The little time the twins have been at UA High, they have had little to no connections in their classmates, but for them, it was what they wanted. Shoto wanted to protect his sister from the comments that could be made by others who don't particularly like their father. He hated not being able to fully protect his twin from the harsh words they'd say, comparing them to him during middle school. So they both agreed to focus more on school and the hero course rather than making friends.

They decided to focus on their classmates strengths and weaknesses, and seeing how they can improve in their home training. With the training they had with their father, the courtyard behind their home was just a plot of dirt. The harder they saw everyone working, the harder they trained at the end of each day.

Night quickly fell upon them as they laid on the dirt in the yard, sweating from exhaustion. Their training with each-other had just ended, and they both collapsed on the spot. Shiyo's arms were so weak, she couldn't lift them, and Shoto's right arm was limp. He didn't use his fire side during training this particular night, so his left arm was relatively fine. They were both panting in the dirt with their training outfits that Fuyumi, their older sister, had bought them when they were accepted into UA.

Shiyo panted heavily and turned her head to look at her brother, "You didn't use your fire."

He sighed, still panting with exhaustion, "I don't want to give him the satisfaction of seeing me use it while he's home."

The twins in unison turned to the lit up house, but Endeavor's bedroom light was off. His gym light however, was on, with the light from his flames lighting up the window. They rolled their eyes, setting their heads back on the ground. Shiyo looked back at her brother, her panting almost faded completely as she breathed, "He probably has no idea we're even out here. He's likely way more focused on not burning the house down."

"I hope so," Shoto sighed in annoyance, "Him seeing me use his fire gives him some kind of satisfaction and I absolutely hate it. You're different, even with your flames just being blue and cold, it's one more difference from your quirk and his. Mine is exactly the same, not counting the ice from mom."

She shifted, and sat up with the dirt sticking to the sweat on the back of her shirt. She turned to her brother, who had moved his hands underneath his head as if he was relaxing, "There is a huge difference between our quirks and his."

"Okay, and what is it?"

She smiled, and stood up, sighing, "If I tell you now, you won't understand it."

Shoto sat up, and looked up at his grinning sister, "Understand what?"

She smiled, and held out her hand, saying nothing.

He smirked, knowing he wouldn't get a clear answer, and Shiyo hoisted her brother up to his feet. He smiled at his sister, and patted her shoulder, "Good job, by the way."

Shoto and Shiyo both went their separate ways in the house to their own bedrooms. Shoto's room was just down the hall from his twin sisters, with their older sisters room in between them. Shiyo and Shoto had never had to share much. Bathrooms were never an issue, not even when they were younger. A while after their mother moved into the hospital, Endeavor had the twin's rooms upgraded, expanding their rooms, and giving them full sized bathrooms. Endeavor didn't do this for any real purpose except to make their lives easier when they eventually got into a hero course. Shiyo knew the reason their father did that, but never wanted to tell Shoto what she thought, mainly because of the fact that he would flick the side of her head, or her forehead.

After a shower, she threw on her pajamas, laid down in her bed, and just stared up at the ceiling. She sighed, and took out her phone. She went to messages, and found her last texts with Izuku Midoriya.

Shiyo and Izuku weren't that close in any circumstance. During the combat training however, they introduced themselves. It wasn't a big step, because of Shiyo and Shoto's promise to each-other, but it was something that Shiyo wanted to keep going with. She really liked Izuku and Tenya's energies, and she wanted to get to know them better.

She stared at the messages, but squeaked and tossed her phone in the air when the phone suddenly vibrated without warning. She lost balance since she was on the edge of her bed, and tumbled to the floor. She huffed as she hit the ground and grumbled in annoyance. She looked at her messages, expecting her brother to be the one who had texted her to scare her, but much to her surprise, it was Izuku.

'Hi' his message read. She stared at it with confusion. The only time they had talked was for training tips.

'Oh, hey Izuku' She typed back. She pressed send, and sat up on the floor, still very confused. The phone vibrated again, and she opened it.

'I was kinda curious about something, if you don't mind me asking.'

