"Why didn't you call one of us?" Han said, he was now worried the calm and collected exterior slipping showing how he truly felt about Savannah. Kayleigh looked at them and bit her lip as she was about to tell them the reason, she and Savannah were actually in Japan but before she could open her mouth, she received a text alert.

"Is that her? Is she alright?" Han asked as he rushed to Kayleigh's side so that he could see who the text, but took a step back to respect her privacy was from but she shook her head.

"No, it's from Marcus our friend from back home, I think I found our Sav check the link." Kayleigh read the text out loud and she hit the link that was in the text taking her to a street racing page.

"What's it say?" He asked as he saw the look on her face.

"Famed American street racer Savannah Toretto has been challenged..."

"Wait... Did you say Toretto?" Han interrupted surprise written all over his face just like the rest of the group and Kayleigh nodded.

"Why is that important?" Kayleigh questioned slightly confused as to why Han had reacted the way he did.

"No, what else does the article say?" He pushed hoping it would give them some indication on where Savannah was.

"Famed American street racer Savannah Toretto has been challenged to a drift race, does this mean there isn't enough of a challenge in the states that our street racing queen has moved internationally, she has said to been making waves overseas and has caught the attention of the elusive GDK... Who's GDK?" She read the article out loud as she looked at their face's they could tell that something was wrong so she pushed the question again.

"Well, as you and Savannah know Sean is DK, Drift King... GDK stands for Ghost Drifting king, no one knows who they are and every time that someone has been challenged it usually ends badly." Neela explained as the guys began whispering amongst themselves.

"Wait what do you mean badly?" Kayleigh asked, even though she had feeling she knew the answer and didn't want it said out loud she needed to be clear.

"GDK has always won because their opponent ends up in an accident, his drifts are always dangerous, more dangerous than normal. He hasn't come out of hiding for years because people stopped playing GDK's game." Neela explained Kayleigh covered her hand with her mouth, she vaguely remembered Rowan and Savannah talking about a deadly drift game but she thought it was just a legend.

"What else does it say?" Neela asked and Kayleigh looked back down at the screen of her phone placing her hand in her lap to stop from shaking.

"The video had been posted in response to Savannah's going away party video that amassed a huge following on the video sharing site Youtube, which featured many of her friends and family in the car scene giving small sentiments. The video posted by Tokyo's GDK was just an image of Savannah with a robotic voice in the background. Wait here's the video." Kayleigh said and everyone gathered around her to watch. The article was right it was a picture of Savannah at one of the car meets with everyone gathered around her laughing a cheering and there was a massive smile on her face.

"Savannah Toretto, you claim to be a street racing queen but a queen should be versatile, you have been in Japan for a month and I haven't heard of you racing on our circuit, weren't you just gifted a car? So, what's wrong are you scared? Or are you fake? I call you out here and now. Prove me wrong, prove all of us wrong. Race on my stage where the people know I will not hold back. The choice is yours you have 48 hours to accept my challenge, if you don't consider yourself dethroned, you will lose everything." The video ended and came up with a timer counting down to when the challenge expired but it had already stopped.

"That's not good, the timer stopped an hour after the video was posted." Sean said so Kayleigh scrolled through the article scanning the page as she came to another video, one made by Savannah, the title told them what they needed to know but Kayleigh clicked on the play icon anyway.

"GDK, I haven't been racing on your circuit because that's not what I came here for, the fact that you know I was gifted a car means you have been keeping tabs on me, it's funny me and a friend spoke about you a couple of days before I left for Japan, I never thought you would challenge me of all people. I'm not scared and I'm not fake, I didn't call myself a street racing queen that was the title given to me by my opponents. I happily accept your challenge; all I ask is you give me time to bring my car up to spec, give me time and place and I'll be there, but we race for our peers, you want this to be world-wide spectacle. So, I have reached out to my contacts and the race will be streamed online through a host of sites for all to watch, street cameras, security cameras will be watching our every move. I'll even sweeten the deal, IF I lose, I will never race again." Savannah said there was a smirk on Savannah's face as she spoke. As she challenged GDK back as she showed the world, she wasn't afraid.

"After Savannah replied to GDK's call out the elusive racer simply posted another video with only a text response, accepted with another countdown. It looks like our Savannah Toretto has 30 days to get her car up to spec, keep up to date with all things Savannah VS GDK on our website." Kayleigh finished reading the text that was below Savannah's video.
