As you can see I did not abandon this story. the updates were a little slow because I had some troubles with Bellatrix second chance. Holidays and everything that went with it. But here I'm again so let's go on.
C59 How to start.
Narcissa was stunt when Minerva started to explain her idea. " Andrea I'm positive that if we do this with you at the head of the school it will benefit a lot of us. There is a lot of things I have seen that is totally different between the Muggle-raised and the so-called purebloods".
"How do you mean Aunty" Andrea asked.
"Well it is easy, Most Purebloods learn about magic from an early age. They know the basic of spells and therefore they are ahead of the Muggle-borns. Their accidental magic is taken as normal and therefore they learn to control it faster. On the other hand, the Muggle-borns have more knowledge of the more practical way of our magic. in herbology or potions, they are far more advanced than any magical child I have ever known.
"Wait, wait" Narcissa called out. "Are you suggesting that Andrea starts a school for little kids".
Everyone turned their eyes on Minerva. except for Silvia and Andrea. Minerva, however, did answer her. "No, not just for little kids, For kids, house-elves and Goblin babies. If they all learn of each other from the moment they are young they will respect each other when they are older. Now they might never be good friends but neither are the adults. still, we behave because most of us have known to respect someone even if you do not like them" this statement alone brought a smile to the face of Harriet and Bogrod.
"Aunty" Andrea started as she looked at her aunt. "I do not know if I could do that. Where do I start and where are we going to teach them".
Minerva smiled at her as she pointed her finger at the ground. "right here".
"How" Narcissa had to ask.
Minerva asked and called for her house-elf to get some tea. She was about to tell her plans but knew she had to do it carefully because it was something none of the people around her knew. As she called them all into the dining room she could see how Andrea and Silvia walked up the stairs to take a look at Harry.
As she sat down at the table she asked Dobby to make some sandwiches for all of them. She did wonder who this inky was but then again Harry didn't know her real name and she had to wait until they could find that out.
As everybody sat down for another round Minerva started to explain. "Now the thing I was thinking about is a version of a thing the muggles have that is called a primary school. Now we can't start by putting up a big primary school from the start. But we can put up a small one. I was thinking of kids that have a hard time when they are at home like a girl I know named Luna Lovegood. This girl has lost her mother recently and has a hard time to get over it. Her father has an even harder time and he is not capable to help her".
So you want to create a safe place for children who need it" Augusta asked.
Minerva nodded but held up her hand. "I not only want it to be a school for needing children but for every child who is in need of something, like your Neville and Amelia's Susan. You two are doing a remarkable job by raising them but your positions are keeping a lot of kids away. Not because of themselves but because of their parents who are in fear they will slip-up and say something they are not allowed to say. In this school, they can find friends".
I'm also thinking about the new muggle-borns. In Hogwarts, we have a book where all the new magical that are born are written down. We could keep an eye on them with the help of the ministry. just to see if they will grow up in the right way. Mabey we can wait until they are almost eleven or maybe we have to jump in sooner".
Narcissa was looking around herself and at the building, she was in. She knew that it was known as Potter castle but it was more of a manor house that was twice as big. "I would like to be a part of it if Andrea would let me. I could go to the muggle world if she would help me by learning me how to behave in that world".
"I could help you with that", Silvia told her. "We could go to gather in my job I always wanted to open my own office and here I could do it. I could see if they need me and help their parents if they let me".
Minerva had sat back as she heard how Narcissa took her idea and went with it. She always knew that Narcissa was never against muggles or other creatures. It had been Lucius that had been that way and she just had to follow him because that was how it was and how she had to be. Now however she could see the old adventurous girl that was deep inside of her coming back slowly.
It was now that Narcissa turned to Andrea. "I would love to help you if you do it but would you let me".
Andrea frowned a little, it was all going pretty fast and she had to think about it. "It has been a dream of mine to have a lot of children and also a little school of my own. Yet I can't teach everything they have to know, What can I teach them, What can I do to make sure they have a good start when they start Hogwarts or another school".
Andrea looked over at her aunty. If there was one person who knew about it it would be her aunt. Minerva saw the look and knew what she wanted to know. "Well, you could teach them cooking because it is a lot like Potion brewing. You learn how to cut ingredients and what it does when you cook it. You could also do some gardening, That is something that will help them with herbology and Potions".
Andrea smiled as she broke in. "We could place some greenhouses on the land where we grow our own vegetables. We can then use them for cooking. It will save us a lot of money even if we keep a cow for milk and some chickens for eggs".
