Ok so last time I left everyone on a cliffhanger, right? Well I am going to make one more chapter before I head off. Remember I will be making the next chapter after this Sunday, so please enjoy this and the last two chapters. I also want to say I do not own Winnie a Pooh; I believe that goes to Disney. Chapter Three
The Blackeye
After the sound filled the entire Hundred Acre Woods there lays an injured Derrick holding his stomach while Tigger holds his eye. Both males charged at each other tired of waiting to see who would move first. Tigger had gone for Derrick's stomach while Derrick went for Tigger's head only to get Tigger's eye. Tigger looks at Derrick while holding his eye before looking back at Roo along with Kanga. He makes a low growl as he walks towards the male kangaroo before speaking in a low tone. "I don't want to ever see ya near Roo or Kanga again or it will be worse than just yer stomach." Said Tigger before walking over to Roo to make sure the young one is alright. While Tigger is checking on Roo Kanga has been frozen in shock that Tigger had attacked someone with so much anger. She slowly makes her way over towards her son that is cling onto Tigger. Tigger rubs Roo head gently as he tries to smooth the young one from all the commission. "It's alright Roo-Boy, that mean old kangaroo won't hurt ya now" Tigger said in a soothing voice continue to rub the young one's head. Kanga had gotten close enough to see that Tigger eye is now black from the fight. Tigger looks over at Kanga smiling softly hoping Roo will he alright. "Miss Kanga Madam, I believe Roo needs to go inside for now. I'll be on my way." Tigger said before looking at Roo once more smiling down at the young one. Tigger looks back at Derrick snarls before starting to make his way down the path to stop in his tracks when two arms are wrapped around his chest. Tigger sighs softly knowing that Kanga will not let him leave with a blackeye without trying to help him. When Kanga wrapped her arms around Tigger's chest holding him close to her a few tears rolls down her face. "Thank you Tigger Dear, for protecting my little Roo." Said a choked-up Kanga. While the two are in an embrace Derrick gets up holding his stomach before looking up at the two. Derricks narrow his eyes at Tigger before making his way back to his camp to think of a plan to get ride of Tigger. Roo finally walks over to his mother and feline friend hoping that Tigger is alright. Roo himself is going to have a bruise on his side in the morning, but he was not worried about that now. "Momma is Tigger going to be ok?" Roo asked a little worried for his feline friend that protected him from that mean kangaroo. Kanga lets go of Tigger finally before looking down at Roo trying to think what to say. "Yes, Roo Dear I do believe Tigger is going to be alright. But I do believe he needs to stay with us for now seems there a storm coming in" Said Kanga while looking up at the sky seeing that dark clouds are forming around the Hundred Acres Woods. The wind started to pick up making the trees sway from side to side, Tigger looks around to find that Derrick was gone while all this is happening. Kanga notice her feline friend is looking around for someone or something, she sighs placing her paw onto his shoulder before speaking. "Tigger Dear, please come inside it's not safe out here." Said Kanga pulling on Tigger's shoulder trying to get the feline in. Tigger looks at Kanga then at Roo before holding his eye once more while standing there. "Alright I'll come in for now at least until the story is over with." Said Tigger smiling softly at the two before walking with them towards the house. Roo opens the door for his mother and feline friend smiling at the two before Kanga asked Roo to grab ice from their freezer. While Roo went off to find some ice like is mother asked him to Kanga looks at Tigger while trying to remove his paw from his face. "Tigger Dear, you're going to have to let me see it. I am only trying to help." Pleaded Kanga while she holds his paw gently trying not hurt him anymore. Tigger looks at Kanga then looks down at the ground removing his paw from his eye to have Kanga gasped. Tigger eye is completely black from the hit he received from Derrick; Kanga slowly place her paw on the side of Tigger face to hold him still for a moment. "Let's make our way to the couch Tigger so I can get a better look." Said Kanga holding Tigger paw while walking over to the couch in the living area. After taking a seat beside Kanga, Tigger wanted to ask so many questions about the new kangaroo in the Hundred Acres Woods. Before Tigger could ask anything Kanga gently pulled Tigger's head into her lap having him face up at her. Tigger could feel his face starting to burn up from all the blood flowing into his cheeks. Kanga gently place her paw onto Tigger cheek once more holding him still for when Roo comes back with the ice. "Miss Kanga Madam, Ya don't need to do this" Said an embarrassed Tigger looking into Kanga eyes seeing a few tears forming. Tigger tries to sit up to whip her tears away to only be gently pushed back down into her lap. "It's the least I can do, you protected my son after all" Said a smiling Kanga leaning down closer to Tigger inches away from each other lips. They started to lean closer before …
