Hello there! I'm actually not hating how this fanfiction is turning out, (a very rare occasion on my part.) I'm probably going to finish this one before I get back to work on Quarantined, since it's not going to be very long. Hope you enjoy and as always, have a great day! :)
A med droid walked into the room where Anakin was sitting, rubbing his sleeping padawan's arm.
The droid humphed.
"What?" Anakin questioned, not taking his eyes off Ahsoka.
"I thought Jedi weren't allowed to have attachments." He said flatly.
Anakin pursed his lips with a glare. "I'm not attached to Ahsoka." Then with a look around and remembering there was really nobody else there he changed his mind. "So what if I am?"
The droid shrugged, walking up to her. "Just curious." He looked up at the heart rate monitor. "She is stable, young Jedi."
"Good. What are you going to do with her now?"
"Your nurse tells me she will require stitches." He answered. "I agree."
Anakin yawned, checking the time. 0100. Obi-Wan should be there any minute.
The medical droid interrupted his thoughts. "If you need to meet someone, sir, I will be sedating your padawan now."
He didn't want to leave her, but it would only be for a minute. "Okay, I'll be back shortly." When he took his hand off her arm he was scared she'd wake up, but she didn't make a sound.
He took one last longing look at her, before walking out the door.
….
Obi-Wan ran towards the hospital doors, his worry clouding everything around him. Was Anakin okay? Was Ahsoka okay? His padawan had sounded pretty upset over the com. She could've been in a coma for Force sakes! He had absolutely no clue.
He jogged in, it had been raining outside and the poor man was nearly drenched, his hair stuck to his face. He went up to the man at the front desk.
"Hello." He panted. "I'm here for Ahsoka? Ahsoka Tano?"
The old man nodded. "Yes, I believe she and her master came in a few hours ago…" he started typing something on his computer, when-
"Obi-Wan!"
He spun around to see Anakin, who had just ran all the way from the turbo lifts to the waiting room.
"Never mind, I got it." He smiled gratefully at the man before running to see him.
"Anakin, are you-?"
He was interrupted by the man literally throwing his arms around him, burying his face in his shoulder. He didn't even care how soaked his master was, or what a scene they were causing. Obi-Wan was caught very much off guard, his face in the taller man's chest, but he hugged him back.
"I'm so glad to see you, Master." His voice was muffled by his shoulder.
"It's good to see you too, Anakin." He pushed him away, gently, holding him by his shoulders. "What happened?"
His face fell. For a moment hugging Obi-Wan made the problems go away, but now Ahsoka was screaming again and she was still upstairs getting stitches because of him.
"C'mon, Ahsoka's upstairs." He said, beginning to walk off and intending for his master to follow him.
He's avoiding the question, that can't be good. Obi-Wan thought. But he ignored it. Maybe he wanted to show him rather than tell him?

"Anakin….." Ahsoka moaned, her eyebrows furrowing together. A tear leaked out of her eye, and Anakin quickly wiped it away. "I'm right here, Ahsoka." He assured her. He reached out and grabbed her hand, holding it tightly in his.
Obi-Wan frowned as he looked at her. He'd gotten there about half an hour ago, while the girl was still getting stitches. It didn't take too long since the med droid only had to stitch one or two of the really bad ones.
"What happened?" He asked softly, trying once again to get an explanation.
Anakin was quiet for a moment, stroking the side of her palm with his thumb.
"We were in our hotel room." He started slowly. "She was changing, and I," He looked up at his master. "I wasn't looking, I just, saw something in the corner of my eye. On her back, she-" He sighed.
"She had scars."
"What kind of scars?"
Anakin closed his eyes, squeezing her hand. "Whip scars. From Zygerria. From Atai."
Obi-Wan went wide eyed, all of the memories of that horrible mission coming back. Togruta's crumpling to the ground with groans of agony, everyone in pain because of him…. "Oh, Anakin, I'm, I'm sorry." It was hard to think of Ahsoka being put through something like that. She was the sweetest person Obi-Wan had ever met, if anyone deserved better it was her.
Anakin didn't want to tell him about his vision. He wanted to forget about it. Atai was gone, it was over.
Ahsoka's POV

Obi-Wan do something….
...
"Anakin…" Ahsoka moaned again. When the two men looked at her, her eyes were open, and she was trying to sit up. "What's...w-wrong..?" Her voice slurred.
Her master gently laid her back down, covering her once again with the blanket. "Nothing's wrong, Ahsoka."
"You...you're hurt…!" She argued, trying to sit back up.
"I'm not hurt. You need to sleep now, okay? You need to rest."
Obi-Wan rubbed her knee, smiling at her to try and make everything seem normal. "It's okay, young one."
"Where…." Her eyelids were drooping.
"We're at the hospital."
"I….want home." She said quietly.
"I know, Snips. We can go home soon. But you need to sleep. For me, okay?"
She seemed to take time to process what he just said. "You'll…..stay right…?"
"Of course." Despite Obi-Wan being there, he leaned forward and kissed the tip of her nose. She weakly smiled.
"O-okay Mast-Master.." She closed her eyes, trying to drift back to sleep.
Obi-Wan sighed. "We should bring her back to the Temple. I could call a medical transport to pick her up."
Anakin nodded. "I'd have to get our stuff from the hotel."
He reached out, patting the Knight's shoulder. "I'll take care of it. I can have it sent back to the Temple. Ahsoka needs you."
He just nodded in agreement.
"She does."
