After the events of Wonderland a lot has changed with Raven, but she's not the only one. When the biggest change gets revealed someone tries to get rid of Raven once and for all, just how much hate can one woman hold? And what secret has Raven been hiding from all of her friends?

11. Chapter 11: The illusion

"Raven, Raven!" said Apple as she held the unconscious witch in her arms while crying.

"The apple!" said Lizzie as she noticed the fruit turn rotten right where it had landed.

"She's under a sleeping curse," said Briar who had memorized every sleeping curse out there.

"But who would… Duchess!" said Apple as she remembered that Raven had said that Duchess was the one to drop the fruit off.

"Apple!" said Duchess as she ran up with Queen Snow White behind her.

"What have you done?!" asked a hexed off Apple as she stood up and grabbed Duchess by the collar of her shirt, all while her eyes and hands were engulfed in a red magical aura.

"You… you have magic?" asked Duchess, who was stunned.

"That's not important right now, why did you give Raven a basket of poisoned apples?" asked Apple.

"Because your mother made me!" said Duchess, who was more terrified of Apple at this moment than Queen Snow White.

"That's a lie, Apple I would never... " said Queen Snow White as her own voice cut her off.

"Did you think I wouldn't record our conversation, have to look out for number one after all," said Duchess as she held her mirrorphone.

"You little!" said Queen Snow White before a flash of bright white light came from Raven.

"She can't keep her magic going, it's causing the illusion spell to wear off," said Headmaster Grimm as he ran up.

"Whoa," said Maddie as the light subsided, revealing blond streaks in the witch's purple hair.

"Wait, you didn't know about this, Maddie?" asked Cerise. All Maddie did was shake her head no.

"Apple, will you wake her up, please?" asked Headmaster Grimm.

"Right away," said Apple before turning away from her mother, anger and magic both still burning in her eyes.

"Apple, don't you… !" said Queen Snow White before Professor Badwolf and Madam Baba Yaga cut her path off.

"Don't even think of moving an inch," said Professor Badwolf who had transformed to her wolf form.

"What's the point of even trying, Raven's not meant to have a happily ever after, you're not her True Love, Apple!" said Queen Snow White as her daughter kissed Raven. To everyone's surprise, another flash of light came from Raven, or more precisely from the kiss. Once the light faded, Raven's eyes opened, revealing her right eye to be blue now.
