So… i have no idea about this movie. One of you told me about it so I went back and put it back into the story. I could not find it ANYWHERE online. I could only watch it in a review and so this is what I got from it and this is what came about. More of a lucky go fun kind of deal.

OOO

Oyal was going to be honest here. They were not expecting things to go off the marks so quickly.

Oh sure, they did expected things to go off the marks. Undoubtedly. If they would have been foolish if they didn't think that an entire extra person wouldn't go unnoticed. They knew that their presence would cause a difference and that even the slightest of variables could hugely change the outcome. Calculus taught them that much.

They say that the flap of a butterfly's wings could cause a hurricane. Something so small, so immeasurable could have that much control in situations that had nothing to do with it. It was a terrifying yet humbling thought that one step in any direction would affect so many lives.

Of course, Oyal isn't sure who 'they' is. It is certainly not Oyal. Oyal doesn't know anyone worth quoting. Yes, that includes Luffy.

Things have changed in the past 800 years. The ships aren't that changed as the design of a ship can only be so changed. Nor was it the technology that took them by surprise. If anything, the technology seems to have taken a step back from Oyal's perspective. They are going to have to write up some more blueprints with Gori so Franky can get started on upgrades.

No, what has changed is the people.

Oyal isn't the best at reading people but they know something is wrong when the entire economy changes.

Yes, they read the paper and yes they are utterly disappointed with the world.

Hooooooooow in the all seven moons' name do you mess up the world this badly? One controlling government? Made of those…. those kingdoms!

Where is the democracy? Where is the people's will? Where is the Will of D?!

No, none of this is allowed.

That world is like this. That information they understand.

This is the way the world ought to be. This information is unacceptable.

However… what are the chances they could actually do something? They are only one person.

One person cannot change the world. That is not how things are.

"Okay, so truth or dare?"

"Dare!"

Zoro hums. The two crew knuckleheads were sitting cross-legged in the middle of the dinghy. In order to pass time that in no way would get them lost (Zoro) or cause mass destruction (Luffy) they were told to be limited to serval children's games. So now they are simply passing time, "I dare you—"

"Luffy is not allowed to accept dares," Oyal interrupts.

"Why not?" Zoro rolls his head, annoyed but curious.

Oyal looks to Luffy, conveying a silent thought process.

Luffy bows his head in shame. "I have no regard for my own personal safety…"

"And that's a problem how?" Zoro raises a brow.

"Well, you didn't answer truth for why you got those earrings," Nami says, not looking away from her telescope. Someone had to keep them on course and while she was starting to come around to Oyal, she wouldn't trust Zoro as far as she could throw him.

Zoro makes a choking noise, "I told you! That's because—"

"LOOK OUT!"

Luffy is the one to scream it, but considering it is Luffy, he is the only one to actually react to it.

So Oyal takes it with, how do 'they' say… a grain of salt/sodium chloride as they fail to see how their presence made the difference of whether or not the cannon shell coming right at their rickety boat would throw them off course.

BOOOM!

While the cannonball doesn't hit their boat directly, the impact makes a wave big enough to sink their little dinghy.

Nami is the first to react after the hit, grabbing Oyal while Zoro makes a dash for Luffy. Nami gets the kid under her arm, holding them by their armpits. Zoro, not so gracefully, takes Luffy by the back of his shirt and drags him about.

Just in time, as once the wave hits, their ship breaks like a twig. One half turning into splitters and the other half preserved but slowing and surely sinking.

Zoro breaches the surface, one hand grabbing blindly for a broken plank and the other dragging his captain like a dead fish, "You know when you have one of those days where you say: This might as well happen."

"Zoro, I have about 0% of the days where I accept the fact that a cannonball almost killed us," Oyal mutters from their submerged spot. Nami has kept at least their head above water, clinging onto the rest of the dinghy.

"Tch, coward."

"I fail to see—"

"BOTH OF YOU SHUT UP!" Nami screeches far too close to Oyal's ear as she pulls the both of them up onto the half-sunken boat. "WHERE THE HELL DID THAT COME FROM?!"

"Zorooooo, help me up. I can't feel my leeeeegs." Luffy whines under his arm. While Nami was able to get herself and Oyal on the broken ship. Zoro only managed to grab onto a broken board and haul Luffy's top half up.

Oyal was experiencing similar power drainage. If Nami didn't grab them… they would have been just weight in the ocean. They had always been careful since eating their Devil Fruit. Never putting themselves in a position of full submersion. And for it to happen so fast. Completely out of nowhere.

It was shocking, to say the least. Horrifying realization of all the factors how they could easily die by simply tripping, to say the most.

Not to mention Nami still hasn't let them go. Oyal supposes the emotion they are feeling should be a 'grateful' one to the fact that their senses are numb. They don't think they could handle all these different factors right now.

"The probability that they came from that island about 2.4 kilometers in the distance is a high 89%," Oyal says as calmly as one losing most their strength could. "Perhaps a misfire. Perhaps they were trying to kill us."

"THAT DOESN'T MAKE ME FEEL ANY BETTER!"

Oyal had enough energy to tilt their head in confusion. "Was it supposed to?"

"We still got half the boat left," Zoro pulls himself and Luffy fully up on the board, "We can make it to land for repairs."

"We literally have 45% of a boat left," Oyal assessed. "It would be less troublesome to get a new boat altogether."

"Well, at least we didn't get hit directly," Luffy grins, laying casually now that he isn't weakened., "Can't get worse than that."

CRASH!

Oh, no. It got worse than that only when a huge Sea King breached the surface and loomed over them like a giant to ants.

"Captain."

"Yeah, Oyal?"

"I would advise you against further tempting fate like that in the future," Oyal ordered. "Not for your own sake but for those around you."

