DT walked through the town of Snowdin and watched the children play. She was looking for Frisk. DT offered to go out and look for her. The council was anxious to see how Frisk was unaffected by the council. They couldn't make a mental order to her. She would just ignore it. She would say things that she shouldn't have known about.

DT watched the falling snow with wonder. She forgot how long it was since she saw the snow.

She sighed. It wasn't going to be for long. She would find the kid, take her to the council, see what is going on, take her back, use her magic to make everyone forget about her disappearance, and then leave.

"Sans?" She heard a voice say. "Who is that?"

She turned around and saw a monster known as Papyrus pointing at someone.

He was pointing at her.

"Not sure." The monster's brother named Sans admitted. "Maybe she's new."

DT was surprised. "You can see me?" She asked.

"Yeah. Are we not supposed to?" Sans asked.

"No." She answered. "Well, not really."

"Well, never mind that!" Papyrus exclaimed. "You must be new! I shall welcome you with a great feast of spaghetti!"

He beckoned for DT to come into his house. Hesitantly, DT followed.

Inside, DT saw a little girl lying on the ground drawing pictures. The girl looked up.

"Hello!" She greeted. DT gasped. The girl was Frisk O'Neil. They were looking for her.

DT thought about taking her and running, but she decided against it. She decided to stay a few days and see what will happen.

"Ya ready, punk?" Undyne asked as she summoned her spear.

"Ready, Undyne!" Papyrus said confidently as he summoned a bone. He immediately ran at Undyne and swung his bone at her. She blocked it with her spear.

Meanwhile, Sans, Frisk, and DT were watching from the background.

"Are you sure they'll be okay? They look pretty serious." DT asked.

"Eh, they'll be fine." Sans assured her. "They're like this every time they train."

They continued to watch the two monsters fight with Undyne slowly taking the lead until DT heard a voice behind her.

"There you are! I've been looking all over for you!"

DT quickly turned around and saw a robed humanoid being with a purple outline around him.

"Percy!" DT exclaimed.

"You know him?" Sans asked.

"Why yes." Percy answered. "I am Percy, personal friend of DT's."

"Wait a minute..." Sans said, confused. "Could someone explain what's going on?"

Percy smiled. "Gladly. DT and I are what is called Judges. We are able to remember all of the resets and have knowledge of many things you may not know."

"So there are only two of you in this 'high and mighty' group?" Sans asked.

Percy laughed. "Seven, actually."

"What?!"

Percy put his hand on DT's shoulder. "Could DT and I have a moment, please?"

Old habits die hard.

"Sure." Sans answered. Percy smiled. He led DT away from everyone else. He then looked at DT.

"I'm very sorry, sir." DT blurted. "I lost track of time, I should have either let you know I was staying or just grabbed the girl and-"

Percy held up his hand. "DT, its fine. I understand. She is quite interesting."

"However, now that you are here, there is something I should tell you." DT explained. "The kid is starting to worry me."

Percy cocked his head to the side. "How so?"

"She has an imaginary friend." DT explained. "From what I can tell, the friend only appears when I am not around and leaves when Frisk notices me."

"So?"

"Ever since this imaginary friend appeared, Frisk has started to show fear around me. She would get uncomfortable when I am close by and will start to move away from me."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"Do you know anything more about this imaginary friend?"

"From what I've gathered from Sans and Papyrus, he's really tall and is male."

"Did Frisk ever mention a name?"

"Buddy."

Percy thought about this to himself. "Why don't you stick around until we know who this Buddy is? If he even is a thing."

"Yes sir." DT said.

"I'm sure this is all just a misunderstanding." Percy suggested.

"Possibly. But it's better to be safe than sorry." DT said.

"Very well. Good luck, Capricorn." Percy said before teleporting away.

DT sighed. "Thank you, Aquarius." She muttered. She sighed. She started to walk back to the group. From where she was, she could still hear Papyrus shout his signature "Nyeh heh heh!" as he fought Undyne. She stopped as she watched the flowing water of Waterfall. She listened as the echo flowers continued to repeat old messages long since forgotten.

