Every kids nightmare is when school starts. At 6:30, Zuko's phone rang at the right or wrong time. He had a weird dream. Which he didn't want to deal with because he's a retarded animal. It was painful for Zuko when the clock woke him up. But he had to get up, because today was the first day of school.
Every minute he woke up for his nap, and it lasted until almost 7 o'clock.
Because,of his uncle, because the one downstairs told him to get up or else he would be late for school.
He opened his eyes, got up slowly and scratched his head lazily. Then his phone rang again, but he was on the verge of slamming it to the floor, but instead he just turned it off. He got out of bed and went to take a shower.
He was behind the shower curtain after turning on the tap. As the warm drops of water fell on his body, he began to wonder when he had become a worthless, cold, unfeeling person who had lost himself again for almost three years.
About twenty-four minutes later, in a miserable mood, he stopped showering. Looking at himself in the mirror, he was beginning to wonder if the scar on his face would remain there for the rest of his life. Or miraculously get rid of it.
He took a deep breath and began his search for vitamin B12 in intravenous form.
Most people would immediately panic, or not dare to risk sticking a needle into human flesh or through a vein. But what makes it worse is that he has been through much tougher things than that. Of course, when he found it, the thing was a bit old and boring, the injection that looked like it had been made or used during World War II. He held tightly to the cylindrical thing and injected the needle into his arm. When this procedure was complete, he threw the empty syringe in front of the counter.
He exited the bathroom with a toothbrush sticking out of his mouth. He checked the time to see what time it was 7:30. He had to be in at 8:00, but the class started at 8:25 so he really had to hurry. Besides, he really regretted having a Godzilla marathon for himself later that evening. He took the toothbrush out of his mouth and put it on the table. He took a pair of socks from his drawer. From his closet he took a pair of ripped jeans, a T-shirt and a red plaid shirt. When she looked in the mirror again she saw a scarred teenager with a scarred face and a void in her heart. He would make sure that he just kept nice and quiet all day.
He walked quietly down the stairs to the living room. For some reason he felt as if something was missing from his life. Ah yes. The love of family. His father had always hated and abused him, his mother had mysteriously disappeared, his sister was undoubtedly a manipulative bitch who would do anything to be the only child in the family. But at least his uncle loves him. But after all, he has important people and friends. If he were simply alone, it would be totally pointless for her to continue living with this stupid humanity. Still, he doesn't feel at home.
The backpack was on the stairs with the rest of her stuff, he picked it up and put on his shoes. When he was ready he made himself two pieces of toast.
One he buttered and ate, the other he put in his mouth.
When he looked at the time again it was 7:45, he thought he was going to end up with bread in his lungs, just about. He was too late because his uncle couldn't drive him because he was working in his tea shop. He forgot to fix his bike, so he has to run down the street with a piece of toast in his mouth.
He hurried through the streets, squares, around corners. The cold air hit his lungs a little and he inhaled the crumbs of toasted bread.
He was halfway through the bread when two directions blocked his path. The left or the right way was his answer. He chose the left, but just as he rounded a bend, two men came running out of a gate and the boy and Zuko ran into each other. He saw stars around him and his arm started to hurt.
"My arm!"
The boy ignored his surroundings as he too saw stars around him and held his head.
He had recovered somewhat, stood up and saw that they were bumping into each other, hard.
- I'm sorry Zuko, I didn't see you!" he stammered as he noticed the boy lying on the ground.
He pulled himself together and looked at the boy who was none other than Sokka. She looked at his hands first, wanting to help him up, looked at him, and as if for the first time she felt the colours, he listened to music for the first time. It was strange to him, a tingling sensation.
- "Zuko are you okay?" asked Sokka frightened, then he started to hold his head and exclaimed, "I might have hit his head hard!"
- "Relax, I just tripped!" the young firebender replied with a smile, raising his arm and Sokka helped him up.
A good-natured groan escaped Zuko's lips, and he tried not to look at Sokka.
- 'How many times do I have to tell you Sokka, when you get up, don't stay in bed too late, you take too long to get dressed, what will it always turn into, lateness,' Katara said with an angry sigh and started shaking her head with a frown.
-"And Zuko, you're going the wrong way because school is behind you."
