I finally got around to reading the comments, I will make some changes after this chapter thank you! Here is the third chapter I hope you enjoy, I re-read it and hopefully I caught any mistakes.

Three hundred and twenty years have passed since the coven sank in the dark. Witch. Awaken power. Bounds of jurisdiction. Cannot turn a blind eye on to those infatuated by unforgiven power.

They were sent to a little village with no name, dressed in all black they exited the all black car and met up with the other teams in an abandoned building. Sakura stood in a sea of witch hunters, her nerves were shot, she tried her best to hid behind Naruto but he moved around too much for her to keep up.

"What do we have here?" A tight grip locked her in place, "Aren't you a little out of place?"

His face was covered, all she could see were his green eyes, they looked a lot like hers only a deeper green, "Let go of her."

Sasuke's voice flooded her ears, he reached around and grabbed the man's wrist, "What if I don't?"

Sasuke applied a little pressure before ripping his hand away from her arm, he shoved her behind him, "Touch her again and I'll break it next time."

"Thank you." She whispered, she looked up his usually calm demeanor was etched with anger.

"Stay close, no everyone is as trusting as Naruto." She knew he didn't trust her but when he said it out loud it still hurt her feelings a little.

"I know, but he's hard to keep up with. I didn't know he knew practically everyone here." She followed him through the crowd, "When are we supposed to leave?"

"Here soon, we're just waiting on another hunter." They stood by the car, she watched as everyone hugged and laughed, "Isn't there anyone you want to go talk to?"

"Not really." She signed.

"I won't go anywhere; you can even lock me in the car." She looked up at him, "I'll be fine."

He shook his head, "It's fine."

She sighed and leaned against the car, she had been trying to shake him off for the last two weeks, but he stuck to her like glue unless she was with Naruto, and even then, he was still watching. She couldn't even walk out into the yard without him knowing, she looked around and spotted a blond running towards him. She felt Sasuke stiffen next to her, soon the blind girl had him in a bone crushing hug.

"Sasuke!" She yelled, "I've missed you."

Sakura scooted away, as he tried to pry the blind off him, she laughed at the scene and snuck off but not too far. She looked up the address on her phone, the building was a hospital at one point, and it was closed due to malpractice lawsuits. The building has been sitting ever since, every time someone tried to come in and open it back up they either disappear or they die.

"That's odd, why not just tear it down." She could feel a strange aura around the building.

"What did I say about running off?" Sasuke appeared next to her, his eyes were burning red as he looked down at her.

"Why did we have to meet here?" She ignored his anger and stepped forward.

"This has always been an easy place to meet, no one comes near here." The building was finally showing signs of age, the roof was partially caved in, cracks in the concrete building showed the weight was becoming too much.

"And no one has ever questioned why this building was left alone?" Her brow rose slightly, "You guys barley have the equipment to fight witches, and they have meeting in tacky unsafe places."

"There's this." He pulled out a necklace, it was a metal cross with a blue vile in the bottom, he held it out closer to her "Try and use your power on me."

He pulled out his knife and cut his finger a little, she grabbed his arm and tried to heal it but the vile on the cross glowed, "Holy shit."

He snorted as he set it down and the cut was healed the moment the cross left his hand, picking it back he laughed, "We're more prepared than you think, a lot of know the history of this building, and many of us don't care."

"There's something off about it, I cant shake the feeling that there's something going on inside." She grabbed the broken chain link and pulled it aside and crawled through.

"What are you doing?" He hissed, following close behind her.

"I want to see something, stay here." She turned, her green eyes pleading with him to wait for her there.

"Fine, if you take this." He held out his knife for her to take, she looked up at him.

"What do I need this for?" She just shut her mouth and expected the knife.

She walked around the building slowly, the closer she got the stronger the feeling became, something was wrong, she could feel but she couldn't see it yet. Taking a deep breath, she walked over to one of the broken windows and looked inside, graffiti littered the wall, broken tables and chairs were scattered across the halls.

"Did you find it?" She jumped behind some old trash cans; two hunters walked through the basement door.

