So it has been... a while. A year and a half almost. I've got to say. I was truly going to abandon fanfiction altogether as my high school years continue to be busy. But, in this long time we haven't seen each other, I'm now graduating high school! As a junior now less! I hope this can ease some of your anger for my long absence. But you have gotta thank my avid reader and reviewer...Bean! Without Bean's comments, I don't think I would have kept going. I just came back after a while to see how I fared after this long. It was nice to see Bean still comment even though it was a year later and I still haven't updated. So Bean, this chapter and the next is for you. Hopefully, it is up to your expectations, that long wait.

DISCLAIMER: I haven't touched this story since 2018. So, hopefully you enjoy this. And lastly, I don't own anything ; )

Chapter 24-Cho's Brother….and your boy Atlas!

Harry

Things aren't going to end well...not with Cho stuck daydreaming about her brother, Draco and I are stuck fending off an entire army while Voldemort's probably chanting for the end of the world. When you need your demigod friends the most I guess….or maybe an estranged Titan. Yeah, that's what happened….

Just about as I thought all hope was lost, the cavalry came. Atlas came howling in with a look of pure anger on his marble face.

He started stomping and thrashing at the shield Voldemort and his followers held up. They kept chanting, but visible sweat was pouring down as the Titan continued his barrage. Said Titan growled, "My servant, grab Potter now!"

Cho's brother nodded. He turned to Cho where his face transformed to one of sadness and nostalgia. He whispered, "Cho. Join me. You hate Aphrodite as much as I do. You hate the Gods. You hate the other demigods, this family that abandoned you. We only have each other now. Join me. Just surrender."

He held a hand out. Cho started to reach out, but she faltered. She glanced at the monsters that encircled them and then at me. She whispered, "Sorry." as she took her brother's hand.

The unmasked man smiled and then yelled, "Forces. Attack! Kill Potter!"

I looked around for any sort of help, but no. I was surrounded by enemies everywhere. Draco said, "Potter. I apologize for how I treated your little cohort these past few years. It seems our journey together is coming to an end, but let's go out fighting."

I nodded. Draco screamed and started thrashing at monsters left and right. I screamed, "Stupefy!" in all directions. Suddenly, the demigods came barreling in, shouting death threats and curses. Nico raised a skeleton army, Percy brandished his sword, Annabeth slashed away, Frank transformed into a bowling bear and then a horse with Hazel on top of him, Piper stabbed a few hellhounds, Jason was striking lightning at the few stray monsters that tried to escape, Leo screamed bloody murder as he ran with fire on his head, and heck even Will was wielding a wicked bow with arrows being knocked and released at the speed of light. Luna, Neville, Ron, and Hermione were shooting off spells at an attempt of breaking Voldemort's barrier. It was a bloodbath, but somehow we were gaining the upper hand.

Cho

My brother glanced in worry. "Cho. We need to go."

"But brother. I need to know before I go with you. Why? Why did you do all of this? Why would you think the Titans would be any better than our current rulers?"
"You never know! We weren't around when the Titans ruled. They'll be better."
"But we don't know that! Look at this! Look at the past battles! Were the Titans really better when they destroyed New York and Olympus?"
"Cho, stop. Remember my past letters? You will have to choose between the Titans and Voldemort when this battle is over. Battles are bloody, but the following reign doesn't have to be. So please, choose the Titans. Choose us. Choose me over some noseless bastard."

I shook my head. "You know, when I read your letters I thought you weren't completely lost. That I could get you back. But then Voldemort told me you still aren't truly alive. That you are a shell of your former self. It gave me hope that your decisions weren't completely yours. That some of it was out of obligation for those who resurrected you. But I see now that I was just trying to save myself from the truth. The truth that you truly are lost. That you aren't my brother anymore. I don't choose you. I don't choose Voldemort either. So I'm giving you a chance to leave before I truly start fighting you. Because from now on, we are strangers."

