The North Stonekeeper ran thought the village with Smallfoot in his tight grasp with his guards on this tail. He did not want to stop. Percy would go in and out as the yeti ran off with him. Hundreds of buildings and houses pasted by him. He felt like he's on a roller coaster. A roller coaster he couldn't get off. Percy tried to remain as calm as possible despite his fear. Percy had no idea why he's doing this at all.

The Stonekeeper even took off his backpack and the it, so couldn't do anything sneaky.

"Why are you doing this!?" Percy shouted at him over the harsh freezing wind, knowing he couldn't understand him. He wanted to learn the truth. "Is it something we did!?" As expected, he did not give a clear answer; or he may have just ignored him. Although Percy is starting to think that they may have something to do with it, but what?

How far is he willing to go?

The North Stonekeeper has soon exited the village and entered the Westside forest. The leader wanted to lose the guards in the woods. He ran through the trees as a bunch of branches hit him from side to side, including Percy, who got hit in the face. Now Percy had those pesky pine needles in his hair. The trees slowed the guards down since they are clumped up in a group. They tripped over each other, step on each other feet, and the branches of the trees continually hitting them. They end up on the ground in the process.

When Migo and Brenda catch up with the guards, they saw the gruds on the ground on their backs.

"What happened?"

"These trees caused us some problems." One guard mumbles, embarrassed. Another guard stood up from his place. "The Stonekeeper ran off into woods." Now all the guards looked up to him on what to do. Migo paused.

"What are we going to do now?" Brenda asked him desperately for answers.

He had thought of something and fast before he loses his friend forever. The yeti took a deep breath to calm and think. He has an idea. But first, he had to assure Brenda. The gentle yet turned to Brenda, who is on his shoulder and gave her a reassuring smile.

"I have a plan for how we can stop him and get our friend back." He told her with hand signals; his hand signals got better. Brenda smiled and nodded at him in understanding. She has complete faith in him. Then Migo turned to the guards.

"What's your plan?" One of the guards asked.

Meanwhile, The Stonekeeper ran deeper into woods to get further away. While he ran, he thought real hard how he should handle the Smallfoot that he hated so much. How should I end him? He thought. The Stonekeeper slow down and look at small red creature he held in his grasp. It looked at him...funny? It looked at him with...pleading eyes? Usually, a Smallfoot would be fearing for their lives most of the time. But it has been clam the whole time.

A little scared but clam.

"Why are you looking me like that? Vermin." He growled at him. The Smallfoot just gazed at him with those eyes. Don't be fooled by their cuteness. He told himself. Then he hard chatter amongst the woods, it's coming from his right. Percy heard it too and automatically knew what is and felt uneasy. The Stonekeeper follows the sound of chatter with ease. As he got closer, the voices became louder and louder. The tress around them became lesser. Then he discovered group yetis, mammoth and Smallfoots hiding out in the woods, including Kolka, Gwangi, Fleem, and even his own kids, Teal and Cornell.

Not only that, he recognizes his villagers are here too, even the kids...no. They must have brought the whole village. They are ruining everything! Unwilling to stand by this, The Stonekeeper angrily steps out from the trees. The North villagers turned and gasped while the others yetis stand protectively in front of the Smallfoots, knowing exactly who he is and seeing he had Percy. The five grew worried about Migo, Meechee, and the good Stonekeeper. They're in trouble for sure.

"Father!" Cornell gasped.

"Patterson?" Hank stepped out.

"What are you all doing up here? You all know you are not supposed to be up here! It's in the stones." They scolded them. There is a slight pause. Before anyone could say anything, one of the North villagers spoke up.

"B-But the pure of heart... it's not real. We all could have been up here all this time and see these amazing things and creatures. And meeting more of us. Especially the Smallfoot."

"I'm only trying to protect you all from those creatures." The Stonekeeper tried to reason. "Do you all have any idea what they did to us?"

"That's all in the past, man. Just let it go." Fleem said out loud to stop him in a way, but it didn't work very well.

"What could they have done that's so bad?" A North female villager asked. Teal's eyes widen. She knows what her father is going to do and she prays it won't happen. That's right; they don't know yet. The rest became uneasy of. However, Cornell is carious of this too. The North Stonekeeper smiled sinisterly. Percy didn't like the look of that.

"Ah, they didn't tell you all? I thought they told you all already." The North Stonekeeper said innocently.

"We wanted to tell them when the time is right. Right now is not the right time." Kolka quickly pointed out. The villagers nodded; she had a good point there. Despite Cornell wanting to know, he nodded. Teal felt like they just duged one of his arrows just now.

"Why don't I just tell them the truth now of why I brought war to these creatures. So if you ask me, this is the perfect time to tell them!" He shot right back at Kolka. Poor Kolka is lost for words. His outburst frightens his villagers and everyone else, especially the children. Before Teal or anyone say anything, the Stonekeeper pumped Percy into the air.

"You want to know why we should fear it's kind!? You all want to know why we should despise these creatures so much!?" He announced. The hursh growling he did, scared Percy, he still had no idea what's going on. He's about to say the dark truth out until...

