Hulk took Artemis into his arms as Steve looked at Tony with guilt, he misjudged the siblings
Suddenly the Hulk roared in anger and Tony's eyes flew open as he gasped loudly.
Steve's attention was instantly drawn back to Tony as the Hulk continued to roar.
Artemis pulled her face out of Hulk's shoulder and the green giant put her down so she could run over to her brother
"What the hell?" Tony said as he came back to a conscious. Artemis knelt beside her brother
"What just happened?" Tony asked, "Please tell me nobody kissed me!"
"We won," Steve said after taking a moment to take everything in.
Tony sighed deeply in relief when he heard the news.
"All right, yay!" Tony said weakly, "Hurray. Good job, guys. Let's just not come in tomorrow. Let's just take a day. Have you ever tried Shawarma?"
Artemis laughed happily when she saw that Tony was straight back to his rambling ways. "There's a Shawarma joint about two blocks from here," Tony continued, "I don't know what it is, but I want to try it."
"We're not finished yet," Thor told him.
Steve looked up at him as he spoke and Tony sighed knowing that had been coming, "And then Shawarma after," he sighed.
Artemis held out her hand and helped her brother up and he took off his helmet.
Artemis slapped her brother "you do that to my suit again, I'll kill you" she said hitting his chest
"Ow, just came back from the dead here" Tony said shrinking back from the hits
Steve laughed dragging Artemis away, as Clint joined them "Hawkass" Artemis said pulling away from Steve
Artemis walked over to him and pulled him into a kiss, Clint went wide-eyed at that then responded
Tony wolfed whistled at that as Hulk huffed, Steve turned away and Thor beamed at them
"Um, we have more important things to do" Steve said
Artemis and Clint pulled away from each other and looked at their leader
In Stark Tower, Loki was pulling himself up off the floor groaning in pain but as he was turning over he paused as standing right in front of him were all seven of the Avengers with Clint raising an arrow and pointing it directly at Loki.
"If it's all the same to you," Loki said directing his comment to Tony "I'll have that drink now."
The team set in Shawarma eating "quit stealing my food Tony, we're not kids anymore" Artemis said slapping her brother's hand away from her food.
She was sitting between Bruce and Clint "you wasn't eating it, you were looking at Katniss over there" Tony said
Clint smirked going to steal some of Artemis fries but Artemis stabbed the table between his fingers with a butter knife
"Hawkass, I will stab your hand" Artemis growled protecting her plate
"So who do you think we get to us first" Tony asked
"Pepper" Artemis said "Jasmine too far out"
Tony nodded "so, I'm gonna be hiding in your lab for a while" he said "we need to work on a transporter to send Thor home with Loki and the cube"
Artemis nodded looking at Clint "you're watching Peter while we're doing that"
Clint nodded "That requires actually changing diapers" Artemis smirked
"Hey, I did it at the Helicarrier" Clint said
"Hawkass, the diaper was on backwards" Artemis laughed
Tony, Bruce and Steve snorted at that "I'll help him Artemis" Steve said and Artemis nodded relieved.
Clint's good with Peter but when it came to actually baby stuff, like feeding, burping and changing diapers, his mind goes blank; but he's good at getting him to sleep, he sometimes the only one that can.
Artemis drove her bike to the bridge where they will be sending Loki and Thor back with the cube
Artemis parked and walked over to the team as Tony joined them as well.
Artemis nodded at her fellow assassins "Gonna miss you, Thunder Hunk" she said hugging Thor
Thor laughed "and I you, Lady Stark" he said
"You ever need to place to stay you and the other Avengers are always welcome at the mansion" Artemis said stepping back to stand by Bruce
Thor nodded going to stand in the middle of the circle with Loki as Bruce placed the cube into the container that will take Thor and Loki home.
