"Chasing my origin"

The outside world, so dark and fussy that it impaled the skin at the first breath upon awakening. He didn't think about the matter, but to get up suddenly, frightening his friends, who saw him relieved because he had just woken up, but he ignored them, his attention was directed to the body of Todoroki who, in the same way, had just awakened and to realize what happened to them in the inside world.

The outside world represented the abyss of truth, the great emptiness that had crowded his life as a quirkless boy and also that of the OFA heir, that with finesse never changed. With or without powers, his mental issues remained the same.

The same tortuous questions that his insecurities caused him, or that when embalming in solitude they did.

He ran into his boyfriend when he left the room at full speed when he was the first to get up from the bed, being followed by Todoroki. He felt that his boyfriend tried to hug him, rather, he wanted to hug him, but he refused. It was not the time to dedicate oneself to affections, when he was so close to knowing his origin.

His boyfriend may have been perplexed to see him so urged to escape his grasp, however tempting it was to rejoice in his arms for hours on end.

His legs chased after the woman, catching up to Todoroki after falling off the stairs, catching up, and catching his breath again as he activated his Quirk from outside the school gates.

"Midoriya, do you see her?" Todoroki asked, yelling at him.

Midoriya made a fierce leap forward, climbing several meters above the air, paying the best attention to any sign that detonated that the light they had seen when getting out of bed was indeed the woman.

"I see her!" He exclaimed from the air, having located the woman flying through the air toward an uphill slope.

Todoroki used his ice, creating a path from which he could place his foot on the ground, reaching Midoriya's speed.

"Ah, me too!" Todoroki chanted.

Midoriya made another jump, propelling himself several meters through the air, his face received a soft and fresh blizzard from the wind, clarifying his senses.

In the midst of the chase, Kacchan's phrases came to mind.

Crashing into each other, in a way, motivating him to continue running to the right destination.

"What is it that can you do?"

He focused his gaze on the clinking light.

"I know I don't tell you so often, but I love you"

Midoriya shook his head, afraid of breaking in the midst of the chase, listening to Todoroki's ice a few meters away from him.

An image came into his head as he ran at night, with the moonlight being his only way of identifying objects and the path he traveled. The image was when the school's cultural festival was held, and Mirio brought Eri to see the school's facilities so that she wouldn't be frightened by the enormous number of students who lived in the U.A.

While she was being shown the school facilities, his boyfriend approached him having run into them in the hallways, he frowned, twisting his lip.

"There you were, Deku bastard"

Midoriya opened his eyes, from the impression of seeing all the sweat on his face.

Mirio bowed to the latter, asking him who the boy who was looking for him was. He replied that he was precisely his boyfriend.

"He's my boyfriend" He stated, suddenly blushing.

Kacchan put an arm around his shoulder, Midoriya shuddered at his touch, shrugged slightly, clinging to his side.

"I was looking for you, idiot" Kacchan argued plaintively. That time he saw him tired, and he supposed it was because of music practices, of which, he played the drums.

"I was showing Eri the school" He replied, pointing to the girl with his index finger, observing the dark look of which his boyfriend was characterized.

"Hm" He raised an eyebrow, inspecting the girl, who was distressed and frightened by the presence of his boyfriend, hiding behind Mirio's leg, from which, he laughed and took the opportunity to introduce himself.

"Hello, I am Mirio Togata, a friend of Midoriya" He extended his hand in kindness, but Kacchan rejected him.

"I know who you are" He assured, lifting his chin, looking skeptical.

Midoriya saw that vivid image very clearly, not distracted by the memory, but still drawing him very firmly into his head, almost feeling it tangible.

He could feel Kacchan clinging to his side, pressing his fingers to the other end of his shoulder.

"Oh really?" Mirio laughed, bringing his hand behind the nape of his neck. "Midoriya had told me that he had a boyfriend, but I didn't know who it was"

"Now you know" He said dismissively.

Midoriya dared to introduce him, far above his great nervousness to present him to the girl he had saved and his friend from the residence.

"Eri-chan" He leaned in a little so that she could see him clearly. The girl nodded. "He is Kacchan, don't be afraid of him"

"Kacchan" The girl repeated assimilating his nickname.

"What the hell are you saying, Deku?" Kacchan scolded him, pulling him by the arm and reaching into his curls, ruffling his hair. "I'm not 'Kacchan', I have a name, stupid nerd!"

"But, you are Kacchan!" Midoriya replied.

"It's Kacchan for you, Deku!" He spluttered offended. "Listen little girl!" He stopped his action, directing his eyes to Eri, who was exalted to hear his aggressive voice. "I am Katsuki Bakugou, not 'Kacchan', that only this nerd can tell me" He shook Deku with his hand.

"Ah yes, you are the winner of the sports festival" Mirio stated, raising a finger in realization. "You are Bakugou, then"

Kacchan nodded.

