This has been really fun to write, please let me know if you are enjoying this story too!

I woke up. I looked around to see where I was, I saw alot of beds, in rows next to each other with spaces for shelfs in between, maybe all those monsters and those people were my dream, maybe I was in a hospital. As usual though, I was wrong. The black haired boy walked in and said, still with all that sadness left in his eyes, he sounded tired. "Finally awake Jason?"

"Uhh yeah, what do I call you?" I asked.

"Nico, Nico di Angelo." He twisted a silver ring with a skull on his finger. "That trail of bronze hooves brought you here right?"

"How do you know?" I was confused.

"That's how everyone finds camp," Nico noted before I could ask any more questions. "James will explain anything that you ask, so keep those questions for him, and here is some nectar, drink up."

It looked great, and also tasted great, it tasted like my Uncle's hot chocolate. He died in a car crash with my step-father in Slovakia, it bought so many good, and horrible, memories back like when my uncle taught me how to drive a bike.

"So let me explain to you, the Greek Myths, they are all real." He said before I could finish the 'nectar'.

"So like Zeus, Poseidon, Medu..." My head was about to combust

"Don't say their names, Names have power." Nico explained.

"But what about science?" I was puzzled.

He continued, "That's what the gods made up to cover them."

My mouth was dry, even after drinking the nectar. "Well, that tasted really good."

"Would be hard to not like it," Nico said "Come."

He stood up, and I followed him out of the building to see a 13 houses facing towards the Adriatic Sea, an Amphitheatre, a cabin with crossed swords, stables, courts, a mess hall, and a forest, which snaked around the Camp. It was beautiful, there was no other word to describe it. Nico walked towards the biggest house, where I saw a tall man, his stance was confident, just like a great and inspiring leader's. When we walked up to him, he held out his hand. "Welcome to Camp Makedonia! My name is James, you're the new one, Jason right?"

"Yup that's me." I shook his hand.

"Helena here will give you a tour of the camp, don't start any fights please. I already had to deal with 3 today, please try to not make anyone mad."

"Ill try my best James." I replied, wondering how I could make anyone mad the second I meet someone.

"You better not annoy the Ares cabin, lets hope they just don't see you, they like to beat up 'newbies'." Helena stated.

"I would rather not be seen then."

After she showed me all the cabins. I asked "Which one are you in?"

"I'm the daughter of Apollo, which cabin do you think you fit in?" She curiously asked.

"To be honest, none of them appeal like home." I answered truthfully.

"If you're lucky, you might be claimed, if you aren't for a month, you'll have to live with the Hermes kids, but don't agree with their deals, they are known for being tricksters and jokers, Good luck in whichever cabin you get placed in."

I heard a horn being blown "Come on, its lunch." We had to run to the mess hall, which was at the other end of the Camp.
We ran to the mess hall and I had to sit on the Hermes table because no one was sure who was my godly parent. The Hermes campers welcomed me, they were planning a prank on some Aphrodite girl called Rose. Yup, these guys were definitely tricksters, but they weren't harsh or idiotic like the school bullies, they understood if someone was mad.

James shouted "Silence! Silence, we have a new camper, please treat him well," He eyed the Ares table. "The next activity is weapons training, be sure to bring your weapons to the courts. Also, the war games will be tomorrow at 14:30, so come to the mess hall. No one will be able to go back to their cabins if they forget something, so come prepared campers, be on time!"

"So lets eat!" He shouted.

Weird flying small bird ladies gave them plates and cups. I realised no cup had any sort of drink inside, so I said "Uhh are these supposed to be empty?"

The Hermes table chuckled, "What do you want?" The Hermes elder asked.

I said "Uhh just water?"

"There you go." He said.

I was confused why he didn't give me water, but I realised the cup was heavier, or was that just my imagination? So I looked inside to surprisingly see water inside. "How?" I was confused.

"Welcome to Camp Makedonia, newbie." Someone from behind me said.

"Leave him alone, Erica. Unless you want us to prank your cabin again." The Hermes Elder laughed.

"That prank was NOT funny Frank! I had purple hair for a month!" Erica shouted.

"Calm down Erica, it was only a joke." Frank held his hands up.

"WAS THAT A JOKE?" Erica shouted, again. "A ..."

Before Erica could finish the sentence, "Yup." Frank said, popping the 'p'.

Erica let go of him, and returned to the table. "Dude you are gonna die in War Games." Someone on the table pointed out.

"Don't worry," He chuckled. "We have the Athenian Cabin and the Apollo Cabin on our side, we will easily win this, but if you don't come prepared, you'll be handed your ass by the Ares Cabin. Anyways, lets eat." So we did.

When everyone finished, we all went back to our cabins but James told me to stay and prepared for weapons training. James said "The most important item of a demigod is their weapon, so come with me to the weapons cabin."

We walked for a few minutes before James pushed open the door and let me in. This cabin was FILLED with weapons, like, every cabinet was stuffed with unused swords, daggers and a even few modern knives. "Pick which one sticks out for you Jason."
My eyes immediately glanced over to a very dark red harpe..

James saw the harpe I was looking at, and said "Wait, that couldn't have just appeared there, I never saw it before." He went over, and grasped his hand around the handle, but had trouble holding it. "I never saw it before."

I outstretched my hand, I guess James wanted to see me fail miserably, but the handle hit perfectly in my grasp, and I held it upright. "The sword choose its owner I guess." He chuckled, but still puzzled.

We walked out into the training area, I saw every single camper fighting each other, with wooden swords so no one got cut. The elders easily beat the others. Once the session was finished everyone had to pick another person to fight. Helena offered to spar with me, so I accepted. She taught me certain ways to block certain attacks, and how to intercept certain blocks. Time went quick during the trainings, Helena went soft on me as I was new, I appreciated that as I never wielded any weapon in my life.

I fulfilled my promise to make a longer chapter o.o
Anyways I hope you liked this chapter and please tell me how to make them better if you feel like so! Adios!
