Pineapple Princess – Annette

The ocean breeze flowed through the air as the ocean waves crashed onto the Hawaiian beach. Anyone would find this relaxing and Kyouka was no different.

The purple-haired woman had a content smile on her face as she watched the ocean. She wore her favorite yellow bikini along with a purple sarong and in her hair was a yellow hibiscus.

Her enhanced hearing then picked up the sound of footsteps in the sand and the plucking of strings. Turning to where the were coming from, she couldn't help but giggle at the green-haired man, who was wearing a green Hawaiian shirt and red shorts, coming her way while trying to play a ukulele.

"Decided to become a musician, Izu-kun?" she asked with a slight grin.

He let out an amused chuckle. "No, I'd rather leave the music to you. I just thought Eri might like this."

"Definitely a better souvenir than a shot glass," said Kyouka with another giggle. She then gave off a sad smile. "I wish she could have came with us."

He wrapped an arm around her shoulder and held her close. "I know you do, Kyouka, but it's not like she's alone right now. She's with her Inko-baa and Toshi-jii, who are probably spoiling her as we speak."

"Still…"

"If it was just us then it wouldn't have been a problem bringing Eri, Kyouka. But this is our class trip and we didn't really have a choice."

That was true. Class A, now in their third year, had gone on a class trip to Hawaii. It was a nice getaway, although Kyouka would admit that she wished it were just her and her Izu-kun.

Ignoring the sounds of their classmates, who were down a ways on the beach, the shy couple continued to watch the sunset.

"We've been through a lot since our first year, haven't we, Izu-kun?" asked Kyouka as she snuggled into his side.

"Yeah and the best part was meeting you," replied Izuku, earning a blush from his girlfriend.

"Y-You such a dork," stuttered out the shy rocker, causing Izuku to let out a chuckle.

It was then Izuku became nervous. "K-Kyouka, there's something important I need to ask you."

"Hm? What is it, Izu-kun?" she asked. She watched as he reached into his pocket and then handed her what he grabbed. Her eyes widened upon seeing what was in her hands. "I-Izuku?"

It was small, velvet box and inside the box was an amethyst ring.

"I…I know it might be too early to ask, but we've been together since our first year and I can't imagine a life without you in it. Not only that, but we've been the parents to a sweet little girl since then as well. If we're able to do that, becoming husband and wife once we graduate shouldn't be any less difficult, right?" explained the green-haired man, a blush on his face.

Kyouka's own face was bright red as she listened to Izuku. He just proposed to her! Was he really serious about this?!

"H-How were y-you able t-to afford this, I-Izuku? D-Do you even know wh-what you're asking?" she questioned, fidgeting under his gaze.

"Of course I do, Kyouka, and I wouldn't have asked if I wasn't sure of it," replied Izuku, giving her a reassuring smile. "As for how I was able to afford the ring, I've been saving up for quite awhile now with the money I've been earning from Endeavor's agency. I even have enough money left over to go towards the wedding. Th-That is if you'll have me. I love you, Kyouka."

She could feel her heart fill with so much emotion as tears came to her eyes. Before Izuku could freak out, she glomped him.

"Yes, yes I'll be your wife, Izu-kun!" cried Kyouka with a happy grin.

Izuku, now crying himself, could only grin in return as wrapped his arms around her and hugged her close. The two looked at each other and met in a passionate kiss. When they separated, Izuku took the ring and slipped it onto Kyouka's finger.

With one last kiss, the newly engaged couple walked back to the hotel hand-in-hand. They would probably catch hell from their friends, their teachers, and even their parents when everyone finds out, but they didn't care.

All that mattered was their future together.
