Back in Apple and Raven's room, Apple had been doing her homework when she received a call from her mother.
"Hi mom, I was not hexpecting you to call," said Apple.
"I'm sorry, Apple, but I have urgent business with you," said Queen Snow White with a series expression.
"What is it?" asked a worried Apple.
"It's tough for me to say this, Apple, but you have fallen to second place in the popularity polls, Raven's taken first," said Queen Snow White.
"I know, she's been helping people ever since her magic became stable, it's actually great," said Apple with a big smile.
"Wait, are you happy about this?" asked a shocked Queen Snow White.
"Why shouldn't I be, Raven's actually happy now and everyone treats her better now than they used to," said Apple.
"But at this rate you will no longer be the fairest of them all, you won't be the next Snow White!" said Queen Snow White who was more terrified by her daughter's reaction now than shocked.
"I've been thinking of this for a while now, mother, but maybe Raven is right, maybe we all should be allowed to choose our own destinies, it does no one any good if we're miserable because we didn't take the path we wanted," said Apple.
"I can't believe I'm hearing this, obviously you and Raven being roommates was not a good idea if she was able to corrupt you like this, maybe I should call Headmaster Grimm and..." said Queen Snow White, before the sound of Apple slamming her hands down on her desk cut her off as well as scared the royal.
"Don't you dare say that about Raven, she has not corrupted me in the least, and if you do anything to separate us I'll cut off all contact with you!" said Apple.
"Ap… Apple," said a stunned Queen Snow White.
"I have to go mother, I still have a lot of homework to do," said Apple as she turned her mirrorpad off.
