Hiding a laugth an with a smirking face Mr. Windspiel answered: "No there isn't really a Test for this specific case. But there is a real test that carnivores have to pass if they want to do a job in a hospital, on a Police station or for carnivore teachers at School." Mr. Windspiel nod against Mr. Gon and said. "Another opportunity for me to insist and consider adding this test to the exams of the Cherryton Academy. It would make it easier for many institutions to find good staff"

Mr. Windspiel, I told you earlier we are not able to train our students properly for this test. Also there are many people that got a mental disturbance simply from training and therefore from the test itself. We aren't even able to get our students along together in a forced mixed Academy. We have recently separated our classes and living environment to confront only people with a mixed environment who are willing to do so - as you know.

Mr. Windspiel turned his head back at Bill. "You will need a proper training to get prepared for this test. This kind of Preparing seems expensive if you wish doing it outside a general study for example at a police academy. But I might have an Idea where you could get a person for training."

"If I wish to adopt this child..." Bill got interrupted. - "If you wish to raise this child. - It's already your children, you don't have to adopt it, you have to decide to give him up for adoption." Bill's head sunk on the desk. "If I wish to raise this child, do you believe it could have a better life than in an orphanage?

"Only if you chose this because you are really interested in raising this child with all the consequences it has. Like no free time, a child that got sick and need help or a child that is an asshole because it does not understand what it does until you teach them. And not because you feel guilty or duty. This both may help to do it but not help you doing it right the next 20Years. Do you feel that way?" - "I'm not sure"

You will see how it will work for you while doing it." Bill raised his head. "Why does every one know I'm visiting the Black Market?" - "Really? Bill was a bit shocked: "But why am I still at this school? I did forbidden things." - "Forbidden, he said." Mr. Gon laughed. "Do you know how this country was formed? Every carnivore city had such a market. It was not possible to close them without problems in society. So our country forbid eating meat but defined the old market area as special zone. Inside it, it's allowed to eat meat. It was the first decision, a consensus between the herbivore and carnivore to be able to form this country. The federal counsel with three herbivores and three carnivores and a "primus inter pares [1]" as federal president [2] which itself rotate every year between a herbivore and a carnivore, was simply not able to get rid of this. Bill and Mr. Gon shouted this same time. Mr. Windspiel looked at them confused.
