Dry Bowser was casually reading through the newspaper enjoying himself when suddenly a bunch of racers zipped by.
"Wonder what's gotten them excited," Dry Bowser thought to himself as he then adjusted his skull.
A red Shy Guy pulled up in a pipe framed go kart. "They're giving away free stickers! First to get it will get a sticker made of them!"
"...And the point of that is?" Dry Bowser questioned while watching the robed enemy drive off, deciding to walk afterwards to see what the commotion was about.
Birdo drove by on her Birthday Girl vehicle, adjusting her bow. "I can see why they're excited by the stickers but personally they're not exactly what I would find fun."