The two gods disappeared and the Avengers began taking there leave with Tony actually shaking hands with Steve
"Oh, Capsicle" Artemis said coming to stand beside Tony "you might want to see Lily as soon as possible"
Steve sighed "I'll try" he said
"Better do it sooner rather than later, she'll have less to be mad at you for" Artemis said handing Steve a piece of paper
"That's the address of the mansion and my personal number so don't lose that" Artemis said when Steve took it "you need anything. call"
Steve nodded sticking his hand out, Artemis raised an eyebrow and gave him a hug "see ya around Capsicle"
Artemis smiled going over to Tony's car "so you taking him to the airport" she asked and Tony nodded
Artemis nodded turning to Bruce "nice working with you Bruce, I hope to do it again" she smiled hugging him then pulled away
Artemis walked over to her bike "see you at the Mansion, Nata" she called placing her helmet on and started her bike then sped off.
Artemis pulled into the mansions garage and took off her helmet and headed towards the living room
Artemis smiled seeing Peter with Casey "thanks, Rookie" she said nodding
"You're welcome" Casey smiled "but I have to go help with damage control"
Artemis nodded so Casey left just as her phone rang "Yellow" she answered
"Artemis" Salt said
"Salt, aren't you supposed to be with Matt" Artemis asked turning on the TV
"I am but I saw something that I'm sending to you"
Artemis pulled up her table interface and saw an email from Salt and opened it.
She laughed seeing the pictures "is that me kissing Hawkass and cradled in the Hulk's arm"
"Yes it is and from what it seems you and the other Avengers are gonna need to have a conference or something"
"Me and Tony will do it" Artemis said "and I'll make sure to not to relive to much about Nata and Hawkass"
"Okay, I get with Pepper and we'll set it up"
"Now get off the phone with me and enjoy you man" Artemis said then hung up
Nat and Clint came in "is that a picture of us kissing" Clint asked
"What worries me is that she's cradled in the Hulk's arm" Nat said
Artemis looked at her "why does that worry you" she asked as Clint set beside her
"Because, the Hulk became protective of you and Tony during the same fight" Nat replied
"Because of how we treated Bruce on the Helicarrier" Artemis responded
Nat nodded "I'll be in my room" she said taking Peter
Artemis and Clint watched her walk away then looked at each other
A second later Clint was over her kissing her "so what does this make us" he asked pulling away
"No labels" Artemis whined "but we are dating"
Clint smiled and went back to kissing her "oh come on" Tony whined walking in
Artemis and Clint set up and glared "what happen to the airport" Art asked
"The runway they need is messed up and it's gonna be a while" Tony smirked "I'm going to show him the lab"
Artemis nodded "no messing with my stuff or Yinsen" she said as they walked away
"He's not going back is he" Clint asked
"Nope" Artemis smirked "now where were we"
Artemis stood in front of a screen with Winter Soldier information on it while looking at her mom's old nickname for him
She looked up when she heard a knock "Capsicle, you don't have to knock" she said shutting the screen down after saving everything
Steve looked around the lab "old habit" he said and Artemis nodded going over to her desk
"I need a sample of you blood" she said and Steve walked over to her as Tony came down "so it's official, Bruce is never leaving" he smirked
"Tony, you're not forcing him are you" Steve frowned as Artemis took his blood
"No, he seen the labs and he's in candy land" Tony explained looking at Artemis notes
Artemis removed the needle and capped the test tube
Steve rolled down his sleeve "so who did your parents name godparents" he asked
"You and Peggy are Tony's" Artemis said and Steve looked at Tony who was making a face
"Artemis's are Lily and Bucky" Tony said "she was even Bucky for Halloween one year"
Artemis glared "oh is that how you want to play it" she said "Yinsen, pull up Tony's Halloween costume from that year"
Yinsen pulled up the picture and it showed Artemis as Bucky and Tony as Captain America
Steve laughed at that and Tony pouted
Jasmine walked into her house about two weeks after the battle "Mom" she yelled
Lily came out of the kitchen and Jasmine ran to hug her "I was so worried, I saw Tony go into that portal and everything" Jas said
Lily patted her back "it's okay, but there's something you should know" she said "there was an attack on the Helicarrier and Coulson was stabbed"
Jas gasped "they called it, but me and Addison saved him" Lily said "he's in the basement"
Jasmine ran to the basement that her mother made into a medic wing years ago for the heroes/assassins that couldn't go to the hospital.