"Noted."

"WE ARE GOING TO DIE!" Nami screamed, not appreciating the irony of the situation.

"Right, right," Luffy gets his footing on what's left of the ship and rears his hand back. "Gum-GumPistol!"

Crisis easily diverted as Luffy just one punched this sucker out. The Sea King landed back into the water creating more rippling waves but other than floating like a lifeless log right in front of them it didn't do any more harm. Or do more of anything, really.

Zoro tries not to look too impressed, "Good hit."

"Thanks!"

"Monsters," Nami cried a little, "I'm surrounded by monsters."

"Just two right now," Oyal said blandly, "Though when did Sea Kings start making fashion choices?"

Nami pulled herself together quickly, good she will need that in the long run, seeing the helmet strapped to the Sea King's head. It was like a samurai helmet and it had a picture of jolly roger on the front. A skull with crab legs under it and two fires on the sides.

"I know that pirate symbol," Nami claims, even getting closer to get a better look, "That's the pirate Ganzack's symbol!"

Ganzack. Ganzack. GanzackGanzackGanzack… yup, nothing's ringing a bell. Luffy isn't too worried though, he forgets a lot of people that don't really matter. He is sure that Oyal will fill him in…

Oyal is shaking their head.

Oh. He looked quickly between the Sea King and back at Oyal. Nothing?

Oyal shrugs. Gesturing to their journal and shaking their head. Nothing.

Okay. Not just his memory. He really doesn't know squat about this guy.

"Is he dangerous?" Oyal asks the obvious question.

"He is a bit of a loner," Nami fills in the blanks, "He doesn't go after big towns or ravage villages so the Marines aren't always on his ass, but he does have a lot of technology."

"I see," Oyal gathers. A bit like Don Krieg in that regard. "So he is an inventor."

"More like an engineer," Nami explains. "He has this armor that can shoot bullets and even fire. He has been quiet for the past few months. Last I heard he was looking to upgrade his ships but nothing beyond that."

"We should stay clear of him, then," Oyal concludes. "We have no business with his crew nor his action. We should continue on our way to the Gecko Islands."

"Nah, let's go!" Luffy shouts, already grabbing a broken board as a makeshift oar.

"Captain," Oyal doesn't let their exasperation show, "Please be reasonable about this. We don't know this enemy and it would far more pressing matter to attain to than waste time on some no-name."

"But I'm hungry!" Luffy pathetically trying with the board to row to the island. "It won't take too long, you know that."

"Well, maybe you shouldn't have eaten all of the food in two days." Zoro also picked up a board and tried to help. It didn't but the thought count. Well, actually, if anything their half a ship was sinking faster now.

"That was only two days worth of food."

"That was supposed to last us a week, you bottomless hole!" Nami barks.

"This would still be a waste of time." Oyal repeats.

"Please!" Luffy whines, "I promise it will only take like an hour!"

Nami lets out a huge sigh, "Listen, Oyal, I don't want to deal with bullshit any more than you do, but we aren't getting anywhere in this boat," she admits. "We need repairs. Actually, make that a new boat altogether."

"I wanna fight." Zoro puts in his two cents.

Seeing they are clearly outnumbered, Oyal sighs, "Fine. But only an hour. And may we use a better way than rowing pathetically?"

Luffy looks at his board. Then he looks at the passed out Sea King behind them. He grins.

Long story short and one hard hit to the head later, that's how they ended up riding a whipped Sea King to the shores of the unknown island.

"Monster," Nami cries, not wanting to hold on to the Sea King for dear life and holding on to Zoro for dear life as Oyal hung off the other, "My life is nothing but monsters now."

"Yeah, for now," Zoro was not really bothered by the whole Sea King ride. He was more bothered by his arms being used as handles for the two hanging off him.

Luckily, there was a welcome committee there to greet them at the shore.

Three thugs and one girl in very old-fashioned armor running circles around each other. The three thugs very obviously trying to catch the smaller targe. The armored girl was doing pretty well despite being outnumbered, using her spear and small size to aim for their kneecaps.

"Hmm, the child has a 30% chance of winning, however if she manages to separate the three and take them out one by one her chances increase a full 60%," Oyal mutter to themself.

"Oyal don't bet on children."

"Coming from you Nami, I am surprised to hear."

"I HAVE STANDARDS!"

Whatever the ending of their mouse and cat game ended the second their Sea King rolled up. If it wasn't clear by all four of their jaws hitting the floor it is safe to say they were not expecting to see that today.

Perhaps it was the Sea King or perhaps it was the four individuals riding the Sea King. Who knows.

"What—"

"The—"

"Hell?" each thug questioned in sync.

"Hello!" Luffy shouts boyishly from above before landing two of the thug's face without warning.

"W-W-Wait just a minute here!" the third thug back aware, "We aren't looking for any trouble-"

Before Luffy chops the man right on the head, "DON'T CARE!"

Zoor slides off the Sea King's back, "Wow, really going for the no-mercy run here, aren't you?"

"Luffy! We could have gotten some intel on where they keep their ships!" Nami snaps, sliding off the Sea King easily herself despite her original objections. "Or at least where their gold is."

"Oyal says we got only an hour! We have no time to waste!"

"We are wasting time being here," Oyal graciously accepts Nami's help to get off the Sea King. Seeing as she has absolutely no upper body strength to speak of. "You now have 50 minutes and 37 seconds."

A girl in a suit of armor looks on in horror. She was a young girl, perhaps 10 or so with brown eyes and curly brown hair. She had a suit of armor that made her look like a teapot with arms and legs than anything menacing and a long spear in one hand, "What… what the heck are you!"

Luffy zeroes in on the unpunched figure, "You! Where is the big baddie on this island!"

"Big… baddie?"