"Stop!" Cried out Migo. Migo stood right behind him, along with the guards with close looks on their faces. The others are happy to them, especially seeing the guards are on their side now. The North Stonekeeper is not pleased to see them at all, anger sports augin.

"Smallfoot, are you okay!?"

"Snowball! Brenda, you came!" Percy shouted in joy. Their are happy to him in one piece and unharmed.

"Looks like just in time, too," Brenda said in relief.

"Son, your back!" His father said happily. Migo smiled his father.

Then suddenly, the Stonekeeper held the Smallfoot close to him angrily. "He's not going anywhere! He's mine now!" He roared.

The leader was going to take off with the show host, but his guards block all exits out the woods. Even his own villagers blocked his way as they follow along. With the help of Gwangi, they formed a wall around him, trapping him. They all surround him. All of part Migo's plan, but he only planed this far. Migo sighs in exhaustion.

"Look, I'm done trying to convince you to change. All of this can stop now. Let our friend go, and you can return to your village and pretend none of this ever happened." Migo said as some solution, looking him in the eyes. "Things would go back to normal."

Teal and Cornell looked at each other in surprise. The world around seems to get silent; the only thing that can be heard is the howl of the cold wind. It was quite the offer Migo made.

"Deal." The leader mumbled in surrender.

Percy looked up at him, hoping he makes a right decision. Whatever Migo said, it seemed to have moved him. The tension left his body it felt like. His ancient face relaxed. The great leader sighs in defeat and slowly puts Percy down in surrender. Relief quickly settled all around, and yetis backed up slowly from them. Migo and the rest relax.

"That's it. Nice and slow now." Gwangi said quietly.

Then unexpectedly, he quickly snatched up Percy in hands and dashed to the right, knocking yetis down."Snowball!"

"Hey!" Migo shouted. Migo couldn't believe him for a second, he swears. Migo immediately went after him with Brenda going along with the ride. Yetis and humans alike went after him too, right behind Migo. They all run after him through the woods as the light of dawn began to disappear on the horizon. Unknowing, the leader, ran right past Meechee and the limping Stonekeeper with the Smallfoot terrified shriek, who were following Migo's trail.

"Smallfoot?"

Then Migo and the others ran right past them.

"Migo!" Meechee shouted out. The two sprinted after them. As the leader ran, he notices the trees around was no longer around them, but now their out in the open. Then suddenly, the leader almost falls. The Smallfoot screams became real louder. That's when he realized he's on the edge of a snowy cliff. He backed up out of fear, nearly tripping. It looked like a long fall from here.

"Oh, God! Oh, God! Oh, God!" Percy panicked; he felt like his heart is going to leap out his mouth.

"Storekeeper! Stop!" Migo yelled as everyone approached him slowly. Migo charged after him and tackled him down to the snow. Brenda ends up falling into the soft snow. Migo managed to make the leader drop Percy, but as a result, Percy ended up rolling to the cliff. Luckily he grabs on to the edge, leaving him hanging on the side.

"Son!" Yelled Migo's father.

"Smallfoot!" Grunted Migo. The leader and Migo then fought.

"Somebody help!" Percy cried out; his grip is getting weaker. Brenda hared the call and quickly got up from the thick snow and jogged over to the cliff to his aid without getting crushed by the fighting yetis. She reaches her arm. "Percy! Try to reach!" Meechee saw the whole thing and ran over to help out Brenda.

"Oh no, Smallfoot!"

"Meechee!" Her father yelled out for her.

Brenda tried to reach down to Percy's reaching hand, but it's unsuccessful, her arms are too short of reaching him.

"I can't reach you." Then Meechee wanted to reach him, she so close reaching Percy by an inch. Meechee had way more extended arm.

"That's it, Wonder. You are almost there." Percy reached out for her.

"Almost," Grunted Percy.

Migo and the great leader is pushing on their hands towards and away from the cliff. Migo is weak to push him back. He is pushed towards the cliff. "I don't understand, why do you want to continue fighting!? I don't want to fight you!" Migo yelled from the top of his big lungs. Tears stream down Migo's face; he is scared for his life and his friends.

"You want to know why so badly?" The angry leader asked. "I continue to fight these monsters because they killed my father when he tried to make peace!"

There is a long pause of shock and reliahzion.

"What?" Migo whispered.

Bang Bang Bang

Everyone heard it. Meechee just pulled Percy back up and placed him down, back to safety when she heard it go off. The Stonekeeper had wide shocking eyes. It gazed at Migo's eyes. The leader's eyes rolled back. Everyone gasped. Meechee and Brenda cover their mouths in complete shock. Percy couldn't believe his eyes. They all realized what happen. Hank shot the Stonekeeper with a tranq dart gun three times on his back.

The leader fell unconscious on Migo. His body is too heavy for him carry. Gwangi, Kolka, Fleem, Dorgle, and the Stonekeeper sprint over to help Migo move the ex-leader while everyone else stood frozen. But then Migo and the leader started falling backward as the leader lean on him.

They both fell into the cloudy abyss, Migo screaming.

"MIGO!" Meechee yelled in tears.

"NO!" Brenda shouted.

