Hi guys, hope you're all having a great day. I recently thought about a story in my head, but I don't know if it has good quality. It would be really nice if I got some reviews on this, because its location is set in daytime, and it's very different for me. But enough writing, I'll let you read.

Disclaimer: None of the characters are mine, nor the books.

I had been walking for quite a while, luckily I had bought a bottle of water when I passed by a store a while ago. I wasn't actually thinking about walking today, people would see that when they looked at me - dressed in light jeans and a black hoodie. It wasn't much of a training outfit. I was supposed to stop by a house a little outside the town - to pick up something little - but no one opened when I knocked. And it also wouldn't bust open when I tried the knob.

So now that I had wasted time walking over there, I decided to take a bus home. But of course the busses went by every 30 minutes, and I would of had to wait 30 minutes for it to come.

But knowing me, I would never wait that long. So instead, I took matters in my own hands and walked the road the bus would've taken. Which I thought was a good idea at first, but it turned out to be a much longer way. And to remind that I couldn't really walk where the busses drive, so I had to find ways to walk by without getting run over.

And after all that, I made it through all neighborhoods and strange alleys. With my bottle in hand, I reached a grocery store which was in the centre of my area. I almost even walked past it, but then I thought to myself:

"maybe I can refill my water bottle".

Or maybe even they could refill it, if they wanted to. So I turned left and the doors slid open.

Past the bread section, past the cookie section, past the baby section, went behind the vegetables and I found a person who I assumed worked there. Well, they were in an apron, behind the meat section. So I went up to them. Him.

"Hi there, would you mind refilling my water bottle?" I considered ringing the bell, but that would be too much. The man - who know looked younger than what I thought - glanced at me. "What did you say?".

I struggled to speak. "I asked if you could refill my water bottle, but it's ok if you can't". He rose from his chair, and it reminded me that not many people were around. He gave off such a warm aura, but if you looked at him real close he'd look.. rough. "I'm sure I can do that" he looked me up and down. Why was he so, demanding, without even talking? His eyes looked at me like he hated me, but then I realized he probably only wanted my bottle.

"Oh right" I reached my bottle to him, but he didn't take it. Was I dumb? Did I do something wrong? Did he say something when I wasn't listening, like instructions? He smiled. "You can walk in, you don't look like someone who would steal meat". He quickly brushed his hands on the apron.

"It's right in there, to the left, tell me if you need anything else" I nodded as a response. His decision to let me walk in was such a relief, first I thought my question was dumb and should of not even been asked. I walked past him kind of fast, still a little embarrassed.

His directions were correct, and to the left was indeed a sink. I filled my bottle the fastest I could. But at the same time, I checked everything I saw. It didn't look luxurious, but it all looked so stress free. All the huge shiny sinks, filled with hot water, or the freezers where they probably kept the meat. If I could, I would've stayed there. But instead I walked out after refilling my bottle.

"Thanks for letting me get some water" I swiftly said when I met the boy's face again. I looked down to find a name tag. "Horace". I smiled and thought that I could just walk away. I heard his smile even though I was faced away from him. "Turn around again" he said and with just a little hesitation, I did.

He looked like he wanted to burst out laughing, maybe he was? Or was there like something on me?

"I want to know your name" he said. I KNEW he was demanding, it was just something that spoke to me. His red apron was knotted tightly, showing of his waist and maybe even some of his abs - hopefully. His hands were in his sweatpants pockets, and I wondered if they were just as attractive as all the other body parts. Wait no what am I thinking?
"Will" I stood there as an idiot, waiting for him to reply. But I followed my gut instead. "But you can call me..." I opened my mouth but nothing came. "You can call me Will". Stupid, stupid, stupid was the sentence repeating in my head. When I come home, I'm gonna bang my head into a wall.

He smirked, what was he doing with me? Were there cameras here? Was I live on TV? Is this all a prank? Before I could figure that out, he replied - just like when messaging.
"I would much rather call your phone".

In my mind, I gasped. This man, boy, asked for my number? Or maybe he was just getting it so he could arrest me if he saw that I had stolen something. "Um" was the only thing coming out of my mouth. I started to look around, was my theory true? Are there cameras here? Probably. I needed to say something before it got awkward.

"You want my number?" please God don't say that my face is red. Horace smile reached his eyes, was he happy because of me - or because I looked stupid? "Well, if you want to pay for the water then I don't need it" yep, he laughed because of my stupidity. So much for hoping.

"Yes, yes. Of course. What else?" I covered up my stupidity with a few weak words. I started rambling up my number to him, but he just kept smiling - slightly.
"Wait a minute, say it again" he reached for his phone in his pocket and I could finally see his hands. They weren't veiny and big, they looked smooth and firm. They looked more soft than his chest- what am I thinking? I need to stop.

By the look of it, he looked pretty distracted. First when he smiled, then when he needed a minute to grab his phone because he was smiling at me. "Ok so, 555?" he asked, and as a response, I nodded. I started rambling up the last numbers and he looked beautiful as he stared down at his phone, even if his thin double chin was showing.

"Got it" the corner of his mouth went up when he saved my number. "Great" I nodded, it was going to get awkward leaving this conversation. "I'll get going, I'll see you around?" I asked, boldly. He slightly nodded.
"Yeah, you'll see me around" and his smile made me smile. I finally turned around, water bottle in my hand, and went home. It was only when I was outside that I realized I had held my breathe while walking out.

If I'm gonna meet that boy again, I need to be prepared.