"Well well well." She heard a familiar voice sneer. "What do we have here? A pretty little liar, that's what!"

DT turned around and saw a golden flower with a face on it. Flowey.

"Asriel Dreemurr." DT stated as she crossed her arms. "What might bring a bad mouthing weed like you here? I honestly forgot about you for a while."

Flowey laughed sinisterly. "Can't a flower explore the underground a bit? Besides, I'm here to visit a friend."

"Chara?" DT guessed.

"Of course not, silly!" Flowey laughed. "I mean a different friend! One who understands my goals and beliefs."

"Who?" DT asked.

"Did you expect me to tell you?" Flowey asked. "You really are an idiot!"

DT walked towards the flower. "Who is this friend of yours?" She asked again.

"Clever trick, but I won't fall for that!" Flowey laughed. "He freed me from you and your merry band!"

DT was surprised. Flowey was able to ignore an order that she made. Just like Frisk.

"My new friend is very reliable." Flowey continued. "He has helped me in more ways than you can imagine. For example, he taught me how to do this."

He turned to a monster walking past them. One of his vines wrapped around the monster's leg and dragged him to Flowey. The monster stood up, confused and scared.

"What's going on?" He asked.

"Nothing you should worry about." Flowey assured the monster. "Now, why don't you take a nice long swim to calm your nerves?"

The monster quickly stopped all movement for a moment. He then turned to the lake and dived in. Flowey laughed.

"If that monster isn't stopped, he may drown in there." He suggested.

DT's eyes widened. She quickly jumped into the water. She turned the lower half of her body into that of a fish as she swam deeper and deeper in search of the monster. She finally found him swimming downwards to the bottom of the lake. She quickly grabbed a hold of both of his arms. She started to swim upwards as the monster tried to struggle out of her grasp.

"Stop struggling!" She yelled. The monster immediately stopped moving as DT continued to swim upwards. When she reached the top, she dragged the monster out of the water as said monster was gasping for air. DT's lower half turned back to normal as she stood up.

"Now go and tell anyone who asks that you fell into the water." She ordered the monster. He quickly stood up and walked off.

DT looked around a bit and realized that Flowey escaped while she was rescuing the monster. She sighed and continued to walk back to the group. Even though she was a Judge, she was still shivering due to the coldness of the water.

"What happened to you?" Sans asked when DT got back.

"A monster was drowning and I saved him." DT answered.

"Whale, I bet he must be thankful for that." Sans said, winking at the pun he made. "You truly are a lifesaver."

DT rolled her eyes and smiled. "If you say another water pun, I will be forced to krill you."

"Well, you don't have to be a beach about it."

"Sans, your puns are starting to brainwash our guest!" Papyrus yelled.

"Relax, Paps. You have no-fin to worry about." Sans a-shored his brother.

"I sea what you did there." DT laughed.

"SANS!"

DT, Sans, Papyrus and Frisk walked back to their house. When they got inside, DT quickly ran up the steps and into her guest room so that she could change out of her current clothes into different ones. She realized that she hasn't gotten out of her Judge robes at all from the time she came to the house to now. She couldn't help but laugh at that thought. She put on normal jeans and a shirt that had the words "COOL DUDE" written largely on it.

She looked at herself in the mirror and sighed. The shirt was way too big and the pants had holes in them. She didn't really feel like changing so she kept the clothes on. She thought to herself about what just went on. She had so many questions.

Who was Flowey's friend? Was it Buddy? If so...

Who is Buddy?

Chapter 1 is done, I tell you!

Who do you think Buddy is?

Also, if you are wondering, the judges just give each other short nicknames:

DT is Determination

Percy is Perseverance

Intei is Integrity

Jus is Justice

Pat is Patience

Brave is Bravery

Kindi is Kindness

Just thought I should get that sorted out. Again, if you have any suggestions, let me know in the comments.