The firebender looked back and was stunned.
"Okay, nowadays my head is bored, full, and surprisingly dark!" snapped Zuko, folding his arms across his chest.
"Ahah!" Katara said with a serious face and raised an eyebrow, then turned her head to Sokka. - "What are you looking at me now? Then ... are we leaving or standing like a dick?" Sokka said sarcastically and moaned in disgust.
The waterbender girl nervously closed her eyes, wrapped her arms around her chest, and grumpily replied, "Well, if you don't mind, we're off!"
Zuko watched with a blush on hiz face as the pair of sisters headed for school. This friendly conversation felt good to him, and also that maybe Sokka could cure him of his emotional paralysis.
He paused for a moment, then he too started walking.
[?]
The finish line was there. He just had to run a little more. The road is not long. You just have to win.
"Hey Zuko I'll show you something! Come on!" Someone shouted as he tried to figure out who was still call him.
"Hey ... follow me!"
But no one was there.
"Haho! There's someone here!"
Zuko stopped running and looked around. Everywhere he looked, his eyes saw only darkness. Everywhere.
"Hey! Where are you!"
He stopped moving when his eyes stared at something near the finish line that hadn't been there before.
An unknown person lying down.
"My brother! My brother! Someone help! Why doesn't anyone help? My brother... Is dying!" Cried a girl in despair.
He started toward the girl. As Zuko ran,
the girl and the unknown lying person began to fade. He had to reach it.
Then he started backwards.
"We don't! I have to help him!"
He tried hard to start again. He watched as things fade around him, his vision obscured by darkness. He felt his body be pulled back by chains. Then someone clenched his mouth from behind and felt a stinging pain in his stomach. Tears began to flow down his face as the events had digested him, along with the pain.
"Shhhh. It's okay. I'll take care of you!" A familiar voice whispered to Zuko, taking the knife out of the boy's belly nicely and slowly, then laying it down. At least he felt like he was laid down.
Zuko tried to stand up, but to no avail. It was too weak. It was as if his body had now been pulled to the ground. The last thing she saw Zuko leave him as if nothing had happened. Everything fades around him and he deceased.
[?]
"Whoa!"
Zuko looked around. His heart was pounding fast, his hands were sweating. He saw light-lit walls, benches, students, and realized that the clock had fallen asleep right in the middle. The first thing he took into account was that Teacher Kyoshi says, "It is forbidden to sleep in my classes, but now I make an exception today!"
Then he considered a few of his fellow students. Sokka played with his pen instead of watching, Suki watched the teacher's speech boredly, Jet threw a paperball at Ty Leere and laughed mockingly. Mai scribbles her notebook and Korra's phone starts ringing, but she tries to turn it off unnoticed.
He had a moment to realize what had happened.
"A dream. It was just a dream." he said, sighing with relief.
A small moan ran down his lips as he nervously propped his arms over his head and watched nervously his blank booklet.
Kyoshi continued his boring speech. Zuko began to play with his pen as he listened irritably to the middle-aged woman's speech.
He looked at Sokka and saw that he, too, was playing with a pen.
He couldn't believe he could be like other people again after 3 years. When he think about it, he realize that maybe life has a pink side.
However, he no longer felt these fundamentally. He was emotionless from birth, and a lot of people told him that one fine day he might die of it or get sick. At the age of 13, for the first time in his life, he experienced feelings when his father lied that his mother had died and began to cry. But he later realized he wasn't dead just exiled, just like him.
But in the depths of his soul, he somehow feels that the scar he has on his face, perhaps because of this, will never find his true self.
"Where are my feelings?"
"I no longer feel things"
"Where is the person I know?"
"They must have left!"
Zuko was completely off his thoughts, not noticing that he had dropped his pen. He only noticed it when he realized he had nothing in his hands.
He leaned under the table and found the pen. He tried to sit on the table unnoticed, but with a determined gesture, he hit his head in the corner of the table. He exclaimed painfully, something the teacher and students did not look at with good eyes.
"Prince Zuko!" He froze at the angry voice of the teacher from the front of the room called his name. He suddenly became the center of attention, and all the students in the class were just watching him with their tired glassy eyes.
"Um ... yes?" He asked in confusion.
