After Aurora decided to try and interact with humans after saving everyone from the Dragon Flyers. She agreed to stay on Berk for three days before returning to her Sanctuary. Rosethorn, Venom, Melody, Harmony, Skydancer, Skyspike, Flare, Blaze, Mist and Spark, Bolt, Blitz and Midnight returned to the Sanctuary while Scar, Shear and Snow and Shadow stayed with Aurora.

"Okay Aurora, you and your two dragons can stay with Zenna and her parents, if you want to." Hiccup suggested.

"I don't mind." Aurora replied.

"And what about us, Viking boy?" Shear questioned.

"You two are sleeping outside near Edgar and Henna's hut." Stoick told the two Sabertooths.

"Alright, as long as its outside, I'm good." Scar stated.

"I thought Sabertooths were extinct." Zenna said to the pair.

"So did your friend, but as we said before we hunted different prey to survive." Shear explained. "And you're friend is quite the fighter."

"So are you two." Astrid claimed. "Good pouncing and tackling skills and strong build too."

"Thanks." Scar replied.

Fishlegs then came over on Meatlug with the Book of Dragons, "What's with the large book?" Aurora asked.

"This is the Book of Dragons. A large book that holds information about many dragons that generations before us have seen and recorded and now we're gonna add your two friends to the Book, if that's alright with you.." Fishlegs said nervously.

"Hmmm... I guess it wouldn't be a problem.." Aurora conceded. Fishlegs smiled. "Great!"

Aurora rolled her eyes, "Yeah, yeah."

"Now let's start with your white version of Toothless and Stryka." Fishlegs began.

"She's called a Light Fury." Aurora deadpanned. Fishlegs opened the book to a clear page and started writing. "Okay.. Light Fury."

"Yes." Aurora stated.

"And I'm guessing after seeing the two of them fight against the Flyers, they're part of the same class, right?" Hiccup guessed, earning a nod from Aurora. "Yes, Snow is also a Strike Class dragon and a close relative to the Night Fury."

"Is there anything that she can do that the Night Fury can't?" Stoick asked.

"Snow can cloak herself in her plasma blast with her reflective scales." Aurora answered.

"Cloak herself! Can we see?" Ruffnut asked.

"Sure.." Aurora said before turning to Snow, "Ready girl?" Snow warbled and she flew into the air before unleashed a plasma blast and she dove into it, vanishing..!

"Woah...! Incredible..." Hiccup gasped.

"Odin's Ghost.." Edgar added in the same state of awe. Snow then reappeared and she landed near Shadow with a small coo.

"Does she share anything with the Night Fury?" Astrid questioned.

"Well.. she has retractable teeth like them." Aurora answered. "And she has a similar build to them but she's smoother and sleeker than them. And she can't fly if one of her tail fins in destroyed."

"Right. Got it." Fishlegs reported. "Now.. about your Dramillion..." Fishlegs flipped through the pages and found a page of the Dramillion. "Here it is. It says that the Dramillion live in packs and can copy the fire of all other dragons."

"That explains how it did Stormfly, Stryka and Toothless's fire attacks." Hiccup realized.

"However, it says if the tail fin is damaged or destroyed, it can't fly." Fishlegs continued.

"Looks like they both have something in common with Toothless and Stryka." Astrid stated. Aurora nodded.

"Okay Aurora, now that we know a bit more about your two dragons, how about we make some saddles for them, so it would be more comfortable for you to ride them." Hiccup suggested.

"No thanks, I'm alright with flying them without a saddle." Aurora replied.

"You sure, its not uncomfortable for you?" Snotlout questioned.

"Nope, not when I'm wearing my clothing." Aurora added, referring to her clothing.

"What exactly are you wearing, Aurora?" Zenna questioned, not fascinated by her clothing.

"These are clothes I made from shed dragon skin." Aurora answered.

"Shed dragon skin?!" Everyone exclaimed in shock.

"Yes, dragons shed alot, so I figured I could make some clothes out of them." Aurora explained. The group was impressed. Making clothes from shed dragon skin. That was totally new to them. "Don't at least want a weapon of your own, Aurora?" Zenna asked her.

"Weapon?" Aurora asked confused.

"Yeah, like a sword or a shield, maybe both?" Zenna suggested with a small smile.

"Huh... I never really thought about getting a weapon..." Aurora admitted, realizing that never had a weapon of her own.

"Well, how about we change that?" Edgar grinned.