"Yeah! The bad guy who— I don't know! Takes your money. Takes your family. Imprisons you to work in an illegal factory under a colosseum." Luffy starts listening off some of his usual MO, "Stop me if these are ringing any bells."

"Uh—" the child quickly turns into soldier mode, standing at salute, "Yes, sir! Captain Pirate Ganzack has been imprisoning all able-bodied adults to work in his factory. His end goal is to make a warship big enough to take on the Grand Line and become Pirate King! I am going to defeat him and take my father back from his factory! Sir!"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's good and all but more importantly... Is there food involved?!"

"...There can be." the girl slowly admits, "Would you like a meal?"

"Would we!"

"Would you?"

"Would we!"

"Would you?"

"Would we!"

"Would you?"

"... would we what?"

"Would you like a meal?"

"Would we!"

"Would you?"

"LUFFY!" Zoro and Nami shouted.

"Yes!" Luffy says calmly, bowing very politely, "I would like a meal very much please."

Nami groans, looking back at the little girl. "Sorry about that. So what's your name?"

"Madaka!" the girl's helmet slips to cover her face throwing her off balance.

"It's nice to meet you Madaka," Nami says cheerfully, looking pretty sincere about it. She always has a soft spot for children, "Do you mind giving us a meal, the meathead behind us ate all out food two days ago."

"I was huuuuuungry~"

"SHUT IT!" Nami switches to anger like a switch, "Anyway any meal will do."

"What about…" Madaka twitches a little at th emotion whiplash, "What about him?"

All five look back to see the Sea King slowly inching away as the two powerhouses were distracted. He freezes at being seen. Oyal never saw a Sea King sweat yet here it is.

"You shall wait to be dismissed." Oyal commands.

The Sea King straightens up and nods quickly.

"...You are dismissed."

The Sea King made its quick escape that he is no doubt returning to its master. Oh, well. Oyal didn't want to bother with babysitting anyway.

"You are monsters…"

"DON'T LUMP ME IN WITH THEM!" Nami screeches, shark teeth and all, "I'M THE NORMAL ONE!"

"For now."

Another long story turned short Madaka took them up one of their mountains sides where an elderly fellow was more or less happy to feed some strangers considering they "saved" his granddaughter.

"Those pirates have been terrorizing the village for months now," the short older man pour Luffy another bowl of soup as Luffy gulps his 15th bowl.

"Why haven't you called the Marines?" Nami sips her soup at a more calm pace.

Luffy slowly stretches a hand over to Nami's bowl only to get a soup stabbed into him.

"If you can tell me why no one has called the marines and if so why no marines have made it to this location."

"THAT'S CAUSE THEY DON'T CARE!" Madaka yells, as angrily as her ten-year-old body allowed.

That caught both Nami and Oyal's attention.

"Hey, come on now," Nami tried to sound soothing, hand reaching out to the child "I'm sure if there was a way to contact the Marines they would come. Ganzack is a wanted criminal so they wouldn't just let him run rampant—"

"No!" Madaka yells over, "They wouldn't come if we called and they didn't come ever before so they would never come now! They only care about people who can pay!"

That stops Nami. Her hand stops midway, "Only people who can… pay?"

Oyal gathers a sadly familiar feeling at this point at Nami's tone. Pain.

It was one thing to know that only pirates cared about money and are willing to kill and have people suffer over it. It was another to hear how the marines do the same.

"The Marines doesn't have authority over these parts," the grandfatherly figure barks, "We can't pay the heavenly tribute to gain their support and we are too small for anyone to try to created a monarchy."

"We use to!" Madaka shouts from her own seat, "We are descendants of knights and heros!" her facemask falls on her face again.

"That's all in the past!" the grandpa snaps, "That armor is nothing more than some useless relic. There are no heros here. No, we have been on our own from day one." he goes back to his large copper pot, "In this world you can only count on yourself."

Luffy just tried to grabbed for Zoro's bowl and actually succeeds as Zoro tries to strangle his captain.

But Nami doesn't hear any of it.

Oyal could imagine that Nami, who never even relied on her precious village to support, understands what it means to only count on yourself. If you want something done, then you must do it yourself. No one was going to help you out of the kindness of their heart.

Unless you are one rubbery boy.

"What is this… heavenly tribute?" Oyal speaks over Zoro and Luffy wrestling on the floor. Madaka watches from her seat still in her armor, gripping her spear in case she needs to defend herself.

"Oh that?" Grandpa asks, "That's what every kingdom, village, or country has to pay while being part of the World Government. But this being this location is out of the way and has no ports they were going to charge us through the roof to stick around."

"Huh?" Oyal struggles intelligently, "What in star blazes are you talking about? Tribute? For the port? What kind of cockamany nonscene is this buffoonerly!"

"Oyal..." Zoro takes a break from chock holding Luffy, "just curse."

"There is a child present, Zoro. I am not a heathen."

Grandpa takes his spoon and slammed in on the table, "We couldn't afford them and now look where we are! Pirates coming in and taking our sons and daughters! Madaka's own father is up in the mountains slaving away and I'm here cooking for an entire village of children and elderly!"

"We only have a few hundred people on this island so we don't have enough money to have the marines live here or even come by and check on us!" Madaka was on the verge of tears at this point, "We can only rely on ourselves because no matter what happens no one is coming!"

The rant leaves a somber mood. Nami had a faraway look in her staring at the little girl and Oyal had little doubt (13%) that she was staring at a very young Nami her age who could only rely on herself and thinking money can solve all her problems.

Oyal has very little knowledge of how the Celestial Dragon system works, per se. From what they can tell, it seems that these fat placeholders are only in power for the sake of nationality. A form of atrocity where the rich and wealthy are able to rule and that the rest of the body works to keep the higher up in that comfortable position.

