This is the seventh chapter of Dragon Ball: Xeno, and I am quite ready for this, because I have decided on several important factors for my Universe, one such being that Goku will not be the one to kill all the major villains. I also have decided on several major events that will take place, changing the story from the main canon timeline of the series.

I will also explain some of the decisions I made during the first five chapters at the end of this chapter.

Goku looked at his mother as she chose some of the plants he had planted in his garden, her tail wagging with enjoyment. "My word, Goku." Gine started, "The plants here are simply amazing." She said.

She had decided that instead of taking the plants, she would rather try and grow them on Planet Salad from their seeds, so she had taken a notebook to write down all the plants she would try and grow. "So, anything you like?" He asked, receiving a nod in return.

She got up and headed over to Goku, handing him the notebook. "Can you find seeds for these?"

Goku looked at the list and paled. While he had expected a one or two rows of names, he did not expect several pages of them, each containing the number's she'd like them in. "W-wow" He said, looking at the list.

Gine looked in confusion as to what his reaction meant. "What do you mean by that Goku?" She asked. In a shock, she realized that she probably overburdened him with the list. "Um, maybe I should rethink the list?" She said as she reached to grab the notebook but Goku refused.

"Nah, I can handle the numbers. I was just shocked at them." He replied, "Hey Raditz, Mizuna, do you want to come with me?" He asked his siblings, who were having a light spar.

Raditz blocked a punch from Mizuna, putting her in a sleeper hold as he replied, "Sure, I could do some shopping. What 'bout you?" He asked Mizuna, letting go of her.

Coughing a bit before answering, she agreed. "I could use some dresses."

Goku clapped his hands, "Fine, I know a good place where we can get everything we need."

(West City)

Goku and his family landed right beside Bulma's home, which she had designated to be a landing spot for her friends who could fly, and for some vehicles such as helicopters.

Goku was wearing blue gi, with a green undershirt that ended at his shoulders. He also wore a green garb that covered the upper half of his blue pants, his tail neatly tucked underneath.

Gine wore a plain white shirt, that went along with her dark blue jeans, a bright green necklace hung around her neck.

Raditz wore black jeans along with a red sleeveless shirt, showing his well-built arms, which had a small tattoo, bearing the words Gula. When Goku had asked him about it, he replied that it was the name of his significant other on Planet Salad. From what he had told Goku, Gula was mean spirited but meant well. She had been training under their father, along with a handful of other Saiyans, to not only get stronger to protect the planet, but to take revenge on the Furosutodemons who had destroyed the ship carrying all the young children all those years ago, as it not only had babies, one of them being her brother, it also had her parents who were acting as guardians. The day she had learned that she was the last remaining member of her family was the day her innocence died, and she trained furiously. Soon she hit a block in her powers and she seeked guidance, and she got them. First she was trained by Nappa, who had taken to the young Saiyan and treated her like his daughter. After she hit her limits under Nappa, he referred her to Bardock, who trainer her along with Raditz, Mizuna and several others. It was during this time when Gula met Raditz and they developed a strong relationship.

Mizuna wore tight blue jeans and a blue shirt. She also wore a blue jacket along with dark brown gloves. Anybody could see that she had well-toned, who could, and would kick ass to if need be.

"So, what is this place?" Gine asked her son.

"This is West City, one of the most developed city on Earth." Goku explained, "Over here, people of all profession have started up shops, and it slowly developed into West City Mall, one of the largest buildings in the city."

"Do they have plant seeds here?" Gine asked.

Goku nodded at that, "Yes, one of the floors in the Mall is dedicated to flowers, in fact, there's a yearly competition on flowers."

Raditz raised an eye at that statement as they walked in the direction of said Mall. He could see why Goku loved this area as such, being so big that he could barely see the top that was covered in clouds. "There's a competition on flowers?" He asked.

"Well, there are two categories for it, one being the type of flower, like how beautiful it is, how much color it has, fragrance and stuff like that." He said.

"And the other?" Mizuna asked.

"The other one is flower arrangement." Goku said, "In that one, the participants all get a specific theme that they must arrange their flowers in."

"Oooh, we should have that on Planet Salad as well." Gine said with stars in her eyes.

(Kami's Hideout)

Paragus looked at his son, Broly, who was floating in a meditative position. "So, these Dragon Balls..." He began. "They grant wishes?"

"One."

"Come again." Paragus asked.