"Bakugou" Eri uttered, reassimilating what he said.

"You are an idiot, you damn Deku" With his arm he put his arm around Midoriya's shoulder. "Don't give kids the wrong idea!"

"O-ok, Kacchan" He stated, nodding.

"Is he your friend, Deku?" Eri asked innocently.

Midoriya froze not knowing what to say, at that Kacchan looked at her superiorly.

"So the nerd hasn't told you who I am" He said superiorly.

Eri shook her head in denial.

"Bakugou, I don't think it's right to tell Eri-chan what kind of relationship you have with Midoriya" Mirio suggested, giving a nervous chuckle.

"Hah? What did you say, Tintin?" Kacchan said pissed off. "You don't give me orders"

"W-wait Kacchan" Midoriya tried to stop him, but Kacchan covered his mouth with his other hand, giving her a superb smile.

"I am Deku's boyfriend" He stated. "You understand?" Eri's eyes widened in amazement.

"Oh" She was impressed.

Midoriya removed his hand, looking at him in amazement.

"Kacchan! Don't say those things to the children" He said shocked.

"You shut up, Deku, children shouldn't be lied to" Kacchan highlighted as if he were a teacher giving classes. "Heroes don't lie, and since I will be number one, I must set the example for children not to lie"

"B-but" He stammered, blushing.

"You want me to lie, Deku?" He inquired crafty. "Or are you aren't my boyfriend?" Midoriya nodded, covering his mouth in embarrassment. "Well? What are we waiting for? Weren't you giving a tour to the girl you saved of the school?"

"Of course! Do you want to come with us?" Mirio replied excitedly.

Kacchan smiled smugly, taking Midoriya's hand, who blushed, but didn't flinch, because he didn't care who saw them that way. Most of the U.A. they knew about their relationship and they didn't care.

"Let's go"

And that was how Eri's interest arose when she wanted to know how couple relationships worked, because it caught her attention to see that two men could get to like each other, and even, there were moments when she fell silent and began to observe them when Kacchan put an arm went around his waist, or kissed him on the cheek or on his temple, or when they hugged quickly.

At that moment, Midoriya slipped and fell forward, stamping his face against the grass, since he had just entered the slope where many trees were located and a vast grass of soft and fine texture.

"Deku!" He heard Kacchan from a distance, along with the sound of his explosions. That meant he was chasing him.

That memory where Eri knew their relationship with Kacchan made him laugh, he even laughed when he remembered the girl's astonished face and Kacchan's jealousy when he carried Eri in his arms at the cultural festival. Kacchan bragged about not letting her down and paying attention to festival events.

Midoriya hid in the bushes, catching his breath, hearing Todoroki stop, and he knew it because the sound of his ice forming along the way.

"Midoriya!" He heard him yell at him. "Midoriya!"

"Deku!" Kacchan burst in with great force. "Deku, answer!"

Midoriya closed his eyes, seeing another image of Kacchan, but this time it was when they were middle school students.

"Do you hear me, Deku !" He heard that evil laugh, his dark gesture, his big smile emanating evil, sparks from his explosions emerged in the palms of his hands.

Seeing that he didn't respond, Kacchan threw an explosion on his cheek, which he didn't dodge or block for fear that he would hit him with his fist, as he had done that time.

"You don't belong in U.A. so give up, you'd better go to a school for the useless like you" He took him from the lapel of his uniform, pressing his hand on the fabric of his clothes.

His cheek was bruised, giving him a throbbing pain, his lower lip was bleeding because he had hit him in the mouth, fitting his knuckles into his lower lip.

Midoriya recalled how insignificant his life was at the time, how insignificant he felt to be held in that way, seeing Kacchan's eyes emitting his wish that he obey what he asked, but Midoriya didn't give up on his threats, much the pain they caused him, no matter how many obstacles he put in the way, even so, they were not enough to stop him from reaching his goal.

"Quirkless boys like you will never be heroes, get that idea out of your mind, damn nerd" He threatened speaking to his ear, he felt the hot breath coming from his mouth, followed by a bite on the lobe of his ear, licking the tip, encrusting his teeth, until leaving a mark difficult to hide. "Did you hear me, useless?" He stared at him, but Midoriya was tearing, disarming. On that occasion, Kacchan recoiled at the sight of him crying, with Midoriya trembling in fear at what he was doing against his will.

He didn't notice that he tensed, removing his arms that imprisoned his waist.

Midoriya cried nonstop that time, amid his very loneliness, the same that ate him slowly, consumed him by absorbing those harmful sensations.

"Midoriya!" Todoroki's voice brought him back to normal, causing him to jump to reactivate his Quirk. "I will stop the others, you go ahead!"

It's true, all this search I made to know my origin, he told himself as he stood up, sighing deeply and narrowly. I am thinking too much about the past.