It was a troubling system but what was more troubling was just how long it has lasted. Oyal was not one for politics (the only thing harder than rocket science is sociology) but even Oyal understood that running a government body large enough to cover the world required a pool of resources that demanded many cooperating parties.

How much did the kingdoms that fall under the World Government approve of these methods? How many people actually believe that they have some sort of benefit from a system that takes on such a one-sided force?

So many variables. Not enough explanations.

Nami stands up suddenly stands up, interrupting everything in the room. Her face was hidden behind her hair but by how tense her body is it wasn't hard to tell what she was thinking.

"Luffy," her voice held like a command, "We are going to help them, right?"

Luffy, still on the ground and still in Zoro's choke hold smiles. This was more than just a way to kill time now, "Yup!"

"Then you better hurry," Oyal mutters, "You now only have 20 mintues to complete you task."

Luffy jumps up, knocking Zoro out with just an elbow, "20 MINUTES! That's as long as it takes for dinner to get ready!"

Luffy rushes over to a confused Madaka on both knees, "WHICH WAY IS HE? I NEED TO GO!"

Oyal puts a hand on the the poor girl's shoulder, "Congratulations, you have earned yourself one free position of authority overthrow. Please point in the general direction of the who or the what you wish to bestow anarchy upon."

"Uhhhh..." the young girl points out the window where obvious smoke was coming from the clear to see factories in the distance.

"I'm coming for you, Ganzack!" and like that Luffy runs out of the door in some random direction.

"WAIT! LUFFY! YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING!" Nami screams at the fading back of their fearless and brainless Captain.

"It's a small island. Chances are high that he will get into trouble sooner or later," Oyal mutters. "I trust he will do what he needs to when the time comes."

"You think he knows what he is doing?" Nami raises a brow.

"I would not go that far."

"We have to go after him!" Zoro picks himself up from being passed out for half a second. Not that he will ever admit it.

"Your worry is unnecessary. He can handle himself." Oyal says.

"I know that!" Zoro stands up, grabbing his own swords. "But I haven't fought once since joining this crew, he isn't going to take all the fights again!"

He runs out the door… in the opposite direction Luffy ran in.

Nami groans, looking back at the little girl. "Okay, Madaka. Lead the way. Those idiots aren't going to get the job done without someone with brain cells."

"A guide to the factory would be valuable," Oyal requests. "I have no doubt that they won't be there."

"What?" Nami looks at the obvious smoke in the distance, "Come on, I know that Zoro is terrible at the sea but there is no way he can miss that on land, right?" she asks hopefully.

Oyal gives her a blank face.

Nami hangs her head, "Of course he is. Alright, lead the way."

"You two," both Nami and Oyal stop at the grandfather's voices, "Why… why are you here? What are you after? We have nothing to offer."

Oyal didn't know how to explain in twenty words or less the simple minded yet complex inner workings of Monkey D. Luffy and how he sees the world as one were people should be able to freely pursuit their hopes, dream, or general lives without impeeding on others.

"I hate pirates," Nami says simply, "And it sounds like this guy is asking for a beating."

"...What she said." Oyal admits she gave a far more believable answer.

The grandfather only stares at them before returning to his large pot, "...Madaka."

The little girl startled her back, "Yes, sir!"

"I hate the idea of you going out there," she doesn't flinch at his disapproving tone, as if this was an old argument, "But I know I can't stop you. You are going to go with them or without them. You have found some strong comrades. The Knights of old have died out long ago. It's time for you to stop follow some old dead people."

Madaka glares but makes a swift turn outside the door, already getting a head start.

"Hey wait up!" Nami chases after her.

Oyal starts after them both.

"Please…" Oyal stops their tracks at the grandfather's voice again, "Keep her safe."

"... Her chances will be high," Oyal offers as they start again after the two girls. They don't want to be left behind.

It was pretty straightforward from there. It would be straightforward for anyone who had eyes and a brain. Madaka led them through the forest to the other side of the cliffs where a large factory was connected to a makeshift harbor.

"Look at all the equipment!" Nami whispers from their hiding spot, "Those are ship building stations! He's not just making armor or weapons. He's making battleships! His own personal army!"

"He must be getting his resources from neighboring islands," Oyal says softly as well, "He must have a whole operation here. Do you know what that means?"

"HE'S LOADED!" Nami grins with Beri in her eyes, "That's what that means!"

Oyal tilts her head a bit, "...I was going more for the undercurrent influence he has over civilians but that is not an inaccurate observation. Madaka, I have an inquiry."

"Uh," Madaka pauses, "You should get that checked, then."

"...Right." Oyal moves on, "You wouldn't happen to know their weak points. Locations without parol, highly sensitive explosives, perhaps a self destruction button. Anything of the sort?"

Nami gives the kid a flat stare, "What kind of operating system has a self-destruction button?"

"You would be surprised at the statistics."

"YEAH!" Madaka cheers, "I have been scouring the fortress for weeks now! I totally know where we can strike!"

"I highly oppose that."

"Huh?!" Madaka whines, "Why?!"

"Because!" Nami claps her hands "We are sneaking in," she points to herself, "I will go the main fortress where they keep records, blueprints, gold, money, and anything else useful. Oyal will infiltrate the factory itself and look for weakness in their equipment. A building that size should have plenty of thing to catch on fire if we time with right. And Madaka will safety guide us and watch from a distance."

"...that just sound like your own vendetta," Oyal deadpans.

"NO WAY!" Madaka protests, "This plan stinks! I don't wanna be on the sidelines! I wanna fight!"

"It would be easier to infiltrate if we are to wait until Luffy and Zoro find their way here." Oyal continues, "However the chance of Luffy being here in a reasonable time is around 45% and Zoro is down to 0.2%. The best way to get their attention is to start the mission ourselves."

