Chapter 2 Planning

Once things were calm down, like traitors in their cells, and loading the Knightmare in. We now see Naruto taking his Arkham Knight gear off and staring at his helmet, the mask of his hatred that VV created and twist into his own image. The mask was the symbol of hatred and something that the blonde didn't like or look at anymore.

Naruto sighed before having his mind made up and the path ahead.

Using all his strength, he ripped the battle mask off before slamming it hard into the table and left the black blank mask for him to use, ending the Arkham Knight and start on a path of a knight of honor instead of rage & hatred. No more, no more of that, and would start this path a better knighthood.

The rest of the armor gear was clear off or throw away, ending the hatred for good and move to the future of a better path.

Naruto will have to go and see Lelouch, talk a few others over like traitors, and their next plan of action as this wasn't over. The knight can feel it, a storm, a big one was coming. It was far from over and more to come.

With Lelouch

Lelouch was in his quarters to rest himself for the moment and think over what has happened so far. Kallen had joined him shortly after he came into his room and the pair sat on the bed together.

Kallen could read and know what he was thinking which she spoke, "You know it wasn't your fault, Lelouch."

"Which one?" Lelouch asked, knowing a few and could easily respond to the others, but wanted to relax and talk with the woman he is falling for.

"Naruto coming back and a good number of the Black Knights betraying you," The redhead replied.

Lelouch sighed and said, "Maybe, but I should have known. When I found out that Naruto's Knightmare crashed into the building, I should have gone after him but I was sent out to find Nunnally."

Lelouch could replay the events of the Black Rebellion and the fallouts which the start of it has become one of his regrets he will live with.

Kallen frowned on that.

"I should have too, you know. I should have gone to check Naruto and see if he was alive but I follow you instead. I think I'm much to blame for what happened to him too, Lelouch," She said with her head down but relax as Lelouch held her hand.

"Maybe, maybe not. Now it doesn't matter, now Naruto is back and clawed out of the hole of rage into the light of the living. Hehe, it's funny you know? Suzuka and Naruto, the White Knights. One became a Blood Knight that is hated to seen as a traitor among his people and the other a different knight of his color that is looking for hope," Lelouch admitted with a smirk, getting Kallen to giggle at his humor and that light up the mood.

"Wow that was pretty poetic of you Lelouch but then again you've always been that way," Kallen remarked causing Lelouch to give a light smile.

"Yep, that's LuLu for ya always been a poet at heart," A voice called out causing them both to turn to see Naruto walking up behind them.

"What is it Naruto?" The former prince asked

"You think I could borrow him for a bit Kallen?" Naruto asked the red-haired ace, she looked between the two friends and knew this was something they both needed to clear the air and with a small nod walked away leaving the two friends alone to talk unaware of the passing glance Naruto gave her firm rear.

"Hey!" Lelouch growled lowly startling Naruto who gave a bashful smile having been caught in the act.

"Hey, Lulu you saw my girl nake so I think I'm..." Naruto protested

"She was my sister you dick! It doesn't count plus I've been bathing with Euphie since we were 5 years old," Lelouch said clenching his fist holding himself back from socking Naruto upside the head.

"Besides I don't see why the Orange "Breast" Knight would be paying attention to 'that'. "

"Oh forgive me Black "Butt" Prince," Naruto retorted as both he Lelouch gave each other a glare, the glares lightened before both bursts with laughter.

The two boys' laughter began to die down as they smiled at one another.

"Naruto...again I'm sorry for what happened that day," Lelouch said as he covered his right eye thinking back to that dark day.

Naruto sighed.

"I know Lelouch, after what you told I know you never meant for that to happen. But even still after all the hardships that we went through why was it on that day, at that moment that everything had to go straight to hell," Naruto said lamenting over the Special Zone massacre and the death of the woman he loved so much.

"I honestly wish I could trade this power for a Geass that lets me turn back time," Lelouch said

"If you did it'd probably be shit like the one Rolo has. Speaking of you owe that kid an apology," Naruto said snapping a glare at his best friend.

Lelouch sheepishly rubbed the back of his head thinking back to the young boy who had been sent to replace Nunally and stand it as his brother. Brother...only two people had ever come to his mind when he thought of that word Naruto, and once upon a time Suzaku. But now...

"I know you hated him for trying to take Nunally's place but through it all, I think you've really come to care about that kid," Naruto said leaning against the wall.

"But I can never for forgive him for what he did to Shirley," Lelouch said thinking at the young woman who had loved him another woman he'd cared for that he'd failed to protect.

"That's the same way I feel about what happened with Euphie even if it was a crazy accident," Naruto replied.

"But you better than anyone should know what happens when you allow anger to fester in your heart. It corrupts who you are and changes you into something your not."

Lelouch nodded his head and know that Naruto's words ring true. He would have to apologize to Rolo when things clear up and after the next course of action, getting the betrayers to kick out and a meeting with a certain group before the big course of action.

"You may be right Nauto and I would talk with Rolo but not now. Now I need to get the Black Knights back in line and deal with some unfinished business," Lelouch said as he got up from the bed and walked out with the blonde knight following behind.

"Agree, the betrayers need to be dealt with, and meeting with your sister is in order before taking any actions against the emperor and his forces," Naruto said, knowing what Lelouch had in mind and planned.

"I plan too," The black-haired leader said as he took his mask with him and exiled his room to see Kallen in the hallway.

"What our next course of action?" Kallen asked.

"We get things back in order, deal with traitors for their next boat back to the mainland, and bring the fight to the emperor at Kamine island," Lelouch answered.

"Also talk with your sister?" Naruto questioned as he also needs to talk with Cornelia as well.

"That's the plan after the traitors are dealt with. Cornelia and I need to have a talk before anything happens to be one of my regrets," The raven-haired teen sadly said but change his tone back and now need to get to work.

"Agree," The blonde agreed as he needed to talk with Cornelia as well.

"Well then...let's get this party started, shall we?" Kallen said, knowing what storm was ahead of them which the boys agreed with the redhead on that.

Lelouch, Naruto, and Kallen walked to the office room for them to get started on getting things back in order before meetings take place.
