Took a few days but I had to make sure it is good and right. I hope y'all enjoy it :)

Update: So I posted a Epilogue after this and wasn't happy with it. So this is updated with a super brief update at the bottom to round all this out.

With Love ~Dresner.

"I wish I could say the same thing." Kim growls as Shego looks at her triumphantly. "I'm surprised you're not laughing maniacally and gloating about your evil plan."

"Why would I do that?" Shego asks innocently with a hint of sarcasm.

"The cape and temple of doom say otherwise." Kim replies sharply with a smartass tone.

Shego laughs at her remark and legitimately enjoys the jab at her from what Kim could tell. "I'll let you have that one, Princess. It's been years since someone had the gall to comment on a topic so close to me. Yeah, Dr. D but sometimes he has a point if you believe it or not."

"Drakken having a point?" Kim asks with some surprise hinted in her voice. "What horrors have you brought upon this earth!"

The two women share a laugh together, easing the tension in the room slightly allowing Shego to take a seat comfortably. "I knew my past would come back to haunt me one day, honestly. Though I would expect better from a world class super hero. Captured by drones? Kimmie what has the time stream done to you? Or maybe you're losing your touch?"

She looks even more off in person. She sounds like Shego and acts like her, but what up with her eyes?

"If I remember correctly I defeated the stone monkey and bested you in my younger years as well." Kim says confidently as she narrows her glare at Shego. "If anything I think you've lost your touch. Are you afraid I'll beat you again in the future? I'm always down to go three for three!"

Her gaze turned from amusement to anger as her hands glowed like stars in the night sky. "Our little fights are nothing compared to what I did here." Shego shouts as she closes on the snared Kimmie. "I WON! THIS IS MY WORLD NOW!"

There's my Shego, Ms. Fire and Fury.

"For now," Kim says as she closes on Shego's face. "You only won because you trapped me in the time stream. You didn't have someone to challenge you for twenty years. Nice shock collars by the way, I didn't think red was your color though. Someone must be getting soft to need those to keep her enemies in line."

Shego growls and with a swift hand she cuts the net with her plasma dropping Kim from above to the ground. With catlike reflexes Kim lands on her feet ready to fight. Shego drops her cape as she descends to meet Kim. The pale dictator hits the ground on her feet and wastes no time as she charges Kim with fists blazing with Plasma. Kim ducks under Shego's legs and kicks her legs from under her, knocking her to the ground.

"Sloppy Shego! Very Sloppy!" Kim taunts her.

Shego growls and kicks her legs from under her before leaping to her feet with her Plasma charged up for a blast. "I'm warming up!" Shego shouts as she fires at Kim. She dodges the blast by rolling away to gain distance between her and Shego. Using her momentum she transitions to a flip and cartwheel to gain more momentum to hit Shego and dodge her plasma blasts.

With enough momentum she uses a wall to launch her towards Shego. Shego restricts herself from using her plasma as Kim flies towards her to take the blow. Kim's foot almost felt like it was burying itself in her chest as it sent her to the ground. When he back hit the ground she snatched Kim's leg like a bear trap and threw her back to the ground with her own energy. Kim hit the ground, hard, and froze up for a second giving Shego enough time to hop on top of her and to deliver a score of blows. Kim protects her face with her forearms, blocking her blows, and takes her by the collar to flip her off of her to get back on her feet to take another fighting stance. Shego springs back to her feet and takes a fighting stance to continue the battle. They close the gap and launch a barrage of punches and grabs till they lock their hands to push each other off one another.

"Is that all you got Princess?" Shego snarls.

"Maybe you didn't lose your touch." Kim compliments Shego as beads of sweat drip down her brow.

Both were breathing heavily and even Shego was starting to sweat. Her heart sang with joy at this encounter that she finally got another chance to fight with Kimmie again.

"You didn't either Kimmie." Shego returns the compliment as she wipes the sweat from her brow. "I feel alive again."

"You're enjoying this?" Kim asks as she slowly closes on Shego.

"When you're the ruler of the world you never get your hands dirty anymore." Shego laments. "I've waited twenty years to spar with you again. Just like the old days too!"

