RIN's POV:

It was quiet at a small village in the Feudal era. The sun was down and everyone is sleeping peacefully. Inuyasha-sama, who was snoring loudly with an arm wrapped around kagome-sama. Sango-chan and Miroku-sama, together with their little family. Meet Satski en Mitski, two little girls who are full 8 moons already. These girls are strong beautiful girls who are aiming to become a dragon slayer just like Sango-chan. They are openminded and sly just like mom and dad. I love these girls very much just like everyone else in the village. Then there's kaeda-baba, who took me in this village after Naraku was defeated by inuyasha and the gang. I respect Kaeda-baba just as much as I do as Sesshomaru-sama. You probably already wondering what is happening right now.

I'm Rin and now currently living in Kaeda-baba's village. I'm 18 years old now and not a child anymore. I turned into A lady, which I still need to get used to. I also still have habits that I did before as a child. Run into the forest and play with children over there or find myself some food. And don't forget the beautiful flowers. I would never stop loving picking up flowers and show them to everybody just as I did together with Sesshomaru-sama. I smiled. Sesshomaru-sama promised me to keep visiting me, after we agreed to stay at the village and he did. I would tell him all of my stories, with what I've done over the past months and he will listen to me in his own way.

Now I'm currently thinking about these years and Rin cannot sleep. I've been tossing in my hut around for some time and I can't put my mind at ease. I'm really grateful for what everyone has done for me. If it was not for Sesshomaru-sama, I couldn't live the way I wanted now. Maybe I should give everyone some special flowers. To thank my gratitude. With that Rin's eyelids started slowly fading away in a beautiful dreamy sleep that keep her thoughts faded.

The sun is finally arising. Everyone is getting up and getting ready to begin the day. Rin is yawning and stretching, also finally getting up. She runs out of her hut to join Inuyasha-sama and Kagoma-sama for breakfast. This was her daily routine and of course, loves some company.

''Good morning Rin-chan'' Kagome smiled when Rin runs in.

''Good morning Kagoma-sama and of course to you to Inuyasha-sama'' Rin said with a smile while she begins to sit down. ''Mrning'' Inuyasha-sama grumbled already chewing down on his food. Rin laughed.

''We have Stu pot today as breakfast, is that alright with you?'' Kagome-sama told her while getting it ready for her plate. ''Of course! It sounds delicious'' Rin told kagome-sama while drooling.

''Itadakimasu'' Rin told to herself. And she started eating with the rest of them. ''So what are we going to do today? Rin asked Kagome-sama. Rin hoped to get some free time, so that she can assemble the flowers for everyone as a surprise gift.

''Just the usual Rin-chan, you are free to do as you want, but you can also come with us to teach you things, or help us.'' Kagome smiled to her. Rin giggled. Kagome-sama always says that to her. ''You always says that to me. I should stop asking you that and just help you guys directly.'' Rin laughed. ''Haha, that's true'' kagome-sama said while smiling.

''but today is different. Inuyasha and I have some business to do in another village. It seems That there is some kind of a sickness going on, so we want to check it out. And of course we don't want to put you in that kind of danger.'' Kagome said with a serious face to her.

Kagoma-sama is trying telling me not to go. I actually really want to go. Its been a long time since I did some adventuring. But seeing Kagome eyes, its better not to argument with her. And I've been really wanting to gather flowers for everyone. But I also want to argument with her and go. I don't know what to choose.

Inuyasha-sama saw my eyes lit up when kagome told me that. Of course, he is almost just as smart as Sesshomaru-sama is. (almost!)

''Why don't let her go with us? I don't see the problem with it and she went into danger with Sesshomaru all the time.'' He told that to Kagome-sama.

''No Inuyasha! Sesshomaru instructed to keep Rin absolutely save! If it wasn't a disease case then I would be okay with it, but this is to risky.'' Kagome said while getting furious with him already. ''Please understand with this one Rin-chan? The next time, you can come with us alright? Then we go with everyone together. Doesn't that sound nice?'' Kagome talked sweetly to her and begged slightly.

''Feh, your to much of a drama-queen. As if in another case she wouldn't get into danger? Inuyasha told her while grumbling. ''

''Sit.'' Kagome-sama pitched with a high voice.

And with that the discussion was ended. ''Please? Rin-chan?''

I can understand where Kagome-sama was coming from, so I will give up on this one. ''Alright kagome-sama, Just this once, I will let you go away with it.'' I told her while winking to her.

''Thanks Rin-chan, I will make it up to you, I promise.'' She told her. Kagome-sama turned to the door to leave. ''Lets go Inuyasha! We are wasting time this way.'' Talking to him with a high voice and walked away will leaving inuyasha still on the ground.''

