Hi I am Lexi Simons. I am a Greek demi-god. My mom is Athena. I have been at Camp Half blood for one week and have already determined enemies, friends, and everyone's part in camp. Selina Beauregard is the matchmaker, Annabeth (Best older sister) is the strategist, Percy is such a softie but I respect him because he and Annabeth are friends. Nico is the dark minded shadow kid. Tyson is the cutest thing ever, Grover is the fun big brother and I am the new girl. I spend half of my time watching anime on Annabeth's cell phone and hanging around. I try to stay in the depths trying not to make a big deal but when Athena claimed me, Oh boy that totally ruined my rep. I lived alone with my dad in New York unaware of being a Demi-God. But I needed a tutor in school. I know most Demi-Gods are dislexic but I am the complete opposite. I struggle in math but thrive in reading. Anyway my friend Teddy was in High School and helped me with math. One day he told my dad about a camp he goes to over the summer and asked if I wanted to go. He said yes as long as Teddy promised to take care of me. So when summer came I packed my bags and said goodbye.
We then arrived at camp. By this time Teddy had revealed he was a Satyr and had me in shock. Though I did not know about camp yet I knew this was no ordinary one. For starters you normally don't put an Ancient Greek fighting arena in the middle of a summer camp. Also, you don't normally get escorted to a camp with a guy with goat legs! Once we had passed a pine tree with a dragon(also not a normal summer camp thing) guarding a golden piece of fleece Teddy sighed in relief and hugged me. "Lexi, that was probably the least threatening escort in the history of Half-Bloods! ". At the time I looked at him stunned as he just smiled happily. "Least threatening" was not how I would have described it. We got in a fight with at least two tree people and three snake women! I would hardly think of that of any but threatening. But now that I know about some other entrances I can't do anything but agree. When we entered the camp I noticed a lot of Goat Legs and some tree girls that looked much prettier than the ones that got to me. Then I noticed Horse Boy. Half horse Half human. He looked old and wise, he had that arua,like "I am an old wise grandpa come close for a story". I'm just getting over how stupid that sounds but he introduced himself as "Chiron" and also told me I was a Demi-God. I didn't believe in that garbage. But when he described the effects Demi-Gods may have I had a little belief. Lack of focus and impulsive actions but for a child of Athena strategic thinking, definitely me. But as of right now I don't know who my godly parent is. So forget I'm a child of Athena.
After I finally understood what I was I was taken to Hermes cabin by a beautiful blonde girl. "Hi I'm Annabeth Chase what is your name?" "I'm Lexi Simons." I replied to her. Honestly at that point I had accepted fate and had walked like it was a normal day. Oh yeah, Then a boy with black hair and green eyes ran over and tripped on his own legs. Annabeth had slapped her face and helped the boy up. He turned to me and smiled. I tried to hide my eyes. He looked really powerful and I had a sense of rivalry when near him. Then I shook it off. I have never met him but at that point in time I was confused and could not control my emotions. So I simply did not talk to him. "Annabeth who is this." asked the boy who I now know as Percy. "Percy meet Lexi Simons! Lexi, this is my friend Percy son of Poseidon." Annabeth responded to Percy and introduced me. My rivalry faded as Annabeth accepted him so would I. She looked like an amazing cousin, sister, some relative of mine.