"As much fun as it is to relive the glory days." Kim says eyeing the Time Monkey. "I'll have to break up this heartfelt reunion."

"I wouldn't do that if I were you, KIM POSSIBLE!" The voice of Drakken shouts as he throws Kim Possible across the room into the large window looking over Shegoton. "You think you're all that!"

"DRAKKEN!" Shego screams as she charges a large plasma energy ball. She fires the ball into the hulking Drakken, sending him flying through a wall into the next room. "THIS IS A PRIVATE FIGHT! KIMMIE AND I HAVE BUSINESS TO ATTEND TO!"

Shego turns to the destroyed window with fire in her eyes. She could see Kim's hands holding on for dear life but not for long as she began to slip. Shego rushes over to see Kim hanging helplessly from the edge of her tower. Kim looks back at 100 foot plus drop and back at Shego who loomed overhead like a dark cloud.

Shego stares down at her arch enemy as she hangs helplessly at her feet, her life truly in her hands for the first time since they began their unorthodox rivalry all those years ago.

"This is it." The Supreme One says. "This is perfect. Crush her hands and finish this. You know you want to."

Shego doesn't respond and stares at Kim as her other hand becomes weak, falling to her side.

"Crush her! Let her fall so I MAY RULE! She's been a throne in my side for years and here we are with the opportunity to FINISH HER. YET YOU STAND HERE WASTING IT!"

No. This isn't what I want. It's too easy.

IT'S WHAT I WANT AND I'LL GET WHAT I DESERVE!

It's not your decision.

Kim feels her hand giving way as granted slides across her finger tips. From the innocent past, the chaotic present, and now to the depths of a dark future she chased Her and the three villains across her life of almost 18 years. The world she knew had changed and now it looks like she was next. She closes her eyes praying for something to save her…

I failed… I failed from the very start of this… It's over…. She won.

Something grabs her and tries to pull her up. To her surprise it was Shego trying to save her. "Kimmie I need some help here!"

Kim doesn't fight her and grabs Shego's other hand as she pulls her back up to the throne room. Shego stumbles back causing Kim to fall on top of her. The two were almost at kissing distance when they opened their eyes and paused for a moment to gather their composers. Kim raises herself above Shego to get out of her face and throws herself on the floor next to her. Her heart pounded in her chest as if it was going to explode from the adrenaline racing through her. Shego felt the same but instead of almost dying she actually saved her so-called mortal enemy.

Kim turns her head first but can't get the words out because of pure shock. Shego sees this and with a nervous chuckle she breaks the ice, "You ok Princess?"

"You saved me." Kim shouts in shock, barely able to control her voice.

"I did…" Shego says in shock and some embarrassment. "Holy shit I did…"

"I shot Drakken too." Shego says as she tries to catch her breath. "He threw you out the window, not me. I just wanted to fight again. God It's just like I remember! Woah! Haha." Her laughter was nervous almost as the adrenaline began to settle. The comment caught Kim off guard making her almost rethink what was going on with her.

"What did you say?" Kim asks, trying to recall a brief snippet of what she said to him.

"I shot Drakken through a door."

"No the thing you said to him." Kim says as she gains some of her composure back. "Private fight or something?"

"The plan wasn't to throw you through a window or for Drakken to get in the way." Shego said as she sat up. "Like I said it's been twenty years in this timeline since we've fought. Funny how the time stream works."

"You left me like twenty minites ago in my Pre-Teens." Kim says with a questionable glare.

"Twenty minutes for you, Twenty years for me." Shego replies as she brushes herself off. "Funny how that works and how twenty years makes you think about your life."

"Trying to relive the days when I would kick your ass?" Kim surmises.

"Alright for one thing, I kicked your ass the most." Shego argues with a playful tone as they both took to their feet.

"Did the time stream mess with your memory too?" Kim says sarcastically as she takes another fighting stance.

Her eyes changed. That's the Shego I know.