Laying there hooked up to a blood transfusion machine and an IV was Coulson, he even had a breathing mask on
"Fury wants to keep it quiet until he wakes up" Lily said an Jasmine nodded smiling at him
"I hope you know, you owe me a huge steak dinner" she whispered to him
Jasmine set in a restaurant the night before she had to leave, waiting.
She looked around the restaurant then at her watch seeing it was two hour since she's been here.
She then shook her head and paid for the wine she had then walked out pulling out her phone "hey, Art" Jasmine said "can you come pick me up at One if by Land, Two if by sea"
"Alright thanks" Jasmine hung up and sighed wiping tears from her eyes
About twenty minutes later a Lamborghini Reventón Roadster pulled up and Jasmine got in "don't" she said "just take me home"
Artemis nodded pulling away weaving in and out of traffic "you ever need to talk"
Jasmine snorted "coming from the woman that can't even talk to the man you told you love him" she said
Artemis scowled at her "I will when I see him next, I thought I was dying and I was very emotional" she snapped
Artemis pulled up to the house close to Hell's Kitchen
Jasmine got out of the car and as soon as she entered the house Artemis sped away
Jasmine sighed going to her room while wiping her eyes again
Her mother and daughter watched her go "Guys suck" she yelled to them
"Where's Salt" Jas asked as they walked upstairs
"With Matthew, been with him for two weeks" Lily replied just as there was a knock on the door
Jasmine went to go answer it "Hello" she smiled seeing a blond standing there "can I help you"
The blond smiled "I was wondering if a Lillian Steward was here, her god-daughter gave me the address"
Jasmine raised an eyebrow "I'm her cousin, Steve Rogers"
"Yes, please come in, I'll get her for you" she smiled standing to the side so he can come in
Jasmine led him to the living room then went to get her mom "Mom, Captain's here" she said
Lily looked up from putting some lasagna in the oven "oh really" she said and Jas nodded "I'll be out there in a minute"
Jas nodded again and walked to the living room "she'll be here in a minute" she informed him
Steve nodded "so how do you know Lily" he asked
"She's my mother" Jasmine replied
Steve looked at her shocked and Jasmine smirked
"STEVEN GRANT ROGERS" Lily yelled "how long have you been un-iced and you're just now coming to see me"
Steve tensed and turned around to see Lily standing there "wait your Ann, the head of heroes" Steve frowned
"Yes, Steve, Lillian" she said "now give me one good reason why I shouldn't shoot you"
Steve gulped "I don't have one, I was scared that if I came to see you that I'll break seeing all the things I missed" he said "like the birth of your daughter, where's the father
Lily sighed "died a few days before you went into the ice" she told him
"Wait, you're Bucky's daughter" Steve asked looking at Jasmine and she nodded
"I'm like my mom except for being a sniper, my daughter is more like my dad according to everyone that knew him" Jasmine told him
A few hours later Salt and Matt came in "I would've beat that guy's ass Mattie" Salt said
"Addie, I know that but I doubt his friends would allow him to get attacked by a woman" Matt said
"Well, I knew you had my back" Salt said walking into the living room
She stopped seeing Steve "hello" she said
Steve smiled "now I see it" he said
"I didn't lie, I'm related to someone from your old team" she said "I never said it was two people"
"Matt Murdock meet Captain America, Steve Rogers" Salt said "Steve this is my boyfriend"
Steve looked Matt over "nice to meet you son" Steve said holding his hand out
"You too, sir" Matt said shaking his hand
"I know you're a good man if Lily approves" Steve smiled
"Yeah, everyone has to get approve Grammy's approval" Matt joked
"Ain't that the truth" the girls muttered as Grammy smiled
