuse me, I'd like to talk with you a bit more, after all," Mirio Togata said, causing Chisaki and Chrono to turn.
"You..."