"O-Okay." Aurora accepted.

"I'll have Gobber make you a sword, Aurora." Stoick offered. Aurora nodded, "And I can help make a shield for you." Hiccup added. "Come on.."

Aurora, Snow, Shadow, Scar and Shear followed Hiccup and Zenna to the forge where they found Gobber, "Ah Hiccup and Zenna, how you doin?" he asked before noticing Aurora and the others, "And I see you have some new friends."

"Yes, we do. My dad wants you to make a sword for Aurora while Zenna and I work on making a shield for her." Hiccup told his old mentor.

"No problem, Hiccup." Gobber smiled and he got to work. Aurora followed Hiccup and Zenna though the forge and watched as they found some plans for a shield. "These should do just fine." Hiccup smiled.

"So.. what kind of shield are you gonna make for me?" Aurora asked.

"Well we figured, we'd ask you." Hiccup suggested. "It will be your shield. What do you want it to have?" Aurora was surprised, "What do I want..? Hmm..." Aurora thought about what she could maybe include with her shield. "Well... I guess a grappling line and hook would be good for it."

"Good, go on.." Zenna urged, wanting some more ideas for Aurora's shield.

"Hmm... maybe it could be infused with some of Snow's scales so it can cloak itself like she does when it gets heated up?" Scar suggested.

"Ah camouflaging shield. Very nice.." Zenna smiled. "Any weapons you wanna include in the shield. Hiccup has a bola launcher and crossbow in his."

"All that in one shield. Impressive.." Shear complimented. "A crossbow would look good for you, Aurora."

"Hmm... well making it part crossbow sounds good but I'd rather my amo be Death Song amber rather than arrows." Aurora stated.

"Hmm, still dangerous but not deadly. I kinda like that." Scar stated.

"Impressive. Got it, Aurora. Mind if Snow let's us get a few scales?" Hiccup asked.

"I don't mind." Aurora said as she went over to Snow and scratched behind her ear appendages, making her purr in content and making a few white scales fall off. "Perfect." Hiccup smiled, picking up the scales. "We'll get right to work, Aurora, we'll have your shield done in no time." Zenna added with a grin.

Aurora nodded, feeling excited to see how her new weapons would turn out.

After a few hours...

Aurora's shield and sword were finally finished.

"Here you go, Aurora. A new sword make from Gronckle Iron, ready to battle." Gobber smiled as he handed the sword to Aurora.

"Thank you, Gobber." Aurora thanked. Gobber smiled and went though the forge to help some customers.

Then Hiccup and Zenna came up with her new shield. "Here you go, Aurora, you're very own shield.." Zenna said presenting the shield to her. The shield was made from Gonckle Iron, making it very strong. It was similar to Hiccup's shield but it had a Light Fury symbol on the front surface around the center hub. Shear and Scar looked at it and liked the design and structure, "Nice design."

"I agree." Scar added.

"Thanks." Aurora took the shield and slipped her hand and arm through the strap. The shield came up to about half way up her lower arm. "Now press this button on the side and it will turn into a crossbow." Hiccup said, pointing to the center hub. Aurora pressed it and the shield split revealing a makeshift crossbow inside with a small launcher inside. "The launcher is where you can put the Death Song Amber. You can shoot the amber six times at a target." Zenna added.

"Cool.." Aurora admired. She pressed the center hub again and the crossbow turned back into a shield.

"Now for your grappling line and hook." Zenna said. "Press the side of the shield and it will come out." Aurora nodded and pressed the side of the shield and the center hub opened and a grappling hook and line shot out and wrapped around a loose piece of wood. "Awesome..!" Scar exclaimed with a smile.

Aurora pressed the side again and the line and hook retracted into the center hub which closed automatically. "Thanks... no one's ever done anything like this for me before..." Aurora said.

"Your welcome.." Zenna said. "Now let's test the cloaking ability. We infused Snow's scales into the shield." Aurora nodded and turned to Snow and she held her shield in front of her, "Okay girl, plasma blast." Snow fired a plasma blast and it struck the shield and it heated up and cloaked itself entirely. "It worked!" Hiccup smiled.

"Not bad." Shear smiled. "Not bad at all."

"I like it. Sharp and Dangerous, just like us." Scar added. Shear chuckled at her mate.

Later...

Hiccup and Zenna took Aurora and her friends over to Zenna's hut where they found her parents feeding their Zippleback, Serpent and Serpentine.

"Hi Zenna, dear." Henna greeted.

