Anna swore she could have slapped Kristoff right then and there. He would have deserved it too. But in all honesty, he just couldn't help it. Kristoff really did want to know if she really loved him, though he couldn't pin point why. Part of him knew she would be offended, but, he just had to know.
Luckily, Anna didn't slap him after all. She somehow swallowed her anger in, and stormed off silently. Not an easy feat for such a hot headed girl like Anna.
Kristoff stood there alone in the dark empty parking lot.
Ugh.
He was used to not being a, 'people person', but this whole thing made him feel awful. He usually didn't know how to talk to people, but for some reason with Anna it was even worse, but he couldn't help but be around her.
Anna made it home and couldn't get her storming off after her shift out of her mind. It made her feel childish. God she hated that.
She opened the email tab on her personal laptop. Anna practically memorized Kristoff's business email from all the paper work she had to file and print out.

Hi, it's Anna, sorry if this is too soon, but I want to say sorry for storming off. That's all. Okay, goodnight.
God that's awful. It makes me look even more childish! Not to mention it's a business email! I'm an idiot. I can't just send something lik-
Sent!
And Anna has accidentally clicked the mouse. Which just so happened to be right over the send button. God was she clumsy.
Thoughts flooded through her head, and so did several curse words. Eventually, after reading the email she had just accidentally sent repeatedly, she looked away and closed her laptop hard.
It's okay, it's okay. Maybe he won't even see it. Who am I kidding it's his business email?
Anna inhaled and exhaled slowly, then kicked off her shoes. She changed into some sweat pants and a T-shirt and tied her hair up. She curled up in bed, and tried her best to go to sleep without another plaguing thought of that stupid email.
The alarm on her phone croaked loudly, making Anna sit up suddenly in bed. God I forgot to turn it off for today.
She reached over and hit the cancel button. Anna had started to put down her phone, until she realized she had a new notification. Maybe it's Elsa?

Crap! The email!
And the internal panic from last night continued. Eventually picked up her phone and opened her email, as it ripping off a bandaid.

You realize this is a business email right? Its okay. But you owe me a coffee.
In all honesty this wasn't what Anna had expected. She expected no reply, maybe even "an apology not excepted" reply. She really did feel bad about driving off in the parking lot, and leaving him alone, even after he said what he did. That's just his nature and honestly Anna should have gotten used to remarks like that. But it still did sting when he asked that. Ofcourse Anna didn't agree to marry him for his money. Hans really cared for her, and was very gentlemanly. This meant a lot to Anna, especially since this was her first relationship, but she would never admit it to anyone other than Elsa.

Meet you at the coffee house on Carr Haven Street in an hour. And pay for your own coffee.
Sure she felt weak for accepting the coffee invitation, but at least she wasn't willing to pay for his coffee. Just because her fiancé was rich doesn't mean she was. Anna rolled off of bed and started to get ready.
She put on a frilly blouse and a pencil skirt.
Anna stirred her Carmel macchiato as she waited to see Kristoff. Her drink was almost halfway done, and still no Christopher. She chuckled a little bit. And without notice Anna's phone gave a little chime. She picked it up quickly expecting it to be an email from Kristoff saying he couldn't make it.
Elsa: Anna, I'm sorry about the other day. I don't want the same thing as last time to happened again, may I come over tomorrow morning so we can talk in person?
She really did not expect that. Sure Elsa was usually the first to apologize because of Anna's temper and stubbornness, but she usually just went quiet and not talk to Anna for a while instead of deliberately rekindle their relationship.
Her heart felt overjoyed, because Anna really did miss her sister.
Anna: I'm sorry too, more than you know. Of course.
"Well, am I late?" A smug voice said as Anna sent her text. She looked up and smirked, "just go get your coffee."
Kristoff came back with a dark hot coffee, something that severely grossed Anna out. "How do you even drink that?"
"The same way you drink yours I guess. And what is that? Are you fifteen or something?" He said, chuckling. "Twenty two, actually. And at least it doesn't taste like tar." Anna's lips grew into a smirk.
"What ever you say." Kristoff shrugged.
"Hey, give me your phone." She said reaching for it.
Kristoff raised his arm high, so her little fingers couldn't grab it.
"Excuse me?" Kristoff said with an eyebrow raised.
"I don't want to keep giving you business emails, and no one even uses email anymore outside of a work setting."
He scoffed and kept his arm raised. "Well then, why do you want to keep in touch outside of work?"
Anna pressed her lips together. "Because we're friends?"
Kristoff hated himself for doing it, but he couldn't stop himself from cracking a smile.
"Work friends then" He said as he looked away from her cute face and handed her his opened phone.
