Hello, one and all. And welcome to the oneshot rollercoaster. Please buckle up and lower your lap bar until it locks into place. Have fun and remember—no flash photography. (Pauses) Okay, so you wouldn't be able to take flash photos on a rollercoaster, but it's still kind of funny. So I'm leaving it! Enjoy.

The Bride

"You may now kiss the bride!" the Priest announced.

Bucky lowered his mouth just stopping short of her lips, as he breathed, "You see? Neither of us were struck by lightning."

His words had her bursting out with laughter, as she met him half way and kissed him. Cheers were aplenty, as the couple turned to face their friends and family. It wasn't until they were making their way down the isle of the church that Hermione spotted, or should be say didn't spot, Ron, Molly, or Johnny.

Twenty minutes earlier…

"…Speak now or forever hold your peace," the priest announced, not expecting anything to happen.

The priest watched in muted horror as not one but two men and an older woman all attempted to object to the wedding. A pair of twins managed to pull the older woman out of the church, a blond woman put a had to be a shield of some sort around the blond man and towed him out in it, and the red headed young man was, from the look of it, magicked out of the church. Seeing this, he was tempted to cross himself. But somehow he managed to keep going with the ceremony.

"I can't believe you missed it!" Ginny crowed. "It was…" She couldn't stop laughing. "…so funny! I would think it was one of the twins' pranks, if not for the threat I leveled at them before the ceremony."

Hermione looked over to Dr. Strange, who was speaking with Tony. She went over to them, made a time out hand sign. Both of them were chuckling, as she went on tiptoe, kissing Dr. Strange's cheek.

"Thank you for dealing with Ronald," she murmured.

Smiling he assured her, "The pleasure was mine."

Stepping back, she announced, "Time in!"

Next she went over to the Weasley Twins, hugging them both.

"Thank you for dealing with your mum," she murmured.

"Any time," they both assured her. "We get the first dance!"

"No that would be my groom," she told them, as she went off in search of the third person that had helped.

Stopping next to the striking blond woman at the bar, standing there with who had to be her husband.

"Thank you, Mrs. Richards," she said with a grin.

"You are very welcome," she told her. "And please, call me Sue."

"Did you only invite us to deal with my brother-in-law?" the man asked her.

"No, I met Sue at my bridal shower. She had been invited by Natasha. Once we got talking, I found that she was a joy to speak with. I asked if she had anything planned on the day of the wedding, she said no—and the rest is history." She leaned closer to Sue. "Sorry, but what's his name again?"

Smiling she said, "Dr. Hermione Granger, this is my husband Dr. Reed Richards."

Hermione shook his hand. "A pleasure to meet you." She saw Bucky, who was beckoning her to him. "Pardon me, my husband wants a quickie in the broom closet."

She rushed away, never seeing Reed choking on his drink or Sue's belly laugh at his reaction.

Bucky twirled her onto the dance floor, pulling her into his arms and asked, "Just what did you say to that tight ass Richards?"

"Oh, just that my husband wanted a quickie in the broom closet," she sighed.

He was silent a moment followed by, "We've done that."

"I know, but I've never got to say the 'my husband' part before," she told him with a sweet smile. "Does being married now mean I get to dance with my hands lower than is appropriate?"

"Only in places where we can finish what we start," he stated.

Nodding, she replied, "It's only fair."

Chuckling deeply, he murmured, "I never thought I'd meet a woman as, uh…"

"Perverted as you?" she offered.

"Close enough," he assured her and went on with, "I never thought I'd meet a woman like you period." He rested his forehead on hers. "I love you, sweetheart."

"And I love you, James."

Kissing each other tenderly, they both managed to ignore the cheering or the brief bout of protesting before Molly and Ron were pulled out of the reception hall this time by Harry. He saw the woman that was his sister in everything but blood and smiled. It was good to see her…no, it was both of them he corrected himself, so happy.

Ginny walked over and wrapped her arm around his waist. "Did you know that those two know all the places around here one can sneak away to have alone time?"

Frowning Harry asked, "Alone…" He went a brilliant red. "Uh, no, as Hermione and I never speak of sex ever."

Smiling his wife told him, "Stop being a fuddy-duddy." She kissed his ear, purring, "I know of a closet nearby and it has our names all over it."

"The children?"

"With Bill and Fleur."

Smiling he said, "Show me the way."

"Oh, have no doubt, lover, I will!"

Hermione smiled, as she watched her friends sneaking off. Looking into Bucky's blue eyes, she asked, "Are you happy?"

He nodded, leaning down and kissing her temple. "Are you?"

"Yes," she answered. "I never thought I'd get married."

"I didn't think I would either," he sighed. "Are you sure you don't want children?"

"It's not a matter of wanting or not wanting, James. Medically, I can't have children." She swallowed thickly, and asked, "When the day comes that we do want to have kids, we can adopt one or more." Her eyes went wide and hopeful. "Can't we?"

"You know we can."

Hermione's face bloomed with happiness, stating rather humorously, "It's good to be the bride."

This gained her tickles and kisses and cheers. Yes, indeed, it was very good to be the bride.