Shego laughs, "Sure we'll go with that." She doesn't change her stance and only stands in front of Kim confidently with her hand on her hip. Kim could see a shift in her old foe and followed suit as she eases back to normal. She didn't really understand what Shego was going through in regards to the timeline. Maybe she really was enjoying their dance like sparring they would have?

Don't give her anything Kim. She's playing a mind game, I know she is. We have to save the world and put this nightmare to an end!

"Or maybe I'm just full of nostalgia." Shego says with a girly giggle. "But I'm sure you've had your moments too."

"I didn't think I would remember my pre-teens like that or pre-k." Kim replies defensively. "It's low to think Drakken would go back to when I was a little girl to destroy me, but you had other ideas didn't you? Don't think for a moment that I don't recall what you said, Shego."

I'd go lower….

"I was young then." Shego replies as she recalls her exact words at the time. It didn't seem real to her that she would actually have depth to that statement. Maybe she might have had something malevolent planned back then, but, even then, she cared for Kim. "Banter was something I enjoyed with you then. I honestly couldn't go as low as Drakken did. If I couldn't face you as is then it wasn't worth my time."

"Sure. Whatever you say." Kim says dismissively.

"I am sure." Shego replies sharply. "If I want to get rid of you, Kimmie, I would have crushed your hand and sent you to the ground below."

Why? Why didn't she? No. Stop. Just stop thinking about it. She wants to put me in a collar like the rest of the people down there!

"Save me your mind games!" Kim shouts. "I'm not in the mood! I'm taking the Monkey and fixing all of this! I'm not going to become one of those zombies on the streets!"

Shego figuratively raises her brow questioning her statement and once she understood what Kim meant she felt hurt. "You honestly believe I would do that to you? That I would put an oversize shock collar on you?"

"Believe? I saw it on video! I saw it on Drakken's neck, all of us at the attitude adjustment center saw it! You shocked him for a solid three minutes, Shego, three! Then laughed as if it was a funny joke or a meme. You want me to believe you won't do that to me as well?" Kim growls with rage.

Shego's expression changes in a moment's notice from hurt to stern anger, "I'd never make you or anyone you love a slave or take them away from you. I'm evil, rotten to the core, But I'm not heartless. Damn you for thinking otherwise."

She turns her back on Kim, regretting bringing her up here in the first place. Out of the corner of her eye she could see the Supreme One glaring at her triumphantly with an arrogant smile.

"I told you she wouldn't accept what you are." The Supreme One gloats. "It's either the collar or the abyss."

Her words cut through Shego like a sword slicing her heart, mind, and soul in two. Shego could feel herself recoil back into rage, like she used too, but this wasn't something that she could crush, burn, or destroy with her plasma. For once she was hurt.

Kim could sense an air of sincerity in her foes words lingering around them. It was strange to her to think of Shego, especially this one, using sincerity at all. The damning at the end felt genuine and it actually pained her to admit it hurt her. Shego wasn't heartless and she remembers a few moments of her being selfless, but she couldn't say that for The Supreme One that she had become. The hero tries to keep her composure and her mind on track.

Time stream destroying itself and the universe, Remember Kim!

As much as she tried she couldn't keep her mind on track with the mission. Shego's words hurt her to the soul. Kim was never judgmental and never really considered Shego really evil, more just as a heated rival who did what she did because the money was good and she liked the rush of a good fight. After the attitudinator fiasco, She actually looked upon Shego as the big sister she never had and respected her prowess as a capable fighter.

"You're not rotten, Shego." Kim says quietly with a sweet undertone.

Shego's ears perk as she catches her name on Kim's lips. "What did you say?" She asks with a hostile yet innocent tone.

"You are not rotten." Kim replies, her voice finding strength. "You may be evil to a point, but rotten? No. I know you better than that."

Shego gave a bark of derision, "Know me? Do you really know me, Princess?" Kim's statement made her turn her attention back to her favorite hero.

"Shego," Kim says endearingly. "We've known each other for four years. We've fought with and against each other, We saved the world together, and we were even best friends together. I've met your brothers and we spent the holidays together with my family. You're headstrong like me, tough, snarky, and just so hell bent on being you it's crazy."