It was now that Bogrod jumped in. We Goblins start to teach our little once to fight when they are young. Now, I would like them to train but I always wondered if we could start the fighting when they are older. Now because they are young there are a lot of injuries, so how can we prevent that".
Again Andrea smiled, In primary school, we had gym class. We used it to train the kids in a fun way by playing games. We would make them run, jump, and climb. The other things we would do is to throw balls and play soccer. It not only help them with their own body. It will also teach them how to work together as a team".
Bogrod nodded "Would it be something I could see for myself. Let's say we make a day of it with little lessons. I like the idea of two of my little Goblins to join this school but I wonder if it could be helpful in our ways".
"WHHWHAT are you doing," a sleepy voice of Harry asked as he stumbled into the room.
Andrea rushed to her feet as she took him into a hug. "Aunty Minerva wants to make a school of this place. If we do it, I could teach you and Griphook".
Harry looked at his mother " Could you also teach Susan and Neville, then we can play. I could teach Griphook to play soccer". It was then that he realized something himself. "I can play soccer," he said with wonder in his eyes. "Susan and Neville could sleep here when Amelia or August had to stay in the place where we were today".
Andrea looked at Harry and thought back to the beginning of the day. she hadn't become his mother yet and was sitting next to Harry who was talking with Susan and Neville.
Flashback.
Harry looked at his new and first friends when he had to ask. "Are they are all here to talk about me".
Susan who was sitting next to him grabbed his hand. "This is the place where they always talk about everything. Sometimes my Aunty has to be here all night and then I have to stay with Hanna a friend of mine".
"Yeah, My grandmother has to stay here too and then I'm all alone with my house elves," Neville told them a little sadly.
end Flashback.
Andrea listened as Harry told it again about Susan and Neville. "Well, the house is big enough. there are enough rooms here for them to stay. We could even make it a dorm room or something like that. But that is something I can't do alone".
Narcissa sat a little straighter as she gazed up at her aunty Silvia. "What is it Cissy, just say it".
"Well, Lucius wasn't the nicest men and I have a lot of bad memories of the house where I lived. I don't want to go back there. I could help here but could I stay here too".
Andrea felt the pain of Narcissa as she thought back to her own Johan. "My ex-husband wasn't nice too so you can stay here. I could use the help if I'm going to do this. Let's say we just see how it goes, if not you find something else if it does we carry on. You can have your own room on the other side of the house so we both have some privacy".
"Can I bring Draco, he has to have some help in the way he is thinking, but he is a good boy his thoughts are just a little wrong".
"Sure you can bring him, he can even join in". It was now that Andrea turned back to her grandmother. "I think I would like to do it but I would like to start small. What if we would start next Monday with a day of lessons. Just get Amelia and Augusta and some others here. We can teach Griphook, Harry Susan and Neville for a day just so we can see what we can do". It was now that Andrea started to really smile.
"What are you thinking about" Silvia asked.
"Well, we can do so much if we do it. Go on field trips to London or Diagonally. Have teachers who can help us teach. I know that aunty has a lot of friends who love to do it. We could have a day at the ministry or at Hogwarts".
"A day with us at Gringotts" Bogrod piped up.
"Yes, that too, Even making a potion or have a sleepover to watch the stars," Andrea said again.
Minerva stood as she saw Harry walk to the side of the room. He had a little smile but it was slowly fading away. She walked up to him and sat down in the chair that was next to the door. As she looked at him she patted her knees to tell him he could sit with her. She could see the doubt in his eyes but he did it anyway. Slowly she placed her arms around him. She could feel his fear but she did it slowly so he could stop her or get off, he didn't so she asked him. "Harry, what are you thinking aren't you happy that Andrea is going to teach you".
"I.. I don't know. Mummy is not leaving is she".
"Are you afraid she is going to do it".
Harry nodded his little head as he looked at Andrea. Silvia had stood and went to the side of Minerva and Harry as she placed another chair beside them. She slowly took his little hands in hers as she gazed into his little eyes.
Harry was looking away but she just kept looking at him. "Harry, You do know that Andrea has to go away sometimes".
Harry wanted to pull his little hand away as he gazed over at Andrea. "Mummy don't go. Geen Ight Ummy ont go".
Before Silvia could do something Andrea was at his side and took little Harry into her arms. "Mum what happened, what did you say to him".
A/N This was it again for this time I know that the chapters are short but Like I said it is a side story. I will keep the chapters short so I can place more of them. Still Bellatrix second chance still comes and I will update this story as often as I can.