'Uh, sure. Whats this about?' she typed back, genuinely curious on what Izuku was going to ask. The phone buzzed, but this time, he was calling.

She squeaked in surprise and got up to her feet in a flustered panic. She answered it quickly, but only after having to calm herself down prior. "Hello?"

"H-hey Shiyo."

"Hey?" She replied awkwardly, "So what's up, Izuku?"

"Oh yeah! S-sorry to ask you so late, but I was curious if sometime, you'd want to show me how you and your brother train?" he asked with the nervous tone filling his voice. He had asked for tips in the past from Shiyo, since she had Shoto to train with. However, most of her tips would only work with another person. Knowing him and who he was friends with though, the question confused her on why he was asking her.

"Why not Iida or Ururaka?" She asked confused. He laughed nervously and sighed in defeat.

"Their workouts are way different and either just way too intense, or they just don't work out at all. Since I know you and your brother train usually every day after school, I figured to ask you if you and him wouldn't mind having me join in from time to time?" He asked nervously.

"Oh," She was taken aback, "I-I would have to ask Shoto, but I'm sure he wouldn't mind."

"G-great!" He replied enthusiastically, "Let me know what your brother says when you get the chance."

"Will do. Night Izuku!" Shiyo smiled, her tone full of happiness. Izuku blushed, laying in his bed and smiled.

"Night Shiyo." And the two hung up.

Izuku, even with their little bits of interaction, was really intrigued by Shiyo Todoroki. Her energy differed from her brothers, and Izuku really took interest. As he thought about what Shoto's answer was going to be, he smiled at himself, feeling happy he was confident enough to even ask Shiyo.

Shiyo sat up on her bed and sighed. Shoto wasn't asleep yet, but based on the talking coming from his room, she knew what he was doing. She walked down the hallway to her brothers room, and threw the door open. Shoto face planted the push-up he was doing in surprise, and looked at his sister in annoyance.

"Why would you do that?" He grumbled with an angry, but amusing look on his face. Shiyo giggled, and smiled at her twin.

"Izuku asked if he can start training with us after school." She glanced at her brother grumbling on the floor, rubbing his forehead, "He doesn't have anyone to train with, and his other friends are busy. Would you mind?"

Shoto looked at his hands, and then up at his sister, "His quirk is a lot different than ours, isn't it? Won't it be dangerous to use near the house?"

She shrugged, "Probably not as dangerous as fathers. He DID burn down the gym room twice now since we started at UA."

He sighed, and looked up at Shiyo with a smirk, "Well, what do you think?"

Shiyo shrugged with a smile, "Why not? Might make us closer as friends. We've been at UA for almost a month now and we barely know anything about Izuku, or any of our other classmates."

"The angry one is the only one I don't mind not knowing." he laughed.

Shiyo giggled in response, "He has such a temper, especially when it comes to Izuku."

He looked at Shiyo in curiosity, "I wonder why."

They both shrugged in unisen, hugged each-other, and went back to their stretches and light workouts. They both quickly gave up however, and fell asleep within minutes of being on their beds.

"Today's training will be a little different." Aizawa started to explain. The twins perked up, and listened intently. The morning was a well-deserved break for the twins as Endeavor left to his agency before they awoke. Fuyumi informed them he would be absent for a couple of weeks. They both went about their morning as usual, but Fuyumi noticed they both had a skip in their step as they went about their morning. Training is what they love to do in the hero course. Izuku took notice of the twins reaction, but listened to Aizawa, "You will have three instructors. Me, All-Might, and another faculty member will be keeping tabs on you."

Everyone gasped in curiosity, "Sir!" Sero perked up, "What kinda training is this?"

"Rescue." He announced, "You'll be dealing with natural disasters, shipwrecks, stuff like that."

"Disasters, huh?" Kaminari said nervously, "Sounds like we're in for a big workout."