Shego gives her a faint smirk, "Not bad, Princess, I'm surprised actually and a little bit impressed."

"Impressed that I actually know something about you?" Kim replies.

"That, but who doesn't want to know something about me?" Shego says. "No that you spoke up and meant it. It's actually… Sweet…" Shego swallows hard and bits her lips nervously as she debates on sharing her feelings about Kim.

"Go for it Sweetie." Miss Go says from behind her.

"I just wish that we didn't have to share things like that in times like this," She says motioning her arm to the throne room and the dystopia outside. "That it took ripping the timeline to pieces and me taking over the world to realize something that… Well I took it for granted."

Her face turned matter of fact and Kim could notice that a weight was lifting off of Shego's shoulders as the villainess closed in on her till they were nearly a foot or two apart.

"I hate to admit it, but I grew fond of you in our time together. When I came here, to become this, I realized how empty it all was. I enjoyed the early years when I was fighting the world, but it just wasn't the same. Everywhere I went with my armies, Tokyo, Berlin, Paris, New York, Denver, and even here I kept thinking of our time together. I looked for you, really I did. Everywhere I went I was expecting Kim Possible to appear and save the day. But you never came and it hurt me. I think what I'm trying to say is that I missed you, Kimmie."

Shego steps closer to Kim, The red head's face frozen in shock with hints of blushing building on her face. The pale villainess takes Kim by the hands and holds them tightly.

"Am I making you uncomfortable?" Shego asks her innocently.

"Shego… I don't know what to feel or say. I'm just so conflicted right now." Kim replies honestly, Her face cherry pie red from blushing.

Is she hitting on me? No, it's too genuine to be that. She's… She's pouring her heart out to me.

Kim looks into Shego's emerald eyes and sees something she's never seen in her before: Compassion. They were warm and open, almost begging her to come in. It wasn't lust in her eyes, no, it was strangely, love.

"I hate to admit it too, But I miss the days we spent together. You know, when you were Miss Go? Do you remember?" Kim asks her.

Shego smiles and reaches for her leg pocket. From the pocket she pulls a chard photo of her and Kim. Another shocked expression takes to Kim's face as she takes the picture in her hand.

"I do." Shego says in a quiet voice. "I remember it every day, Kimmie."

"I never had someone I could enjoy my time with on that level." Kim replies with a smile on her face. "You were my friend, a sister, and a confidant for me then. Even before that I enjoyed the fighting, the banter, and everything. You're unforgettable Shego. You're everything to me."

Kim looks at Shego and then to the monkey floating near them. A sour feeling takes her soul as she remembers where she was and what she had to do.

"Shego." Kim says with regret. "You know what's about to happen. You know how this works."

With an equally regretful sigh Shego nods, "Yes I know. But humor me for just a while. I don't know what will happen when you get that monkey. Maybe you'll destroy it or go back to set everything the way it once was. I don't know and I don't care, but I've wanted to say this for so long it hurts."

Her voice was frantic and her grip on Kim's hands became tighter. "But Kimmie I love you. I love you so much it hurts me. It took me twenty years of hell on earth and destruction to realise that I have feelings for you that I couldn't have understood twenty odd years ago. I love you Kimmie and I just want this moment for us, Not as heroes or villains, but as people. As you and me."

She brings her closer and wraps her arms around Kim who simply couldn't process the moment quickly enough until she felt herself pressed against the villainess. Kim was hesitant at first, but for some reason it felt right to her. She just couldn't fight it anymore.

It's just like when she was Miss Go. I missed this… I really did… She's right…

Kim returns the embrace and holds her tight against her as the realization hits her like an oncoming train. "I understand." She whispers as she rubs her hand up and down Shego's back. "I understand."

"Thank you." Shego whispers back as she holds her like it was the last thing on earth. She pulls herself back, still holding Kim, and looks back at the monkey floating lazily in the display. With a sigh she turns back to Kim as she tries to keep herself from tearing up. She could feel it in her throat and the burning in her eyes as she reluctantly let go of her.

"I've waited decades to tell you that Kimmie." Shego says with a heavy heart. "But I know what has to happen next."

