There are many beings that reside on Middle Earth. There are the ethereal elf's, the strong dwarfs, the creative humans, and the peaceful hobbits, but there is a hidden truth about the peaceful hobbits. For they were not always peaceful, or hobbits, they were once guardians of Middle Earth. They were known by many other names for the beasts and creatures that they fought against. They were known as exorcists when they fought against the acuma, hunters when they fought against the grim, but the name that their race was originally called was Kuratoro. But they gave up their power and their original form to protect all life from the beings that they fought. While they are now short, pudgy, have hair on their feet, and need to eat six to seven meals a day; they used to be as short as a dwarf to as tall as an elf for they would be the same height as the species their destined mate was, they were lean but extremely strong and powerful, had only hair on their heads, and only needed at most three meals a day. The Kuratoro decided to give up their forms and power to imprison the acuma and grim so that Middle Earth could be at least that much safer, but with the passage of time, the other races forgot the sacrifice that the Kuratoro made for them and with their history of the Kuratoro lost so to was the history of the acuma and grim.