"I appreciate what you tried!" The teacher said angrily, prompting Zuko to tell he why he disturbed the class.
"Well, if you love being the center of attention so much, tell me what I've say you in the last half hour!"
By this time it was clear that
everyone expected him to tell me why he yelled right in the middle of the clock.
He received several sympathetic glances as the teacher nervously waited for the answer to the question
"What's wrong with Zuko?" Kyoshi murmured.
"Nothing special," he began confused in her face. The particularly dark look crossed the teacher's expression. Kyoshi is usually strict and that's why many people don't like it.
"And how do you want to enlighten us?" she asked, waving an eyebrow at the rest of the class.
Zuko hesitated for a moment, then stiffened and held his head high. He was sure she wouldn't leave him alone until he said something.
He had almost opened his mouth when something happened that no one expected.
"Oh my God, your nose is bleeding!" Cried Jet.
He took a deep breath before giving an explanation. She stroked her nose and saw her finger bloody.
"Fuck!"
All the students in the class froze, even Sokka, who began to be disgusted from the sight of blood. And from him. Suki immediately pulled a handkerchief out of his pocket, which Zuko was a little surprised to but accept. He saw the teacher looking at him stressfully and met his eyes with his nose clenched.
He might have expected a bad day, for a while he thought he might have caught a good day.
Zuko sat down in his chair while his nose was still bleeding a little more. When he took the handkerchief off his face, Kyoshi muttered under his breath, "I know your upbringing is somewhat pampered like ours' son, but not give me the right to make you a scene on my class."
Then she folded her arm angrily to her chest:
"I don't tolerate this kind of behavior, so You a in punishment, during the whole break, and if you're ready to show some respect to me, I'll be let you go."
Dizziness and shocked, he received this unjust punishment with his mouth open. He took a deep breath very angrily and leaned back in his chair.
"But he just fucked hit his head miserably." Why should the poor be taken down immediately and kept inside? Korra asked phlegmatically and Zukora gestured.
The teacher would have already given an answer when they rang. The others packed their belongings except Zuko. He stayed inside at the teacher's request and just sat in silence. He thinking that fate had treated him well again.
- Come here for a minute, I want to talk to you. Kyoshi called the boy to her a few minutes later. Zuko walked over to the teacher.
- What do you want from me? he asked sternly.
She took note for a moment the her little student. He had long brownish black hair with an insensitive blank golden eyes. With a huge burn on his face. He was wearing torn jeans and a plaid shirt. The shoulder bag rested on his shoulder, his hands in his pockets.
"Now you was seriously asking me to come over to stare at me with you eyes outstretched!" he replied nervously, "And now I'm going out of this fucking room, because I don't feel like sitting here like a dick!" Then he turned back. I'll shit for me to get an entry, type it, I don't care!"
"The thing is, sometimes you can get enough out of my current!" I also noticed that fate didn't treat you well enough. she began with worried in her eyes as Zuko wanted to step down, but he didn't. "Maybe you need to calm down, kiddo!"
"I'm not," he began, but paused. - Child!
The woman replied with a gesture of peace, "Okay, okay, I get it. You don't like being conducted for you, I cut it."
A moment later, he stood up and touched Zuko's shoulder, "But then, I can't tolerate your stupidity, and your nose can't just bleed. And ... how did you sleep?"
- Nopenopenope! he thought unexpectedly, realizing the turbidity. He grabbed her arm and threw it away.
"I'm fine," he snapped, trying not to sway clearly, "Please leave me alone. I just ... I just have a shitty day!" he said begging and turned a corner, then left.
[10:02 AM]
- Ugh! What's the point of going to school, now I'm not saying we become illiterate, they're teaching things that make no sense! Zuko muttered phlegmatically as he put some stuff in his closet, then slammed his door on it.
- Well, I exceptionally agree now. Jet sighed as Zuko raised an eyebrow and just shrugged.
"Right! And personally, teachers and students are to suffer from the education," - he explained.
- Oh?! Okay. I understand! Anyway, we'll talk to Zuko, "Jet said, then left.
At the end of the corridor approx. He saw Sokka, his lover, from his left. He paused for a while, and his stomach began to sip in pleasure.
He walked to him with easy steps. His legs trembled like jelly, his hands sweaty, his heart pounding heavily on his chest.
