Chapter 4 – Nick's new roommate
On the way back to Gnome Manor, Chloe explained to Nick that she and her mom now lived there. And told him about the battle with the Troggs and she tried to be friends with the BTCs
Chloe: Liam tried to help me, but I didn't listen to him. But I made it up to him by rescuing him when the Troggs kidnapped him.
Nick: I'm proud of you for trying to help, Liam!
Liam: Thanks, Nick!
Nick: I understand that you tried to be friends with the BTCs, Chloe! But the BTCs aren't a nice bunch before you arrived. Believe me, I know! They insulted me and Liam! Are they still mean?
Liam: Actually, Brittany saw the Mega-Trogg and was scared!
Chloe: While I was dealing with the Mega-Trogg, I heard Brittany apologize to me. It seems to me and Liam that the BTCs are nice now.
Nick: Oh, good!
Later that night back at Gnome Manor, Nick had just come out of the bathroom after brushing his teeth. But when he entered the bedroom, he saw Chloe beside a bed.
Chloe: Oh, I'm sorry! Is this your bed?
Nick: Yes, but there's room for two people. So, I'll share my bed with you!
Chloe: Thank you!
Nick: You're welcome! (yawns) Oh my! I guess it's time to hit the sack!
Chloe: Agreed!
Then, Chloe turned off the light and climbed into bed with Nick.
Chloe: (whispers) Sweet dreams, Nicky!
Although Nick was asleep, he smiled. He liked being called 'Nicky'!