"See!" Nami brings out a piece of rope with a hook from nowhere, "So lets go!"

Madaka leads Nami to the far side of the fortress where a more castle like structure was within. They had to hide in the bushes most of the time but it didn't take long to see a high window just begging to be brocken into on the side of the makeshift fortress.

Nami takes her hooked rope and swing it up for it to catch on the window seil. She gives an experimental tug making sure the line is secure.

Nami gives a smugly smile like she has done this a thousand times before, "See you on the other side."

And climbs up the window faster than either could respond, roping coiling in hand as she goes, and slips in the window without a trance.

"Well then…" Oyal coughs, "Shall we."

"That's so…" Madaka blinks, "COOL!"

Oyal flinches at the sound, "Yes, yes, very cool. Now please."

Going to the actual yard where they kept the workers was again just another run int eh bushes. This crew really needs to get better patrol or just not have bushes around their not so secret fortress.

"This si where I come to se my dad." Madaka whispers pointing to where a chain linked fence. ON the other side was best described as a shipyard if Oyal has to say. Men and woman from teen age to late adult were wearing dirty but not ruined civilian clothing. They went back and forth from inside the large mountain caves to outside, loading and unloading minerals, explosives, and other heavy equipment.

"Is there a way to get in?" Oyal asks.

"No! The fence is barbed and I can't find a hole or anything to sneak under!"

"Hmm," Oyal hums, a plan already in mind. It was effective. It was 89% successful. They hated it.

"Wait here."

"Wha—HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

Oyal pushes past the bushes and into the open territory. For all pirate eyes to see.

"Oh goody," Oyal says monotony as loud as they can, "I have been freed from my captivity. I only hope that I am not recaptured yet again for the sake of… being free."

It took perhaps far longer than it should have to get a response but it did happen.

"A prisoner escaped!" "Quick! Capture the brat before the General sees!" "Open the gates!"

Gates once opened lead to serval pirates surrounding Oyal, their swords pointing at their neck like petals on a flower.

"Oh no," Oyal continues, "I have been foiled."

"Get in there, kid!"

They pushed Oyal into the fence with some adults who have started to gather to see what the commotion was about.

"Are we sure this one can even lift a crate?" one of them asks, "Their arms look like twigs."

Wow, rude.

"Got two arms and two legs don't they? Take this one to the outside courtyard," the more competent jailer barked. "The brat won't last a minute out there."

The first jailer did just that, pushing Oyal into other working adults. "Get started, or else," he said as if that was remotely threatening.

"Are you hurt?" the man who caught Oyal asked.

"I am unaffected," Oyal answers easily, moving away quickly, "I see you have a large operation here."

And it was. The factory was nothing to sniff at. Holding at least a couple hundred people and large enough to make three warships at the same time. The supplies, the weapons, hundreds of cannons and explosives. The East Blue gained a military base right under their noses and didn't even know it.

Truly, someone at HQ needs to rethink the Marine officers here. How the hell this sea has survived this long is starting to wane on Oyal's conscience.

"He had us trapped here for months," one of the adults explains, an older woman. "We've been forced to work for him as new shipments come in every month or so."

Oyal nods, "An external benefactor. Fascinating. Though please pardon my query, but have you not tried revolting with all these weapons around you?"

A young man shook his head, "We have shackles all around our legs and arms. Even if we are to get the weapons they would have access to the largest ones and take us out."

"So, he is rich enough to make his own ships but not to bulk on explosive collars," Oyal mutters, "So if you were to have a key, say like these," Oyal held up a rank full of keys, "Then perhaps you could organize an escape?"

The adults stared wide-eyed at the keys, "H-How did you get them?!"

"Sleight of hand," Oyal throws them the keys which they barely catch, "Now organize your troops. Unlock your chains but keep your shakes on. We have 10 more minutes."

The young man look at her with worry, "10 minutes until… what?"

"Until time runs out."

With that vague notion, the adults quickly set to unshackle themselves, pretending to leave theirs on to distance the guards. Oyal started giving out orders to follow while several others left inside the factory to free their fellow prisoners. Oyal said to aim for cannons and large important-looking machinery and the prisoners listened happily.

This is the kind of talking they can do. Giving out orders is easy. Just have a plan and tell people the plan. Like reading off a list. It only gets complicated if they talk back.

"The civilians inside have been notified of the plans?" Oyal asks one of the passing younger adults. Perhaps a teenager really.

"Yes, sir!" he salutes, "We've gone into the main military and planted the explosives on the largest gears."

"Then do as you please."

Oyal isn't sure what Nami was doing, where Luffy or Zoro are and at the moment they didn't care. They wasted enough time here. Oyal wanted to get to Usopp and they wanted to get out of the sun.

In short, they were having a very annoying time.

Oyal checks their internal clock. 7 minutes and 47 seconds.

"Answer a questions for me." Oyal asks the teenager.

"Yes, sir?"

"What is the financial state of your economy right now?"

"Huh?"

"The economy. We have to sit down and talk about these finial situation that this island is in. While I agree that the tax policy of the Marines is ludiscrise we still have to observe how the value market here crashed so heavily that-"

BOOM!

The mountain shook under the force of the explosives. The sound of large machines starting to break and fall were heard in the background. Oyal was not sure which spots the civilians choose but considering they were the ones working here for months, Oyal trusted their judgment.

As soon as the bombs stopped and the fire started, the pirates come running out of the fortress. Swords and guns were drawn.

"You better stop," one pirate yells at no one in particular, "or we will kill all the workers!"

"You mean all the workers who have sticks of dynamite within their reach?" Oyal asked.

The pirates finally look at the workers, shackles off and explosive sticks within each hand.

