Joy Raised her head to Drag and began to unleash her emotions. Soon joy began to Shine brightly in the cave Drag and Lana Shielded their eyes as Joy changed, she was Espeon. With a a quick cry "ESPEON!' master I am going to help you. I can only be Joy as long as you are safe "with a show of force the snow covering the entrance was blasted away. Joy stood proud as light flooded the cave, then she stumbled toward Drag, exhausted.
Lana wrapped a bandage around his arm to stop any bleeding and Drag pet Joy. "Joy, Thank you. We should be able to use a flare to get back now. You can rest. I'll call you out as soon as I can." Joy returned in a flash or red. "Lana the flares should be in a side pocket."
Once Lana sent up the flare she went next to Drag and sat down. she soon cuddled up on his good arm aa tears formed in her eyes she pinched his side "Dummy, don't get hurt again."
Drag winched "I'll try but I won't let others get hurt for me." He continued to winch as Lana pinched him again. "My mother wants me to have at least two wives, what do you think." Lana was blushing as she continued to pinch him repeatedly.
Once they were found by a nearby Ace trainer investigating the avalance they where taken back to the village. Drag was only lightly injured and was cleared to be let out as long as he was careful. After getting his Pokémon back from the local Nurse who was not a Joy, he registered Luna, Froslass, and updated the information on Grace and Joy; Daze was still in hibernation.
Drag release Joy, Grace, and Luna who were told what happened by Joy. Soon after "Master we have decided that you are required to have at least on Pokémon out at a time as Luna is the smallest and can be carried on your shoulders, she will stay with you as you travel. Otherwise we will tell your mother." Their argument was sound. Luna was small enough that if he wore a coat, she could be inside it, she also could travel alongside for a while but eventual would tire out. As she was either to big to stand on one shoulder or Drag was to small, they settled on having her look similar to the mane of the Second Hokage (Tobirama Senju) on Naruto.
When Drag went to call his mom Lana just happened to walk by.
Once she appeared on screen "Drag why aren't you introducing me to your Girlfriend." If Emerald Morgan could be any blunter, she would be lethal.
Lana stopped turned deep red with steam coming out of her ears bowed toward the two and spoke in a stutter "P-please treat me k-kindly."
Noticing what she just said Drag blushed and nodded. His mother didn't stop there "No grandchildren till you are both at least fifteen. I expect you to be responsible Drag make sure to have her parents call me so I can get better acquainted with my new daughter in-law. I bought a small house on MeleMele Island the Address is XOXO. Let her know she can visit. I expect you to visit as well Drag Morgan. I hope to see you soon, bye my little dragon."
As the phone turned black both Hala and Kiawe were laughing, Lana just stopped and stared at Drag, waiting for a response. The Grace just nudged Drag and in a flash, he stood in front of Lana. Drag's thoughts were a mess until he saw her eyes, he reached out his hand gentle cupping her face his arm around her waist pulling her close. Hala and Kiawe stood, slack jawed as the watched as Drag kissed Lana deeply. Of course, Lana was also surprised but swiftly returned the kiss.
Pulling apart breathing deeply Drag spoke in a soft tone that could be heard clearly in the silence surrounding them. "I plan to travel for a few years though Kanto, Jhoto, and even further, but if you can wait until I return to Alola. I'll take you then to have and to hold." Lana buried her face in his chest and mumbled "Yes."
While the Joy was running around them in circles Grace walked up to Hala and nudged his leg. Looking up at him in a face so smug Hala could not believe what just happened, in less than a week. What was going through his head could only be seen as his funeral as he told Lana's mother, to be quite honest he doesn't even know her name, she was introduced as Lana's mother no other name given no one's ever spoken her name around him. THAT'S ONLY GOING TO MAKE IT WORST… He quickly decided that if he is on Lana's good side will increase his chances of survival, clearing his throat c "Ho-hum, congratulations on your recent engagement, since there are no spare rooms available and drag need to be cared for in his injured state, you two will have to share. However, you are still too young to engage in such activities. Lana, I believe you should tell your mother about your fiancé. Drag make sure to meet her parents as soon as possible and share your contact information. I'm going to grab Kiawe off the floor and head to our room. We will talk more tomorrow morning" as he spoke one could notice a pale kiawe on the ground as Grace stood on his chest lightly slapping his face with her paw.
Such a sight was both cute, and concerning as Kiawe just mumbled "She will kill me."
Drag just remembered he will likely have to face her father in a Pokémon battle, as is Kanto custom. With that train of thought what are the Alolan customs. With these thoughts in his head Lana proceeded to call her mother. As her mother Appeared on screen Lana simply turn red and tugged on Drag's sleeve.
She wasted no time "Lana, did you get a boyfriend in just a few days, oh my. Your sisters will no doubt love to meet him."

Also, my mother wanted to speak to you about the engagement and has already told me her ground rules. Since she is moving to MeleMele Island, if you have the time she would love to visit with you." The silence was deafening
"here is her contact information. I am going to Kanto soon and I have already told her of my plans to travel a bit and that I'd return."
As she spoke her gaze seemed to challenge Drag "Lana is he telling the truth. The oceans a dangerous place and your father is always looking for a few helpers." Lana simply turn red, nodded and barely audible said "yes" After the initial confrontation the atmosphere softened, talk of Lana's Pokémon who was at their local center was likely going to freak, ground rules were laid out, and an oath to all the Tapu of the Islands was made.
Once they were in their room Lana seemed nervous, and seemed to jump at every move he made. Deciding not to hide his bloodline Drag began to talk. After telling her what kind of people may come after him if they found out Lana was trembling. Drag held Lana and simply cuddled on their bed with Grace, Luna, and Joy huddled with them for warmth before long they were both asleep.
