Heaven's Tale

To long time readers of Heaven's Tale,
Hello. It's been a while. I hope all of you are well and safe.
First off, thank you for reading from chapter 1 to chapter 15 of Heaven's Tale. I appreciate that you read and / or reviewed and hoped you enjoyed what you have read thus far.
I haven't updated in a long time and I would like to officially announce that this series will be discontinued.
Truthfully, this fic was supposed to be Nejiten where they ended up together eventually. As you have read, Tenten is with Sasuke. I admit that Sasuke is a better fit for Tenten here and, thus, I will leave the story this way.
I weighed the story plot many times in my head and no matter how I rationalize Nejiten being together, it doesn't substantiate them being together. Sasuten is the right fit. And that by itself the happy ending. Please take this fic's ending as Tenten finding her own happiness and love in Sasuke.
The good news is I decided to write a twoshot called 'When Rivers Run Dry', this is how Heaven's Tale is supposed to be and supposed to end. It is my gift and apology to you. This twoshot contains selected scenes of future chapters of Heaven's Tale if I were to continue it. Of course, I tweaked the scenes to fit the twoshot.
If you require closure to Heaven's Tale as do I, please read it. The twoshot will be mainly focused on Nejiten with some support from other core characters which was in Heaven's Tale. The first chapter has been published. And the final chapter will be published on 22 May 2020.
I apologise again. It was not an easy decision but I feel for me, as a writer, it is the right one to make.