"Oh, probably not our best idea to give the enslaved workers explosives without supervision," one pirate remarked.

"We really need to micromanage better—" agreed another in the same tone.

BOOM!BOOM!BOOM!

The prisoners outnumbered the pirates easily, throwing dynamite like they got loads to spare. Oyal hates all the noise but they refused to move away from the action. There is only so little time left. He has to be here. He has to come. He said he would finish this and-and—!

This was all going smoothly. Too smoothly. It was only a matter of time before the pirates regroup and start—

CRASH!

Or their boss just comes in and the pirates still run around like headless chickens. Again, great management here.

For a split second, all action was brought to a halt as a new player entered the fight. In the middle of the mess was… a pretty average looking guy. He had purple hair and a purple goatee, wearing a pirate hat and heavy eyeshadow. The only thing really unique about him was the bright red armor on his back with multiple appendages.

This was clearly Ganzack. While not a threatening figure, is still the most original looking person in the vicinity.

"Well, well, well, What have we here? Are my worker… rioting?" he barks out like that isn't exactly the situation.

One of the workers stood up, a man in his late 30s or early 20s, "You're time here is done, Ganzack! We are going to destroy you! Just you wait!"

Ganzack leans back and gives a huge laugh, "That will be the day, worm! You think weaklings like you have a chance against me! General Ganzack himself! Everyone! LAUGH!"

All the pirates laugh at command.

"I bet if he said jump, they would ask how high," Oyal mutters.

"This pathetic charade has gone long enough!" Ganzack yells, "You had your fun now, you will pay for it dearly."

Ganzack aims one of his red appetages from his armor at the man, the tip clearly the barrel of a gun.

Oyal freezes. Where is he? He said he would be here! He said. He said. He said. He said-

Ganzack shoots to kill—

BANG!

There is less than a .01% they can make it. But Oyal's body moves on its own, just trying-

TING!

The sound of lead bouncing harmlessly off metal.

"Huh?" Ganzack lowers his red claw.

Oyal wasn't sure what they were planning on doing if they could have even made it. They were out of their element. Adn they sure as hell weren't expecting a little girl in metal armor!

"The only one who is going to pay is you Ganzack!" She takes a running start with a spear, "Don't you dare shoot at my father!"

"Awww," one of the pirates waves a finger at her, "Is the little baby going to cr-EIOUCH!" as Madaka stabbed the pirate in the foot, "RABID LITTLE SHIT!"

"BACK OFF!".

Ganzack sneers at the child in front of him, "You're the brat that has been giving my men so much trouble," looking more annoyed than anything, "Fine then. You want to play with te big dogs, you are going to get with the big claws."

Oyal holds back back an involuntary reaction, "Was… that a play on words?"

Ganzack activates his armor suit. It hisses with some kind of energy two large crab claws from the back of his armor come to life. It would be quite impressive if the scissors-like weapons weren't pointed right at them.

Madaka stands her ground between Ganzack and her father. She was scared and knew she couldn't win but she refused to move.

"Madack!" Her father grabs her by the shoulers, "Get out of here! Run away and go back to grandpa! I can live with myself if anything happened to you!"

"And I can't life with myself if I ran away!" Madaka'a armor help fight off her father's strong pulls, "You don't fight the fights you can win," she whispers, "You fight the fights worth fighting for!"

Ganzack's laugh evilly because of cause he is a sadist or some twisted shit.

"That is a lot like Don Kregis."

The maniac smile on Ganzack's faced slipped at the words. He turns furiously at Oyal, gun and all, "WHAT did you just say!"

"You're armor," Oyal boredly repeats in monotone, "While a different color and dare I saw different material it is clear from the armor planting and mannerisms that it is of the same creator. I can only assume that in place are at least four different attack combines and two defensive combines within the structure. Did you copy off him?"

Ganzack face turned as red as his armor, "DID I COPY OFF THAT LAZY HACK! THAT ABOSULTEY FUCKING IDIOT TOOK MY SHIT!"

Oh, ho. Finally something interesting.

"Go on."

Despite the anger and being in the middle of murder Ganzack seemed willing to rant, "THAT PIECE OF SHIT TOOK MY ARMOR DESIGNS AND MY WARSHIP! THE SHIPS THEMSELVES AND SHOVED OFF THE THE GRAND LINE! GODDAMN MORON EVEN TOOK THE MARK 6 SHIELD SPEAR AND CALLING HIMSELF A TATITAC GENIUS! THE ONLY THING HE IS A GENIUS OF IS BEING A HALF PINT!"

"I see," Oyal takes out a pencil and journal. That's explains how just large amount of resources went under the Marine's nose. Interesting, "So you were tricked and betrayed by Don Kreig. How does that make you feel?"

"We were suppose to go to the Grand Line together!" Ganzack started to slow down, but the rage was still ininated, "We were going to rule together! The Pirates Generals of the Sea. Our names were would world known. As brothers!"

"BROTHERS?!" Everyone but Oyal shouting in shock.

"Even betraying his own brother," Oyal makes sure to take note, "Truly fascinating."

"BUT NO! HE too the ships and the armor and left me in this damnable sea to build from the bottom up again!" he body shakes from anger, his claws lowering in response as well, "Well not this time!"

He strikes a pose, his claws now makes him appear bigger and even more menacing, "I will remake my fleet! And my armor even better than the Mark 4s! I will find him on the Grand Line and DEFEAT HIM MYSEL-!"

"Too late."

Ganzack stands in mid-pose before doing a double take at the pale kid, "Excuse me?"

"You are no pardoned," Oyal replies closing their journal, "He has already come back from the Grand Line, his whole fleet defeated by Warlord "Hawk Eyes" Mihawk. He should be back in the East Blue however."