Sokka stuffed his stuff in the closet, not realizing Zuko was behind him.
He closed the closet door and almost jumped up in the air as Zuko looked into his eyes.
"What the hell do you want from me!" He shouted, frowning.
"Nothing," he replied simply.
"Then please get out of my way, you're annoying out a lot of people, but especially me, Zuko!" he snapped nervously as he pushed Zuko away.
The firebender received Sokka's reaction in surprise when he saw how strange he was in his eyes.
He yelled embarrassedly, then slapped his head on the closet, whispering to himself, "Why am I so bastard? What the fuck are you bringing heart trouble to !! Bastard!"
[4:33 PM]
The hours have been over for quite some time. Most of the students do their part in cleaning, only Zuko left his job alone. When he dusted the sponges, he went out of the room to find Katara.
But, somehow telling the truth, he had a plan that was a little crazy. If his crazy plan did work, Thank the God for not fucking over now.
He was aware of the possibility that he might have a different personality than Sokka. The need was very serious now, he made no joke, he only behaved in a mature manner.
Until he slept 5-10 minutes all day and still felt exhausted in his body.
Like some deity in the picture, Zuko spotted Katara, took the mop with her, and began cleaning the hallway.
The boy was very happy, so he was able to seize the opportunity.
Confused, he walked over to him nervously, then called the young girl's name, "Katara!"
"Here you go," she said with a grin.
"What do you want?"
Zuko opened his mouth to tell her there was some tension between Sokka and him. And that...
"Wait, what?" Katara asks in surprise.
She was outraged, grabbed Zuko's shoulder and patted her lightly.
"I know it's weird at first, but that would mean a lot to me, because maybe he can find my real self," Zuko replied bitterly. "I wish he could love me too!"
- What are you talking about? Katara asked, sitting down and looking away from the boy.
"Do you condemn gays too ?!" he asks anxiously.
- No, of course not! I don't think Sokka would be so fond of gay boys, although in vain, I have a suspicion of he being bisexual. "Katara explained at the deadlock.
"I'm not gay either, I just love both sexes," he said, hiding his concern behind a friendly smile.
Katara took out a paper and handed it to Zuko. When he described what he wanted, he slipped it into Sokka's closet. Then the boy hugged her gratefully.
"Thank you for your help Katara"
Poor girl doesn't even know what she was doing, just listening and that's it.
"No problem, though I don't even know what I did."
After a moment, she noticed that his brother was leaving the room.
"Zuko is getting out of here now, because Sokka is coming," she said.
The boy nodded and hid behind the closet. Katara went into a random room.
Sokka, he's going to his locker without knowing anything.
He took his coat out of his closet. A paper piece came out of his closet, which he picked up and read. He had a hard time filtering it because of the handwriting, somehow he only understood.
"PLEASE COME TO JASMIME DRAGON AT 5:15 PM"
Sokka nodded, "Maybe I should go?" He tucked the paper in his pocket and closed the closet. When he turned, his sister stood petrified and looked at him with a strange look.
"Do you want to say something Katara?" Sokka frowned, and the reaction seemed to mean something else. "What have you want say!"
"Nothing but what was on that paper?" She asked as if she didn't even know who wrote it and why.
A deeply tired sigh disappeared from the oldest child as he raised his palms and rubbed them against his eyelids. "Now someone just wants to talk to me, and that's it," he explained.
"All right, bro, good luck," Katata said in her "mothers voice," then left.
With this warm smile, Sokka illuminated his face and leaned forward, grabbed his stuff and he left too.
When Zuko got out from behind the closet, he thanked him, thanking God for not exceptionally pushing him out.
[5:18 PM]
"Oh, so you want to meet me!" Sokka asked, looking at Zukora in confusion.
- Yes! I see you got my message! "Zuko replied, leaning against the wall.
"Okay, what do you want from me?"
Zuko looked up and replied, "Let's just walk."
"Did you just call me here!" Sokka asked.
"Let's take a walk and say something," Zuko replied with a smile.
Sokka pondered for a moment, wondering why he had to accept the invitation. After a while, they finally set off.
After they left, they first uttered an orphaned word, just looked at each other once or twice. Then after a while they spoke and became more and more continuous.