"Hi mom. Hi dad. We're just showing Aurora and her friends around Berk." Zenna explained.

"That's nice, Zenna.." Edgar said with a small grin. Serpent and Serpentine warbled curiously at Shear and Scar and sniffed the two. "Hmm, curious dragon huh?" Shear teased. "Don't worry, we won't harm any dragons."

"Aurora, you can sleep in Zenna's room along with Shadow. Snow, on the other hand, is gonna have to sleep outside with your uh... saber cats." Edgar added.

"That's alright." Aurora stated.

"Yeah, we don't mind." Scar stated.

"So how's the shield our daughter and Hiccup made for you?" Henna asked.

"It's awesome. I never had my own weapon before." Aurora stated with a small smile. Edgar and Henna grinned at Aurora, at least she was starting to warm up to them.

Next, the duo took her and her friends to the Dragon Training Academy, where Hiccup and the others train dragons. "This is the Dragon Academy." Hiccup introduced.

"Hmm... seems kinda nice.." Shear stated.

"Eh." Scar shrugged.

Snow and Shadow warbled, curiously at the surroundings. "So how about we see how Snow and Shadow do in the air?" Hiccup suggested.

Snow and Shadow smiled happily. "Alright then, let's give it a try."

"Good." Hiccup smiled and soon, the dragon riders were on a sea stack out in the ocean. "Okay, now lets see if your dragons can keep up. Ready Astrid?" Hiccup asked. Astrid smiled and Stormfly roared happily, "Ready Hiccup."

"Alright then, let's go!" Zenna exclaimed and the two Night Furies and Deadly Nadder flew off. Snow and Shadow followed them. Aurora was riding on Shadow as the pair quickly caught up with the three riders. "Hi there.." Aurora teased.

"They caught up but let's see if they can keep up." Hiccup challenged and Toothless, Stryka and Stormfly took a nose dive, gaining speed. "Follow them." Aurora said and Snow and Shadow followed after the three dragons as they zigzagged through the sea stacks, making sharp turns. Snow and Shadow were able to perfectly maneuver through the sea stacks and came beside the trio.

"Nice agility and flying." Hiccup complimented with a smile.

"Thanks." Aurora replied with a grin. The four riders then returned to the sea stack where Fishlegs, the twins and Snotlout were. "Did you get that Fishlegs?" Hiccup questioned.

"You bet. They're both able to keep up with a Night Fury and a Deadly Nadder, two of the fastest dragons in the Archipelago. Oooh... this is so amazing.." he squealed happily. The four riders chuckled at his behavior, but they understood why he was so excited.

"Come on, let's get back to Berk." Hiccup stated and the riders all flew back to Berk.

Later...

Dusk had came over the horizon and Zenna, Aurora, Edgar and Henna were having dinner together. Good thing Aurora was used to having fish but she never had things like chicken, eggs or soup before in her life. "How do like the chicken?" Zenna asked her.

"It's nice and different." Aurora answered. Scar, Shear Snow and Shadow were having buckets of fish together, "This fish ain't have bad." Scar complimented.

"Yeah." Shear stated. "Taste like chicken."

Aurora chuckled at the two sabertooth cats. Then, "Hey, whose taking my fish?" Edgar suddenly asked, seeing his fish being dragged off of his plate by something invisible. Aurora chuckled, "I think I know who..." she teased before she grabbed whatever was taking the fish and called, "Pouncer~?" the little dragon revealed himself and chuckled with the fish in his mouth. "No stealing fish~" Aurora stated, gently taking the fish from the little Night Light.

"Woah... that's a different dragon." Zenna gasped in awe.

"It looks like a Stryka and Snow combined.." Henna agreed.

"That's because this little guy is a hybrid of the Night Fury and Light Fury. Nicknamed, Night Lights." Aurora explained. "Now Pouncer, where is your brother and sister?" Pouncer chirped and the two other Night Lights revealed themselves to be hovering above the family. The all chirped a greeting while the Fiersome family was surprised.

"They all can cloak themselves?" Edgar asked.

"Yep, got it from their mother, Snow." Aurora said with pride. "Now where's your father?" The family then heard some scratching at the door, "Hehe... found him.." Zenna teased and he opened the door to reveal Midnight.

"They escaped from you again, huh Midnight?" Aurora teased. Midnight sighed with an eye roll. "These three have a habit of sneaking out when mom is not around." Aurora explained, ticking Pouncer on his stomach, making him chirp and laugh.

