Kamen Rider Suuuuper One~
(Kazuya poses on top of a mountain as he transforms)
Coming from the great blue sky, he's come to save our planet~
(A rocket in space is seen falling and burning)
His blood is burning red, his body mechanical silver~
(Super-1 is seen at the nose of the ship, his first outstreched as he uses his body to protect the falling rocket)
And he is, and he is, and he is, just a man with a heart of gold~
(The camera zooms into the cockpit of the rocket to reveal seven astronauts speaking into a radio of some sort)
He is Kamen Rider Suuuuper one~
(Kamen Rider Super-1 is seen in the city, protecting some small children from beowolves with lightning coming from his fingertips)
The sea~
(Kamen Rider Super jumps off a cliff and is falling into the ocean, ready to attack a grimm terorising a fisherman)
The mountains~
(Kamen Rider Super-1 is still falling, however instead of the ocean, there are rocky mountains below)
The towns we call home~
(Rather then rocky mountains, below our hero is the streets of the city)
He will protect them all~
(Kamen Rider Super-1 finally lands onto the road and makes a battle stance against Junior's grunts who were terrorising the shopkeep)
Because he is, and he is, and he is, just a man with heart of gold~
(Kamen Rider Super-1 charges at Junior's grunts, however rather then fighting them, he runs past them and punches a beowolf about to ambush one of the grunts who falls down in fear)
He is Kamen Rider Suuuuper one~
(Kamen Rider Super-1 knocks back the beowolf with his punch and jumps up to perform a flying kick)
"Super Rider kick!" Super-1 yells.
"Please tell us another story Miss Aoi! Please tell us another story!"
Our current setting is the small island of patch.
"Oh, I have no more new stories though, don't worry, I'm sure Sergei has some." Miss Aoi replied with.
Specifically, a small elementary school. Before you go to a hunstman acadamy at ages 13 to 14, you go to normal schools, these are one of those schools.
A few of the children in this class were outside beside a large oak tree near a small building, the school building. Mostly the younger children listened to Aoi's fairytales, some of which was the four maidens and the old king of remnant.
(You know, that one king who's only weapon was a sword? In that one World of Remnant video?)
"Eh, me?" Sergei pointed to himself with one of his hands "You sure...cause-"
"No way! He's scary!" One of the boys yelled out.
"Why couldn't Mr Kazuya come instead?!" Another girl cried out.
These two kids stood out from the rest, ironically it always seems that the children who want to become brave warriors of Remnant are always the children that stand out.
"Ethan Roux! Charlotte Coal! Apologise to Sergei, there was no reason to insult him like that." Aoi scolded the orange themed boy and the red themed girl.
Miss Aoi is a woman in her late twenties who usually has her hair in a fairytale braid, said hair has a single dark blue streak going through it. Her attire consisted of a long creme-coloured comfy looking dress which was accompanied with a small dark blue coat which kept her warm during the colder seasons.
"They have a point though." Sergei said "I'm not as kind looking as Kazuya, so don't be so hard on the younglings."
"Kazuya? You refer to him casually by his last name? That's kinda weird." Aoi glanced at Sergei who was seemingly lost on what to do in this situation.
"Hm...well, I do have quite a few stories, one of them is a bit too surreal for the kids though, it involves a rabbit." Sergei placed a hand on his chin "...I have one of two stories you choose which one based on the title. Or you can hear both."
"That sounds absolutely wonderful." Aoi smiles "What are the titles of these stories?"
"One is The rabbit on the moon. The other is The legendary Kamen Riders." Sergei smirked.
"Oooo! Kamen Riders? What does that mean?" Ethan asked with wide eyes, it seems that Ethan's earlier anxiousness around Sergei was temporarily removed.
"Well, wouldn't you want to know?" Sergei smiles "Kamen means 'masked' in our language, in other words, they are called Masked Riders."
"Masked Riders...Sounds like a superhero group!" Ethan exclaimed.
"Another language?" Aoi mutters to herself "There's only ever been one language though..." She decides to not pry for now, however she does take note of this.
"You're not too far off actually!" Sergei replies "Kamen Riders fight for the people! They protect both humans and faunus from grimm and corrupt people!"
