At the hospital, I held Aviva's hand. We said nothing to anyone about our close relations. As the family left to get my information signed, I pulled her in to me and grabbed her breasts and kissed her, "I'll be back."

Aviva answered, "So you really want to with me after all this?"

I answered feeling her warm cheek, "Sure. You are so precious to me, Aviva."

I heard her loving moans, caressing my thoughts. I heard Martin coming in with Marlin and I said, "Love you."

"You love Aviva, bro?"

"Sure, Martin."

"Well, I'm proud of you, Chris. Remember, if anything goes wrong, you can still love Aviva no matter what."

"Well, I have to admit it."

"What?"

"It was fun this morning being with her."

"I bet it was. After all, waking up secure in the arms of a girl, so that you don't get another twist, is my kind of fun."

"Well, actually... Aviva and I had... sex."

Silence followed. Only Marlin's little laughter was heard. Chris said, "I'm telling the truth."

"Okay... Uh... I wasn't expecting that to come out of your mouth. Maybe I should keep my own mouth shut."

Aviva leaned in and kissed me, "You're going now, Chris. Don't be afraid."

I answered, "I am a little nervous."

"Well, remember me, okay?"

I smiled, "I'll try."

That evening, I woke up to a slight pain in my head. I opened my eyes to darkness. I started to cry, "Guys... Aviva? Mother? Father?"

"CK, we're here. I'm holding your hand."

"I can't see..."

"Well, you shouldn't be because there's a bandage over your eyes."

I sighed, "Why?"

"Your eyes are still healing, son."

"Dad... Can I still see?"

I heard a strange voice in the background, "We'll dim the lights a little. Then, removed the bandage slowly."

I heard Aviva, "Chris, sit up for a sec. We're removing the bandage."

I sat up and felt her hands removing the bandage. I hoped my eyes would see her. I felt the last piece of it fall from my face and I opene dmy eyes.

Everything was blurry and I shook my head a couple times. The strange voice answered, "It's normal to have blurry vision. It'll clear up in a few minutes."

I waited until my hands became clearer and clearer. I looked up to see Aviva smiling at me. I saw her... I smiled, "Aviva..."

Aviva smiled, "Chris."

I grabbed her chin and kissed her, "I can finally see you.'

Aviva answered, "I'm not the only person in this room, you know."

I turned and saw my family. I beamed. My eyes cleared them out to their crying, but happy faces. I cried out and flagged my arms. My mother hugged me close to her heart, so please to see me seeing. I saw Marlin and fell in love with my nephew that I reached out my arms to the baby.

Marlin cooed and laughed as Laura handed him to me. I held the baby close up to me and said, "Marlin... Now I can see you, just as you can see me."

"Uncle Chris!"

I looked up. Martin blushed, "First words always a charm."

Everyone laughed. Aviva kissed me and I looked at her with a look of excitement. I can't wait to be a father of my own child.