"Wish. Singular." Broly said as he opened eyes, landing on the ground, "These Dragon Balls have a yearly cycle, and once during the cycle, only one wish can be granted." He said.

Paragus hummed, "Just like the Orbs of Namek." He said. Broly looked at him in confusion. "Oh, the Orbs of Namek are similar in feature, however they grant three wishes instead of one."

"Ah, that is interesting." Broly said. "How did you come to know of this?" He asked.

"In the war, the Furosutodemons destroyed Namek. Thankfully, Bardock, our current king, was able to transport some of them to Planet Salad." Paragus said. "One of the elders on Namek, Elder Guru, transferred the Elder hood to a Namekian named Nail. He carried seven golden-orange spheres that are kept within their possession."

Broly nodded, "Interesting. Do they allow you to make wishes?"

Paragus shook his head. "We haven't asked them, for them the Orbs of Namek is something they cherish with all their might." He looked at his son, "So, what are the limitations to these wishes?"

"Well, one thing we know for certain is that we can use this to bring people who died back to life though the limit is that the person must have died unnaturally and must have been dead for under two years." Broly said.

Paragus nodded as he noticed Broly's face getting a concerned look. "Someone died and you had to bring him back?" He asked and Broly nodded.

"Goku died." Paragus gasped at that. "We were facing Demon King Piccolo's reincarnation. He was stronger than anything we had fought previously, so when he launched an attack at me, Goku took it head on, which killed him."

Paragus noticed the tears that were falling on the ground. "I was filled with rage after that and because of that rage, I ascended." His eyes widened at that claim.

"What do you mean by ascended?" Paragus asked.

Broly looked at his father, "I became a Super Saiyan." He said.

Paragus looked in awe. "I can't believe it, a second Super Saiyan."

Broly looked confused at that. He was sure that during their brief moment together, Vegeta had not told Paragus that he also had ascended, so the only conclusion he could make from this was that there was a third Super Saiyan.

"This would turn the tides in our favor." Paragus said happily, but frowned, "Broly would you care to help us in the war against the Furosutodemons?"

Broly nodded at that. "Once we had defeated Piccolo, we were informed by Mr. Popo about this event. However, I won't be staying on Planet Salad, since Earth is my home, though I can't say the same for Goku and Vegeta." He confessed, to which Paragus nodded.

"I understand, after all, you were raised here." Paragus said.

"And that's how Krillin met his fiancé, Lapis." Goku explained as they had met the blonde woman, who was a store clerk.

Gine was amazed at how humans met their mates. While Saiyans also had a lifelong commitment, it was usually due to the fact that the two Saiyans took part in a fight. When they both reached an understanding during the fight, they were now, under Saiyan laws, wedded to each other.

"Oh, that's so adorable." Gine said, happy for the young couple. She was impressed with Krillin once she learned his story, of how he overcame his fears and faced the offspring of the Demon King.

Raditz didn't knew why, but he felt as if his brother wasn't telling the whole truth of the battle with Demon King Piccolo but didn't press him for information. "So, is there anything I can get for Gula?" He asked.

"Why? Gonna propose to her?" Mizuna teased, but seeing the intense blush on her brother's face made her do a double take. "Wait, seriously?" She asked incredulously.

"Well, there's a shop that sells rings." Goku said, "Most Earth-folk use these rings to propose to their significant others. Here, I'll take you there." The Saiyan raised on Earth said as he led his family to one of the several jewelers present in West City Mall.

(Planet Salad)

Bardock looked on as he received reports from all around his planet. The Namekians had requested a plot for a shop in the commercial district, while some of the Yadratians had asked for farmland.

Initially, the planet had been filled with just Saiyans, under the rule of King Vegeta, who had been seeking to sever the alliance with the Arcosians in favor of the Furosutodemons. When the people had heard of the actions the king was taking, despite the fact that Furosutodemons had been their enemies, they rioted. Most of his Royal Guards entered the fray to fight the rebels.

Bardock leaded the rebels, directly challenging King Vegeta for the throne. While the civil war was won, a huge number of Saiyans were lost. They would have lost the war against the Furosutodemons if it wasn't for the Arcosians, who provided them with several aids in the form of guards, doctors and teachers, among several other.

"Sir, King Cold would like to talk to you." He heard one of his assistants, a Namekian called Lusc say.