"That sounds awesome! How come I've never heard of them before?!" Ethan cries out.
"Well, obviously this Kamen Rider doesn't exist, it's just a story isn't it Sergei?" Charlotte shrugs.
"Kamen Riders are as real as they can get." Sergei crosses his arms "When they were still around, everyone was safe in all four kingdoms!"
"Where is the proof?" Charlotte asks, not believing Sergei.
"Well, I am proof." Sergei said "If it wasn't for the Kamen Riders, I wouldn't be standing here today!"
"Ah..." Charlotte's eyes widen at the newly revealed information "That...that makes sense, you don't have aura and yet you're covered in burn marks..."
"And as for why you've probably never heard of them." Sergei continues "That's because Kamen Riders only fight for justice, they don't care for the media!"
"They sound so cool!" Ethan yelled.
"They're the best!" Sergei yelled.
"...If Kamen Riders are so good, then where were they during the fall of Beacon?" Charlotte asks, her words obviously have some sort of grudge in it, she quickly waves her hands around in embarrassment however "Ah, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to, uh..."
"Don't worry about it." Sergei chuckles "Besides...I see where you are going at. The Kamen Riders weren't there to protect the people."
"Th-then the Kamen Riders aren't good people?" Ethan asks.
"Trust me when I say this. Kamen Riders are true heroes." Sergei smiles.
"Sergei." Aoi piped up "You said earlier 'when they were still around'. Does that mean there are no more Kamen Riders? That must mean you got protected from a Kamen Rider as a kid!"
Sergei pauses for a second "Yeah, sure." he lies, although he doesn't exactly want to tell them that they are aliens from another planet.
"But I can certainly tell you the tales about the Riders!" Sergei continued.
"Heroes from the past..." Ethan said "So cool!"
"Well then, let me try and remember...what do you guys wanna hear about?" Sergei asks as he ponders how he is gonna twist the truth for it to fit into Remnant.
"Um...I guess-" Charlotte began.
"I'm going first Char! Sorry but this is so cool! Hey, so what is the backstory? All good heroes have a good backstory!" Ethan interrupts.
"Well, let me tell you." Sergei begins "But before Kamen Riders, come the Shockers."
"Shockers?" Aoi asks, slowly becoming as immersed as the children she looks after.
"Shockers are mutants made by a group of nefarious scientists that were kicked out of Atlas because of their crazy experiments." Sergei began "Shockers are humans or faunus taken against their will and operated on to become a Shocker, Shockers are violent mutants or cyborgs who's memories are erased. The worst part is, these shockers were forty times stronger then your average huntsman and twice as fast!"
"Oh my..." Charlotte began.
"At the beginning, Shockers used to run rampant among Atlas, not to mention, the evil scientists kept making more vicious and numerous Shockers as they gained more and more knowledge."
"My, who could do such a thing!?" Aoi said, now fully immersed.
"Uh..." Sergei paused to think of a random Atlas scientist "A man called Doctor Arthur Watts was the man who lead all of the other scientists after faking his own death in his Paladin accident."
"I remember that, it was in a news article article, but Watts has never been said to have been alive again." Aoi mentions.
"That's the thing, Atlas didn't want this info getting out, I only found that out after the Rider told me himself." Sergei said.
Aoi then smiles, she thinks that Sergei is making stuff up on a whim as he is telling a fictional story about the Kamen Riders. While Sergei is technically lying, nobody knew that Watts actually did fake his death, however has nothing to do with Riders and Shockers.
Sergei then continues "Anyway, some Shockers then captured a Atlas soldier and made an operation on him, this soldier became the strongest Shocker that Watts could create strength, speed, intelligence, aura, they could even turn into what they looked like as a human for stealth. This Shocker had it all, if this Shocker wanted to, he could take over the world, Watts then found out how effective soldiers and huntmen or huntresses were in creating strong Shockers and took more and more."
"Ah! No! We can't let that bad man continue to make those world destroying Shockers!" Ethan continued.
"Don't worry." Sergei said "You see, these Atlas soldiers and hunstmen or huntresses may have lost their memories, however their sense of justice continued to stay. So even after the operation, all and every soldier or warrior banded together and fight against the Shockers! These brave men and women were known as Kamen Riders!"