''Hey! Oiiii! Wait!'' Inuyasha shouted after kagoma-sama and chased after her! ''Heeey kagome''! Rin heard inuyasha saying in the background. Rin giggled. Silly group.

While she was leaving the hut she was being attacked by Satski en Mitski.

''Got youuuu.'' Said the girls while tackling. Rin fell on the ground and laughed. ''that's not funny, girls! Do you want me to stop telling my adventures?'' Rin told them seriously while giggling slightly. She saw the faces dropping. To cute. ''No aunt Rin, we're sorry.'' The girls told her. ''that's what I've thought'' Rin said while giving the girls a hug to greet them.

''So what are you girls up today? Aren't you training with Sango-chan?'' Rin asked them. ''No, Sango-chan and miroku-sama went with Inuyasha and Kagome-sama today'' Satski told rin while thinking. ''Yeah, some kind of new disease came in, so they want to check it out before it will spread to other villages.'' Mitski filled in. ''Ah, so you girls were left all alone?'' Rin asked. She couldn't believe that Sango would left them alone. She would never do that.

''No, Kohaku is taking care of us.'' Mitski smiled wholeheartedly knowing that rin would be happy if she heard the name kohaku. ''Kohaku? Really?! It's been a long time since I've saw him, how is he?!'' Rin asked beaming.

Yes. Kohaku. Now at the age of 21 a fully trained demon-slayer who is living his peaceful life on his own. He is now a formidable warrior who can take out both human and demon opponents. He became best friends with Rin during his travels with Sesshomaru's group. He always looks out for Rin and Is like a brother-In law to her.

Just as she expected an answer from her, Kohaku came up running towards them. ''Satski, Mitski, don't run away all the time! You girls have to much energy.'' Kohaku breathed out.

''Kohakkuuuuuuu!'' Rin run out to him. ''Rin! Its been so long since I saw you. How are you doing?'' Kohaku greet her.

''I'm doing great! How about you? Rin asked back at him.

'Yeah me to! I've been traveling around with kirara for the past few years, slaying yokai for those in need. Also I've got a new weapen from Totosai. Its much heavier than my old one, but I've become better at wielding it since last time.'' Kohaku tells Rin.

''Yeah, you told me that when you were only 14 years old. You just got your weapon at that time and it was really heavy for you.'' Rin laughed.

''I can't believe Its been so long already.'' Rin smiled at him, thinking about the past. ''You also matured a lot Kohaku, got yourself a girl already?'' Rin grinned.

''Haha! Not yet'' Kohaku laughed. ''But there is maybe someone that I like. I met her during my travels with kirara.'' Kohaku told her while blushing.

''Really?! That's great Kohaku! I hope to meet her one day if it went well, what's her name?'' Rin asked happy for Kohaku. ''Her name is Lila. She is very beautiful and is a sweet girl. I think you would like her Rin.'' Kohaku grinned. ''I think so to'' Rin smiled at Kohaku.

''And what about you Rin? Got anybody on your eye?'' Kohaku winked. ''No hehe. I think I'm not made for falling in love. I just love and respect everyone so much. But yeah, that is about it.'' Rin fringed nervously. ''Its fine Rin, It would come eventually. When will you see Sesshomaru-sama again? It's been so long since I saw him too.'' Kohaku smiled

''Hmmm, I don't know.. His last visit was a month ago when I turned 18. He mostly visit in two months, so I think one month left.'' Rin said to him while thinking. ''But its different every time. Sometimes he comes earlier or visits later. Its really up on his schedule in the Western Lands. '' Rin told him while explaining it.

''Ahh, I understand, well I guess I will see him a another time then. When you see him again Rin, tell him I said hi.'' Kohaku said grinning. ''Yes I will!''

''It was nice seeing you again Kohaku! I know it was short, but I know you will be around here for some time. I need to do something today.'' Rin told Kohaku while thinking about what she was going to do. ''Where are the kids by the way? I think they sprinted again while we were talking'' Rin giggled.

''Yeah, I noticed to.'' Kohaku laughed. ''I see you later Rin, I am going to search for the kids. Bye!''

''By Kohaku!'' Rin waved Kohaku goodbye.

Rin started running towards her favourite flower garden not far from the village. ''Finally I can pick up everyone's flowers.'' Rin told to herself while smiling. There was a nice breeze, and the weather was fine. Rin was so into picking up flowers for everyone, that she didn't notice a presence behind her. That Sesshomaru already sat on the grass watching her in silence.
