Just a little warning this chapter is going to get you guys frustrated and might change your view on Carrie. At least the last part will, for some of you. Just make sure you read the note at the end and if you want to discuss things further PM me and i will explain my reasoning.

There's a difference between offering your honest opinion and constructive criticism without being downright nasty or rude. So don't be the person that just flames/torches someone's story.

With that said i hope you enjoy and I apologize in advance but i hope you will still give her a chance and will continue to read this story. Since it is based on a mature rated show. I've changed the rating to this story from T to M.

"Hey, they keep the girls in your cell overnight?"

Unser looked towards Jax, from his seat next to Bobby. "Yeah."

"You still got your keys?"

"Where are you going with this?" Clay questioned his VP.

"If we can talk to Luann. She talks to Otto and she can warn him about Stahl using RICO against us." Jax explained.

"What about Cherry?"

"We'll see where she's at." Jax answered Half Sack before turning back to Unser. Asking him the next question. "You think you can get me inside?"

"I think so. I doubt the feds are working round the clock." Unser answered shrugging. "I got four guys and dispatch working from eleven to seven."

The guys finalized their plans before voting on it. Resulting on a unanimous vote to go through with the plan to break into the station.

Opie glanced towards Piney before stopping Clay from ending the meeting. "We got some news to share. Although it's more Pop's news than mine."

Piney sighed, before looking up at Clay. "Stahl took Carrie down to the station a couple week's ago. You might remember her as the nurse that was looking after Abel while he was in the NICU."

Jax looked at Piney. "Wait. What?"

"What does this have to do with us?" Clay questioned leaning back into his chair.

"Turns out Carrie's my kid. We did a paternity test, came back a match. But Stahl falsified some paperwork. Made it seem like she was the mother." Piney informed. Looking around the table. "If she went through all that trouble. You can imagine what that ATF bitch is trying to accomplish here."

"Lucky for us, Carrie was smart enough to get the test done. I didn't know about this until yesterday. But Pop had Half Sack watching her place in the mean time." Opie added. Looking between his father and the prospect. "As far as we know, Stahl thinks Carrie bought her bullshit paperwork. I say we use this to our advantage."

"Have any feds showed up to her place?" Clay questioned Half Sack. While mulling over the new information.

Half Sack shook his head. "Not while I've been there. I talked to her earlier and she hasn't seen or heard from Stahl or any feds since she was taken down there."

Clay nodded. "Okay. That just means Stahl is being smart about this. Possibly monitoring her while at work. Or maybe she's bidding her time, hoping her bullshit story sticks."

"Waiting for Carrie to go to her." Tig added.

"It's only a matter of time before she decides to pay her a visit or gets her picked up." Clay informed shaking his head. "We need to come up with a plan and we need one quick. We need to play this smart and get Carrie on the same page fast."

"She doesn't know anything club related though." Jax argued.

Clay nodded before reasoning with Jax. "Which is why we can feed her some bullshit information to feed back to that damn ATF bitch. And she'll make it believable because Stahl doesn't know we know her claim is bullshit. So she won't suspect a thing."

"Hey what are you doing here? I thought you weren't working until seven."

"I am, I just thought I'd stop in. See Abel." Carrie answered looking around.

Mackenzie scrutinized her for a moment. "You came to see Abel or you came to see if you'd run into Jax? You still haven't heard anything from him?"

Carrie shook her head. Not looking at Mackenzie, she didn't want to see the pity.

"What a dick. Well you're in luck because I saw him earlier. You can probably still catch him if you hurry."

"Thanks Kenz," Carrie called out over her shoulder as she hurried towards the nursery where Abel was.

She thought about what to say once she was face to face with him. Carrie didn't know if she should play nice or just confront him and call him out on his bullshit act. One thing was certain and that was that she wanted answers. She was tired of waiting for him to come to her.

Carrie looked up and froze. Feeling her heart drop at the sight of Jax and Tara in their intimate embrace. Her answer was pretty clear at the sight. They were back together or at least heading that way.

Shaking her head, she turned around ready to leave while feeling stupid for believing and falling for his bullshit. Thinking she stood a chance or that he was a decent human being with the courtesy to talk to her. Before going behind her back and getting together with his ex.

Glancing over her shoulder one last time, her eyes met Jax's. Seeing him freeze at being caught red handed. But she couldn't find it in herself to care anymore what he thought. He had proven that he didn't care about her but she'd been too blinded by him to see that.

She'd made it all the way into the elevator before feeling like she was going to break down. Luckily she was alone and could do so in peace. But just as the doors were about to shut a hand stopped them from closing completely.

Carrie turned towards the corner, trying to compose herself. Not wanting someone to see her in a vulnerable state.

"Carrie. Look what you saw back there-" Jax tired explaining before Carrie cut him off.