The man snarled. "So be it. You chose your fate." Suddenly, monsters started pouncing on me. I screamed, "Stupefy." and watched in helpless horror as the spell bounced off of the hellhound. However, the hellhound howled in pain as a knife was pulled out of its back. Piper huffed as the monster fell into golden dust. She stretched out a hand and smiled, "Glad you came back to us."

Hermione

Finally, the monsters were defeated. That only left Cho's brother, Voldemort and his band, and the large Titan(s).

The Death Eaters were still chanting away. All of sudden the wind started to pick up as an intense green light pierced through the night sky. The Titan stumbled back as the light overcame everything like a flash.

As everything settled, Hyperion took Atlas' place and the chanting circle disbanded.

Ron screamed over the howling wind, "What the bloody hell just happened?"
"I don't know Ron!" I answered back. However, it seems Ron's question was about to be answered as Professor Moody apparated into the clearing. He cried, "My lord is back! Better than ever!"

He cackled as he joined the ranks of the Death Eaters.

Hyperion huffed, "Damn that noseless man. He managed to fully resurrect himself back to full power."
"It seems the Dark Lord was only a shell of himself previously."

We all turned to see Dumbledore enter with a full cohort of teachers.

The old man asked, "Ms. Chase, what do you expect we do with this Titan?"
Annabeth said, "Wait and you'll see."

Hyperion thundered, "Voldemort. You dare disobey us. You dare attempt to kill us off with some puny mortal potion. We are invincible! But you aren't." His face turned into a snarl.

He grabbed at air and formed an intense fire in the middle of his palm. He threw it at Voldemort as Death Eaters quickly dove out of the way. Voldemort screamed, "Protego!"

However, the fire quickly ate away at his shield. Hyperion cackled, "Puny mortal! You really thought Hecate's water down magic could protect you?"

Voldemort's eyes widened as he realized his true circumstances.

I whispered, "Shouldn't we do something?"

Percy shook his head, "No. Let them fight amongst themselves. We demigods can't personally go after Voldemort, but Hyperion is our responsibility. So when their battle is over, then we can decide our course of action."
I gulped and nodded. I glanced at the ensuing scuffle as Voldemort started floating and throwing spell after spell at the Titan. The Death Eaters joined him. Flashes of light kept pounding at the Titan. Hyperion growled, "I can't believe this is happening."
Cho's brother came in with counterattacks, forcing some of the Death Eaters to cease their barrage on Hyperion. The man said, "My Lord don't worry. I'll get rid of these nuisances for you so you can destroy Voldemort."

The noseless man scoffed, "Let us see him try." He reached inside his robes and took out a small bottle full of a black liquid that seemed to have faces trying to escape but to no avail.

The Death Eaters seemed to get the message as they stopped attacking Cho's brother and instead resumed their attacks on Hyperion. The Titan growled and ignited himself in flames. Voldemort came swooping in and doused Hyperion with the potion.

Everything came to a standstill. Hyperion stumbled backwards a bit as his flames turned black. Cho's brother screamed, "No! Master!"

Voldemort's cackles were met with Cho's brother issuing "Avada Kedavra" one after another.

Moody screamed, "We have defeated a Titan!"
"Not quite." whispered Cho.

I looked at her in fear. Suddenly, a growl emanated through the ground and the forest. Birds flew out and trees stumbled with each other, some falling. Hyperion stood tall and growled. If possible, his flames turned even more extreme, like a thousand suns.

I covered my eyes and tried my best to look at the ensuing battle.

Voldemort faltered with a frown as Cho's brother yelled, "Yes! He lives!"

Leo whispered, "What am I watching here? It's like a poor Frankenstein imitation. Jason, where's the popcorn?" I rolled my eyes at the son of Hephaestus.

Hyperion started throwing fireball after fireball in all directions. Death Eaters screamed and began apparating away. Voldemort screamed, "Potter! I will be back!"

Leo waved, "Bye Voldypants!.. Or not."

Just as the Dark Lord was turning into smoke, Hyperion grabbed at the man and ignited his robes on fire. He smiled evilly, "Atlas requested this move since he is busy holding up the sky."

