"MOM!" cried Diane Pie. "It's school?"

"Quick," said Pinkie Pie. "I'll walk you over and take you to the principal's office. The Principal is my BFF, did you know that?"

"PINKIE!" cried Rainbow Dash, hugging her. "Hello, Diane. Your first day too? This is June Shy. My daughter. You'll be both in the 5th Grade if I'm not mistaken. That's taken by Fluttershy, your Aunt, June."

"Hey, Sunset," said Rainbow. "June Shy and Diane Pie. Nice glasses, by the way."

Sunset pushed her large square glasses up her nose. "Thanks, Rainbow. Er, 5th grade, then. This is Amy Spruce. Timber and Twilight's 5th-grade daughter. Amy, would you like to take June and Diane to your form room?"

"Yes, Principal Shimmer," said Amy, walking out with June and Diane.

"It's strange to here kids call you Principal Shimmer in school when outside of school they know you as Sunset Shimmer," said Rainbow Dash.

"In sports lessons, they'll call you Miss Dash," replied Sunset. "and June calls you mom, right?" Sunset stopped. "Twilight?"

"Sunset!" cried Twilight. "Sorry, I'm late. I was in the library, reading."

"Why am I not surprised?" asked Pinkie Pie.

"Hey, guys. Listen. Look, I found this on Netflix. Our story. We could watch forgotten friendship, right?"

"What about band practise?" asked Rainbow Dash.

"First lesson with 7th grade- maths. Twi, that's you!" cried Sunset.

"Come on, and Rainbow, you've got sport with the 5th graders!" cried Pinkie Pie.

"Yep," said Rainbow, running off.

"We have free periods, right?" asked Pinkie.

"Yeah, you, me and Applejack."

"Then it's music, then break, so at the break, maybe we could practise?" asked Pinkie

"Yeah," replied Sunset.

"Oh, Sunset, by the way, your glasses really suit you."

"Thanks, Pinkie."

There was a knock on the door.

Sunset sighed. "Come in."

"Sunset," said Wallflower. "I've come to apply for the job for the Botany teacher."

"Oh, it's you, Wallflower. Nice to see you again."

"I almost didn't recognise you," said Wallflower. "You used to wear your hair down, proud, at school, and now it's in a ponytail and you've got glasses! Just like Twilight!"

"Twilight said I had to have it in a ponytail. She's more responsible than me, I know, but Luna thought-never mind, Wallflower. Here you go. The application form."

"Great, I'll return it as quick as possible," said Wallflower.

"Wallflower? I'm sorry what happened in the past, okay? I hope we can put it behind us."

"Sure we can!" cried Wallflower, giving her friend a hug. "I'm sorry too. I erased your friends' memories to spite you."

"It's okay," replied Sunset.

"I'll see you soon," said Wallflower.

"Comin', Sunset?" asked Applejack.

"I'll be along in a jiffy," said Sunset. "I just need to find my guitar."

"I'll help," said Fluttershy. "It's probably in your office."

"Being Principal is harder work than finding out why we pony up," said Sunset.

"Where's Sunset?" asked Pinkie Pie.

"She's gone home," said Fluttershy. "I think she must be stressed."

"I'll take over until she's better," said Twilight.

"Maybe we should just leave her be," said Rarity.

Sunset lay her head on her cool pillow.

That's better, she thought.

"Sunset?" asked Twilight. "Are you alright?"

"No," replied Sunset. "I've got measles. Don't come in. Please."

"I'll leave the thing out here. You can get it when you're feeling better," said Twilight from outside the door.

"Thanks, Twi," replied Sunset gratefully. "I think the whole school will have to go into quarantine too. Even you."

"I'll let everyone know, and I'll get the school deep-cleaned. Quarantine for 2 weeks?"

"Yeah, me, maybe a month." laughed Sunset. "Just kidding. Probably longer."

"Right," said Twilight. "I'll pass the message on."

"Thanks, Twi," said Sunset weakly. "You're a great friend."