Carrie turned to face him. "I don't care Jax. You're an adult who clearly made his choice. I just wished you would have told me. Instead I was here waiting for you like an idiot."

"I'm sorry."

"What are you sorry for? For standing me up and not having the decency to give me a reason? Or for ignoring me while you play family with your ex?" Carrie shook her head before stepping out of the elevator as it reached the main entrance.

"Look, can you at least let me explain. Afterwards you don't have to talk to me. I just want to set things right."

Carrie didn't answer. Instead she just continued walking not stopping until she reached her car. Jax following behind her the whole way.

Carrie unlocked her car before turning to face him. "Just answer me this. Were you with Tara the night you stood me up?"

The guilty look on his face was enough of an answer. Causing her to scoff as she looked away. "You're a real asshole Jackson Teller. Don't talk to me and don't come near me. I hope she doesn't break your heart again. Because I won't be here to pick up the pieces."

Carrie had planned on distracting herself with mindless tv until her shift started. But she had been called and unexpectedly given the night off. Now she had no plans and no way of distracting herself from her thoughts.

She was caught up mulling over the last few weeks and before she knew it. The sun had set and the sky had darkened. Only breaking out of her thoughts when her door bell chimed. Cautiously getting up from her spot on the couch and making her way towards the door.

Carrie peeked through her window, groaning in throwing her door open. "What the hell do you want?"

"Look, I get that you're angry. I was an asshole. I should have come to you and voiced my doubts. But you didn't let me finish explaining back at the hospital."

Carrie begrudgingly let Jax in, closing the door behind him. While a part of her was angry and hurt, the rational side of her brain wanted to hear what he had to say. Motioning for him to talk, wanting to get this conversation over and done with.

"I meant what I said. I wanted to give this a shot. See where this thing between us went." Jax said before sitting down on her couch. "I had every intention of going on that date with you. Shit went down with the club, so I had to get some supplies from Tara. I was on my way back to the club when I got a frantic call form her. Her psycho ex had shown up and I went back to help her deal with him. I lost track of time and I didn't even make it to the club until the next morning."

"So you didn't sleep with her?"

Jax looked down at his shoes. Before looking up at her. "I'm sorry."

Carrie looked away from him. "So you helped her deal with her ex and then you slept with her." She looked back towards him. "Thanks for clearing that up. I spent the whole night thinking something had happened to you or Abel. Do you know how many times I called and messaged you. Of course you do, you had to have seen the numerous calls and texts. But you had me worried thinking the worst while you were screwing your ex."

Carrie held her hand up, cutting off any response Jax might have had. "Don't say sorry. Actions speak louder than words. If you were really sorry you'd have come to me sooner and explained. So why are you here now?"

Jax didn't answer right away instead he stood, closing the distance until he was right in front of her. Neither saying anything but staring at one another. Both waiting for the other to speak or make the first move.

Carrie's eyes were filled with anger and frustration while his held guilt and regret. Neither saying anything. Letting the silence wash over them, while the built up tension settled between them. Tension that was thick enough to cut with a knife but not fully made up of anger or conflict.

Jax slowly stepped closer, waiting for Carrie to either strike or stop him. Gauging her reaction as he closed the distance, softly pulling her into his arms. Feeling her tense and resist him at first before finally giving in and allowing him to hold her.

Yet neither one broke the silence, instead they relished in it. The anger in Carrie's eyes slowly diminished as did the guilt and regret in Jax's.

Slowly Carrie brought her hands up, placing them on his chest. "What are you doing Jax? Better yet what are we doing right now?"

Jax shook his head while tightening his grip on her. Bringing her even closer until there was no space in between them. "I don't know but we'll figure it out." He responded before leaning down, giving her a chance to stop him. Receiving no protest from her, he placed his lips onto hers.

They started out slow and soft before Jax deepened the kiss, one hand gripping her neck to keep her from pulling away, while the other pressed her into him. Feeling the pent up anger and frustration from Carrie as she kissed him back. The kiss quickly escalated and with it clothes began to disappear.

"Not here." Carrie breathlessly said as she pulled back enough to speak but not break their embrace.

Jax nodded before gripping the back of her thighs lifting her up and causing her to jump while wrapping her legs around his waist. Quickly pointing out the way to her room as they stumbled down the hall.

Finally making it to her room with no injuries. Except for the occasional bump in the wall as they blindly made their way down the corridor. Too preoccupied with kissing one another to fully see where they were going.

Jax let her down, leaving enough space to finish removing her jeans. While she unbuckled his belt before unbuttoning his jeans. Letting them drop as he watched her step out of hers.

Once fully undressed except for her undergarments he stepped out of his. Taking his socks and shoes off in the process while watching and waiting for her next move.

