Chapter 16 - Upcoming plans
Later that night, Nick and Chloe were back in their bedroom at Gnome Manor. They were telling Chloe's mother, Catherine, all about the school contest.
Catherine: My girl, you're growing up so fast. And I'm glad that you made some new friends.
Chloe: Thanks, Mom!
Nick: If you're not too busy, Miss Catherine, maybe you might find some time to come over to the clubhouse.
Catherine: I be delighted! Sweet dreams!
And Catherine left the room and shut the door behind her.
Chloe: Nicky, what were you and Liam talking about on the way back?
Nick: We were talking about some upcoming world tours and concerts. Since the TenderVille Kids are back together, we have a lot to think about.
Chloe: I see! But, I'll miss you when you're not here.
Nick: You won't have to, because I'm inviting you to come with us. And don't worry about the school. Liam signed us up for online classes, just in case.
Chloe: You and Liam thought of everything!
Nick: We sure do! Oh, and another reason why I've invited you is because...
Nick was nervous to say it, but he let it out anyways.
Nick: Because... I love you, Chloe!
Chloe: Really? I love you too, Nicky!
And the two shared a kiss before settling down for the night.