Shiyo glanced over at Shoto, but noticed Shoto was already glancing at her. They smirked with determination, and looked back at Aizawa, ignoring the comments from their classmates. Izuku looked back at Shiyo, and they shared a smile as Shiyo noticed his gaze. "Guys, I'm not finished yet." and the class lets out an audible gasp. Shiyo giggles quietly as Aizawa continues to explain, "What you wear in this exercise is up to you. I know you're excited about costumes." He clicks a button on his remote, and stacks of cases with numbers on them come out of the wall. The class stares excitedly at the cases, "But keep in mind that you haven't gotten used to them yet, and they might limit your abilities. This special trainings at an off-campus facility, so we'll be taking a bus to get there. That's all. Start getting ready." He walks out of the room.

Shiyo and Shoto sit, patiently waiting for the crowd that was quick to form at the costumes dies down. They swiftly get up, and calmly walk over to the costumes. Shiyo snags her costume case, and tugs Izuku to the side. He stares nervously as she pulls him to the wall.

"Shoto agreed to let you train with us." She smiled, and Izuku's face brightened with happiness.

"That's great!" He exclaimed.

Shoto walked over to them slowly, "The only thing is that Endeavor won't be there, so it will only be us, and our older sister. Would your mom be okay with that?"

He nods once, "Yep, I'm sure she won't mind."

"Great. Come by after school tomorrow. Endeavor won't be home for a couple weeks. He's been..." Shiyo trailed off in awkwardness, "He's been really obsessing over his own agencies training since All-Might started here at the school."

Izuku nodded in happiness, Alright!" he then glanced at Shoto as he walked away, and back to Shiyo as she was about to follow her twin, "Quick question actually."

"Hm?"

"Why do you and Todoroki call your father Endeavor? Wouldn't you just call him father?" He turned his head like a curious puppy, and started muttering to himself, getting lost in his own thought.

Shiyo held the answer to his question back and just shrugged, "He's never really acted like a father, so we call him Endeavor." She smiled, "Come on, we should go change before Iida yells at us."

"Right!"

Shoto glanced around the area they were supposed to wait for everyone to show up, looking for his twin. He thought back to what Izuku wanted to ask, but didn't get to hear the actual question as he left the classroom. He did, however, notice his sisters shift into an uncomfortable position. Whatever it was that Izuku had asked his twin, he didn't like the way she reacted. He continued to glance around for his sister when he finally found the ice on her costume.

She walked out the door and her costume immediately pulled eyes. This is the first time anyone was seeing it, as it wasn't ready when the combat training exercise had been done.

Her costume was a lot like Endeavors. Shoulder pieces, forearm braces, a torso piece that was made to be as hard as Kirishima's quirk at its current level, shin braces, and ice boots. The ice that covered and shielded her was like her twins. The big difference however, was the frost flames that were ignited on the outside of the costume. Her costume was a full body ice armor, covered in flames that would give the average person frostbite, as well as severe burns. She could turn it off at any point in time, but she smirked at the jaws dropping at her costumes extravagance.

She walked over to her twin as she stopped the flames, and smiled widely at him. He rolled his eyes with a smirk, and looked back at her, "You're so weird."

"You love me." she giggled back.

Iida counted all twenty of them, and tried to yell instructions on how to get onto the bus. Izuku and Ururaka sighed nervously in the background, "Iida's kicking it into high gear as our class rep, huh?"

"You expect him not to?" Shiyo laughed, and Izuku smiled in response. Shoto did take notice, but shrugged it off.

As the bus pulled out of the parking lot, Iida pouted as he sat next to Minna, "The buses open layout ruined the boarding strategy!"

"Iida, you really need to chill." Minna smiled next to him.

Tsu piped up next to Izuku as they were talking, and caught Shiyo's attention just enough for her to tune into the conversation. Shoto and Shiyo sat behind Bakugou, who they had nicknamed The Angry One. The nickname wasn't meant to be mean or anything, but the twins genuinely didn't know Bakugou's name until well after school had started, so the nickname had stuck.

"Well, if any of our classmates have pro quirks, it's the Todoroki twin's and Bakugou." Kirishima stated. Shiyo smiled, but her twin didn't move. She looked over at him, and giggled at his sleeping face.

"Sure, but Bakugou's always angry, so he'll never be that popular." Tsu pointed out, and Bakugou jumped up in anger.