"So all of the strongest Shockers fought for justice! That's amazing, I bet they beat up the bad guys!" Ethan squealed.
"Although the Kamen Riders were strong, they were few, and other Shockers has spread all across the world, therefore the Kamen Riders hunted down each and every Shocker after splitting from one another since there was so many." Sergei said.
Sergei then walks towards the nearby tree.
"The faunus were turned into mindless beasts, humans turned into ghouls and vampires! All were useless against two moves!" Sergei yelled as he punched the trunk of the tree "Rider Punch! A move that concentrates the entire aura of the Kamen Rider into their fist, making it glow for a punch that can shatter entire mountains!"
Since the tree was punched so hard, multiple leaves fell Sergei took a few steps back before Jumping.
"And after that, a kick that could turn these monsters to dust!" Sergei yelled as he kicked one of the falling leaves with great accuracy "A Rider Kick!"
"Woah!" Mutiple kids gawked at the display of skill Sergei did.
"It's a cool story right? Kamen Riders are the best!" Sergei laughed out.
"Yeah! Yeah!" Ethan then dragged along some of the boys and girls that were listening to the story "Come on, let's pretend we are Kamen Riders! Char, you can be the Shocker."
"Hey! Why am I the Shocker!?" Charlotte cired out as she attempted to grab Ethan.
"Everyone run away! The Shocker is here, I'll fight to protect you all!" Ethan yelled, some of the kids then screamed as they ran in various directions.
"Hey! Don't run Ethan! How is that gonna do anything!" Charloote asked as she chased the boy.
"It's not running away! It's a tactical retreat that will grab your attention!" Ethan yelled back.
"Haha." Sergei chuckles "No matter where I go, the story of the Kamen Riders always stays in the hearts of the little tykes."
"Yes, that was an incredible fairy tale Mr Koribanof." Aoi smiles as she takes care of some of the smaller kids who stayed "Your ability to make stories on the fly is very notable."
"Uhm...sure." Sergei chuckles as he knows full well that a Kamen Rider is now in Remnant.
"Say, Sergei?" Aoi started "You think you can make another story for us-"
"I'M SORRY I'M LATE!!!" A cry from a girl can be heard as well as rapid footsteps as a girl surrounded by rose petals seemingly appears in front of Aoi.
"...Hello Ruby, don't worry about it." Aoi says after blinking twice.
"Thank you Miss Aoi!" Ruby yelled before she turns to Sergei "Oh, I don't remember you."
"That man is Sergei Koribanof." Aoi replies with "He is helping me look after the kids as a TA."
"I thought that TA job was for a guy call Oki." Ruby says.
"You mean Kazuya?" Sergei pipes up "Well that kid is off on some business." Sergei replies, knowing full well that Kazuya is probably off helping fix some poor souls entire life, y'know, everyday Tuesday stuff.
"Again, you refer to him by his last name?" Aoi asks Sergei.
"Oh, um..." Sergei attempts to think of an excuse.
"Oh, it's like my friend Ren!" Ruby says suddenly, the attention of the two adults and the kids beside Aoi looked at Ruby "He prefers to be called by his last name for some reason, maybe he is like O-Kazuya."
"Maybe." Sergei says, not wanting to reveal the fact that calling someone by their last name was a tradition on an alien planet, well in a certain part of the alien planet at least.
"So, Sergei?" Aoi looks at Sergei again "Do you have any other stories?"
"Stories?" Ruby asks.
"Yep, Sergei here is able to make the most incredible stories on the spot, the kids chasing each other and making playful kicks and punches are actually pretending to be a Kamen Rider, a character from Sergei's story." Aoi replies.
"Oh? What's a Kamen Rider?" Ruby asks.
"A Kamen Rider is a superhero who protects Remnant from Shockers!" Ethan yells from a distance while he is being chased by Charlotte, who's right hand is on fire.
"Eh?" Ruby tilts her head, confused.
"By the way Mr Kori...Korybanana." Ethan says.
"Just call me Sergei." Sergei chuckles at how the child butchered his name.