"Deku, there you are!" He turned and saw that Kacchan had seen him some twenty meters away, standing at the height of the slope. "Don't you dare move! I'm coming for you!" He ran towards him.

Midoriya tensed, looking scared, and immediately used twenty percent of his power to run faster.

"Deku! Where the hell are you going ?!" His boyfriend screamed in exasperation.

Midoriya moved his legs, he had to get there, he knew he had to get there no matter how long it took to get there. Midoriya could do it, he could reach her, so that he could reach out and catch her in the heat of the moment.

Todoroki was risking his pursuit to get him earlier, he was not going to allow himself to be scolded and hugged by his boyfriend in the middle of the trees, when his target was escaping from his eyes.

Midoriya clenched his teeth, breathing hard and deep, leveling his pace so as not to tire.

He climbed the slope in insatiable bombastic energy that deliberately gushed out of his pores, his legs increasing speed, and his arms propelling themselves.

The meters were reduced, as was the distance between him and the woman; there it prolonged its brightness, it prolonged the sparkling light of its essence, its curls so close and well formed, its slender figure was already glimpsed a few meters away.

Midoriya could reach her, it only needed to exert a greater effort, he could do it, Midoriya already saw her so close that she felt her senses awaken and become electrified.

It was only enough to jump the end of the slope, narrowing his arms as wide and long as he could extend them, so that the woman's body was in his grip, being finally caught by him.

As soon as he reached her, he didn't care to know they were in free fall, heading for the ground.

The wind deafened him, but he could hear the woman saying something to him, smiling proudly at him.

"You caught me, Izuku"

She gave a light, soft laugh that caressed his wind-deafened ears, stopping his fall in the blink of an eye.

To his amazement, she led him to the top of the slope, placing his feet on the half-brittle ground of the terrain, which, he appreciated the gesture.

"And Todoroki?" Midoriya questioned her, looking everywhere in question.

"Let's wait for him" She dictated very calmly, outlining a broad smile.

"Deku!"

Instead of Todoroki appearing, it was his boyfriend who appeared first, running towards him with his sweaty forehead, and an expression of despair and concern for him and his well-being.

"Deku!"

"Kacchan" Midoriya muttered.

The aforementioned came to him, pinning his hands into his shoulders, breathing hard and his eyes injected with bewilderment.

A huge puff from Kacchan, smashed into Midoriya's face.

He felt that after so many weeks without seeing him, everything was just beginning to settle in his head, which he had just experienced in the inside world. He processed that he hadn't seen Kacchan in weeks and didn't know if something broke inside him.

"Are you okay? You didn't hurt yourself?" Kacchan asked quickly. Midoriya shook his head. "Idiot, why did you run like this if you just woke up? What is wrong with you, Deku?"

"I'm sorry" He muttered guilty.

"What?"

"I'm sorry, Kacchan" He expressed remorsefully, staring into the eyes of his boyfriend, who looked at him confused.

"What are you apologizing for, Deku? I'm not mad at you" He clarified.

"I left without giving you explanations" He continued in the same guilty tone. "Please forgive me, Kacchan, for leaving for several weeks"

"Weeks?" He boasted in astonishment. "What the hell are you talking about?"

"I haven't been unconscious for several weeks?" He said out of sorts.

"No." His fingers pressed onto his shoulders. "Explain to me what's going on, Deku"

He stopped for a few seconds, pondering the information his boyfriend was giving him, recapitulating the weeks he had in the Middle Ages, what he saw, what he witnessed, what he learned, the people he met, all that.

It had been weeks, but now that he saw Kacchan with the greatest fixity he could exercise with his clever reflective eye, realizing that his boyfriend was exactly the same as he saw him on the morning when he felt tired, haggard and with his legs wobbly like jelly.

"How long have I been unconscious?" He asked shakily.

"8 hours" Kacchan replied out of inertia.

His legs faltered and he lost the strength to support the weight of his body.

"B-but" The air left her for a few seconds when he fell to the ground with an expression of wide bewilderment. Kacchan caught him, worrying even more about him.

"What's wrong, Deku?" He held him up with his arms, lowering his height.

"Oh no" He said in fear, putting both hands on his cheeks. "I don't understand, if it was weeks for me, it felt like long weeks"

"What the hell are you saying?" He spat stupefied.

"I don't know how much time I spent there" He replied in conflict.

"What are you talking about, Deku?"

"I feel like I haven't seen you in weeks, Kacchan" He concluded abruptly, covering his face with his hands. "Because for me it was weeks"

"Deku"

"I'm so sorry, Kacchan, I really am so sorry" He gasped. "It was selfish of me not to tell you anything about it, without giving you an explanation of why I did all of this."

His boyfriend stroked his hair, listening intently, processing his words with a frown.

"You are not selfish" He sighed, putting an arm around his waist.