"I can see why." Henna giggled. Snow went over to her mate and nuzzled him with a knowing smirk on her face Midnight sighed but Snow smiled and nudged him.

"Fishlegs is gonna scream when he finds out about you three." Zenna chuckled.

The Next Day...

Zenna's prediction was correct. When Aurora brought Pouncer, Dart and Ruffrunner into the Academy and explained what they were, Fishlegs nearly fainted with excitement. "The world first hybrid dragons.. eeeee! This is unbelievable..!" he squealed with joy. Zenna and Aurora chuckled, knowing he would react this way.

"They are so cute. They must be months old." Astrid guessed.

"Yep." Aurora confirmed as Pouncer and Ruffrunner play wrestled while Dart looked curiously at Hookfang and the other dragons.

"So Aurora...if you want... maybe you could tell us a little bit about your Sanctuary, if you want." Hiccup proposed. Aurora looked at him with a hesitant look, "Well..."

"We won't tell anyone else, just my mom dad and the Chief. That's all. Promise..." Zenna vowed. Aurora sighed and Shadow nudged her with a coo. "Alright.. I guess I can tell you a little bit about my Sanctuary.

I'm sure you know that I have two Slitherwing guards to protect the Sanctuary. I've made several different areas for the dragons; feeding, shedding and of course, mating. I have an egg garden where the dragons lay their eggs and they stay there until they hatch into little hatchlings. It's guarded by four Sentinel dragons."

"Sentinels?" Hiccup asked, having never heard of that dragon species before.

"Let's see..." Fishlegs looked at the Book of Dragons, "Here they go. Sentinels. Boulder Class. Large stone dragons that can be perfectly still, fooling people and dragons into thinking they're just statues. They have a powerful wing flap that can knock a fully grown dragon out of the sky. They can't see but their senses of smell and hearing are very strong."

"Yep, which is why they're the perfect dragons to guard the babies and eggs." Aurora grinned with pride.

"So how many eggs are in this egg garden..?" Zenna asked.

"Hundreds." Aurora answered. "Many different nests with different dragon eggs; Nightmares, Nadders, Singetails, you name it...including... Night Fury eggs.." Hiccup, Zenna, Toothless and Stryka gasped in awe.

"R-Really?" Hiccup gaped. Aurora nodded, "Rescued them from a trapper planning to sell them along with some Light Fury eggs. Might be the start to repopulating the Night Fury and Light Fury species."

"Then...Snow, Toothless, Stryka and Midnight won't be the only ones in existence anymore.." Hiccup gasped with joy.

"This is... incredible..." Zenna added with the same excitement. A chance for Toothless and Stryka to meet more of their kind and possibly raise more of their kind too.

"Why.. which was another reason why I was so hostile before..." Aurora said sadly, "Sorry about that..."

"It's okay, we totally understand." Hiccup reassured.

"We do?" Snotlout asked, earning him a smack by Astrid, "Ow!"

"Yes, we do.." Astrid growled at Snotlout. "Wanting to bring back a thought to be extinct dragon species with baby dragon eggs. No wonder."

"Yeah.. and these little guys..." Fishlegs rubbed Dart on her head, "Have Night Fury blood in them too, so they're just as important."

Aurora nodded. "Exactly."

"I still can't believe you were able to actually train deadly dragons." Hiccup added with awe.

"Yeah, Slitherwings, Death Songs and Triple Strykes are deadly but when you gain their trust, they're very loyal companions." Aurora grinned.

"How did you train those two Slitherwings?" Fishlegs asked. "Their skin is coated in poison and their highly aggressive."

"Shadow and I rescued those two from a trappers net snare. I was very careful not to touch their skin. When I set them free, they looked at me for a moment before they bowed to us in thanks and soon they followed us to the Sanctuary where they took it upon themselves to guard it from intruders and unlike most other Slitherwings, they aren't afraid of fire." Aurora explained.

"Awesome.." Tuffnut said with a smile.

Pouncer and Ruffrunner play wrestled with each other some more before they landed in front of Toothless and Stryka. The two Night Furies warbled at the little Night Lights and they smiled back at them happily. "Hehe.. looks Pouncer and Ruffrunner like Toothless and Stryka." Aurora grinned.

"They sure do." Hiccup and Zenna said in unison.

Scar and Shear smiled at the two little Night Lights as they played with Toothless and Stryka before Dart joined in happily.