Her blood ran cold, if they found her, she was dead, "Yeah, but this scavenger hunt was kind of a bust, what the hell am I supposed to do with this."

The kid held up a little piece of paper with some numbers on it, "I don't know, the writing on the walls and fake bodies were little over kill."

They passed, and soon she found herself at the basement door, her hands trembled as she reached for the door, "Hey!"

She jumped and screamed, turning around to find Naruto and Sasuke, "I hate you."

"What did you find?" HE grabbed the door and opened it without a care.

"I don't know yet, I heard someone else talking and wanted to see for myself." She looked at Sasuke, his eyes fixed on the two that left the building.

"I wonder if they found the prize." Naruto opened the door and walked inside.

"You cant just, Naruto?!" She chased after him, something in the air felt different to her, she didn't know if they could sense it or not.

"What are you talking about?" He turned to her and smiled.

"We do these little scavenger hunts and whoever finds the treasure has bragging rights for a week, and it's usually something pretty useful." He grabbed his knife and showed it to her, "I found this bad boy last weekend."

"You're all insane." Sasuke walked up behind them, his eyes were red, something she still wasn't used to seeing.

Naruto carried on oblivious to the ominous aura this building held, she shivered the further in they went. Sasuke shrugged off his coat and placed it on her shoulders, she smiled and thanked him slipping her arms into the sleeves. The paint one the walls has started to chip away, doors were knocked loose, rust stained what was left of the metal tables. The smell of mold, metal, and blood was making her stomach churn.

Sakura started to slow down, she placed her hand on the wall to steady herself, "Hey, are you ok?"

Sasuke had stopped when she did, she shook her head yes but found herself unable to speak.

-Flashback-

"Sakura, you have the gift of life, the gift of light. It's an incredibly special and unique gift that many people will want for themselves if they ever found out." Rei spoke with confidence and pride, she looked at the young witch in front of her.

"I don't want it; I want to go home." She was only ten when her power finally manifested and her mother threw her out, Rei was passing by and decided to take the young witch with her.

"I know sweetie but think of this as your home away from home." She patted the young girls head." There are a few things I need to tell you; I need you to pay close attention."

The young girl nodded, "With your gift comes a few draw backs, while you can heal everyone else, you can not heal yourself. Being a light witch, you can not enter the den of an evil one or the darkness will make you sick, some goes for them. The only way you can enter one of these is if you purify the area, but if the area is to big the stress of the spell will kill you."

Her eyes went wide, "Really?"

-end-

"Naruto?" A small voice pulled Sakura from her thoughts; a pale eyed girl appeared from around the corner.

"Hinata, what are you doing down here?" He hugged the shorted girl, her face blushed furiously as he pulled away.

"L-looking for the treasure." She smiled softly, "Ino is around here somewhere."

She shook her head and walked up to them with Sasuke right behind her, he could see her energy leaving her body, her magic power was fluctuating and each time it would get lower and lower. Something was draining the energy right of her, he looked around at the walls, the markings looked familiar.

She swayed a little, "We need to go."

"What's wrong?" Sasuke spun her around and grabbed her face making her look at him, her face was pale, and she was covered in a light sweat.

"We accidently found the den on an evil witch; I can't be here." Sasuke was the first to react, he scooped the girl up.

"Find Ino, we have to go now." They both nodded, he looked down, "Why didn't you say something sooner."

"I didn't think about it, it's been so long since I've gone anywhere." Her stomach cramping up, her head started to spin.

"I don't see what the problem is." Ino stopped, Sasuke was cradling the witch in his arms, not to mention she was wrapped in his jacket.

The blond crossed her arms, and rolled her eyes, "Come on Ino."

You're not supposed to be here!

A voice roared, the walls of the old building shook at the force, "What the fuck was that."

"That didn't sound human." Ino added.

"Because it's not, it's a low-level demon." Sakura panted, as her body temp seemed to rise.

A small figured appeared in the middle of the hallway blocking the exit, who are you calling low level.

She dropped to the ground giving Sasuke his jacket back, "Run."

