There was a pretty lady. She had long black hair, and wore a long black dress. She had lipstick on, but you couldn't tell. The restaurant was nice and quiet. Besides the laughing businessmen of course. One of these businessmen was the pretty lady's husband. The pretty lady was Jamie Lloyd-Barclay. Her husband Andy had been drinking beer with his hopeful new boss. The finance was a huge issue ever since Andy had been hearing the rumors of him being laid off. To be clear, Andy was surprisingly working as a distributor for the Good Guy Doll Company. He even came up with the idea of bluetooth dolls to increase prices. Jamie was shocked when he told her. Although she could tell he wasn't happy. She could tell Andy was getting eaten up inside by a secret he'd never tell. Jamie felt the same way. Michael Myers had bothered her ever since the kids encountered him. Jamie took a sip of her margarita and looked at her husband. He was a little overweight, but not too much and he had a beard. Nonetheless, he looked just the same way when Jamie first met him. He turned to her to say something. She became a little nervous. He was going to be a film producer! She did not want to screw this interview up.
"Jamie do you agree that I'm a good hockey player?"
"Good hockey player? Oh honey I can't even play street hockey with you in the winter without you falling on your butt every ten seconds."
Jamie laughed while finishing the sentence and everybody laughed including her husband.
"You play hockey as good as you cook."
More laughter came out and Andy nodded in agreement. Jamie then saw it in his eyes and that was when it was confirmed something was bothering him.
"I'm going to get another drink honey. It's free margarita night." Jamie said and before Andy could respond she left the table. She went to the bartender and realized it was actually free alcohol Friday. She ordered a mixture of whiskey and bourbon, to the bartender's surprise. She drank it down with five gulps and asked for more. Let it be known, she was not getting drunk tonight.
Behind her, Jamie saw blood on the walls. It formed into the words THE PAST ALWAYS RETURNS and she ignored it. She didn't want to tell anybody that she saw blood messages because the kids were already scarred enough, vand Jamie did not want Andy to worry. However, the real truth is that a part of Jamie wanted to go back to Haddonfield and kill Michael, but the rest of her didn't.
When she returned, Andy was smiling and up shaking hands. He got the job. She was glad, but she was also glad to get out of there so she did not have to stare at the wall with the bloodied words.
As they were driving down the road in the city, Jamie thought about the day she met Andy. The hospital was nice and clean, and he came in all fresh and new. She smiled at this thought and she remembered Billy, and Sally, and then him. Michael Myers was standing in her head with a bloodied knife, and below him was all of her friends stabbed to death. Jamie shut her eyes and then gasped as she saw Michael. In action. Her telepathy powers had somehow returned as if it was calling her back to Haddonfield. In front of him was a small weird looking animatronic doll. Chucky. Although it didn't look like him. It was completely different, and more ugly. Jamie soon lost the vision and realized that she had drunk a few glasses of hard alcohol mixed. She might've just been imagining it. She looked at Andy and held his hand. She was comfortable now. Safe.