Nodding, Bardock took the call through one of the several screens that were in the room. "How are you today?" He asked the person behind the screen, who had purple skin with a similar colored purple gem on his head, which also had two horns with lines going through them.

"Fine, Bardock, I feel fine." King Cold said with a sigh, but soon smiled, "I've heard about your lost son, what was his name again? Kakarot?"

Bardock smiled, "Yes, I found all three who were not accounted for, Broly, Vegeta, and Kakarot, though he goes by Goku now." He said. He and King Cold had a friendly relation, having been his guard when King Vegeta was still in power. Respecting his strength, King Cold became good friends with the Saiyan.

"So, who have you sent to pick them up?" Cold asked.

"Well, my wife, my two kids and Paragus have gone to pick them up. But I don't think that they will permanently stay on Planet Salad, since Earth has been their home." Bardock said, "Any update on Fross?" He asked, getting a troubled sigh in return.

"No, any information we were able to get out of Furosutodemon soldiers have lead us on a wild goose chase." Cold replied, getting a look of sympathy from the Saiyan leader.

Bardock knew well about Fross, daughter of Cooler, who was Cold's eldest son. In the beginning of the war, she was also lost during her incubation period. And they all knew who was responsible for this action; Frieza. Frieza was Cold's youngest son, who did not hold the same peaceful views that his family held.

Seeing the evil in his son's heart, Cold had tried to reason with him, but to no avail, as Frieza not only betray the whole Arcosians, he kidnapped his niece and sent her away to an unknown location. He then started a cult, the Furosutodemons, whose members he created via the Big Gete Star.

"I hope you find her one day." Bardock replied to the sad King, who nodded in return.

I hope so too, Cooler needs her the most." Cold said, "He has been training non-stop, trying to bury the pain. It would do her some good." And with that, the transmission was cut.

Bardock stood up as he went to the balcony, seeing the world outside. He noted the blue grass of the Namekian sector, containing several Namek styled buildings that housed the people of Namek, and their Orbs.

"Sir, can you train me some more?" He heard a familiar voice call out. He turned to see Gula standing there, in her battle armor. She stood barely at shoulder levels from Bardock, her hair short, similar to what his teammate Fasha had, however, was more muscular than she was.

Said teammate had been one of the several victims of the Civil War among the Saiyans, losing an arm while defending Bardock and Gine from King Vegeta's Executioner's Blade. Seeing the pain his friend was in gave him enough rage to end King Vegeta and takeover his throne.

Fasha, whom Gula had taken as a role model, had adopted Gula and given her a home.

"Have you mastered the technique I gave you?" He asked.

Nodding, she replied, "It was difficult, but I was able to master the Final Revenger." It was one of Bardock's moves, something he had used to defend his family in one of the battles with the Furosutodemons.

Leading her to one of the several training grounds, Bardock got into battle stance, as did Gula. "Now, I have almost nothing left to teach you, however, there is one thing left." Getting a serious look in his black eyes, he exploded with power, yellow aura surrounding him, his hair now golden-yellow, his eyes teal. "I will teach you how to ascend."

Gula nodded as she readied herself, rushing forward, aiming on placing the first attack on her teacher. Bardock smiled to himself. With how things were going, he was sure that they would defeat and end the Furosutodemons.

So, the seventh chapter is complete and I would like to answer some of the things you might find confusing.

Q. How is Broly the Guardian of Earth? Shouldn't it be a Namekian?

A. No specific race is required to be the Guardian of Earth, as in the Dragon Ball series, Kami did, at one point, ask Goku to take his place.

Q. Who are Furosutodemons? Who are the Arcosians?

A. They are an army of Frost Demons, leaded by Frieza, with the assistance of Big Gete Star. So basically imagine Metal Frieza instead of Metal Cooler. Arcosian is one of the name of Frieza race. This group is, in this universe, one of the good guys, leaded by King Cold, who is a member of the Peace Group.

Q. What happened to Android 18? Why is Krillin engaged to Lapis?

A. Android 18 and Lapis are the same person. Lapis is what 18 was called before she became an android.

Q. If there's no Androids, who will be the antagonist after the Saiyan War Saga?

A. That's a secret.

Q. Where is Chichi?

A. Oh, she's there. She will appear soon enough, and you'd be pleasantly surprised to see her.

Q. Is there going to be a Future Trunks?

A. Not in this universe, but it will be someone else. Someone who is, in my opinion, the best version of that character.