"What'd you say? I'll kick your ass!" He yelled, and Tsu pointed at him, looking back at Izuku.

"Ya see?"

Kaminari rolled into the conversation, and Shiyo smiled in amusement at the argument. She let her twin sleep as she enjoyed the show, "Y'know, we basically just met you," Kaminari started, and Shiyo giggled at Bakugou as he shook in anger, "So it's kinda telling that we all know your personality is flaming crap mixed with garbage."

Bakugou slammed his hands on the bar in front of his and Jiro's shared seat, "You're gonna regret the day you applied to this school, you loser!"

Momo covered her mouth with disgust on her face, "This is such a disgusting conversation."

"Yeah, but it's kind of fun listening to them fight, right Shiyo?" Ururaka smiled, and turned to Shiyo, who was watching the argument with a grin slapped on her face. Ururaka laughed at the sight, and Shiyo looked at them in confusion until she was attacked by a flick to the side of the head. The attacker? She turned to see Shoto, who was awake for most of the ride, staring at her with his monotoned expression. She rubbed her head and pouted.

"Why did you do that?" She whined. Shoto smirked, but quickly went back to his monotoned expression.

Shoto sighed, "You were having way too much fun watching an argument."

She pouted, and Aizawa announced that they had arrived at their destination.

"Hi everyone! I've been waiting for you!" the pro-hero Thirteen announced. Shiyo turned in surprise and smiled excitedly at the pro as she talked. Shiyo had admired the pro for years, and now being at her rescue class, she was thrilled. The rest of the class gasped in awe as Thirteen stood mighty at the front of the class. "I can't wait to show you whats inside!"

"This is gonna be awesome!" The class yells in unisen. Everyone says it except the twins, and Bakugou, who is still pouting next to them.

Thirteen leads the class inside and everyone looks around the giant building in awe. Shiyo spots some different areas and stares in excitement, earning her a flick to the side of the head once again by her brother. This time, she didn't realize she wasn't listening to Mr. Aizawa and Thirteen's instructions. She quickly regained her composure, and tuned back into their instructions.

"That's true," She stated to Izuku's fanboy comment. Shiyo giggled at him, but shot her attention back to Thirteen as she continued, "but my quirk could also very easily be used to kill. Some of you also have powers that can be dangerous. Please don't forget that if you lose focus or make the wrong move, your powers can be deadly, even if you're trying to do something virtuous like rescue someone. Thanks to Aizawa's fitness tests, you have a solid idea of your quirks potential. And because of AllMight's combat training, you likely experienced how dangerous your powers can be when used against actual people. Carry those lessons over to this class. Today, you're going to learn how to use your quirks to save peoples lives. You won't be using your quirks to attack enemies or each other, only to help. After all, that's what being a hero is all about. Ensuring the safety of others. That's all I have to say. Thank you so much for listening!"

The whole class erupts into cheering and smiles. Aizawa points down to the bottom of the stairs in front of them to continue, but is quickly cut off by the lights beginning to flicker and dim like a loose wire. The fountain at the bottom begins to stop as well. Shiyo quickly stares at the bottom of the stairs as something catches her eye.

"Mr. Aizawa!" She snaps, gaining her teachers attention, and pointing to the courtyard below. She runs up to Aizawa and Thirteen as Aizawa snaps to the fountain below. A black hole starts to appear, and he puts his arm in front of Shiyo, and backs her up slightly. He snaps back to the others and Shoto runs forward to his twins side.

"Stay together and don't move!" he snaps, shocking Shoto and Shiyo as they look at him in worry. Shoto held onto his sister with concern, and they both stared at the black hole. There, a hand comes through the hole, and bodies start to emerge. Shoto tightens his grip on his twin as Shiyo does the same.

"Thirteen, protect the students!" Aizawa orders, and Thirteen nods with no hesitation.

Shiyo looked back at her classmates, and back at the hole. Out of the black hole, which now Shiyo has determined its a warp gate, comes out villain after villain. The worry inside both twins guts begins to grow as they hold onto each others costumes tightly.