"Don't worry. I am here to help, Hyperion." Atlas in all his glory came in. Voldemort's eyes widened.

Cho screamed, "No! Where is my brother?!"

Atlas smiled, "Child. He's just holding up the sky. Don't worry, he suggested this. Hyperion, I have a few minutes before I must return."

Cho dropped to the ground as Harry rushed to her side.

"Ahh!" said Cedric as he came in, shouting spells. Cho screamed, "No! Stop Cedric!"
Cedric seemed to ignore her as he kept up his attacks on the Titans and Voldemort.

Atlas scoffed, "This child…" He threw his hand and Cedric went flying in the air to a nearby tree.

We all started running towards him, but fire sprouted in front of us. Frank transformed into an eagle and flew over. He checked Cedric and raised two fingers to his neck. McGonagall and Dumledore came in as well after quenching the fire. Dumbledore frowned and whispered, "Mr. Diggory fought bravely."

I looked at Cedric's face. His eyes were still burning in passion to protect his home and friends. I reached over to close his eyes and take his wand out of his hands. "He deserves a good rest."

Jason

I watched helplessly as the wizards started crowding around Cedric. Then, I returned to the battle where Voldemort finally escaped, but not without cementing his symbol into the sky. Atlas growled at the dark mist that circled around the green skull in the sky. He said, "My time is up. I must return. Take revenge for me Hyperion." Suddenly, in his place was a very frail old man wearing a hood ten times too large and his hair falling at the seams. Cho raced over and started falling apart as well.

I tore my eyes from the scene and screamed, "Percy!"

Percy nodded and he closed his eyes. Water circled him into a very large hurricane.

Annabeth screamed, "Take cover!" Leo was immediately doused. Frank quickly picked him up as the giant eagle he currently was. The rest of the demigods stuck to the ground.

Piper screamed, "Be careful Jason!"
I nodded and joined Percy in the eye of the storm. I added my own power and watched the hurricane grow taller and taller. I said, "Percy! We need to control this! We can't destroy Hyperion if we are destroying our friends too."
Percy growled, "I know."

Annabeth

I sneaked a glance from the hole we were currently holding up in. Dumbledore and the teachers safely corralled the Hogwarts students out, much to their protest. Harry struggled and cried out, "I haev to help them!" Draco and Neville dragged him away with much tears in their eyes. Draco and Luna looked at us and wished us luck before they returned the Golden Trio to safety. It was their job after all, and it's our job to make sure the Titans wouldn't touch Harry before he fulfills his destiny. I turned and saw Percy and Jason struggle to control the hurricane towards Hyperion's direction.

I yelled, "Guys! We need to get out there!"

"Are you crazy?" shouted Leo. Frank nudged him, and Leo quickly corrected, "I mean. Yeah, I know you're crazy, and we're crazy. Oh what the hell. Let's whip some Titan butt!"
I smiled as our ragtag team made our ways towards the hurricane.

Piper screamed, "Annabeth! Not to shout you down, but these winds are impossible!"
"I know, but we need to get to Hyperion. The guys aren't down with their hurricane. They aren't controlling it properly. They need some help."

Hyperion started grabbing at the hurricane, only to have his flames doused and then ignited once again and then doused again as Hyperion kept doing the same thing with a large pout. It was like watching a baby failing to grab his lollipop.

Hazel yelled, "Hey! Hyperion! Did you know you look like a, uh, tiny flaming child…?"

We all frowned at her and she shrugged, "What? Not my best one."

But it did the trick. Hyperion turned his attention towards us and snarled. "Demigods. Oh, how I despise them."

Leo laughed like a maniac and imitated, "Oh, Titans, how I despise them."

I yelled, "Percy!"
As if on cue, the hurricane came bulldozing towards Hyperion. The titan screamed as his flames were doused. He attempted to ignite them again, but was met with severe stabbing in several directions from very, very, very angry demigods. Soon, boom, no more Hyperion. All gone. Bad guy defeated again.

And this chapter is over. It's long, and I tried my best. It's kind of messy. The epilogue should be posted shortly after this.
