Chapter 21

Gyobu stood with the other two small tanukis as they waited for the third one to return from trying to surprise Corrin. The large tanuki wasn't for certain why the little one wanted to do that, but who was he to deny him. And so he was quite perplexed when he saw the little tanuki run up to him and the others with a worried look on his face. This prompted one of the beastman's eyebrows to rise upward while he asked, "What's the matter little one? And why were you running like that if you just wanted to surprise Corrin?"

"C-Corrin is in trouble. T-Three black furred hyenas were holding her still behind an alleyway. A-And I think I heard one of them say they were going to remove her clothes." The little tanuki answered back, as he took in some air to try and calm down a little bit.

Hearing this caused Gyobu's confused expression to become that of anger when he let out, " I see." He then softened his gaze once he had removed the tanuki from his shoulder and placed him next to the other two. He then gave them a reassuring smile before he added, "Don't worry little one, I'll go see what is going on. So please stay here and I'll be sure to come back as soon as possible." But once he had started to run down the sidewalk he mentally went on, "I hope by the time I get there, it won't be to late."

Corrin continued to panic especially after the Nyarls had removed her dress by ripping off the short sleeves of it and then let it fall off of her body. And this feeling do dread continued to raise as one of them rubbed her thighs as another rubbed her sides, and the third rubbed her shoulders blades. She then felt two of them get close to both her bra and panties while one of them whispered, "Are you ready for your mind to be blown, babe?"

"No! I just want this to stop!" The princess mentally shot back, once she had shook her head from side to side with fear still in her eyes.

In response to this though all three of the Nyarls let out a loud chuckle before one of them leaned close to ehr and whispered, "Don't worry, sweetheart. We promise that we'll take it nice and slow for you."

Rigth after he had said this though Corrin's eyes widen in shock upon seeing a blast of magic seemingly come out of nowhere and hit one of the hyenas in the face, thus causing him to let go of the young owman. This just quickly happened with the other two anthros as well. And once Corrin knew she was freed from their grasp she crossed her arms over her bra and ran away from where they had been holding her. And as she kept on running tears began to pour out of her eyes to which she failed to notice that Gyobu was the one who had just saved her.

She only knew that it was him because upon bumping into him she felt a pair of large arms wrap around her before she heard his voice as he told her, "It's alright, Corrin. You're safe now."

This caused her to rub her eyes for a few seconds before the tanuki used his red and green cloth to cover up her undergarments. She sniffled a few times while she let out, "G-Gyobu, those three Nyarls tried to...they almost..."

"I know, Corrin. And I promise that I will make them regret trying to do such a thing to you." The brown, white and black furred anthro angrily replied, as he moved her behind him. And upon doing this Corrin saw a very serious expression on his features when he added, "So tell me, what possible reason could you have for attempting to perform such an unspeakable act on Corrin?"

Instead of receiving an answer to his question the muscle gutted tanuki just heard the hyenas laugh at the same time as one of them stood back up onto their and feet and remarked, "Oh look, the princess's knight showed up and ended up saving her." And upon saying this the first beastman disappeared within an instant. The second one then also stood up when he added on, "Awe, that's disappointing. We never got to our fun." That one then also disappeared while the third one stood up and went on with, "Oh well, we suppose the princess will never know true bliss. Because once she ends up in Nohr, then we're afraid Corrin will be living in a real life nightmare."

Hearing this prompted the tanuki's muscles to tense up as the third hyena vanished just like the other two. And once he had waited a few minutes to make sure that all three of the yneas were gone he looked down at Corrin and asked, "Are you going to be alright, Corrin?"

And not to the beastman's surprise he saw the slivered haired young woman shake her head from side to side as she replied, "If I'm being honest then I'd have to say no."

"I see." Gyobu let out, before he bent down and lifted the young woman into his arms. And once he was holding her bridal style he continued, "Then please allow me to take you home tonight."

"Alright...and I'm sorry for dragging you into my problems." The red eyed noblewoman said, as the tanuki began to walk.

"There is no need for you to apologize. If anything I should be the one apologizing for not walking you home from the beginning. For if I had then you would have avoided what just happened to you." Gyobu confessed, while he let out a heavy sigh and closed his eyes.

To his surprise though he felt the young woman place a shaky hand onto his left pectoral when she replied, "That is true. But who's to say that the Nyarls wouldn't have just snuck into my home? If that would have happened then no one would have been able to stop them from having their way with me..." He then felt her lean in closer as the anthro saw the princess's body shake in fear when she kept going, "And now I don't feel safe staying in that house by myself tonight. I wish Snow or Garmr weren't busy with guild related responsibilities."

The last sentence caught the tanuki off guard a little as a light blush spread across his face once he had suggested, "Well, if that's how you truly feel. Then I'd be more then willing to stay the night with you tonight. Since I'm certain you have guest rooms, correct?"

After he had made this suggestion though the beastman was quite surprised when he saw Corrin's eyes begin to water up once more before she started to cry. He then felt her press her face against his chest plate while she told him, "T-Thank you, Gyobu. I don't know what I'd do without you..."

"You are most welcome Corrin. And please continue to cry until you feel better." Gyobu reassured her, as he gently pulled her closer to his body. He then placed the bottom of his head onto the top of hers and added, "Because I am certain the little ones will be quite concerned upon seeing you like this. So when we get to them please try to put on a brave face."

"I-I'll try..." Corrin whispered out, once the takuni had turned a corner.

And upon turning the corner Gyobu saw the three little takunis standing there with sad looks on thier faces. This prompted him to give him a soft smile while he told them, "Well it would seem our plans have changed, little ones. For now we are heading to Corrin's home and staying the night with her tonight."

"Okay. But is she alright?" One of the tanukis asked, with worry in his voice.

Gyobu was going to response to the littel takunis question. But before he could Corrin beat him to it when she replied, "Yes, I'll be alright..." He then saw her put on a brave face like he had suggested while she conitnued, "So let's go back to my place and get some rest, shall we?"

"O-Okay..." The shy tanuki let out, before the three small anthros followed behind Gyobu before he went back to walking towards the young woman's home.
