Squad Car Stories

Summary: This will just be a collection of various made up scenes from inside the sqaud cars. Each chapter will be focused on one day for a specific pairing. *Warning for language and some sexual references or enuendo.

Chapter 1: McNally & Nash

Today was just a regular day for the officers of 15 divison and Andy McNally was partnered with Traci Nash, which seemed to never happen. They never wanted two rookies paired together. But they had an opp going on and still needed people on patrol and they certanly weren't sending rookies alone. Traci and Andy were best friends and more than willing to spend their shift together.

" How did Leo take the news that Dex can't come to his big hockey game Friday?" Andy asked as she drove up Dundas.

"He is UN-happy. I mean all he wants is for his dad to support him. It makes me so frustrated." Traci explained.

"Uh, well you know my relationship with my dad. I think Leo might need a little aunt Andy bonding on Sunday… We have off shift that day, wanna do lunch?"

"Sure Andy. I think Leo would like that. You wanna go to that new chicken place and then get ice cream?"

"Yes. It's a date!"

Traci giggled.

"Noooo it is not a date with me and my kid Andy. Speaking of that… How are you and homicide Luke?"

"Ugh. We… I mean. Okay, we have had four really nice dates and 2 of those included some nice… um…excercize. I just… Trace, he always puts work first and I am already noticing a lot. I mean we were going for date 5 and he has cancelled 3 times due to work."

"Well, Andy… work is important."

"I know that but at 11pm on a regular day he should not be jumping at the chance to go back out to a crime scene he wasn't called to. He willingly went when he was just asked for his notes… I think Luke is nice and funny and charming but… not who I want.

"Ohhh and who do you want? A certain sexy TO?" – Traci mocked.

Andy blushed. "Um. NO. That's not allowed."

"Not allowed? That's your defence? Not you don't like him? Not, he's not into me? But you chose not allowed. That is interesting." Traci smirked.

"I.. uh… shut up." Andy stuttered.

"Andy… maybe…"

"No. Everything you said Trace is probably true too. Also 100 other things. He is not who I want right now either."

But Andy was thinking… Maybe he could be. Maybe she should hint that her and Luke are done and see what his reactions might tell her. Well… maybe.