Kim and Shego both look at the Time Monkey and back at each other. Through her teary eyes, Kim could see an approving glare and an understanding between them. She walks slowly to the idol's display and slowly removes it then turns to Shego. Kim returns to her and sets it beside her. Shego's eyes were tearing up more and all Kim knew what to do was to hold her former nemesis to comfort her.

"Just go. Just do it." Shego begs as she begins to cry. "Save the day like you always do Kimmie. Always leaving me for all the glory!"

Shego began to try to wiggle her way out of Kim's arms but she wouldn't let her go, shhh'ing her as she sobbed. "No, no, no I'm not leaving you. I won't do that to you. I won't leave you ever."

"Don't ever." Shego says in a serious tone as she sobs. "You're mine."

Kim giggles and pulls herself back to look at the sobbing Shego. Behind her red teary eyes she could see a pureness to them that she didn't see before. She smiles an infectious smile causing Shego to smile too. Behind Kim Shego could see Miss Go giddy as a kid in a candy store with a happy bubble expression giving a thumbs up. In almost perfect unison Kim and Miss Go said, "You look happy Shego."

"You do too." She said with a large warm smile and stars in her eyes.

"I love you." Kim says to the teary eyed villains.

"I love you too." Shego says as she closes with Kim, giving her a gentle peck on the lips. The expression on Kim's face was that of surprise but that faded quickly as she returned the kiss. The two broke the kiss when they ran out of breath and held each other close till the monkey rubbed against their legs.

It was a sign that it was time to leave and both parties were reluctant to say the least to end their moment together. With a heavy heart, Kim picks up the Time Monkey and looks at Shego. "Rufus 3000 told me the Time stream is pretty bad because of everything the villains and you did with this thing. We didn't help either, but, either way, I have to fix it."

Shego wipes the tears from her eyes and sniffles a little. "Always playing the hero, I understand Kimmie."

"I don't know how, But I'll figure it out." Kim replies with uncertainty.

"I know you will." Shego says with a proud smile. "You always do. I love you Kimmie."

"I love you too Shego." Kim replies with a smile. She takes the Time Monkey back into her hands and looks at it intensely trying to figure out what to do next. Shego takes Kim's free hand and hands her the picture of them together.

"No matter what I want you to keep this." Shego tells her. "If things go right then we shouldn't remember any of this. But I want you to remember what happened here between us."

"I'll keep it with me always." Kim says with a reassuring smile. "Alright Time Monkey, Take me back to where this all started."

A large portal opens up into the timestream besides the two. Kim and Shego kiss once more before Kim had to go through the portal. "I love you Kim." Shego's with tears in her eyes.

"I love you too Shego." Kim says as she begins to cry. The hero slowly walks through the portal turning back to get one last glimpse at Shego before everything went back to normal.

Then she was gone leaving Shego alone in the throne room. The Supreme One was gone and only Miss Go remained. Shego looks at her with tears racing down her face, "Thank you." She whispers to her as reality as she knew it began to fade around her.

"You look happy Shego." Miss Go says with an approving smile. "You look happy."

"Thank you Kimmie." Shego says as she begins to fade into nothing. "Thank you for everything."

As Kim returns to walking out of Middleton high she feels a strange sense of Deja vu and Ron repeats something about Meat Cakes for an odd reason. The two walk down the street for a block or two before the wind picks up, throwing a piece of paper into Kim's face stopping her with much annoyance from herself and even Ron.

"KP! Buehno Nacho is having a 2 for 1 on Nach-O's! Come on!" He shouts.

"I'm coming Ron!" Kim says, pulling the paper from her face. To her surprise it was a burned picture of her and Shego together. "Wait what?... Shego?"

The memories hit her all at once and she could recall what happened in the citadel in a dark time far in the future. Out of the darkness there was light and that light was Shego. She remembered the moment they shared and it almost forced her to tears. But she couldn't, she wasn't alone, and it wasn't the time to break down and cry. She stayed strong and folded the picture into her pocket.

"Thank you Kimmie." The wind whispers to her as she walks back to Ron

I won't forget what we shared that day...
