Hey readers, I decided to type up a short piece and it would be where Selina was shot by Jeremiah Valeska and didn't make it (please don't hate me). Bruce still sees her in his dreams and he's afraid of when he wakes up, he'll forget her.

Wayne Manor
Bruce bolted up from his sleep as he breathes heavily then placing his right hand over his heart. He looks around his dark bedroom to calm himself down and looking down at his alarm clock that reads '2:16' A.M. The twenty-seven-year-old billionaire sighted as he ran both of his hands through his ebony dark locks.
"What woke you up?" A twenty-eight-year-old Selina Kyle woke up yawing as she sits up from the other side of the bed.
He turns around to see her memorizing eyes. Those green mixed hazel eyes he misses so much.
"Another nightmare? It's okay, I get them too or at least I use to," Selina asked as she shrugs her shoulders.
"It was about that night and the chaos Gotham endured through the dark days," Bruce answers her question with his arms on top of his knees. "Eleven years ago, today, was the second worse day of my life. The night Jeremiah shot you in the Study, it was like reliving my parent's murder. My heart was completely shattered when I heard that you didn't make it," The ebony-haired man replied with a broke voice and waterfall tears fall from his eyes. He felt a shiver travel down his spine as he felt a cold and gentle hand to his face with his sky-blue eyes look up to face her, "I'm so sorry for the errors I made; tricking you when your mom only came back here to get my money. Helping me out to find Alfred when he was held captive by Scarecrow and then you were shot eight hours later," Bruce stated the truth.
The curly brunette chestnut woman had tears rimming around her eyes. She uses her hand to wipe away his tears. Selina leans forward as she pressed a kiss to his lips. She closes her eyes enjoying their moment together. The brunette chestnut woman felt Bruce's breath against her face then opens her eyes to face him, "I've always forgiven you, don't let me haunt you," She replied being sincere.
"I miss you Selina. I do," Bruce told the truth. "The only time I get to see you now is when I dream of you and the memories we shared. But every time I wake up, you'll disappear, and I would do anything to bring you back into my arms again." He spoke with a broken shaken tone to his voice.
"I would have taken a gunshot or a stab wound for you. Gotham needed someone to save the city. No one would want me around, not even Ivy," Selina bluntly spoke her truth.
The ebony-haired man shakes his head disagreeing with her on that statement, "That's not even true and you know that, Cat," He pointed out his fact.
"I'm going to be here, whenever you need me," Selina stated the truth as she lays back down on the bed.
Bruce followed the same motion as she did. He gently takes Selina into his arms. The ebony-haired man placed his nose into her curly locks inhaling the scent of vanilla and honey, his favorite smell, "God I miss you Selina, I'll never forget you." Bruce said as he got confront able then closes his eyes.
An alarm rings with the clock reading '7:00' A.M. The ebony-haired man tiredly stretches his right hand to the nightstand to turn off the alarm clock. Bruce is still holding a pillow into his arms. He yawns opening his eyes to see a big pillow and frowns at it wishing it was Selina's curvy body. Bruce reaches over back to the same nightstand with his hand opening up the drawer to grab something. A thing sliver lining shines in the dark morning light reliving a necklace with several diamond rings on the loop. Bruce brings the object closer to his view and smiles, "Girls like to have nice things and that includes diamonds," her words rang through his ears. "That you were right Lina, you always had expensive taste even being an alley cat," The Billionaire said to himself as he brings the rings and kissing them, "I still dream that you're still here," Bruce spoke with a hurt in his voice and tears brimming in his eyes.
FIN
I know it's beyond short but for some reason this song really fitted the mood if Bruce still dreams of Selina if she had passed away.