Carrie reached behind her unhooking her bra before letting it slip down her arms. Slowly reaching for her underwear next. Not taking her eyes off Jax, watching as he bit his lip as his eyes followed her movements.

Standing in front of him, Jax's eyes roamed her bare body. Taking in her unblemished skin slowly reaching out to feel the softness of it. Feeling her shiver as his work calloused fingertips skimmed down the valley between her breasts. Before circling his arms around her waist, closing the gap between them. Kissing her jawline, moving downwards placing kisses down her neck and shoulder.

Enjoying the small moans and gasps coming from her as he kissed and nipped at her skin. Before kissing her and leaving her breathless, as he slowly laid her down onto the bed. Removing his boxers, the last article of clothing separating them. Finally, completely feeling her bare skin against his.

He watched as her attention was on her hands as they ran across his skin. Sending tingles down his spine, causing goosebumps to erupt, at the sensation of her fingertips softly caressing him.

Jax leaned down kissing her, feeling as she slid on leg around his waist pulling him closer. Both of them letting out a moan as he thrust in. Moving slowly in and out, Jax pulled back enough to look into her eyes. Seeing a mixture of emotions swirling through them as they darkened with lust. Before she closed her eyes as he slowly picked up the pace.

Letting out another breathless moan before wrapping her other leg around his waist. Locking both feet behind his lower back in a vise grip. Allowing him to slide in deeper, hitting the right spot to make her gasp and moan louder.

Opening her eyes and looking into his, as she began to move her hips to meet his movements with her own. Both of them wanting more and slowly increasing their speed. Carrie gasping and moaning as she felt herself closer to reaching the edge. Hearing Jax let out a groan every now as he placed soft, lingering kisses on her neck and shoulder.

Carrie tightened her grip on his back, her nails digging into the skin, as he gave a particularly deep thrust. Hitting that spot that made her moan and bite her lip before she felt herself fall over the edge. Her toes curled as her nails continued to dig into his back. Jax gave a few more thrusts before he himself tensed with his release.

Neither of them feeling anything as intense like this before. Both laying in each others arms, not willing to let the moment fade just yet. They knew that they'd probably never feel something as intense, like they did together, with other people. But neither were willing to voice their thoughts. At least not aloud or to each other.

Instead choosing to contently lay there, soaking in the aftermath of what they had just done, before Jax slowly slipped out from her. Moving them to lay against the pillows, before wrapping his arms around her. Running his fingers through her hair, causing her to close her eyes.

Feeling her breathing start to slow and even out, Jax glanced at the clock on her nightstand. Seeing that he needed to get going to head to the station with Unser and Opie. Yet he didn't want to leave Carrie either but he had no choice.

"Babe," Jax softly spoke as to not startle her. "I have to get going. I have some club business to take care of." Carrie groaned cuddling into him as her arm tightened it's grip around his waist. "I know. I don't want to leave either but I gotta deal with this and then I'll be back."

She opened her eyes and looked up at him. "You promise?"

"I promise. I'm not gonna leave you hanging this time."

They both knew there's was still a lot left unsaid. A lot of things to get worked through that couldn't be put aside or worked out through sex. No matter how intense or amazing it was, it couldn't fix their issues and a relationship couldn't be built on lust alone.

So there's the next installment and my lousy first attempt at writing a sex scene lol.

It's easier seeing a scene play out as I'm writing then it is at putting into words. And that goes for everything not just a sex scene. Sometimes I see certain interactions play out or I know a certain point I want to make but sometimes I just can't put into words. Other times I'm on a roll and the words come flowing out.

Anyways I know some of you may be upset about the choice that Carrie made in sleeping with Jax and not making him work for her forgiveness. But keep in mind that she really does care for him.

And when you care for someone, sometimes you don't make the brightest of choices. Which can sometimes come back to bite you in the butt. But it serves as a lesson to toughen you up *hint- hint*.

But let me know what you think. Let out your frustrations in the comments, if it'll help or message me and we will discuss my reasoning further.

Just know, that they'll be chapters where you will get frustrated or angry. Maybe even question why you continue to read. But everything has a reason for happening, you may not seeing it or get it at the moment. But it does and as their story continues to unravel, everything will start to make sense to you.

At least I hope it will.

Just like you guys, I want to see Carrie and Jax get their happily ever after. Jax/Carrie are endgame but fair warning, their road to it isn't easy. It's filled with bumps, detours, obstacles, just like any relationship in real life. It's not all rainbows and butterflies. BUT IT WILL HAPPEN.

You just have to be patient and occasionally roll your eyes in frustration. Or yell at your phone/computer screen as if you were yelling at them or at me lol.

So with that said, you have been warned.

Don't forget to COMMENT, FOLLOW and thank you to all those of you who have voted, followed, added this story to your library or reading lists. It is greatly appreciated and I hope you guys continue to read and follow this story until the end.