Ganzack… kinda stands there looking more and more gobsmacked by each word, "Whole fleet… wiped out… my… fleet..."

Oyal shrugs, "I believe the saying is 'You snooze, you missed the worm.'"

Ganzack trembles.

"General!" a pirates claims, "Isn't this a good thing. We can take Kreig while he is down and-"

BANG!

Ganzack shoots him without hesitation.

"This was never about revenge." he growls, for once actually looking like a threat, "This was about destroying him at his own game. I was to the one to bring his despair. And now-"

Gnazack points a gun right at Oyal, "Nothing personal kid but I hate being told bad news."

"And it's like I said," Oyal replies in kind, "You are too late. By about 30 seconds."

Ganzack raises a single brow, "Wha-?"

As he gets cold cocked in the face by a single punch. His body send flying right into the mountain's wall.

CRASH!

All pirates, prinors, and Oyal watched as the man indented into the wall. And simultaneously all head turned to the source of the punch as a rubby arm bouncing back to its owner.

There in the distance was on the three players in the distance. A green-haired swordsman, an orange haired woman with a gun, and a skinny kid with a straw hat and a large grin.

"You are 24 second late." Oyal repeats, "1 hours you were giving and you wasted it!"

"I'm sorry!" Luffy cries, smile slipping, "Zoro got lost and I didn't want to leave him alone!"

"DON'T BLAME ME! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO WAS LEADING!"

"What they hell are they?" Madaka whispers as her father hasn't let go of her since the punch.

"Pirates." Oyal supplies as they walk past the father daughter pair.

"Pirates!" Madaka eyes widen! A hunt of betrayal was there but something more like conflict and other emotion Oyal was not equipped with reading were there.

The sound of rocks tumbling down came back from Ganzack's crater.

"You!" Ganzack pull himself from the mountain base.

"Oh wow, he is still moving." Luffy laughs, "Thought I hit him for sure."

"You are going easy on him," Zoro snips.

"You are the one who took down my Sea King!" Ganzack sways a bit, clearly shaken up but that armor really must be something as it took most of the blow, "Well, I'm Pirate General Ganzack, On this island, no! On this sea, I am the supreme ruler!"

"Oh, he is a crab!" Luffy claps in his in delight,

"I'M NOT A CRAB! IT'S GENERAL GANZACK TO YOU!"

Oyal finally reached the group, hiding behind the monster duo. They have had a gun pointed at them three times today and they are tired of it, "Nami, is that a gun?"

"Yes," Nami shows it off, "What else would I be using?"

"I would have presumed you bo-staff. But I see this is a more long ranch battle. I just… never think I've seen you use a gun."

Ganzack wastes no time in attacking his unknown enemy. His large claws protected him, his small claws shoot bullets and have a chain. His larger claws even acted as swords. By and by a far impressive armor than Don Kreig's. Very resourceful. His crab claw aimed right at Luffy and shoots a pink sticky substance, clearly trying to trap the strongest of the lot.

Luffy stretches his mouth swallow it whole.

...

"... Luffy, what the fuck?" Zoro asks the million dollar question.

"What? It's gum right?"

"You have no way of knowing that." Oyal agrees in the buffoonery of it all, "0%. That could be poisonous. That could be a plastic ion. That could be chemical waste. That could be-"

"I think I'm going to be sick," Nami holds her stomach.

"YOU BRAT!" Ganzack rages back, " You think this is a joke? A game! I have the strongest ship in all of history! I'm on my way to becoming Pirate King!"

"Seen better," Luffy says, "Like, a lot better."

And he has. By the greatest shipwrights in the world. Made in the coolest place to get ships int the world. Hell, the Going Merry was ten times cooler than this hunk of junk!

Ganzack runs to a button on his crab-like legs on his back. As much as the prisoners took time in destroying the factory. They couldn't put explosives on the largest and greatest of his warships.

"GENERAL NO!" "WE'RE STILL ON THE ISLAND GENERAL!" "I DON'T WANNA DIE LIKE THIS!"

The pirates were staring to make a run for it, but it was in vain.

His Personal Warship was held at sea, a distance safely from the island. It was his last stand as if the island ever succeeded in rebelling he could as least take down the whole island with him. It was his own personal Buster Call!

BOOM!

The cannon blast hit the top fo the mountain base, sending boulder down around pirates and civilian alike. Only four figures stood their ground.

Well three fingers and Nami using Zoro has a sheild has she slices any in coming rocks their way.

Ganzack hsi another maniacally laugh, "You fools! My Personal Warship has a cannon that could pair with the like of Marine battleships! Tremble before the mechanical might of General Ganzack!"

"But that is one cannon," Oyal observes, "Marine battles ships had three."

"SHUT UP!"

"GUM GUM-" Luffy grabs the guy by the front. The crab claws tried to stab the forgein substance but it was all in vain as Luffy just quickly broke the armor like it was candy. Completely defenceless nothing stops Luffy from throwing the man into the sky, spinning him like a top, and slams his down like a sack of flour, "-SLEDGEHAMMER!"

Leaving a pair of legs standing upward in the ground.

The rest of the pirates, whatever were foolish enough to stay, saw there captain defeated and started running away.

The civilians cheered, "AND STAY OUT!" "GET OUT OF HERE!" "AND DON'T COME BACK!"

"Is he dead?" Zoro kicks the legs a little. Making them fall down pathetically.

Another loud BOOM! Interrupts the celebration. More rumbles from the mountain as the warship continues to shoot even without her maker conscious. The civilians, smartly, started to run away as well. Madaka's father finally getting Madaka out of her armor so he can grab her and run.

"Alright—" Luffy winds up his arms at the warship, "Get ready for a beatdown—"

"30 seconds."

