Stranded In The Jungle – The Cadets

Midoriya Izuku, up and coming jungle explorer, wondered where everything went wrong. One moment he was flying his plane over the jungle and the next moment he had to make an emergency landing, crashing his plane in the process. He would say he was lucky to be alive, but shortly after he was found by some of the natives, captured, and brought back to their village.

That was a few days ago.

Right now, he was tied to a pole in one of the huts, waiting for whatever the tribe had planned for him.

The sound of ruffling cloth caught his attention, telling him that someone had entered the hut. Lifting his head, his eyes widened at the sight of his visitor.

It was a girl around his age. She had short purple hair and wore cloths around her waist and breasts to give herself some decency. She had long silver earrings hanging from her ears and her skin was bronzed thanks to the jungle sun. He found her to be quite pretty.

"Wh-What is it that you want with me?" asked Izuku.

She gave him a look of confusion. "You look harmless."

His eyes widened even further. "Y-You can understand me?"

"Very little. Me want learn more from you."

"Wh-Why?"

"Me curious."

"…I suppose I could teach you some things, although it might be hard being tied up like this."

He was surprised when she came forward and untied him. He was honestly not expecting her to do that since he was technically a prisoner.

"You teach now?" she asked as she kneeled before him.

"Y-Yeah," he replied rubbing his wrists. "My name is Izuku, by the way. What's your name?"

"Me Kyouka. Me songstress of tribe."

He gave her smile as he began to answer any questions she had.

Months later…

Three individuals were trekking through the jungle on a mission.

"I hope we can find Midori-bro, Todoroki," said a redheaded male.

"We will, Kirishima," replied a man with half-white, half-red hair. "We're not leaving until we find him."

"Oui! We will find Midoriya!" exclaimed a blond in a fancy looking suit. He looked out of place compared to the other two who were dressed in explorer gear.

"I'm surprised you even came, Aoyama. You're the money guy, not an explorer like the rest of us," said Kirishima, looking back at the blond Frenchman.

"That is true. I would rather be anywhere else than a jungle," replied Aoyama, giving his surroundings a look of disgust. He then looked back at the redhead with a serious look. "But Midoriya is a dear friend and is very important to me. My feelings on this place mean nothing right now."

"That's what I like to hear! Let's find Midori-bro!"

The three continued on and soon came upon a village.

"Halt, outsiders!"

The tribesmen greeted Kirishima, Todoroki, and Aoyama with spears pointed right at their faces.

"Well this turned out well," stated Todoroki in a deadpan tone.

"Wh-Whoa! We're not here to bring you harm!" exclaimed Kirishima, really not wanting to become Swiss cheese.

It was then a familiar voice called out.

"Kirishima? Todoroki? Aoyama?"

The three looked over and were surprised to see the familiar mop of green hair.

"Midoriya!" they called out to their previously missing friend.

Getting a good look at their friend, they noticed that he was wearing makeshift clothes and shoes

"Izuku," said one of the tribesmen. "You know these outsiders?"

"Hai. They are friends of mine."

The tribesmen retracted their weapons and stepped back, allowing Izuku to meet his friends.

"Dude! You're alive!" exclaimed Kirishima with a happy grin.

"Yeah. I'm sorry I never contacted you guys, but when I found my radio, it was broken beyond repair," explained Izuku, rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment.

"How did you survive for this long?" asked Todoroki.

"Well, after I crashed landed, the natives found me and took me prisoner," started Izuku. "After a few days though, someone helped me prove to them that I wasn't a threat."

"Oh? Who is this person that helped you, Midoriya?" questioned Aoyama.

"W-Well…"

"Izuku?"

The new voice caught everyone's attention. Turning to the source, Izuku gave off a smile while the others' jaws dropped. Standing before them was a heavily pregnant purple-haired woman, her stomach bare to the world.

"Sacré bleu."

"Kyouka!" called out Izuku, waving her over.

The songstress waddled over, though she was weary of the newcomers. "Izuku, who are these people?"

"Remember those friends I told you about? These are them," explained Izuku. He then turned to his friends. "Guys, this is Kyouka. She is the one who helped me in return that I teach her everything I knew."

"Izuku? Are they here to take you away?" asked Kyouka, looking worried.

"No, Kyouka. I'm not going anywhere," replied Izuku, surprising his friends.

"D-Dude! What are saying?!" demanded Kirishima.

They watched as Izuku placed a hand on Kyouka's belly. "Guys, I can't leave. Not yet, anyway. I want to wait until a few months after my child is born and then I can bring them and Kyouka with me."

"You're going to be a father?" questioned Todoroki.

The green-haired man gave off a bashful grin, while Kyouka gave off a shy smile. "Y-Yeah. Kyouka and I became closer over our time together, as you can see."

"But, what should we tell your mother and Toshinori-san?" asked Aoyama, looking worried.

"Tell them the truth," replied Izuku with a shrug. "Tell them that they're going to be grandparents soon."

Unable to argue with Izuku, his three friends agreed and said their goodbyes, promising to return in a few months. As they left, Izuku and Kyouka turned and headed towards their hut.

"You plan to take me away from the village?" asked Kyouka, looking confused.

Izuku blushed slightly. "W-Well, I figured since you're my wife and the mother of my child, it would be nice to show you where I'm from. You'd be able to learn a lot more from experience than what I could tell you."

The songstress gave it some thought as she rubbed her belly. "Yes, I would like that. Until then, tell me more of your world so I am prepared."

The jungle explorer chuckled as he put his arm around his wife's shoulders, pulling her close and placing a kiss on the side of her head. "Of course, my exotic beauty."

She giggled as they headed inside to rest. In a few more days she will become a mother and in a few more months she will see where her husband came from.

She couldn't wait.