"SNOWBALL!" Percy screamed as he tried to reach out for him. Everyone else just shrieked in horror. Soozie's mother held her daughter close while every mother did the same. Meechee fell to her knees and looked right down to the abssy. Percy and Brenda looked back at Hank, not knowing what to say. Hank stood unsure if he made the right call or not. Percy took a few rapid, deep breaths.

"We have to get down there!"

The large crowd took a way down there with Storekeeper leading the way upfront. Most of the Smallfoots are carried by yetis or on mammoths. Percy and Brenda are carried by Meechee, who has sprung a few tears. Percy felt scared for Migo, what impact the fall had on him. Brenda didn't bother to ensure anyone; she's worried for him too.

As they descended into the fog, it was quite hard to see anything. Some of the humans turned on flashlights on their phones to see in the mist. The North villagers are amazed about it. Meechee placed Percy and Brenda down so they can start the search for Migo and the unconscious Stonekeeper. Meechee noticed Percy limping a bit.

"Smallfoot, your hurt." Meechee gasped. She offers her hand for him to hop on to. "I'll carry you." Percy shook his head slowly and sadly, smiles.

"It's okay, Wonder, really. I can walk." Meechee still thought Percy needed to be carried, Brenda thought so too. But she let him walk anyways. It's the whole search party looking for them. They yelled out for Migo's name, hoping for a response. Their not giving up until they are found, even if it took the rest of the suns light. They didn't care.

While they all searching, Percy looked all over for him until eyes settled on a figure that lay on the snow. Then his eyes darted to another figure, which is much farther away. That figure over there looked like the Stonekeeper. Then the one in front of him is Migo.

He found him.

"Snowball! Guys, I found them!" The crowd heard him and started gathering around. Percy limped over to his friend, who laid in the snow. Percy touched his side. He wasn't moving. "Snowball?" Percy says. No response, he wished for one. Percy climbed up to his chest and looked at him in the face. The yeit's eyes are closed, and there is no movement.

"No..."

Meechee and Dorgle jogged over, seeing the Smallfoot on top of Migo. "Migo?" Meechee says sadly. "Oh, no.." A crowed begun to surround them, including his friends. Meechee and Dongle came by his side. Percy began to cry hard into his furry chest, regretting yelling at him. Meechee spring a tear, she loved him, might even get married one day. Now Dorgle felt like his heart got ripped out, his son gone because he was doing something right. His mom would have been proud of what he's has become.

Brenda didn't say a word. No one did. Thorp and her father went to comfort Meechee. Darkness settled in.

"Your my best friend, Snowball...don't ever forget that." Percy tells him. Then he cries some more his chest. Then the redhead felt a touch on his back. Percy thought it was Meechee is trying to clam him down. But when heard everyone gasp, he knew something happed. Percy looked up to a tired Migo. His eyes are open.

"P-P-Percy?" He mumbles out. Did I say it right?

A big old wide smile appeared right on Percy's face. He gave him a big soft hug. "Snowball! Your alive!" Percy cried tears of joy as he hugged him tighter. The light has made it's an epic return. Migo laughs. "I'm okay, Smallfoot. I'm okay."

Brenda nearly cried tears of joy, so did Hank.

"Migo!" Meechee shouted. Migo sat up to give a hug to Migo. "Your okay!" Then Dorgle hugged him too.

"We thought we lost you, son."

"I'm okay, dad. The fall actually wasn't too bad compared to jumping off a mountain," Migo said. Dorgle hugs his son tighter. As soon as he knows it, he had a group hug from all his friends. Gwangi, Kolka, Fleem, Teal, Cornell, and even from Thorp and the Stonekeeper. The whole crowd cheers in great happiness. Then Migo saw the other Stonekeeper. He got up with his friends by his side.

The leader is still laid unconscious on his front side. The fall may have done a number on him. Teal and Cornell looked at father sadly, what yeti he's become. Not to mention, what they learn happens to their grandfather. The Stonekeeper removed the darts from his back. He then turns to Hank, who stood behind him, nodded to him.

"You did the right thing." The Stonekeeper ensures.

"Yeah, this guy was due for a nap anyways." Fleet added jokingly.

Hank nodded.

"Is he...alive?" Teal asked. The Stonekeeper went to check his pulse by feeling his neck. "He's alive, just in a deep state." The Stonekeeper confirms. That's sort of a relief to hear. The North villagers are thankful, but the Smallfoots are uncomfortable with that.

"What are we going to do with him?" Gwangi asked.

"Will take care of him. Perhaps, when he wakes up, he'll be a better yeti." Stonekeeper sighs. "For now, we all have some work to do and repairs to do at the Smallfoot village."

"Agreed." Meechee said in agreement. She held Migo's hand. Everyone agreed on that.

"But first, we need to return all the Smallfoots home," Migo announced, looking down at Percy. After all, their quest is to return the Smallfoots home and make sure no one ever gets taken ever again. A few yetis carried the unconscious Stonekeeper and made their way out of the from the cavern and returning to the Smallfoot village, where the police are over the place. They explained everything to them and get things to straighten out.

When the sun has gone down, everyone knew the fighting, and the war is over at last.