Luffy's head snaps to Oyal, "What?"

"If you don't finish this in 30 seconds then I will…" they can't think of anything that could really punished by the rubbery man, "...be upset."

Luffy's eyes widen and without any more preamble, he launches himself to the warship.

In the distance, it only takes 14 seconds before the great wonderful super powerful warship starts to sink in a huge explosion.

Zoro takes a deep sigh, "He is taking all the fun, isn't he?"

"Someone getting jealous?"

"I'm not getting to do anything!"

"Can we just get a ship and go now," Nami whines, "I got my money and I want to leave this stupid island."

"Agreed."

"-ROCKET!" Luffy makes his heroic return by crashing right into Zoro, sending them bother rolling.

"You… idiot…" Zoro spits out dirt as he made friends with the floor.

"Hehehe!" Luffy rearranges his Straw Hat, "Sorry buddy!"

"Come on, Captain." Oyal pinches Luffy's cheek, "Let's go get a dingy and supplies for the Gecko Island. A destination that we should be our main point of focus."

"Right right!" Lufyf grins, "But come on! We got something out this!"

"Money!" Nami gestures to her bag of undoubtedly what should be gold and jewels.

"Nami, you do know you are going to have to return that. That is the villager money and your MO shows you don't steal from civilians."

Nami chokes of her tongue, "My… money…" her head sags, "All that sneaky… for nothing."

"We got what really matters!" Luffy smiles, "A good meal!"

Nami hits him in the head, "THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME!"

OOO

"Thank you again for you assistance." Oyal bows deeply as Zoro puts the last of the supplies on the dingy.

"It was the least we can do," Madaka's father, Mandac, says, Are you sure you don't want a bigger vessel. There are still impressives ships that weren't damaged in the attack. We are happy to give you one."

"Yeah, Luffy!" Nami sings, "Why aren't we getting the good ship! Do you know how much those go for on the revalue market?!"

"We are already getting a ship!" Luffy says, "Right, Oyal?"

"The lamb will with within the cat's clutches. Yes, captain."

Zoro raises a brow, "I though it was something about the fall of cats and we ride away on a lamb"

"Whatever," Oyal was too tired to care, "More importantly, Mandac remember what I said about change your supply and demand strategy. While this enslavement was horrible you have a skill set of workers and materials. If you follow the plan to capitalize on those assets you can start looking into the demand market and even-"

"Yes, yes, yes" Mandac sags, "You have explained it all thoroughly, thank you really. We'll keep in contact. But, I don't know how willing we are to look for the Marine's help after this."

Madaka runs up to Luffy, hands behind her back, "Hey you!" she yells, "I hate pirates!"

"Madaka!" Mandac scolds, "Don't say that to them! They saved us!"

"Fine by me," Luffy grins easily, "If you hate pirates then thats on you."

"I hate pirates," Madaka repeats, "But I like you guys!" she grins showing what was behind her back, "So here!"

"Cool a life preserver!" Luffy smiles.

"You're a devil fruit user so you can't swim. It's for the best" Madaka stuff the life preserver around Luffy's body, trapping his arms, "Since you sink like a Hammer!"

Luffy grumbles into his life preserver.

"It is safer for you, captain, for someone who can't swim perhaps you should wear that all the time."

"No! I can't look cool if I'm being safe all the time."

"Hammer Luffy! Hammer Luffy!" Makada mocks.

"You know what devil fruits are?" Nami raises a brow, "I thought… well a lot of people think they are myths."

"Myths?" Madaka's grandfather, names turned out to be, Movoc, looks at her funny, "They are common enough. Rare sure but nothing like a myth."

"Hmmm," Oyal connects a few dots, "A island with no Marines presence has access to information that most the East Blue is ignorant about. Fascinating. The chance the Marines propaganda effect this outlook to control the masses, 78%. The chances the information was leaked by Ganzack, 20%. The chance-"

"WE GET IT!" Nami yells getting into the ship, "Everything a theory to you. Just let it go!"

"But Nami, the implication. The numbers. The economy!" Oyal stresses as they follow after.

Luffy struggles to get the life persevere off and falls into the dengy instead. It was hard to tell if he was serious or not of if he was trying not to break his rubbery jail. The dingy pushes off from the island as the faint farewells can be heard behind them.

Luffy stands upright, "Okay Let's go! I told you that wouldn't take more than an hour."

"Right right, It took you 1 hour, 2 minutes, and 43 seconds."

Zoro takes a seat in the back as Nami takes the sails, "I told you you were taking too long with eating."

"Captain," Oyal puts a hand of Luffy's shoulder as he is still trapped, "I believe it's time you and I had a conversation about…" dun dun, "Time management skills."

Luffy audible gulp, "Y-you know, I think, uh, Nami needs me to… um, clean the bottom of the boat. Right!"

"Nope," Nami gives a cheery smile over her shoulder, "Please, take your time."

"Nami!"

Oyal sets the boy down. They look at their hand. They have consciously touched their captain twice now… both of their own volition. They are finally getting use to the idea of touching and perhaps… be touched.

They supposed they should thank Luffy for that… for being able to feel like this again.

But not right now.

"Now first with time management," Oyal starts off, "we must talk about the construct of time itself. There are three theories to time. The A theory which delves into that all time is already predetermined, the B theory was only the past exists and the future all null, and the C Theory there neither past nor future exist and there is only the present. Now the A theory gains its logical basis from the first of the time streams, in that all time is already made and is unchangeable. This theory is supported in due o the fact of-"

OOO

I would like to thank The Patient One, Miep42, and MadGirl for editing!

Zoro is already snoring and Luffy wishes he could escape as well. Instead he sinks further and further off of the boat, risking dunking his head into the water just to escape his misery.