"Has the training started already?" Kirishima asked, confused, "I thought we were rescuing people."

Aizawa snapped back as the class went to step forward, "Stay back!"

The sudden yell from Aizawa caused the twins to tighten their grips on each other even more, and they stared down at the villains below. Shoto backed up slowly, and dragged his sister as she didn't fight back, just staring down at them in horror.

"This is real. Those are villains." He stated, and the class gasped in terror. He lifted his goggles up to his head, and Shoto continued to drag his sister back as they looked on in horror.

As the others wondered about the alarms, Shiyo kept her sights on the villain with the exposed brains. She stared in horror as it stared back at her, then she started to stare daggers. She became increasingly angry. Shoto quickly realized his sisters expression, and looked down at the villain she was staring at. He grunted in anger, but horror as Shiyo and the villain stared daggers into each other.

Shoto tuned back into the alarm conversation as he continued to glance between his twin, and the villain, "Is the entire campus under attack? Or is is this their only target?"

Shiyo tightened her grip on her brother and spoke up in a low, angered voice, "Either way, if the alarm sensors aren't being triggered, then one of the villains must have a quirk that's masking their presence here." and her twin nodded in agreement.

Shoto continued as Shiyo kept her eyes on not only the brain villain, but Mr. Aizawa as well, "They carefully chose this is isolated facility as an entry point at a time when a class was being taught. They're fools for trespassing here, but they've thought this out. Whatever their plan, they must have a concrete objective in mind. But what is it?"

Shoto tightened his grip on his sisters costume shirt, and the rest of the class let out an audible gasp in nervousness.

"Thirteen, "Aizawa stepped up to the top of the stairs, "Get them out of here, and alert the main campus."

The twins back up, but Shiyo grabs onto Aizawa's shirt. "Sir, watch the big one. There's something off about him. I can sense it." she warns. Aizawa gazes to the bottom courtyard and scans to locate the Nomu. He notes the Nomu in his head, and nods at her. Shoto drags his twin back to the rest of the class, and Aizawa speaks back up after Izuku finishes.

"I'll leave it to you Thirteen!" He announces, and he jumps.

"Sir!" Shiyo yells, jumping forward, but Shoto holds onto her shirt, keeping her from aiding Aizawa, as well as Thirteen putting her hand in front of the twins.

Shoto pulls at his sisters shirt, "We don't have time for this. We have to go!"

She nods in agreement, and they run the opposite way, Aizawa fighting below. Thirteen leading the front, Iida and Izuku lead up the back. The twins held onto each-others shirts as they ran, but Shiyo and Shoto quickly stopped as the warp gate started to appear in front of them. The rest of the class stop in terror, and the villain starts to speak. His voice graveled and angered, as Shiyo's was as she watched the Nomu.

"There is no escape for you. It's a pleasure to meet you. We are the League of Villains. I know its impolite, but we decided to let ourselves into this haven of Justice to say hello. And besides, isn't this a fitting place for All Might, the Symbol of Peace, to take his last breath?"

Shiyo and Shoto's eyes both widen at the words the villain is speaking, and freeze.

She looks at the faces of her classmates, and quickly notices Kirishima's expression. It was that of determination. She quickly found Bakugou and the same look was on his face. Shiyo went to grab Kirishima, but she missed, dragging her twin as they continued to hold onto each other's shirts. She grunted in anger, and watched as the two jumped in front of Thirteen and attempt to tackle the villain. Thirteen yells, but it's inaudible to Shiyo and Shoto as the darkness of the warp gate rush over them.

Shiyo holds onto Shoto's shirt tightly as the darkness rolls over them. She feels her twins shirt start to slip out of her hand, and then its gone from her grip. She tries to tighten her grip, but nothing is there. She looks around in panic as she falls onto a floor. She hits the floor with a thud, opens her eyes and realizes the office like room they're in. She scans the room in worry, looking for her twin, but only finding two others. She quickly realizes its Bakugou and Kirishima, who both are coming to.

"Shoto?" She panics, but as Bakugou and Kirishima stand to their feet, they're quickly surrounded in the small office.

"Time to die, kids."