Before he could protest, ice shot from her left hand "Sakura!"

"Go now!" the demon was nothing more than a blur.

Using her right hand, the ice shifted from frozen to water, blocking the demon from chasing the rest of the group.

How long do you think you can keep this up, you're not supposed to be in here?

"As long as I need too." She watched in horror as the demon started to manifest, its long claws shot out from the shadows and raked against her side slamming her into the wall.

Bouncing back, she whispered a few words and the water glowed around her, she smiled as she drenched the demon in front of her.

What did you do?!

She ran down the hallway as the demon shrieked, her chest felt heavy as she ran, she could see the open door and soon she crossed the threshold of the outside, dropping to her knees she too deep breathes.

"You're bleeding, what happened?" Sasuke sat her up and lift her shirt, he could see where the claws tried to cut her, but they were nothing more than minor scratches.

"If that was a real demon, it would've cut me in half." She laughed lightly, "This is why I question everything."

"How can we be sure that she didn't summon the thing herself."

She stood up and looked at the blond, "and here I thought Naruto was the dumb one."

Her cheeks turned red as she stepped closer, "You're a witch, I wouldn't put it passed you to do something like that."

"Yes, a light witch can summon something from the darkest pits of hell with no problem at all!" She waved her hands arounds, "I have the gift of light, I can't summon demons, I can't perform hexes, going into the den of a dark witch can kill me if it's strong enough."

"That doesn't make any sense." Crossing her arms, she pointed at her again, "You're lying."

"There's no light in places like this, it's nothing but numbing despair, and sadness; it's suffocating." She looked back, "I feel it all, the fear, the pain, and sadness of everyone that's died here. It's overwhelming to someone like me, and a space this big is too much for me to purify. So, there's nothing I can do to help the ones that are trapped inside."

"Hey there you guys are!" Kiba yelled down to the others.

They walked up the little slope and ignored the thing inside, "Look what I found!"

Kiba held a vile with black liquid inside, Sakura shot forward and snatched it out of his hand, "Where did you find this?"

"Inside, do you know what it is?" He looked at the vile as she held it up towards the sun, "I was going to ask you since well you know, you're a witch and all."

"Smooth Kiba." Shikamaru snorted.

"I didn't mean anything bad by it, I mean they trust you so, you cant be all that bad." She shook her head and laughed.

"It's okay, I understand." Kiba relaxed a little and sighed.

"This is madness in it's purest form, black water." She closed her hand around the small vile and tried to purify it but it didn't work, "One drop of this will send a normal human into a downward spiral, within 48 hours of this being ingested, everyone single person has committed suicide."

"Why would they need something like this, I thought the point was to take over not kill everyone." Shikamaru looked at the vile in her hands, refusing to touch it.

"Chaos, they thrive in that kind of environment, they could rule the world and summon anything they want at the drop of a hat. Lost souls mean free sacrifices." They all stared at her, she looked back at the door, the beast snarled on the other side. She didn't have enough energy to kill it, only stun it.

"I'll take this back to Tsunade." Shikamaru grabbed the vile as he the rest of his team ran to their cars.

"We can't leave this place unattended anymore." Kiba looked back at the hospital, "What are we going to do?"

"We can all take turns, it's not that far from where we all live anyways." Sasuke looked around, "One team at a time, we can watch it while you guys go get some supplies and let the others know."

He nodded and ran off with Hinata hot on his heels, "If it makes you feel any better, they just started, the ground still have a few little specs of light."

"Is that why it didn't hit you at first?" Naruto walked over and gave her a small hug, "I'm sorry I didn't know, or I wouldn't have rushed in."

"It's fine, but yes that's why." Sitting down she held her side, "Rei told me once when she tried to enter her sister's home, she felt sick and that's how she knew that Tsubaki had become the first Dark Witch."

Sasuke noticed the bruising on her arm, the drywall in her hair, and the dried blood on her arm. One second, she was on the verge of passing out, and then her magic energy spiked before she told them to run, he was confused but little did he know he was started to trust her.

Sasuke Uchiha was going to trust a witch.