"Sergei, what is a Kamen Rider's catchphrase? I need to think of one to fight this evil ugly Shocker." Ethan says while pointing at Charlotte.
"HEY!" Charlotte yelled out in anger "Don't call me that, you immature brat!"
"I'm older than you!" Ethan sticks his tongue out.
As Charlotte struggles to think of a comeback, Ethan then turns to Sergei again.
Sergei then copies Kazuya's transformation movements before yelling "Henshin! With my hands, I'll fight for everyone's dream!"
"Wooooaaaah! That sounds so cool!" Ruby and Ethan cry out.
"I don't know what henshin means, but Imma do it anyway!" Ethan then mimics Sergei.
"Oh man. Now I really wanna see what the kids are playing!" Ruby figdets before her face lights up as if she came up with an idea to make Crescent Rose a better weapon "Hey, Miss Aoi? Can I go supervise, the other kids?"
"Yes Ruby." Aoi giggles slightly, seeing Ruby's inner intent to find out more about this Kamen Rider release itself as Ruby rushes to Ethan and Charlotte.
Sergei then speaks, getting Aoi's attention "So, for another story. How about one that I like to call Little Red Riding Hood." Serei says while eyeing Ruby.
(One story about Little Red Riding Hood and a Ruby that eagerly ran back to Segei to listen to his story later)
"...I think I get why you praise Sergei's skill to make stories on the fly now Miss." Ruby says after Sergei finished.
"I know, just by meeting you, he is able to create a character whose appearance is based off of yours." Aoi replied back.
"Hey, that's kinda cool." Ruby says while smiling "I should tell that story to Yang and Dad!"
"Sergei also immediately figured out how ridiculously trusting you are." Aoi giggles.
"Yea- Hey wait what is that supposed to mean!?" Ruby cries out.
"Well, I can certainly imagine a young Ruby being a bit...off topic as she decides to prance around in a field of roses." Aoi smiles as she says that.
Ruby pouts, somehow making it look cute which makes some of the kids and Aoi laugh.
"You know Ruby, you actually kinda remind me of Kazuya." Sergei mutters.
"Hm? What was that Sergei?" Ruby tilts her head towards Sergei.
"No, nothing." Sergei waves dismissively, just before a loud bell rings "Oh, I guess lunch break ended."
"Yep, that should be the end of your shift." Aoi mentions as Ruby leads the other kids indoors since the bell rang "Ruby is kind of like an afternoon only TA if that makes sense. She's been trying her best to keep positive after the battle of Beacon. She was in the front lines when it happened, her sister lost her arm, many of her friends died too..." Aoi's smile falters a little.
"...She really does sound alot like Kazuya." Sergei sighs out "Only..."
Aoi turns to Sergei as he mentions that Kazuya went through something similar before he continues.
"Kazuya's been in alot of situations like the one Ruby went through now that I think about it." Sergei says "Kazuya is positive and happy like Ruby is...however, I can just kinda tell Ruby is forcing it somewhat."
"That is the reality of things." Aoi frowns "Ruby is just on her way to accept it."
Sergei then chuckles a little "That's the difference right there. You met Kazuya a few times right. He's a positive guy but he is aware about reality if that makes sense, he just gives off that feel doesn't he?"
"Yep." Aoi replies "What about it?"
"Well, you wouldn't call him naive right?" Sergei asks while Aoi shakes her head "Right, he has that air of experiance around him that makes people...I dunno, you feel like he completely understands your pain."
Sergei then helps Aoi up to her feet before they are about to go different ways.
"Just know this." Sergei says "People naturally make things complicated, Kazuya keeps it simple."
"Overall Kazuya is..." Aoi begins "A simpler, more honest soul. Thank you Sergei, you've given me alot to think about."
After the small exchange deep enough to give anyone a headache, Sergei went on his own way as Aoi then heads into the school building to her students.
The rest of the day was basically planned, Ruby would take children some children and Aoi as the rest of the kids would carry on their day as normal with another teacher.
It was a field day trip of sorts, to Vale. Originally Ruby would go by herself to Vale to assist in the recovery after The Fall of Beacon, however it was enough of a miracle in of itself for the fact that some of the children could still head to Vale as if nothing happened.