Nikko walked into Professor's Xavier's office "World Council approves nuclear strike on the island of Manhattan" he read from a file "the president is taking action, I believe
Nikko nodded "Myself, Lily, and Peggy will have the final say in the newbies"
Xavier nodded "and you three are keeping this close to the vest" he asked
"Yeah" Nikko nodded "we have a few candidates"
Xavier smiled "I know you didn't come to talk to me about the World Council"
"Your right" Nikko said "Rogue is having trouble getting a job, she either can't wear her gloves or long sleeves"
"And you are wondering if I have a position for her, here" he asked then handed her a file "it fact yes, a child was recently placed in my care that needs extra attention"
Nikko took the file "the source of the cure" she stated and Xavier nodded
"Most of the children won't go near him and I have a feeling Rogue will welcome the addition, besides he might make Wade a little saner"
Nikko snorted "doubt it, but I'll talk to Rogue about it" she said teleporting away with the file
Logan ran in "where is she" he growled "she stole my cigars"
"She just left" Xavier said and Logan narrowed his eyes leaving the room
The mutant shook his head
Artemis and Tony set behind a table with reporters in front of them, Steve was off to the side with the assistants, the two assassins, Bruce, Fury and Grammy
"Now the Iron Siblings" the man said turning the attention to them
The siblings gave the Grammy approved version of the battle then opened the floor for questions
"Miss Stark, who was that you were in a liplock with" a reporter said
"Told you that will be asked" Tony laughed
Artemis glanced at Fury, who nodded "a fellow team mate Hawkeye" she said feeling weird calling him that
"Or as she likes to call him Hawkass" Tony laughed
"He has a nice ass" Artemis defended
From the sidelines Clint sighed "go ahead" Fury smirked
Clint smiled "Artemis, you have a nice ass too" he said clipping a mike to his shirt and walked over to them
Artemis looked up with a smile and stood up with her brother "Legolas, nice of you to join us" Tony said shaking his hand
Artemis pulled him into a kiss and the press went crazy
Artemis pulled away and they each took a seat with Artemis in the middle
"Who was responsible for the nuke that you put into the wormhole"
"Oh yes, I'll like to address that question" Artemis said placing a hand on Tony's arm "As we speak the World Council, a group that was placed in power for our protection is being removed from their seats by the president and new people are being consider"
"So this World Council ordered the firing of a nuclear missile on Manhattan"
"Yes they did"
"Hawkeye, what are you skills"
"I never miss and I have eyes like a hawk, plus I can make any shot with a bow and arrow" Clint smiled
"Can you show us?"
Pepper came out with Clint's weapons and Salt went to go set up a target
The reporters looked to where Artemis pointed and saw Salt with an apple on her head standing at the entrance 300 yards away
Clint stood up and smirked when the press parted like the sea
Clint let loose an arrow and it stabbed the apple right at the core
The press gasped and clapped
Salt removed the arrow and walked back to the others
"Is there any other Avengers here today"
The three looked at each other just as the others came out and took a seat "Thor is back in his home world and couldn't make it" Tony said
"Wait, where's Bruce" Artemis asked leaning back to see the scientist shaking his head
Artemis stood up and walked over to him and pulled him out then set him between her and Tony
"Can you tell us all your superheroes name?"
"Captain America" Steve smiled
"Black Widow" Natasha said bored
"Hulk" Bruce said
The rest of the interview was just asking them random questions
After the interviews they posed for pictures, Natasha got out of it of course
"So where do you want to set up base" Artemis asked
"Mansion, you have all those training rooms and everything" Tony said "plus spidey already lives there"
Artemis nodded "I'll have Yinsen get rooms ready"