"So, you've always been the hated kid," Sokka asked.
"What is the point of what I said," Zuko said worriedly. "" Being different from the others still condemns me. "
"I think you're a very good head, just that you don't express it many times," Sokka said.
"If you say so, it's okay."
Sokka suddenly felt sympathy for the boy, he felt very sorry for him all of a sudden. What he said was pretty moral to him. His family's background is that his father treated him cruelly and even burned his left eye, but what stuck most to him was when his father openly said that his sister was lucky, a creature, and he was a useless scrap.
Finally they stopped in an empty alley and Zuko said.
"Sokka I have to say something!"
Suddenly, an acquaintance hit his head. The person began to laugh out loud as he applauded with pity.
"Oh, how charming you are trying to make love to a boy, I knew you were so pathetic."
"What the hell are you doing here!" Zuko asked angrily, but confused at the same time.
"Let's just say I have something to account for!"
"Or learn to count first, after then have a big mouth!" Sokka scoffed.
"Shut your mouth!" Zuko saw Azula get more and more angry. - "I'd run in your place now!"
"What are you going to do with us anyway," Sokka asked after seeing Zuko getting nervous. - "I don't know anything about you!"
- You're right! Where is my good manners? Azula said as I smiled to my satisfaction. "My name is Azula, I see you met my pathetic brother!"
- What do you want from me!? Zuko asked.
"You're misunderstand brother, I'm not doing anything to you, I just wanted to greet you. What a pity that we father rejected you from the family and then my heart breaks!
- Oh, I see how broken you are! Zuko said angrily.
"You can say anything, sweet brother, it's not my intention to feel sorry for you," Azula said with a laugh. "I have to say I'm very disappointed in you, Zuzu! You're telling a poor boy you're a huge gay. Phenomenal," Azula said, pointing to it. - "But now I am doing my duty!"
She pulled a small knife out of her pocket and prepared to attack. Zuko had no time to think as the blow hit him unexpectedly. He pushed Sokka away so that nothing was wrong. Azula rushed at him at high speed as he tried stabs his brother, and thanks to the reflection, Zuko restrained him.
He say that what he wanted to do would have big consequences. His older hand couldn't last long, so Azula quickly grabbed his pocket knife and stabbed him in his brother's shoulder. Then he yanked Zuk to the ground. Sokka hesitated for a while, then acted, grabbed a wooden beam and slammed Azula in the head. Zuko seized this opportunity and tried to escape, but Azula noticed and kicked him to the side.
"You stupid bastard," Azula shouted angrily.
"Please don't hurt him," Zuko shouted desperately when he saw that she wanted to attack Sokka.
Then, without another word, she stepped closer and took out a knife with a smile, then stabbed him in Sokka. Zuko didn't see what happened. He only saw Sokka's face when he looked at him, he saw the pain and fear on his face.
Azula looked at her brother and kissed her victim just stabbed in a vile way. She pulled out the knife in one motion and pushed it away. Sokka couldn't support his own weight and almost stumbled. She caught it. She noticed something. He pushed shock on the road, but realized he was in the middle of the road. Meanwhile, for some reason, Sokka felt that everything was going slowly when all of a sudden ...
"NO!"
That was all he heard before something solid slammed into his body, sending a huge wave of pain to his body and taking it a few feet away from him. After hitting the ground he only listened to hear only the darkness.
Zuko couldn't process this horrible sight for a second, which he was witnessing at this moment. But then all of a sudden he fell out a panic. And he started screaming from his full throat.
- Sokka! he cried and felt the tension block his airways as his mind and heart felt that they would be burned from within.
He was already interested in nothing at that time, not even when Azula gave him the fatal stab. He rushes him on the road too. And the woman fled. He made a long flight, placing his head on the ground while his body was slightly injured in the collision. He opened his eyes for a moment, seeing Sokka's ragged body.
"Sokka ..." Zuko whimpered as he raised his head. Tears began to lower down his face as he was unable to move. His eyelids fell as everything he heard and saw, blurred.
I thought of something like that, I have had it for a long time, but unfortunately there was always something going on. It may be a little confusing, but if you don't understand something, I'll tell you in a nutshell.
Hope you liked it ;)