"But, Kacchan"

"You are not selfish" He repeated abruptly. "Never say that you are selfish, because you are not like that, Deku, look, if you say that you are stubborn that's true, because you are, but selfish?" He mentioned incredulously. "That never"

"Sorry" He said again.

"Don't apologize, Deku!" He raised his voice, making him shut up. "It bothers me that you apologize without giving me the explanations that you are so much boasting, that really irritates me, Deku"

"I just didn't give them to you because I don't know the answer" He confessed in anguish.

"You don't know the answer" He replied complaining. "You must know, forest head!"

"I don't know!" He exclaimed in a panic. "I don't know the answer"

"Don't be ridiculous" He argued, pinching one of his cheeks. "Listen to me, give me a damn explanation, stupid Deku; Do you think it was funny for me to see you unconscious for most of the day?"

Midoriya denied.

"I want a fucking explanation, now!" He demanded ravenously.

"Midoriya!" Todoroki appeared on the slope, exhausted.

"What are you doing here, half and half bastard?!" His boyfriend complained, exalting himself in front of his presence.

"We were waiting for you, Shouto" The woman said in a soft voice.

"And who is this?" His boyfriend chattered incredulously. "We're in the middle of a damn talk, get off you idiots!"

"Kacchan, no!" Midoriya stopped him, realizing the reason again for the reason he was there. He was not there to explain his boyfriend, no sir, he was because he invoked the woman who owned the Quirk of Cronos. "Don't do anything"

"Don't shut me up, Deku!" Her boyfriend yelled. "What the hell is going on here?"

"For a moment, I thought I wouldn't make it" Todoroki breathed out in relief, placing his hands on his flexed knees. "Sorry for the delay, Midoriya"

"It's okay." He stood up, feeling Kacchan's piercing gaze on him, not understanding anything that was happening. He turned and looked at Kacchan uneasily. "I won't give you an explanation."

"What?!" He snapped, upset.

"I'm sorry, but I won't give you an explanation" He repeated with more background in his voice. "This is not your business"

He saw how his boyfriend's eyes showed fear, the fear that their relationship would end, that is, that it would come to a forceful end.

"Why?" He demanded to know. "Deku" He cut himself off for a few seconds, replacing: "I'm your boyfriend"

"Enough" Said the lady, interrupting the scene, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Izuku we have to go"

"Go where?" His boyfriend faced, taking a possessive hand on him. "Deku isn't going anywhere!"

"We have to leave?" Midoriya asked quietly.

"Leave and come back" The woman simplified, with a mischievous smile. "It's what you wanted, isn't it? Shouto, come here"

"Sure" Replied Todoroki, going to her side.

His boyfriend's hand tightened on him, clinging not to let go.

"Kacchan, let go of me" Midoriya said, determined to leave. He wouldn't allow him to be stopped from his goal, not even his boyfriend.

"No." He denied as determined as him.

"Kacchan, please"

"No, Deku"

They both looked at each other reflexively, Kacchan's eyes expressing great fear, and Midoriya's burning desire to leave.

"Shouto" The woman spoke.

"Yes?" Todoroki nodded expectantly.

"Come with me first." With that said, the woman put her left hand on Todoroki's chest, as if to push him, but no, it hinted that she was removing something from his chest, although Todoroki didn't flinch, on the contrary, he was suddenly very calm, at peace.

The woman extracted a whitish, almost transparent content in the form of a bowling ball. As soon as he extracted that, Todoroki's body fell unconscious to the ground, inert and obsolete.

"I won't let that happen to you" His boyfriend replied, drawing his body to him, protecting him.

"No, Kacchan." He shook himself out of his grip, but his boyfriend put up resistance, stubborn not to let go for anything in the world.

Just when Midoriya pushed him with his hands on his chest, he felt something foreign to his body stop him from continuing to move. Suddenly he felt an alienated force absorb him, as if he were a landfill of liquids, his very breath cut and in his eyes he could see a mixture of light and darkness, a huge void in the distance of both colors.

Without further ado, the next thing he looked at was his own physical body, the body belonging to the world outside, lying on the ground, inert and obsolete, just like Todoroki's.

That could mean one thing: that they had extracted his soul from his body. In short, he wasn't dead, but his physical body could die, but his soul continued to exist, beating, thinking, reasoning.

There was no pain, there was no fear, but an insatiable peace that sheltered him like a cloak of comfort.

The world outside was a dark place, a place sometimes as cold, as frozen as a blizzard of snow fanning a desolate city, even encompassing empty streets.

Once again, he was removed from his physical body again, but this time he felt no pain.

What would he discover in the inside world again?

That would be another adventure worth seeing with his own eyes.

P.S. Almost done here, but happy to have translated a new chapter already.

I hope that you like this.

Midoriya is confused with Kacchan, he has two memories, one with the Kacchan of high school and the other with the Kacchan of middle school.