It was one of Ruby's last actions before she meets up with her friends who were waiting at Vale, preparing for a long journey to Mistral.
Aoi sighs for a moment as she remembers Ruby tell her that the people waiting for her used to be teamates with Pyrrha Nikkos, a girl who was killed at the battle of Beacon.
However Aoi smiles once again as she in the presence of the Ruby and the kids who would visit Vale, Charlotte, Ethan and a handful of other children who coincidentally were the ones pretending to be Kamen Riders.
Aoi, Ruby and the children on this field trip were now on their way into a Bullhead about to take off, their stop was somewhere near Vale's docks. Ruby told a "tale about my feats" to the students about how she fought famous criminal Roman Torchwick there.
Upon talking about Roman, Ruby seemed to get the attention of a certain new reporter.
"Your Ruby Rose?" The white haired woman began "Huntress-in-training at an early age and got into Beacon two years early? You're quite the famous one."
"Oh uh, thanks Miss...Oh, I know you! You're Lisa Lavander, the reporter." Ruby puts her hand out, Lisa shakes it back.
"The TV woman!" Ethan yelled, some of the children were very curious about Lisa and asked her a few questions related to her job. Lisa laughed at the curiosity of the children and answered every question.
After a few minutes, the children started to play with one another on the Bullhead Ruby chased them around to try and make sure they wouldn't get into too much trouble.
"Her heart is crying you know." Lisa mentions to Aoi suddenly "I've got more then enough experiance with celebrities who fake being all happy and cheerful."
"She's been through alot." Aoi says.
"I should know, she's been in more news articles then I could count. Especially with her apparent rivalry with Roman Torchwick." Lisa sighs.
"The thief who was eaten by a Nevermore?" Aoi tries to ligten the mood, everybody has been so introspective today.
"Ah, that's the thing." Lisa leans in closer to Aoi "I'll give you an early scoop. Apparently he lived."
Aoi's eyes widen slightly and Lisa gives her back her personal space with a look of satisfaction.
"How?" Aoi was still rather shocked.
"He was sighted in a few places around Vale, who knows where he is at this point?" Lisa says "He left his signature hat by a small rubble, so most thought he was dead, and by looking at evidence, its most likely an avian fiend with claws, in other words a Nevermore. I'mactually heading to Vale in order to get more evidence, sources and such."
"Then how did he live? Ruby told me that it took her whole team in order to kill one of them." Aoi asks.
"Alright, so listen carefully." Lisa whisperes "Something fell out of the sky, like a meteor. It landed into the Nevermore and killed it."
"That's some luck right there..." Aoi replies.
"Yep, but this is where the questions start coming in. The piece of rubble that fell from the sky was a piece of unidentifiable technology. Busted technology that defilently doesn't work, but its still unknown tech." Lisa says "You see, I got my hands on a few phone calls and some delivery records...and this piece of tech has been shipped off to Atlas for research, turns out, unknown metals were used in making that flying scrap."
"Unknown? Then how did...wait, you aren't saying-" Aoi begins.
"Aliens, defilently aliens." Lisa says proudly Aoi begins to giggle "You're lauging now but watch, I'm going to prove aliens exist. Anyway, also turns out that Ironwood took half of this unknown tech and is making...an arm."
"An, arm? Why?" Aoi asks.
"Who knows? I certainly don't-" Lisa begins however to be stopped dead in her tracks.
A single loud bird screech got everyone's attention within the Bullhead. It was muffled and came from the side of the Bullhead.
They were being chased by a Nevermore.
"...Well, that's bad." Lisa mutters as she looks at other passengers "Thanks to the fall of Beacon, everybody has been down in the dumps, so grimm activity has risen, and since everybody is negative right now...there is absolutely no way we can run from this thing."
The Nevermore quickly forces it's claws into the side of the Bullhead, causing the flying machine to shake as the glass broke into pieces, people screamed left and right.
And all above the open sea, ready for the Bullhead to crash and sink at any moment.
With no help for miles in all directions, how will the poor citizens in the Bullhead fight of this wretched bird?
